Delicious and generously portioned! Best fried rice in town!

It's my new favorite place! Great food (lots of it) and great service.

This restaurant was amazing. It had kind and patient service, a very clean and fresh bathroom and a great oldies station playing the whole time. The food was the best as well with large flavorful portions that are seasoned too perfection, not too salty or too light. Will definitely return in the future. :]

I recently placed my first order at chopsticks and had a remarkable experience despite an initial misunderstanding. I ordered the party-size fried rice with three choice meats, but realized after the order was prepared that I had made an error in my selection. The staff member who took my order was incredibly understanding and accommodating, and I felt terrible for the inconvenience. To my surprise, they not only remade my order but also refunded the difference from my initial purchase. The exceptional customer service and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression. I'm impressed by the quality of food and the dedication to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. Kudos to the team for a job well done!"

I never get myself good but I never get chopsticks in my delivery hence says the name

Good size portions but it ends there. They serve undercooked rice probably on a regular basis which means they cooked a large amount of rice and not enough water. Customer service is not great. They charged customers extra for fried rice as a side dish without notifying the customer when a customer placed an order. When a customer asked for a receipt/invoice for any reason before paying, the girl acted like it was a problem. She said customer has to pay before showing a receipt which is incorrect, after a little bit of back and forth she gives a receipt. Why is it such a problem for a customer to see the receipt before they pay, that’s right there should be no problem at all!! She made it a problem and was a bit dramatic. A place with poor customer service cannot be recommended.

I’m just very confused. I just called and tried to re-order a meal that was wrong. The first time I couldn’t go back to get the correct order as we were leaving town and we’re in a hurry so I just called back and they said I was rude and trying to take advantage when I was just trying to ask a question so I Honestly understood the breakdown in cost and because I asked that question she said I was rude. I was honestly just trying to understand. They hung up on me for just trying to ask a question and understand the breakdown of cost. I have never written reviews before I’ve never been I don’t understand understand how this just happened because I was asking a question so I could understand what they were trying to say

Fantastic customer service! I noticed the women at the register called people by name when she greeted them. The food portions are very generous. The food quality is very good. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Loved the vibe of this place!

Probably the best Chinese I have ever had! Super easy to order online and get it to go! I got the crab rangoons, wonton soup, shrimp lo mein, and fried rice all for about $30. This will definitely last me 5 meals.

I’m editing my previous review. I thought that the lo Mein was a little over cooked and wrote a decently harsh review. However, the staff was very receptive and offered me a gift card to come back and try again. Obviously, there can be some off nights so I’m excited to try their food again!

We had three different entrees last night, and I personally thought It was the worst food I’ve ever had, everything is sauced with a dark brown gravy , even the Triple delight, and the almond chicken. Even Hy Vee is better tasting than this. Three entrees and two appetizers was $58.00. Never again, back to Mr Hues 2.

Wow!! The portions are huge. 2 maybe 3 meals per serving. Food was hot and fresh and fast. Server was excellent. If you like Chinese. This is a must visit. Lots of menu choices.

Great food and service , really big portions

Our favorite is the Hunan Chicken with Crab Rangoon and the Hot and Sour soup is great too. The flavors are so good and I would also recommend the Veggie platter. Portion sizes are huge and great to share with a group!

The food is so good. But I have shrimp allergies, and there was 2 times I had shrimp in my food or beef cooked in the same pan as previous seafood. This time I had a reaction. PLEASE, PLEASE, make sure you are checking before you eat the food. And yes, I let them know, about this; online or in person, I want to still go there but...

The food is delicious, and the service is always friendly and helpful. They have vegan and gluten-free options overall a great place to eat!

Chopsticks food is amazing. Their owner Maggie is personable, knows her customers by name and.continually works for their place in the community fabric.of lincoln. She knows the value of giving back and fighting for her business from the ground up. Their portion sizes are enough for 2-3 meals and well worth the price. This is our go-to Chinese restaurant and we're so glad they're in our neighborhood. Thanks Maggie for all you do, the long hours you invest and your efforts to give back and feed us all!

We typically order online for carryout. The food is consistently hot and delicious. The portions are huge, which makes lunches easy for several days. My parents get very attached to restaurants here (they live 45 minutes away). I recommended Chopsticks and they don't go anywhere else now. They'll stop to chat until Chopsticks opens so they can order food to take home, HA! I also like to watch the fish in the tanks while I'm waiting. Love the egg drop soup! Do recommend.

Way too much food man. And the taste wasn’t that good for the orange chicken it didn’t taste like meat. And the noddles felt soggy.not only that it took over an hour for the food to arrive. Otherwise employees were nice but would not recommend to eat.

The best Chinese restaurant in town. The portions are huge and usually provide meals for a couple of days. Very reasonably priced. The owners are the nicest people who are very generous with the community.

