I love it because I’m a regular they made me my own loaded french fries 100/10. Would recommend depending on the staff being there.

Pizza, stromboli, and salads have been fantastic. The servers have been friendly and the food good enough to return to.

Stopped here on a road trip, had the chicken penne vodka and cheese garlic bread. Food was fresh and delicious. Waitress was kind and always checking up on me super nice. And I was suprised at the bill really affordable! Place is clean and has that warm feeling to it. Good spot for lunch or a date

This place is the definition of hidden gem. Tucked away in a standard plaza most people might only know it for its takeout pizza. If you’ve had their pizza before you know it’s solid. Very generous toppings with a great sauce and crust. My concern is that people may not realize how good their home style Italian dishes are. This place could rival any Italian restaurant in town and probably come out on top. If they changed locations to downtown and put white tablecloths on their tables they could easily charge 2x - 3x more and no one would question it. Every single dish I’ve had here was not just good but top notch. Be warned their portion sizes are more than the average human can handle. You will be taking some home. Not to mention the prices! Correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t thing they have a pasta dish for over $20 and if they do it’s probably the best thing you’ll have this week. I go to NYC regularly and love eating in little Italy. This place would be right at home there. Don’t be fooled but the unassuming interior decor. It may look like a basic dine in pizza shop but this place punches well above it weight. I haven’t tried any of their sandwiches yet but I’ll be sure to update when I do. It’s hard to order a haogie when the pasta is so dang good! If you haven’t checked this place out yet as a local you are severely missing out. We need more places like this in central Florida who serve awesome food and super fair prices!

Food didn't really give an authentic Italian appeal

It’s hard to get my family to eat out or make a change. But I hate HHowies and I have been begging to eat here and I was told the pizza was bussin . It might have been had it not been cold. I mean cold. Like it was prepared hours ago. And I went straight there and back home. We had to put it in oven. Also I paid over $50 for a meat lovers Sicilian , a salad with thousand island and a cheesy bread. The pizza had absolutely no meat at all. Dude I said MEAT LOVERS smh 🤦‍♀️. My hubby was po’ed . Thanks. He then moves on to the salad with thousand island . Nope they sent vinegar. Anddd even the bread sticks were white and doughy. I get you close at 9, but it was 8:15 when I ordered. Thanks a lot. Now I’m back to cooking errrrryday until he gets over this. Saddest thing is I told the guy who answered the phone it was our very 1st time eating there. And now probably our last.

I highly DO NOT recommend this place. It's ridiculous how they cut back on the quantity of food and still have the audacity to charge more money. Their food is not freshly made. It's frozen food. It's disgraceful and despicable. Never again! Watch out for the credit card fee they charge.

Do not go here if it is an hour before closing they will not even look at you they act like you don’t even exist walked in at 7:30 was completely ignored until 8:00 when we finally figured out we was never going to be helped. If you stop taking orders and making food at 7:30 change your close time to 7:30 don’t let people who have been coming to your mold infested restaurant for years sit there and be completely ignored I hope everyone gets a sense of this place not caring about the customers like we did that day so people can see how this place is not the same since new owner the guy who’s more worried about what’s on tv than what’s in his restaurant!!!

I took my mom yesterday for her birthday. It may be good for takeout yet not for a special occasion. We went on Sunday, and we were the ONLY people in there. They only serve entrees in dinner size and price. We wanted something special since it was for a birthday, so we opted out for fast food type sandwich's/calzone or pizza. The food was mediocre for the prices. I ordered Chicken Marsala with Penne as my side for $17.95 which had no Marsala taste, and it was made with spaghetti instead. The waitress offered to make it with Penne, yet the other parties already had their meals, so I opted out to eat with my party. When she brought my plate out it looked like a brown mess overflowing with spaghetti in brown marsala sauce. The presentation for the prices you paid was horrible. Not even a piece of fresh parsley. The meals come with a small house salad which was the usual, 1 slice of cucumber, 2 small slices of tomato, tons of red onion on iceberg lettuce. I ordered a small bottle of water (don't like tap) and was charged $2.69!!. When the check came, I noticed a service fee, and when I asked her what it was, she said I don't know, I said please ask your boss, she said she is not here, I said call her! Needless to say, the owner is her mother, so when she called her, I asked what it was? Owner said I pay fees for credit card purchases so I am making my customers share that cost. Taking credit cards is the cost of doing business. If you don't want to pay for fees, then ask for cash only! Cash is my personal preference, may not be for everyone else yet in this case it saved me a few bucks, yet the other party did have to pay the fees. Needless to say, we will not return.

