They have a total of 4 bays and 2 of them were available when we walked in (as walk-ins). We were told the next reservation was in 45 mins from the time we arrived. Huh? Despite there being 2 UNRESERVED/EMPTY bays, we decided to wait and try enjoy a cocktail at the bar. I come to find out that despite the cocktail menu stating that Ketel One vodka is used on their signature "bury the hatchet" cocktail, they admittedly use house vodka. I paid for top shelf and got house and the only reason I was made aware was because I asked which Ketel One he used (only after he made my second drink). He told me that the "menu needs to be changed". How about asking the customers when they order a drink from the menu if well is ok instead of the printed premium brand? The answer would have been "no, thanks". Bait and switch on the alcohol. One and done with this place.

Great and fun environment to be. We were greeted by Melissa who was awesome from start to finish! she instructed us on the axe throwing and had the most delicious drinks waiting for us afterwards! This place will definitely become my go-to moving forward for drinks and fun alike!

Had a great time axe throwing! I had the MF Margarita and my axe throwing partner had a berry bourbon cocktail (can’t remember the name), both were delicious! Two disappointments were 1-they no longer serve any food…nothing. Since their website had food options on the menu, we came hungry expecting to be able to at least have some snacks with our cocktails. 2- The “axeperts” were also the bartenders and the check in crew, so we were left on our own in the throwing cages to complete our games and for quite awhile between games while our guy was tending bar and the other axe throwing cages, leaving a lot of downtime for our group. All in all, we had a fun time and met some cool people, but hoping they bring back some food options and maybe change the staffing situation. I will go back and would still recommend this place for a good time🪓🎯😊

Great activity to share with your friends. Cheering each other on and dancing to upbeat jams. I can't rate the food as I didn't order anything, but my friends were pleased with their orders and everything all looked good to me, lol. Definitely added to my roster of fun things to do in Sunny South Florida 😎.

We had such a fun night axe throwing. The kitchen was not open on the night we went, so be sure to check that schedule. The drinks, the staff, and the experience were great.

We had a great time celebrating a bday here! The private cages, fun instructor, friendly staff, and great drinks made it a memorable experience that everyone enjoyed. The food menu has a handful of options, but all the items we tried were really yum. Can't wait to come back!

Always a fun time at Chops + Hops. We were unable to experience the food on Sunday 3/24 and were told their kitchen is closed on Sundays.

Parking is very tight but get there early than. Devin she was our instructor she the best we had a blast with her. The place is very cool and alot of drinks.

I’ve been here many times. Work team events, happy hour and just Sunday fun day. Devin was absolutely amazing and very funny for our axe throwing. Thank you, we always would come back but Devin made it great. Thanks! 🥰 oh and the espresso martinis are chefs kiss 😚

SOOOO MUCH FUN! we went in a big group of friends and literally came back a month later. Axe throwing was super fun and entertaining, got competitive too!! Our axe instructor was super nice too. Food is also super great! We got tater tots!! Great place for friends or date night

I had an excellent time celebrating with a group for a friend's birthday party. Throwing an axe was easier than I anticipated. The instructor took time to assist everyone at our party. He explained how to throw the axe and then coached us on our skills. A great time!

Unique and fun experience. Great way to meet new friends and a break from the standard dinner date night. Very entertaining and casual atmosphere. Will definitely do this again.

Had a good time yesterday. There was a young man by the name of Matthew. He was the host, the safety presenter, the teacher, the score keeper, the bartender, and the server. Geesh! Matt kept a smile on his face the whole time and kept the crowd going, this man deserves a raise! There was no one else holding it down for the 4 hours that we were there. Thank you Matt!!! The only negative is that the menu was very limited. They could add a few more options like nachos, chicken wings, or something!! We went in very hungry and left very hungry. Would have stayed longer if they had better food choices especially since the bartender was killing it. Thanks again Matt!! But not enough food to keep us ordering more. Had a good time though.

Super nice, I had a blast 🤩. Cocktail + ax throwing + bacon.. the trio of shocks. We are supervised by a coach throughout the session, in safety and professionalism. Nice bar too.

I love this place! I've been 3-4 times and I've never had a disappointing experience, drinks are great and reasonable, food is good, the games are fun and competitive. Great experience, we'll be back again and again.

This place is a great time! Came here on a Saturday afternoon with some friends and so glad we did. Service was amazing and Cody was our dude and makes it so much fun, would come back solely on him!

I and my dude went there last night and the atmosphere was wonderful, live music, the tenders and tater tots were so delicious, we order lemon drop to drink and it was made perfect, the young lady at the bar who took our ordered I don’t remember her name was wonderful and explained everything perfect, we met a group of couples there and they were so sweet and lovely. We will be coming back.

Bar tenders were really nice and made great cocktails. We went on a Sunday and it was really slow, also we learned once we were there that the Kitchen is closed on Sunday.

Shared this experience with 5 of my friends. Nice atmosphere inside. Our cage was available on time. Chaz our 'Axepert' was helpful with some throwing tips and encouraging. Cheese sandwich was good though a bit too sweet. Tomato soup was flavorful. My only complaint was that most of the beer on tap we asked to purchase were unavailable and the bartender didn't know until after we ordered. This happened 3 times! The beer on tap list is not very long which is ok, but then to not have 35% of the beers listed available, it created a bit of disappointment for many of us. However the spicy guava cocktail was delicious.

This is a great first date experience. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing service and staff. I haven't had this much fun in quite some time. I highly recommend this place for connection and friendly competition. I'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere is great. The music, on point. The staff are super cool and friendly and made sure we had a great time. Our bartender was Chaz from CT and his drinks were excellent. Mathew helped us out with our axe throwing, taught us trick shots and kept it fun and engaging even for beginners. We had a blast. We are from out of state but will be coming back. Davidf ;-)

I had an incredible experience at Chops and Hops axe throwing! The vibe was outstanding, the drinks, especially the "Fat Boi," were delicious, and Cody, our instructor, made the evening incredibly fun. I’m not a professional axe thrower yet, but Cody is going to get me there. Can't wait to go back for more!

It was so much fun! It was my first time and we had a blast. The instructors give you tips on how to throw and they have different games to keep it fun and competitive. I had the espresso martini and it was delish. While we waited we plaid jenga and connect four. Bathrooms were clean. Definitely something I would do again.

I went with family on a sunday and it was pretty quiet. but we had a great time. the kitchen already closed when we arrived but let us get food delivered.. the drinks were good.

Everything was amazing! Ate at Mama Hanks right before going over and throwing some axes. Service was great for how busy they were and the instructor was fun and helpful.

This was a lot of fun. It's a great date spot something different to do also can be group outing for work environment team building type stuff and it is def a lot of fun . Would highly recommend.

Place has a friendly atmosphere, big bar, try the spa water! The staff is super friendly and help keep scores and order.

Overall it really fun. Time flies by cause of the structure and the drinks are great,especially the beer and a shot. But my issue was with one of the employees. He was with my group and started making jokes which was fine, but then it got a little too much and started commenting on my girl amd at one point he made a remark about her outfit and I almost lost it, if wasn't for a friend of mine. But Overall good time, just that one issue.

Great staff and excellent service

Our group had so much fun! We felt safe at all times. Our 'guide' kept it challenging by keeping score, giving us tips/techniques to have better aim/throws and was just a nice guy overall. They have a pretty cool bar to keep you hydrated. The music also kept for an upbeat vibe.
