This was my first trip to a Cinemark theater. Food delivery via the app - fantastic! And the seating is super.

We have visited multiple times over the last few months. Good food options, friendly staff, and comfortable seats. This is our go-to theatre. Nice staff, too!

Best movie theater in Jacksonville in terms of updated theaters. Also you have to love the fact you can pre purchase your drinks and stuff on the app so it’s ready to go when you arrive so no unexpected lines or anything. Seats are recliner and super comfortable.

I went out to take my girlfriend on opening night to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. I paid for the best experience and d-box seats. Unfortunately two gregarious women ruined the whole experience. They talked during the whole movie and deicided to make it their personal commentary. Even when we walked out and left they were unaware and practically walked into me. Disappointed on opening night to have such a bad experience as the other movie going experiences have been great. I didn't wanna create a scene and was too tired to bring it up. Props to the two who ruined the whole movie going experience. Cinemark doesn't even tell people not to talk during the movie either. I really feel like there should be more enforcement of patrons not talking and ruining the Cinemark experience.

Always a great movie experience

Always a good experience at this theater. The seats are still nice and the theater we were in was very clean. Better than other theaters in the area.

It's a lovely facility but we had a really bad experience where the PG13 movie we went to see had trailers that were for rated R movies. Absolutely ridiculous and ruined our family evening out. We had to leave as the trailers were horrific and scared the wits out of our daughter.

We brought my nephew who was visiting from out of town here to see the new Wolverine & Deadpool movie. We got the special DBOX action seats and it made the whole experience that much better. We all had a blast. The seats were tons of fun. My wife and I have been to this theatre about 20 times and we have always had a great time. The place is relatively new and the seats all look brand new. The staff is always friendly and quick to help. I highly recommend this business and location.

Enjoyed this Cinemark. Loved the idea of the attached-tray’s on the seats & the popcorn was good. My cinemark is nice but they can step it up. Popcorn is stale & those tray would be a great help. I wouldn’t have to stuff my purse behind o on the side of me & I would have place to place the food I get from the concession stand.

Nice theatre, clean, on the smaller side. Comfy chairs and bar are a plus.

This is the cleanest theatre I have been to in the last 3 months. Including the restrooms. The front lobby can get hectic as it is small, but that just seems to be a design flaw. Concession lines move quickly. The only drawback is the theatres do get warm, especially by the end of a movie. It's like the A/C gets turned down or off??

Spacious, clean theatre with tons of options for dining at your seat/snacks.

This location really tries hard to make a pleasant experience. I haven’t tried the variety of food and beverage services located in the lobby but they have pizza, draft beer and cocktails. I understand they can even deliver your food to your seat. They also offer vibrating and heated seats which are fun for action movies.

Love having a movie theatre right next door. Cheap tickets and very comfy seating.

Excellent customer service. I lost my phone. JD took me to lost & found. The phone was there. I appreciate that JD escorted me to l & f. Instead of just telling me. He recognized that I was panicking about losing my phone. He reacted great. Thanks JD.

We Love Durbin Cinemark. We go every Tuesday for $5 movie night. It is super clean and there are many good and drink options! A great experience! (The seats recline and have warmers!)

Love this movie theater, but recently went to a late showing and they cut the AC off around midnight. The movie got out at 1:30 am and we were SWEATING. Don't do late night screenings and you'll have a good time at this theater.

Very clean and comfortable theater. Place was organized and staff was friendly, chairs were heated, they reclined and they serve beer and alcohol.

Let's get straight to it. Popcorn, remember the days when popcorn had flavor. It was bright yellow with a bang of salt. Right out of the popper it was so good it didn't need butter. What happened? The popcorn here is almost solid white, not salty and butter is required since it's the only way to add flavor. These large chains take over and bam. They unknowingly ruin what once was great. What was once great is no more. Large corporations today do not operate with that perfect touch. That touch local small buisness owners had because they cared. Most things time past were truly great. I miss the days of going to the movies when everything was just about as perfect as it could be.

My favorite movie theater! Watched Deadpool & Wolverine and it was fantastic. Lounge seats with heaters on them. Sound is amazing. Plenty of food and drink options.

We saw Despicable Me 4 and Inside Out 2 at Cinemark Durbin Park- the seats were so cozy- we all reclined back once the movies started! We had plenty of room for all of our snacks and drinks. Def the best theater in town!

Took the son and grandson to see Minnions 4d. Awesome experience. Ordered tickets on line. Seating option was very limited. However once there it was not filled as website indicated. Could have gotten better seating.

I have to praise the staff at the cashier. Today I watched the movie "Inside Out 2" with my kids and while I was adjusting the seats for the kids, the little boy sitting next to me swapped my Coca Cola with his juice. His (presumably) grandmother asked me if this was my juice, to which I replied that it was. Later I realized how I could know that the boy hadn't drunk it, etc. I went to buy myself a new Coca Cola, only to realize that the cups had been swapped. And the guy at the cashier gave me a new coca cola free of charge. So thank you once again for accommodating me in such a situation when you didn't have to.

