This was our last stop on the way out of the city and boy are we glad it's where we picked. De De went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and like we belonged. Tried a few cigars I haven't seen before which and finished a great smoke. De De really made it for us, her personality was electric.

Didn't eat anything, but, the atmosphere was amazing, ample outdoor seating, great selection of cigars and the drinks were very good.

Full transparency, I am not a cigar smoker. However my friend, visiting from the west coast, wanted to get cigars to bring home to her father. She didn't know much about cigars either. So what I appreciated was how helpful the woman working there was in explaining and showing my friend various options, while also explaining why they would make a solid choice. I always appreciate great customer service and a comfortable spot.

I'm not a big cigar smoker, but the drinks here are amazing. You can also sit outside and have a drink/smoke. The staff was awesome as well.

We came to Miami for a conference and found City Cigar the first night we were in town. We were so impressed with the white glove, world class service provided by De De, that we returned the next evening.

From the moment we stepped through the doors she ensured our experience would be nothing short of unforgettable. She is an amazing hostess who feels like an old friend. I must say I was suspect as driving to the area looked sketchy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service provide by Mixologist De De! I can’t say enough about De De. She greeted us by name each time she interacted with us. It felt like we had been there before because how welcoming she was. The place has great vibes, low key and just what I needed to finish out my night of celebrating 50 with family! DE DE was phenomenal, personable and just down right a pleasure. Whenever in Miami and looking for great vibes, cigars and drinks look no further. My new spot whenever in town.

Nice cigar selection with a well stocked bar and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Know what you want? Great they probably have it. Not sure? Just ask and they can help you from your smoke to your drink. Pull up a chair and relax inside or out.

This Cigar Lounge is nothing short of amazing! The ambiance is definitely a vibe. The cigar and liquor selection is incredible and Dede gave my party awesome customer service. I definitely recommend this place for a great time.

As a business owner, I understand the importance of feedback and the significant role employees play in representing a company. Despite my extensive travels and numerous interactions, I have seldom encountered an employee as rude, cold, and emotionless as I did at this establishment. Such behavior is deeply troubling, not only because it reflects poorly on the business but also because it suggests personal distress. It is particularly disappointing in a small, presumably close-knit business like a cigar lounge, where one would expect the owner to be aware of and address such issues. This experience was so off-putting that I cannot envision returning. It's a shame to witness such misery, where basic politeness and a smile are seemingly impossible. Everyone faces hardships, yet maintaining a level of cordiality is essential. I sincerely hope the employee receives the support she needs, as her demeanor indicates deeper issues. It's equally concerning that the owner seems oblivious to the negative impact this is having on their business.

Unfortunately 6 of us came and every one of us experienced dry cigars that cracked. One of our party got a replacement but it was the same thing. When we asked we were told they did not know why. When we asked about humidification the sales person said she did not know again. Great spot to hang our but I wish they checked their humidity more often. Great selection. I had an AF that as soon as I cut the cap, it split. One buddy got a Year of the Dragon that split down the middle. Another had a Liga 10 that tasted rough due to humidity issue (dry). One Liga 10 got cracked and replaced but the second one did the same thing.

This was a cool place. We are out of towners so this might strike a cord with the locals. Giving this 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. They did not have all the food selections or drink selections on their menu and it was the weekend 🙄 2. The circulation was terrible. It was super stuffy. I’ve been in lounger where the air circulation was perfect. Considering how fancy this place was it should have a better system. 3. The service was great. The lady helping us was a great bartender. The owner or manager who was very experienced with cigars decided not to help us when the waitress told us she was not that experienced and would send him over. Instead he decided to smoke his cigar and hang out with his friends. When I had a question she would run over and ask for his help 🤷🏽‍♂️. Overall it was a decent experience. Cool place for a drink and to watch a game if you can get through the air circulation

Excellent acotar lounge, with an extraordinary selection of select vitolas and a full bar, with a very extensive and sophisticated collection of liquors. The best thing, without a doubt, was the service. Very friendly and attentive.

This review will not do this place enough justice, but I can say, beyond a reasonable doubt the best cigar experience I’ve ever had. You feel at home, no judgment, and you are part of the Cigar family within this cigar lounge. So much love to the best manager, Brittany herself, personalize experience. Don’t pass up this experience to step into the cigar world.

City cigar has such a relaxing atmosphere, I could’ve stayed in there for hours. Our bartender DeeDee was top tier. So nice and friendly. She had great cigar and drink recommendations and some of the Best customer service I’ve experienced.

My partner and I found this gem of a lounge on our way to our hotel. Dede, the hostess/ cigar expert/ bartender was a very personable, knowledgeable, and energetic gal. She made our experience there very inviting. The lounge itself was well ventilated and had a large selection of cigars that were neatly displayed. The bar was beautifully stocked and displayed a large assortment of liquors to choose from. The leather chairs and various tvs also made this place comfortable to hangout in. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to revisiting.

I was attending an after party during a conference. The staff were friendly and the drink prices were reasonable. There was a lovely old woman making cigars and she will show you how it's done. Even though 90% of the people were smoking cigars, the air was not bad and I'm not a smoker.

This is my favorite place . Has a vast array of cigars. The drink specials on certain nights are beyond good.

Had happy hour here on FriYAY! The have 2-4-1 on many different liquors (not bottom barrel too!) I had my usually Old Fashioned and despite not having Maker’s Mark, my Woodford Reserve cocktail was still delicious! I’m not a cigar connoisseur to make a recommendation, but they have an extensive selection of cigars to choose from. Next time, I’ll definitely have one. There’s a ton of TVs so excellent spot for watching sports and the bartenders were great. Very friendly and attentive. Overall great experience. Will 💯 be back.

Finest cigar lounge Miami has to offer. Typically we all appreciate quality over quantity- but this rare gem has both. Casa Fuente? Check. Atabey? Check. Massive scotch selection? Check times 5! The staff is exceedingly gracious and generous with their time and knowledge. Without a doubt this will become a regular for my stays in MIA!

Absolutely the best cigar bar I’ve ever been to. The selection of cigars is only outdone by the selection of scotches, bourbons & tequilas. They must have over 500 bottles on their back bar. Incredible experience.

The hosts are accommodating and will walk you through the process. The more Spanish you know and the more you know about cigars, the better, but you'll be okay regardless.