Dirty place egg rolls were mussy and smelled old and the food was overflowing the plate it was a waste of food for them. Portion control is not a factor at this place

It's the soup place off Seinfeld kinda place IYKYK but everyone loves them and the food never disappoints. I do wish they would change the rangoon recipe as it's savory versus sweet like most Americanized Chinese places

It's like a high security vault when you go in this place and you better have your big boy underwear on when you speak into the microphone that you have to use to order. My family makes me bring this garbage home sometimes and it's like an extra treat to have to order when you get there. It's right next to the big pot store that serves the local schools at recess so at least you can get a contact high from the fumes coming off middle schoolers next door.

I got like a mom and pops feeling. The food portion size were huge an the price was fair. My son goes to college at NWU in Lincoln and suggested this place . I really suggest this if you happen to stop in Lincoln we will be back .....

I personally always get the coconut chicken. It's always great! My boyfriend loves the PB chicken which he also loves, next time maybe we'll stray from our go-to's! The coconut chicken is good, they serve it with pineapple on it although last time the pineapple was cold, but it all reheats great. Both meals are served with white rice on the side on a different plate. We also love the crab rangoons so we get some to share. Last time they forgot but after we reminded them we actually got an extra to make up for it, they're very friendly and I love the environment! This was our 2nd time going and we'll absolutely go again sometime, it's our favorite place in Lincoln! The portions are huge by the way!

The food was pretty good. My son enjoyed it more than I did. I specifically asked for extra sweet/sour sauce and we didn't get any extra.

Highly recommend the Mongolian Chicken. I got the dinner special which came with the best tasting egg roll I've had. The portion was massive and packed with flavor. You can't lose eating here

We got chicken fried rice and happy family and both are very generous portions. Will probably be 2-3 meals worth of food for us! Delicious and came out quick! We also got crab Rangoon. Very good price for the amount you get compared to many other Chinese restaurants in the Midwest. Our friend ordered the lunch special Sweet and Sour Chicken and he said it was great. Very large egg roll and some fried rice was included for a nice low price.

Great food for the price. Probably my new favorite Chinese restaurant. I’ve tried several things now and find that it tastes much better than most and feel as if we are not skimped on servings. Love it!

Chopsticks.. Hands down the best Chinese restaurant in Lincoln. Portions are crazy big, each LUNCH portion is about 2 maybe 3 meals. I recommend orange chicken, house special lo mein, spicy black pepper chicken, and their mongolian beef. These are my go to meals, good take out.. better dine in. I take my uncle from Texas here every time he visit. The first time I took him here he was literally shook on how good it was and for how much they give you in lunch meals for $8.

The vegetable angel hair and general tso were so full of delicious delicate flavors. My first time here. I'll definitely be returning.

5 stars based off of my food! The chicken curry dish was excellent! Veggie spring rolls are great too! I tried a little of my wife’s food, chicken with vegetables, and some of the egg roll, and a little of the fried rice. All of my wife’s food was just ok, at about a 3 star level. My food was really, really good though! They have a big menu, so you may like or not like the dish as much, depending on what you get. It was our first time there. I would be very interested in going again. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the portion sizes are really big!

At first view reading the reviews we thought it would be a good idea to come eat at this location due to its prices as well. My husband ordered the combination special of sweet and sour chicken with white rice and sweet and sour soup. The meat in this order made my husband spit it back up and the soup was lackluster. I ordered the combination special of honey chicken and white rice with wonton soup. The honey chicken was mostly doughy bread than actual chicken. It was also obvious the wonton soup was not fresh and the wonton was breaking apart quite easily as I tried to pick it up with a spoon. The best part of this meal was the steamed white rice. We will not be returning to this location.

$37 for two dinners and crab Rangoon - not sure what the extra was for because it was not an itemized receipt. The total of all three does not come close to what I was charged.

Maggie is still the manager. We are fairly regular on our orders from Chopsticks- family of 6, its a bit pricey. They almost always catch special requests like 'more' or 'less' spicy, or 'extra mushrooms in the Hot and Sour soup'. Our most recent order they called 3 times during order prep to let us know a menu item wasn't available so I could substitute. It was a large order and not quite done yet, and so would be a little later than I had selected, that was the 2nd call. No problem. Then, they inadvertently forgot sweet and sour sauce- they called to apologize and then someone from the store that wasn't a DoorDasher drove to my house and delivered the S and S sauce, then texted me to let me know it was there. The portions are huyooooogggeee. Im not kidding, you'll have leftovers for 2 days. I don't know how they do it at that cost. We always end up with almost 2x's as much food as many other places in Lincoln for the cost. The hot and sour soup is awesome, the egg rolls and spring rolls (fried) are good, and their menu selection has enough stuff on it that you can always find something you either haven't had before if you want. They also have "anytime combos" which are smaller portions that include the rice and 1 side (some rangoon, an eggroll, etc). 2 of my kids can still split one between them. The regular entree's cost more but are larger and give you leftovers. If they had steamed spring rolls (ala Vietnamese type with the vegetables and a shrimp) I would just order those more often! I love this place, and, if it cost a little less (not a negative) I would order more often than once a month or so.

