Always great food, friendly staff, and great atmosphere, can get pretty budy at times so dont wait to long to get your table or booth to eat here!

Comfort food, cozy kitschy decor, friendly atmosphere. I dine here often, usually grabbing lunch before errands. It's good and consistent. It can get very busy, but absolutely worth it. The specials, fish fry, and pizza are all great too!

This is a fantastic family owned restaurant! The service is very fast, and food was served piping hot! All the food is homemade and the prices are very affordable. I’m am working out of town this week, and I’ll be here every day for either lunch or dinner! Great Job! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Friends landing is a little slice of heaven located just outside of Addison New York. The portion size was very good and the quality was also very good. The waitress was amazingly friendly and fast

I had a bacon cheddar burger and fries. It was really good. Not a frozen hamburger patty, good quality beef. Cooked perfectly. Coconut Cream pie for dessert Excellent! Will definitely be back!

Nice, clean, surprise locals place that I didnt know was there. Very friendly service. Resonable prices. Shrimp and scallops were great, fish and salmon was cooked to death. Prime rib was excellent. Had a few food flaws. Never got my cole slaw. Wings were supposed to be mild, hot as heck. And the salmon...yikes, but will be back. Soon.

If you like the feel of a local tavern, this place is for you. It seemed like most of the customers knew each other. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. It seemed like we arrived at just the right time. At 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday, the place was nearly full. At 5 p.m. it was full. The staff was beyond kind and patient with our kids. We ordered a pizza for two kids, chicken popcorn and fries for another. Prime rib and burger for us. With drinks and tips, it was under a hundred dollars. I couldn't be happier!

Love Fran's Landing! Everything about this place is fantastic. The ownership and staff are friendly and accommodating and the cuisine is top-notch across the board. They also have lots of local and other nostalgia displayed for your viewing pleasure. One of the places I love to go for a bite to eat. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous!

Stopped by Frans after a trip to Hornell for my monthly infusion. I was pretty hungry and I must say service was quick and food was amazing!

Husband loved the fish fry, I had broiled scallops which were so tender & flavorful. We both enjoyed the Mac & cheese and slaw. The server was very attentive.

Went from a recommendation from a coworker .. oh my .. the service was incredible! The restaurant is super clean and fun . BUT the food !!! The clam chowder was so good .. like fabulous .. I had the seafood fried platter and everything was cooked to perfection ! The fish .... incredible ... coleslaw was really superb! We have to travel to shop and can't wait to come back .. Wish I had taken pictures to share ... ❤️

Our server was nice. The atmosphere was down-home welcoming. Roast beef was good, but. I wasn't crazy about the French fries. However, I recommend you try them out if you are in the area.

Amazing place just over the state line into New York State. My husband and I were taking my Mother-in-law(I call her Mom also) to dinner, we were up in PA visiting her. She talked about this restaurant and we figured we would try it. First we got there at 7:45pm and they close at 8pm but when we walked in to see about possibly take out or something, they told us to come in and sit down to eat. They have specials for each day and Mom loves their Chicken Parmesan but that is on Thursday and Saturday, we were there on a Tuesday😳 Our server said that they could make her a Chicken Parmesan but would have to use pizza sauce instead of a marinara and would have to substitute the pasta with a baked potato. Mom was delighted with what they offered to do and she said it was delicious😋. My husband got a Swiss and Mushroom burger and let me tell you, he had to cut it because even he couldn't get his mouth open that big😂. I chose the Tuesday night Pot Roast dinner, the roast was so tender that it honestly melted in my mouth and the gravy was to die for. We did decide to get dessert, they had an amazing array of choices available. Mom got the Brownie with ice cream, my husband got Coconut Cream pie and I chose the Banana Cream pie. This place even rocked their desserts. The portions were a nice size for dinners and dessert, everything was delicious and the people were so nice and willing to accommodate Mom's wish for the Chicken Parmesan dinner on a night that it wasn't the nights special. Met and talked to the owner and he was also friendly and we all talked for a bit even though they had been closed for about 45 minutes. I definitely recommend Fran's Landing if you find yourself lucky enough to be in their area. I want to thank all of them for being so gracious and making Mom so happy, it meant the world to my husband and myself.

Good Food.. Decent prices. Waittess was Busy but took good care of us. Fish fry was good size, mac&cheese tasty. Ham wrap was well made also!

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad, wound up with a chef's salad. Staff deducted for the error,not a problem. Decent clam chowder. In going to order something else next time I come back. All was adequate, room for improvement

Always busy. The staff is welcoming like going back home after years of being gone. The public hopes there to share story's about there week. Great great food. Local place but will welcome anyone in to there conversation. From prime rib for adults to chicken tenders for the kids. Dress as you are after a long days work or go for a special meal.

My wife and I ate there one time. The food was ok. We have tried to go back several times, and they have been inexplicably closed every time. Unfortunately we have tried too many times. Will not try again.

Very in demand restaurant with great food and great service to back it up. We had burgers and salads and the special for that day, no one was disappointed! Highly recommend. Go a little early to avoid a wait as it is a smaller establishment.

A very popular restaurant. Good food, great prices. A little out of the way. They don't take reservations. So you could wait up to half an hour before getting a table on Saturdays. Portions were very large. Definitely worth the trip 👌.

The fish fried, and the clam chowder was excellent. The steak, (not) so good. Over cooked and dried out. Ordered a medium raw and could not eat it. Because the service was so good, I decided to let it go. The waitress did step in to help correct the problem if needed.

Large serving of food, which looked great. Salads are served on platters, but you can ask for a half, and that was more than I could eat. Prices were very reasonable.

I always have a great time at Fran's. Waiting staff is friendly and helpful. Taste has been great, I've had salads, sandwhiches, burgers and I'd be happy to order any of them again. Portions are on the larger side so be ready to take some leftovers home.

I love it there. I am treated like one of the family! I love the atmosphere... one of caring, affirmation and acceptance. I love to read all the sayings on the walls and see all the pictures and displays. They are so life-affirming and pleasant. The staff are all so kind and friendly. God bless them all. This place also supports the wider community of Addison, especially in times of holidays when there are events to help feed the poor and hungry. Incredible food and an adorable place!

7 people dined. 3 fish fry's, 3 baked - including me. Meal was fairly decent. But the fried seafood was all frozen stuff. The 3 fish fry's were 1/4" thick pieces of fish at best. One diner had a seafood platter and left all his shrimp because they were all frozen bits & exaggerated amounts of breading. Everyone agreed on the above. Baked fish, slaw, Mac & cheese, & fries were all fairly decent. But nobody felt they would return. 🤷

A nice place out in the country. Got there at lunch time and they were busy. They got us a table very quickly . The food was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress could not have been any better.

It's always a great experience there. I took my wife out to eat there tonight and she fell in love with it !!! With our food and drinks it was $36.99. It's a great value for everything you get and the food was amazing. The customer service was very exceptional !!! We will be going there again soon