My mom and I had lunch there today for the first time and was really impressed. I'm not crazy about pizza, but that pizza was awesome. Handmade crust and tomato sauce is delicious. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

Food ok. Meatballs good. Raviolis sat in a bowl of sauce. The sauce was nothing to write home about.Atmosphere non existent.

Very disappointed I ordered a calzone no ricotta cheese and add pepperoni. Absolutely no pepperoni that I had to pay extra for. I ordered a Stromboli no sausage no ham only cheese and pepperoni and extra sauce. It had sausage and ham no pepperoni and no extra sauce. All this was in the special request section but apparently they didn’t read it so had to pick out everything and each cheese bread basically. It’s going to be a very very long time before I try this place again.

First time trying this place and I ordered chicken carbonara, I realized when I got home there was no chicken in it. When i called the restaurant their only response was that the cook said he did. I was really mad because this dish costs 19 dollars! According to the reviews I have read, this is normal for them to screw up take out orders and not want to fix. I won't be ordering again.

Probably my favorite spot for pizza. I haven't eaten inside myself but when picking up pizza the crew is always nice and polite, the inside feels cozy like it would be a good place to stay and eat I just haven't had the opportunity yet. Pizza is top notch in my opinion I haven't had a complaint yet with the quality of the food

Genuinely on of the best pizzas I had in Florida. It had the right amount of sauce and good quality toppings. Everything had a fair price.

I never ever put down or give a bad review to any establishment. I love spaghetti and can just open a can of spaghetti sauce and throw it on spaghetti. I have never smelled spaghetti like what I had here. I honestly was afraid to eat it. It didn’t taste right. I was so dissatisfied. We are traveling and never been here. I ended up going next door at the grocery store to get something to eat. I hope it was just a bad day for them

We love the cheese pizza! However, we hate that you can't get fresh veggies here. The mushrooms & peppers are canned. Also, the sausage comes in big slices, and I'm not a fan of that either 🤣. I love a good supreme pizza, and really wish we could get that at Ciao Bella.

Stuffed shells noodles are under cooked. For the price thought there would be some kind of bread or garlic knots included .

I ordered the Linguine Ciao Bella dinner. There were 3 shrimp and 3 scallops plus a bunch of linguine. No bread that should have been included. I got my side salad. I won’t be back

Worst experience ever ordered through DoorDash. The restaurant did not write down the correct pizza. I ordered a meat lovers with peppers and onions and all I got was the peppers and onions. The barbecued wings were supposed to also have blue cheese with it and yet they left out the blue cheese $34 for nothing I would not suggest ordering for this restaurant again.

Ordered catering last minute before Christmas. So kind in getting it ready for next day. Tasting So Good. Definitely Recommend

Did a online order. Went and picked it up after work . Waitress was very polite. Got home and sat down to eat our dinner. Food had no flavor at all. Have had gotten food from here before and it was good but this time was just horrible. Love to help the small businesses but hard to do when you don't get a meal that isn't you eating it. :/

Its seat your self at this small Italian bistro. Dinner was excellent. Chicken Carbonara and Manicotti were both tasty and arrived quickly. Side salads and bread included. House Italian dressing is awesome! Noticed a steady take out stream of NY style pizza. Trying that next!

Great pizza! Had a meat lover combined with a veggie lover ! 12" I could only eat half comfortably. It was truly a treat! Glad I splurged. Ingredients tasted fresh I did a light sauce it was perfect premium pizza!

Do you like to eat pizza in a soup bowl? This is the place to get it when you place your order expect to place half of the order when you get there.

Horrible customer service. The “owner/manager/supervisor” or whatever title he has, yells at an employee he just hired in front of customers, on top of pickup order issues not once, but twice. Than when confronted, he says, I’ll help you out next time with extra toppings. Ha. Okay. Never again. Gave it two tries and disappointed both time.

What I expect In a Italian owned restaurant

We had a great experience. It is not a chain food and the food was generous portions and tasty not like premade. I had Chicken Parm, very good, my husband had spaghetti with 2 meatballs which were the size of a baseball. Plenty to eat,with leftovers. Prices are reasonable service was good. We have also had their pizza which is not premade,crust and toppings good too. Try it, you will enjoy it!

Horrible customer service by the manager in store. When the store handed out the wrong order they blamed all others around them instead of simply just giving me the item I paid for. I still do not have the item I paid for it’s awful with how much everything costs to have a business essentially steal from its customers it’s pathetic.

We wanted to try a new place so i made my order on DoorDash based on reviews. When delivered, half my order was correct the other half wasn’t even close to what we ordered. I tried to call/contact the dasher with no luck so I called the pizzeria itself to see where the mistake was. The owner, I believe he said his name was Brandon, said he was short staffed and HIS employee handed out the wrong food. I asked what we can do to fix it and he said that it wasn’t his problem. He hung up on me! I couldn’t believe how rude he was being how dare he say it wasn’t his fault when he admitted his employee mixed up our order! I called back and was told that I can come to the store and get it that’s my option! I wouldn’t eat or give a dime to this pizzeria! The pizza we did get wasn’t even good!!

