Great ice cream shop. My son loves this ice cream shop. Options, staff, flavors, you name it.

We used to come here all the time but had not been to the area for a few years now. So disappointed in the huge price hikes and blatant cash grab. The very small portions, not even a decent scoop, will run you a solid 7-9 dollars. Forget anything beyond a scoop as you will be over 10 dollar per person for average ice cream. Not sure what happened to this place?? Curiously enough, they used to run two separate lines inside the store to handle the crowds and now there was about 6 people in one line during prime hours in the evening. Inflation does not account for this price gauging. It certainly isn’t going into upkeep as the place is looking rough. Spend your money elsewhere.

A favorite among locals, their ice cream is always amazing and they supply many local events and businesses. Highly recommend!

Family favorite. Best ice cream we've had. Even shipped it to our home it was so good. Only complaint is they need to franchise in Iowa.

Great ice cream, love this place

This was the only ice cream place in town that was open as late as it was, and that is why we ended up going there. It was just a great little shop with fantastic flavors, excellent service, and the right kind of beach atmosphere. Highly recommend.

It's a family owned ice cream store. Service is efficient with plenty of young students available to serve you. As for the ice cream, a great selection to choose from and it's all fresh made and outstanding. As is most everything today it's a little expensive, but then it's a treat and worth every penny. If you want the best ice cream this is your place!

We cannot believe how many flavors to choose from. Try the espresso chocolate chip. To die for. If you have kids this is a destination for sure

Old Florida feel. They produce the Ice-cream for most of Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Ft Myers. They've been serving Ice-cream to swfl for years and years. It's the best place to bring kids. They have photo stands outside, animal statues to play on for kids.

Teenage staff without direction + poor service + bickering employees = WE WON'T BE BACK! 9:15 p.m. and not one single person wanted to wait on us!

I've been coming to Scoops all the way from Northern VA several times a year for over 25 years. Scoops ice cream is, by far, the best I've had. Where many places have creamy or custard-style licks that leave you feeling full, Scoops is refreshing, light, and icy. I've yet to find such amazing ice cream. I sold my parent's house after their passing and I'm so sad after July 26, 2024, I likely will never get to eat it again. Do not miss out on the best ice cream! Hands down without question the best ice cream I’ve ever had! I got the dirty banana and the people I was with got the Bonita Beach Bum. They recommend this spot, and we drove all the way from Manasota Key to have this ice cream. Long and short FANTASTIC!!!!

We ordered a cookie dough cone and a Vanilla Sunday (added banana). We had such a hard time deciding since they had so many good options. But we’re glad we picked what we did, they were both delicious. We’re only visiting the area for a short while but we agreed that we’re definitely coming back to try their other flavors!!

Delicious ice cream with a great variety of flavors. The chocolate-dipped waffle bowl was one of the best I've ever tasted! I'll return just for the waffle bowl, and the delicious ice cream will just be a cherry on top (ha!)

Like an old fashioned ice cream parlor with lots of flavors. They offer a variety of ways to serve their hand scooped deliciousness. Cups, cones or sandwiches. Yum!! Looking forward to return.

Not sure why it's so popular. Ice cream was average. Very long wait for a Wed. night in April. Onr opted for soft serve which was a disappointing serving.

This place is busy. They have such a large creative selection of flavors that make me want to return when it's slow and explore the menu a bit more.

For an ice cream restaurant I gave it a five on atmosphere because most are small and have almost no atmosphere. Was a little disappointed with my Java chip shake because they were hardly any Java chips. Mostly just a coffee tasting shake.

A huge variety of flavors and what we chose was very good. It's kind of pricey. They could have had 1 or 2 more people making cones. The line was backed up through the door. This made it congested.

This place was great. I ordered something that had a brownie on the bottom and a hot fox sundae on top. Incredible! My wife gained 10 pounds, watching me eat it.

Ordered a hot fudge sundae and a scoop of hard ice cream in a waffle bowl! It was busy, but the service was friendly and quick. Many many flavours to choose from!

We went today for a quick bite for lunch before the ice cream. I don't know why but I ordered the tavern sandwich, like a hoagie. I don't know where they get their bread but it is terrible. It ruined the sandwich. It didn't seem done, very heavy roll. I'm from the northeast where we have very good sandwiches and the best rolls. Rolls should be light. My sister had the egg salad. It was just ok. So we moved onto the ice cream. I liked mine but my sister wasn't impressed. We both had the fudge swirl. Next time, I'll try the banana. So good.

Would love to leave a great review, have had the ice cream before, and it was delicious. However, just stood in line for 10 minutes with nobody in front of us, and did not get acknowledged by a single employee so we left.

Tons of flavors, good flavor combinations and fun names. Really great job with all of that. That being said, the base ice cream was good but not great: a bit icy, and the flavors we got weren't very flavorful. Staff was fine, but certainly not going above and beyond to make your experience awesome. Update: went here again and the base ice cream was better. Must have just gotten a bad batch. Bumped up to 4 stars.

We are from Illinois and came to this area for vacation. We made it a habit to come here every night for some ice cream. They have so many flavors and options that I tried something different every night. Wonderful place and patient staff.

The ice cream texture was good, and I loved the flavor choices. The portions are also huge, a single scoop is more like a hefty double. The cookie dough lacked a little flavor and the chocolate peanut butter had no peanut butter in sight for the portion we received.

This Royal scoop is more than great ice cream. This is also a great stop for an affordable lunch. The veggie hummus wrap is 🏆 Jerry loves the egg salad Sammy. Stopped in today and have the same wonderful experience! Veggie hummus wrap go to perfection with a pickle spear and a bag of chips. We also took home a quart of caramelicious cups ice cream.
