My husband and I ate a wonderful lunch at Christos: a traditional gyro, a lamb gyro, and fries. Both gyros featured a generous stack of tasty meat. The lamb was so tender and sumptuous. The fries looked hand-cut like steak fries. Everything was fresh and yummy. The owners are helpful and personable. We cannot wait to bring my mother here for dinner.

Our food was amazing. We ordered a grinder and gyro plate. The sandwich bread was lightly crispy on the outside and so soft on the inside. The meats tasted fresh and the portions were large. We waited a good while before we were able to order but it was no huge deal. The staff were sweet.

I've been eating at Christos for over 30 years. Delicious! Always consistent with the highest quality ingredients and friendly staff.

Perhaps an off day, but the chicken parm (had no cheese layer for the tenders) & spanokopita need improvement. Might be a good idea to tell customers about daily specials instead of a wall hanging in an obscure area. Wish there were more Greek specialties, but then again, maybe not.

Enjoyed a nice lunch here. Friendly staff. The bean salad, traditional gyro and roasted smoked lamb plates were full of flavor and very delicious. We were even offered a sample of the roasted pork which did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this place.

Maybe we went on a bad day…but I have never seen this ‘combination of things’ in any Greek food before. If you like Italian, Turkish and Greek all mixed together you will love it.

Our first trip to Christos was excellent. The staff was nice and helpful. The food was great and filling, no small portions. We had pizza, calzone, gyro plate, and a gyro wrap. The service was timely. We enjoyed the food and service. We shall return!

Love the food at Christos. I have never had a bad meal. I just ordered a to go gyro salad and it was beautifully put together.

Easily the best grinders and gyros in the area. The pastrami sub is a tasty treat.

My sister gave this place high praise so I had to try it out. And it surpassed. The gyro was so full with meat I could barely get my mouth around it. The Tzatziki was excellent. We order the trio and got a ton of each dip. Great food highly recommend.

I have been going to Christos for 30 years. Right from the original location on Powers Ferry to the new one and yesterday to their latest location. Much more subdued vibe here. The gyro and the cheese pizza were excellent as always. The fish and chips was a disappointment. Very bland. No taste at all. Something needs to be done about the 4% extra charged for using a credit card. These surcharges are getting out of hand on these devices.

I'm so glad this classic Marietta eatery could relocate and reopen after the pandemic. I love their gyros and the Tzatziki sauce is to die for!!

We have loved Christos for more than a decade!

I was so excited and looking forward to eating at this restaurant after seeing the 4.8 rating. I got the gyros plate and have to say that the portion size and flavor of the meat was great, but I prefer my gyros sliced thin (just what I'm used to and what I prefer). I'm from Germany and haven't found anything comparable to the Döner Kebab and Gyros I used to eat in Europe, but this was good. My only complaint was that the hand cut fries were undercooked, but I was so hungry, I just ate them and didn't complain. I give this first experience a solid 4 stars. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. I'll have to try something else next time!

The other reviews encouraged me to try this restaurant, and I'm so glad I did! The gyro plate was delicious. The gyro meat was cut thick, and it was tender and tasty. The pita was fantastic, and the tzatziki was delicious. I overheard the server ask another table if they wanted extra tzatziki, and they said, "always." I loved the Greek potatoes; they were seasoned well and tender. I will be going back soon! The variety on their menu was exciting to see, too. My kids would have multiple choices.

This restaurant is severely understaffed. Our waiter did not have the capacity to serve us very much, nor did the kitchen have the personnel to make our food as well as others in a timely manner. Food took about an hour to get to us, and we were only told there was a singular person in the kitchen after waiting 30-45 minutes. The food itself was a mixed bag to our group - some people enjoyed their gyro and lamb meals, but mine was a bit heavy on the tzatziki and my pita was hard. Another person’s meatball pasta was underwhelming. All in all, disappointing compared to the experiences others have had.

They were short staffed at the pick up counter. However the food really is very good. Breads and salads are fresh and delicious. Generous portions and authentic flavor. Baklava in particular is excellent. Highly recommended.

As an Akron, Ohio transplant, I've found it next to impossible to find pizza that's even remotely comparable to pizza back home. By George, I think I've found it!! It's only taken almost 4 years, but this pizza is LEGIT. Thank you, Christos, wish I would've discovered you sooner.

Hands down the best gyro this side of Chicago. The slices of meat were thick and browned on the grill, the tzatziki was home made, and the pita was great. We also ordered their Italian grinder. Really Good.

We are overjoyed that Christos has reopened. This is the best vegetarian pizza anywhere. Everything we've tried here is fabulous. They will even make my daughter's special request pasta. All the workers are friendly.

Christos has been a long-standing local restaurant that has changed locations a few times over the years. COVID forced the owner out of his previous elegant location, but fortunately for us, he was able to open up in another spot. Even better, he was able to bring back several of his long-time employees, which enabled continuity of service and quality. If you're looking for good, simple Greek or Mediterranean cuisine, come here. Oh, and the pizza...Christos' recipe for the dough, and cooking, is unique, and very delicious. Many people I know have comment that the veggie toppings are raw. Far from it--they just aren't the soggy, overcooked mess that you're used to. They are cooked, but still retain their original crispness and flavor, making pizza here stand out above anything else.