I was disappointed. The pasta was just okay. I think I may have been overcharged according to the price on the menu.

Total disappointment. Ordered 2 pizzas and a pint of alfredo sauce through GrubHub. I asked for the pizzas to be cooked well done. They were barely cooked and near bare of cheese and toppings. The container of alfredo sauce was half full at most. Not recommended at all.

Ciao Bella's has been there for years I had gotten pizza from a few years ago but was a little skimpy on toppings found a place in downtown Lakeland but the traffic has gotten to be a pain so I went without good NY style pizza then heard that there was new ownership at some point so went back a few weeks ago and was really impressed great NY style pizza and from what I've heard great Italian food also definitely recommend!

Some of the best pasta and pizza in town

I ordered door dash and got the wrong pizza. The box was smaller and was sealed. I was hoping it was just a smaller version of the pizza I ordered but it wasn't. Upon slicing up the seal sticker, I noticed that a slice or two was eaten from it and then the crusts were placed back in the box. Quite disappointed as I love this pizzeria. I got a pizza refund from door dash. Who ate the dang slice? I will never know.

Pizza and garlic knots were delicious. Service was great. The carrot cake was really good.

And let me tell you it did not disappoint hats off to the chef and hats off to Chris and Destiny guiding me to getting what I wanted the most and giving me a great experience overall 10/10 would do again. Finally found an AUTHENTIC New York style pizza that reminds me of home. Cannot begin to describe how flavorful the cheese pizza is. Will be making this gem a regular stop on my trips to Walt Disney World!

This has to be hands down one of the best pizzas I have had

The pizza had almost no sauce, barely any cheese. The crust was awful. I requested utensils and received none. I will say that the antipasto salad was good.

I ordered a takeout chicken cacciatore. When I got home, 10 miles away, I found test I had pasta with some sauce and mushrooms, and literally 1 sliver of chicken. I called them and they basically called me a liar! Unbelievable. I will mot be bothering with this place any more and I advise others to steer clear.

The food was incredible. The lasagna was perfectly cooked and the meatballs are amazing. The portions are also very generous. The service also couldn’t be better. Our server was prompt and very kind. The owner was absolutely wonderful.

Located in Plantation plaza. This place is awesome! Very hometown feel. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the care that went into the dish! I had a stromboli, and a canoli. The stromboli was phenomenal! Big portion! I took 2/3 of the dish home. The canoli was delicious, with just the right amount of cinnamon and chocolate chips so that neither took away from the rich base of the filling. The owner, Ed Esposito, came out and spoke with us. It was like talking with an old friend. He explained that he wanted to open a restaurant where people could get made fresh Italian cuisine, at a price they could feel good about. I would highly recommend stopping by, and saying hi to Eddy!

Good food with excellent service. Large range of Italian based items. The spaghetti with meatball and spaghetti with sausage were excellent. There is both a lunch and dinner size. The lunch size is without salad. The restaurant is locally owned and operated whi h is a plus. The prices are competitive with other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

My parents love this place and recommended this for a Sunday dinner one week. The place itself is small; however, it was very busy with both dine-in and take out. I had the chicken parmigiana which was really good. My dad had a weird request and the cook/owner was more than happy to accommodate it. Would definitely come back again.

The last time we ate here was before COVID and the people who owned it were from Italy. The food was wonderful like eating in one of the small cafes in Italy. The food is nothing close to that now.

Will not return. The original family owners went back to Italy. No more genuine italian. Pizza parlor food.

The best NY style pizza I’ve had since moving to Lakeland, the crust is nice and thin and you can fold your pizza in half. I now order from them every Friday night!

Found this place while we were traveling. Great food and staff! Owner came and visited with us for a bit and was super nice.

Had the 18 inch cheese, Sicilian, cheese cake and cannoli. Was very pleased with how fresh everything tasted and how fast it was prepared. This place is awesome and would recommend to anyone.

Food was remarkable, friendly staff, inexpensive and high quality food. The cashier was extremely pleasant with my children. We were greeted hello when we walk through the door.

My daughter loves this restaurant! Every time for a special treat when driving home from the office she wants to go here. They greet you at the door they make her feel special with a smile. The food is good we're eating with her eyes in order too much. All the stuff are extremely helpful.

OK food although it was boring and lacks much flavor. The restaurant staff seems to be a bit disorganized. Will try again in a few months. Very reasonable prices.
