Great spot for a sandwich in Jackson

The staff at J-Town was very friendly and d took good care of the store. The bathroom was clean. It’s like a convenient store.

Always fun to eat st J-Town! So many local artisans work to look at and purchase! The store has all the essentials if you need something from wine to crackers/cheese! And the food is top notch! The breads are amazing and the sandwiches are always delicious!

Great place... gotta try the homemade sausage on the bfast sandwiches. Been visiting the area for 2 years and now there full time. So lucky to have a locally owned deli like this nearby.

Nice people, little disorganized, maybe organize your order system a bit better so people actually get their sandwiches in the order of operations. Leaving four stars because when I did get the sandwich it was very good.

My husband had a BLT and I had a turkey wrap with chipotle mayo. My husband raved about the homemade bread and fresh tomatoes. The turkey in my wrap tasted so fresh as well and the chipotle mayo gave it a great flavor.

We have enjoyed eating here, the food is wonderful, but the service.... The woman at the register was lovely, and the young girl who assisted us yesterday was a joy, but the man who took our food and coffee order today was as unpleasant as it gets. He was visibly annoyed when he came to take our order, interrupted me while I was trying to complete my order, and cut me off before we could order drinks (and then was annoyed when I ordered them anyway). When the food came out each meal only had one egg (it is a two-egg breakfast). It is good food, but we left feeling very uncomfortable, like we had done something wrong. We spend most weekends in this area, but won't be returning to this establishment.

Really enjoyed having a beer on the patio after our hike. Ice cold! Great service, excellent variety and options for picky eaters. Delicious sweet treats for later. Comprehensive market with a lot of local options. Stop by - the food was really good and the beer is cold.

I never write reviews but we just had the worst customer service experience here. AS A LOCAL: We went here for the first time to get some food and the cashier greeted us with a very monotoned hi after we asked her how she was doing and when we went to order food she said “ok well why are you standing right here and ordering” in the most rude tone throwing her hands up. She then preceded to tell us she can’t be in two places at once. We were taken aback by her attitude towards us as we were unaware of where you had to order. All in all the cashier was very unfriendly and rude and we will not be returning.

Nice little country store. Daily sandwiches and soups and everything you need I mean everything. We bought a bottle of champagne and toasted at Jackson Falls for two of the best people that just passed in our lives.

We discovered unique gems like local kombucha and bottled water, enhancing our stay. The selection of local products was impressive, and we couldn't resist bringing home some souvenirs – local Maple Wine, Maple syrup, and Maple popcorn. Each item was a flavorful piece of Jackson to share with our family. J-Town Deli Country Store truly made our visit memorable, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Great deli sandwiches, a little pricey. Don't carry coke products, but tons of homemade baked goods. Bacon never seems to really be cooked though 🤷🏻‍♀️

We stayed a night in Jackson after a day of shopping in North Conway and we needed a quick bite to eat. Definitely a cool little store and the food was delicious!

I thought when we arrived that it was a convenient store, but it ended up being a deli and restaurant too. We ordered sandwiches, which were all good. Customer service was lovely.

Delicious sandwich. You can eat at a table inside. Pick out a drink for yourself. It's a Deli. I could look out the window from my table.

Gluten free sandwiches (they will toast your bread if you ask) and they had gluten free brownies! Both were very good and an unexpected delight! Very cute inside. Lots of homemade hats, earmuffs, mittens. Adorable.

Touristy in a very sympathetic way. Very friendly and helpful staff. The kind of store you like in this place. Has everything you need if you do not want to drive half an hour to get a bargain at one of the big stores. Support your local store! Fun collection of antiques more or less related to the place. Cozy atmosphere. Especially liked their blueberry cake which seemed very authentic / made on premises to me.

Such a quaint little shop, with fresh baked goods, a deli, made to order sandwiches, unique candies and gifts, and a delightful decor. You wouldn't think it's as tiny as it is, but there's even tables to sit and enjoy your lunch. I loved it! *We got the BLT and the jerk chicken wrap - both amazing.

This is a MUST if you’re in or around Jackson. Their atmosphere is quaint and cute. The food is absolutely delicious, has healthy options and don’t leave home without some of their homemade goodies! We can’t wait to come back!

I'm picky about my chai and it was really good here. Not overly sweet like you get with the mixes. Our daughter also enjoyed the ice cream!

Nice local deli and shop. Cashier has favoritism for locals over tourists, so she provides better service to them. Order on Friday while slow was generous and friendly. Order on Saturday, terrible service, and stingy. After all traveling and preparing for my wedding in Jackson all day, I did myself absolutely famished before the ceremony. I had to find the closest and quickest option around in the essence of time. I was glad to find this deli. From my phone call to pick up, I received prompt friendly service. My simple turkey BLT wrap was tasty and well made. I had such a good experience that I decided to order takeout from there again the following day for lunch with my new wife. From the call to place the order, I realized the difference in days due to the service of the woman who took my second order. Poor customer service as she is literally interrupting me while placing the order and telling me to look at the menu despite me reading off items listed directly on the menu. She felt it better to interrupt me to stop saying what I wanted on my order and instead order something on the menu and subtract/modify from it for her ease. Still got the order wrong. When we arrived, it was a much busier place than the day before. The store was bustling and filled with people, so I joined the checkout line with 3 people ahead of me. After waiting for what seemed to be more than ten minutes (an inconvenience but happens when busy), it was finally my turn to check out. You'd think I'd be next after calling my order in, waiting for 3 people to order/check out in line for 7+ minutes, I can see my order sitting at the counter with my name on it. But that's not the case because the cashier calls over a husband with a family of 3 by name and tells me "sorry their order is ready right now, and they've been waiting."................. without realizing that I called my order in, waited in line the whole time while my order sat on the counter and when I finally reach the register another party is called over from the store, where they weren't even in line! After they finish, i provide my name, and the cashier picks it up from her side, and doesn't even apologize or recognize the hypocrisy of her statement to me. What a shame. Food is good, but I'll never return to an establishment with service like that.

Convenient if you’re nearby, but slightly overpriced sandwiches for what we got. Actually my “sandwich” was really just a chicken wrap, they used a tortilla, I felt kind of mislead. It was average. The pastrami one, on the other hand, was delicious.

Clarence our St.Bernard LOVED the sausage! We enjoyed some chocolate truffles and a quick beverage. Fun store to visit in a quaint town.

What a great place ,and great staff, super fresh made to order sandwiches ,awesome soups , prices are fair, the dining area was super clean ,and the bakery goods are amazing , the very well stocked country store has alot of unique things , bathroom was super clean , just love this little place and would highly recomend eating here.

Cute little deli/store with some tables and chairs to look out back. Food was good, one our sandwiches l, the meatball sub had cold meatballs, the tossed salad was big, prices are a bit high but not bad. We will be back