Love this place, but would be nice if the bathrooms were cleaned more often. Sounds like the kids like to mess them up.

This theatre is GARBAGE when it comes to watching movies, especially horror movies. The employees let anyone in, and allow children in R rated movies. There is no regulation in the theaters, so handling a loud obnoxious individual would have to be personally handled, or you have to leave to the front and miss your movie to get someone. This movie sells caramel popcorn in that really annoying plastic bag. Therefore, anyone who buys it, then proceeds to scarf it down you hear the loud obnoxious noise of the crinkling and the idiot doesn't even stop. The noise control in the theatre is terrible. I suggest they place workers in the actual theatre room who can regulate loud occupants. I have had to leave more than 10 movies now so far, or more, due to loud obnoxious watchers. Do NOT come to this theatre, especially if it is to watch a horror movie. They DO refund your tickets but I don't care, the movie is ruined at that point and the whole experience is wasted. The crazy part is, everyone in the theatre tries their hardest to just "ignore" the noise, or they are scared to speak up. GET SOME REGULATION IN THE THEATRE ROOMS FOR LOUD PEOPLE. PLACE A WORKER IN THE ACTUAL THEATRE.

Came to watch the inside out 2 movie, the cinema was very clean and the staff were very nice and the food was good.

It’s such a disappointment to have to pick a movie 18 days in advance can’t even use the credits I have can’t wait to terminate membership. Don’t get scammed!

The movie theater service & staff was great. We paid for the XD only to have someone sitting in our seats so we had to sit in regular seats.

Nice theater, except for the heated seats. Neat feature, just not a fan. Also why is there over 30 minutes of commercials with only 3 trailers within that 30 minutes of commercials playing at the movie start time? I did not pay to watch commercials, I paid to watch a movie and the trailers before it. Play the ads before the movie start time!

Very nice team lead by Samuel the manager. I wasn’t sure what I did when placing my online so called for assistance. I appreciate movie theatres are busy especially on a hot Saturday during summer but you’d never guess that considering how attentive and helpful they were to resolve my issue. my order was even waiting at my seat when I arrived at the theatre. Thanks for ensuring I had a delightful time at the movies, something I rarely get to do these days!

I haven't been to the movies in quite a while. Still a great place to relax. Excellent food options. Very clean. And it's the return of the free popcorn and drink refills for me! Do yourself a favor and get the membership. You get a free ticket every month and yea, they rollover. The 4 of us went today and used 4 free tickets. Now granted, the membership is 9.99 so they weren't free exactly. But a ticket is 11.99 so you do the math. The discount on food makes it really worth it for my family. Do you boo-boo!

Thankful for the cinemas that put in the recliners. These are nice and comfy. I wish the back part laid down. It's nice to stretch the legs, but it's nicer when you can lean back too. Not sure why they have seat heaters! Overall a nice theatre. It would have received a higher rating had it not been so hot in there. We asked if they could turn up the air, but sweat the whole experience.

Katie, one of the managers at Cinemark Durbin, was rude and impolite. We had 2 tickets together for One Love and when someone else sat in the seats we purchased, she refused to make them move. She claimed that she can’t make them move and would need to refund our money or move our seats that we paid for. She has absolutely horrible customer service!!

A very comfortable theater, plenty of room to enjoy the movie. The popcorn was fresh and the staff was friendly. The candy selection was awesome. I Love the lounges.

They used to give you a container, at request, to put popcorn in so you could split the popcorn up into two containers when sitting with a group. They won’t give you one anymore…so cheap. The container probably cost them .15 cents. Now I’ll have to bring my own popcorn bowl. They could charge a small fee for the container.

Usually a good experience. The last time they were still cleaning at 9:30 and the movie was at 9:35. They didn’t let us in but we all agreed to go sit down because we were holding food and drinks and it was inconvenient and late.

There was popcorn all over the floor in the entire lobby, the women’s restroom was filthy with trash cans overflowing, trash all over the bathroom floor.

Seating was great, it was modern, clean and sound was also excellent. Buying tickets was easy online or in person

If there is a review i would love to provide it would be about this cinema. They have vibrating seats that give a great semsation when watching any high imtensity action movie. For the price this is by far the best movie place i have ever been at, and i should mention that i am a movie enthusiast who habe been in the majority of the US states, Europe, and some of Africa.

Even after being open for a couple of years, the place has remained well kept (clean & comfortable ).

Love the lounger seats, theatre kept up nice, staff friendly, adult beverages and great food.

This place has ruined me for any other theater. Reclined heated seats, large screens, clean theaters, and concession delivery to my seat? Yes, please.

Theater was clean, employees were helpful. The heated seats were welcoming with the colder temps outside. We will return!