I placed my order online and was shocked by the fees attached to the total I hadn't been to Chopsticks for about a year and decided to give them another chance since they're so close to home. I was terribly disappointed in the quality of the Almond Chicken. Very few vegetables in a mushy breaded chicken that soaked up any sauce there might have been. I ate very little and the rest sits in my fridge. I thought maybe I'd give it another try today but couldn't eat it. There's $$$ in the garbage 😞

Ordered combination meals of peanut butter chicken that came with fried rice and egg roll (C-14), fried dumplings appetizer, and hot and sour soup. Food done quickly and tasted amazing! Good size portions which allowed for leftovers. Durable and reusable containers. Amount spent was reasonable to quality of food and portion sizes. Highly recommend!!

Local chinese place that has won a couple best of lincoln awards. It's great and they have online ordering and pickup available which I'd recommend as they get very very busy. The vegetarian items are great I like the tofu and mixed vegetables plus their spring roll. They also have gluten free options for many of their dishes which you can specify when ordering online. Not for covid they aren't allowing any in person dining only takeout

Yes! This is now one of our favorites! We were in the mood for some Chinese food and our hometown one was closed. Ee took a ride and decided on Chopsticks!! Ohhh so glad we did! My fiance who isn't a huge Chinese food fan just LOVED it! The fried dumplings...delish! The crab rangoon...delish! The entrees...delish! Decent Servings where you can get a couple of meals!! We will be back!!!!

Hands down, my favorite Chinese place in Lincoln. I love working from home. The only thing I don't like about working from home though, is that I am not right by Chopsticks anymore. My favorite thing there is the Chicken Fried Rice. My other go to's are the General Tso's and Mongolian Beef. My wife has issues with chicken, and they are always nice enough to do Sesame Pork for her instead of Sesame Chicken, even though it is not on the menu. She also loves their crab rangoon. Their Egg Rolls here are also my favorite in town. You can't talk about Chopsticks and not mention Maggie. She's always seems to be in a good mood and has a great memory for her customers.

We went to Chopsticks for Easter. We had a party of 8, and we used the dining area. The dining area was very clean and well taken care of. We had egg rolls first and they were very fresh and very good. The food came and it was so good. Just made and hot. It was wonderful. Maggie took very good care of us. I love this place. We order takeout and our go to place for chinese food is always Chopsticks. Thanks for the great Easter dinner and service.

I come here multiple times a year, including every year on Christmas. The service is always great and the food is always outstanding. Best in town by far!

Don't order from here with a credit card. My card got flagged immediately and was shut down. Idk what the owners are doing but their payment processing was a huge red flag to my bank and they shut down my card because I tried to order from here

Best bang for your buck chinese restaurant in Lincoln. Great quality food with very sizeable good portions. The wait time can be a bit but that's because they're getting the food right.

If you are hungry, come to Chopsticks, the portions are massive and so tasty. I barely made a dent in my food. My grandchildren will have leftovers.

When you charge extra for a small sweet and sour sauce, it time to shut the door! Ridiculous!!!

Asked if it would take long, they said no Took 25 minutes had to pay extra for sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard counter person had a snarky remark when I asked what was taking so long

Best Chinese ever the steam dumplings are #1 in Nebraska HANDS DOWN!! Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!! And there staff is by far the most polite and kind people ever!! A real family atmosphere that Lincoln is lucky to have!!

Food was meh. Staff was below average. They tax for carry out and dine in? Is that a thing? Disappointing.

We did carry out and they forgot to give egg rolls with our meals, of course we didn’t notice until we were home, didn’t think we’d have to check. Also they charged a carry out/covid tax? Yikes. Guess we’ll stick with Ming’s from now on.

Waited 40 minutes as walk-ins. Obviously very popular as every person picking up online or phone orders was happy to wait a bit too! Everyone is always so nice even though they had to be exhausted. I will always wait; tofu dishes are the best! Huge portions mean lunch next day too!

I ordered for delivery asked for soy and Duck sauce didn't receive any. Called the restaurant and I was told it was the delivery company . They take no responsibility. Not Happy not ordering from them again. Manager was rude.

I asked to have a dish prepared not spicy and it was still very spicy. When I called to comment, they said maybe I should order something else that's not normally spicy. I expected at least half off the next order. Poor customer service.

Our go to for Chinese. I get 4 meals out of one dinner portion for like $12. Delicious and a great deal. We love peanut butter chicken and Mongolian chicken.
