Customer service no good / the food tasted like it was microwaved / never be back

My husband ordered our food for Carry out he asked if anything spicy wasin the meal he ordered for me because he said i am allergic we stated that the guy replied no upon getting home and taking a bite I immediately started having trouble breathing swelling and sweating and sweating passed out I should sue them because the guy stated no there was nothing spicy in it people don't realize that even if it's spicy paprika some people are allergic....

Came in today. Was my first time in. The restaurant was extremely busy. Mary handled the crowed very professional and was very friendly. I got the clean eats burger to go and was not disappointed at all. The food was delicious and I look forward to returning again to this location.

Sunday was our first day meeting Mary. She was fast at loading up my meal preps, extremely friendly, and very helpful. Very happy to see a new face and we look forward to seeing her again next week for our meal plan.

The new girl mary, working with manager Amy are a GREAT team. Amy has all the knowledge, Mary has all the customer service. We will definitely come back to see the two of these girls and get a fabulous healthy meal! Love these two!!! Got 2 build your own bowls today and they were DELICIOUS Two of the most friendliest staff members this company has!

Great selection of different foods for different macro goals. I enjoy the frozen meal selection as it allows me to have a high protein lunch every day with a variety of different meats and carbs. I like the atmosphere of this location, and Amy is the best when it comes to make you feel at home! She always has a smile on her face and I leave Clean Eatz with a smile on my own face after shopping.

Decided to stop for the first time on 6/28 to try the food out. The cashier wasn’t very friendly and seemed not to know much about the food being sold. I ordered a turkey burger. Food turned out to be okay

I ordered a medium bowl from here today. WOW!!! Delicious. Great quality food. Huge portions!! This was a delivery from Door Dash. Food still hot. Quick delivery. Just so so good. I can probably eat two more meals from the bowl. I will DEFINITELY order from here again!!!

This is my new go to place!! I work overnight and love having a healthy option for lunch with their frozen meals. The bang bang shrimp wrap is pretty tasty as well!

Ordered a large build your own bowl with chicken and spinach as base. The bowl was tiny. Most of the bowl was chicken that definitely came from a can. I got about 5 leaves of spinach. The canned chicken was really gross and dry, and not very clean eatz if you ask me. It was really expensive too for being the poor quality it was.

Really disappointed with the food a friend and I got recently. The wrap itself tasted exactly like the grill, like its never been cleaned. The taste was so nasty we had to eat candy to get the taste out of our mouths. The Thai peanut sauce was absolutely disgusting. My friend tried it and hated it as well. Everything on the menu looked good but what we got was not good at all. The cashier wasn't very personalable and when asked questions he didn't know the answer. I will make this place a place I will never go to again.

Absolutely love picking up my meal plans every week. Amethyst is such a doll and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The meals are great, the staff are awesome! So glad I found the place. I haven't used the Cafe yet.

Have started the meal plan. Nice variety of foods with the menu changing weekly. High protein and low carb options are available. Everything has been tasty. I prefer plant forward, so I typically split the portion in two and add additional veggie sautéed or roasted, but I believe most would find it satisfying as is. All meals come with a breakdown of fat, protein, carbs and calories.

We tried this restaurant for the smoothies. They are good. Nothing special really. The create a bowl however is awesome. I had the salmon and shrimp and both were delicious! There are several friendly employees and one not so friendly. We will return in spite of the one employee.

Great spot. We pick up weekly meals from here and grab lunch while we're there. Staff is always helpful and friendly and all the products are a good price.

I REALLY miss this hidden gem since I moved away last year. Cooking for one can be difficult at sometimes, and that's where I enjoyed their services. I could go though and pick a few frozen meals for the week and always had a variety of options. If you wanted fresh food, you could order from their menu, and it always came out fresh. I recommend trying one of their wraps. I'll be stopping by there and stocking up when I head that way later this year.

The protein smoothie is excellent! They have wonderful meal plans too. Definitely recommend if you are looking for healthier choices.

I bought the steak and queso and apple and peanut butter dip,.and also the buffalo dip and chips. All of it was extremely well worth it. The.prixes are a little more than expected but you are getting everything in correct portions. Great customer service. Going to try their smoothies next

I really enjoyed the queso steak melt. It was so good and filling. I got the Mac and cheese with it and it was perfect. The gng meals are just as good. I like that I can have them in my freezer for 6 months. I'm about to start the meal plan soon. I can't wait to try it. The manager and the assistant manager were very helpful in showing me around. Will definitely be back.

Love that I can get my meals here for the whole week. Better deal than buying groceries, esp with a variety, eating a different healthy meal everyday. -Weekly visit for a prepared meal plan pick up -Frequently enjoy options on the hot menu as well.

I like the bowls. Today ordered 2 small bowls & 1 medium bowl. However, there was a mix-up with the medium and received a small bowl. 2 small bowls: Base: Kelp & Quinoa Protein: Shrimp Vegetables: Mushrooms, Carrots, & Broccoli Sauce: Teriyaki 3 Bowl: Base: Kelp & Quinoa Proten: Shrimp Vegetables: Mushrooms & 2 Servings of carrots (Prefer zucchini, carrots, & mushrooms) Sauce: Sweet Chili (a bit spicy) 1 Banana Smoothie There was a small mix up, however it was handled well by the employee after bringing it to her attention. This is my NEW to go place before heading back towards Milton. The bowls taste good, fulfilling, & healthy!

Awesome, love the concept and the food. I don’t know what is wrong with me lol I ordered something I never order anywhere because I’m not a fan of buffalo chicken (I feel like buffalo sauce is overwhelming and can overtake my food, leaving me unable to actually taste the flavors of the rest of the food), but this wrap was the best buffalo chicken wrap I have ever had. I was able to taste the lettuce tomato and bleu cheese, it was perfectly proportioned. I got it with the sweet potato waffle fries, again, best sweet pot fries I’ve ever had. They were crispy which is kind of hard to do with sweet pot fries. Portion size was great, I’m full but not heavy, that makes me so happy! 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be back! Very tempted to start a meal plan

I wish there were more "fast food" places like this. What a great pickup (or dine-in!) option to eat healthy! Eaten here several times and always get the build-your-own bowl. Meal is always fresh and flavorful. The only thing I would change is have some more raw veggie options (and just a tad bit larger portions..lol) but I understand it may be difficult to do this on a large scale. You really need to try this place...unlike most any other food joint I've found!!! Always delicious AND healthy!! Hard to beat that!!

I really enjoy coming in for the food and smoothies. Clean Eatz is one of my go to places. However as I came in for a smoothie yesterday I was walking up and I could hear a male employee yelling at someone that he can multitask Amy and you know that. Then he walked up to the front. I'm not sure what happened I never heard anyone else raise their voice to him. I was really uncomfortable about him yelling. Very unprofessional of him. I look forward to coming back and enjoying more great food!!

This is a great answer to fast food, cooking for one, eating healthy in a busy week, or just trying new food.

I started stopping in and getting about 10 meals a week to take to work and I always grab different ones. Great selection, I haven't had a bad one yet! They're delicious and super convenient! I have only bought the pre packaged frozen meals, but I can imagine the dine in food has to be great too. Staff is always friendly!

I've always wanted to try CE but never really got the chance because it's on the west side of town. I wasn't disappointed, not one bit. I plan to go back and begin the meal prep plan.

This was my first time here and I had the Dirty Peanut smoothie. It has an unusual taste, you can tell it’s low in calories, but it’s actually pretty good. I don’t think I’ve had a better tasting smoothie that’s around 250 calories. And you can’t tell that it has artificial sweetener in it either. I would order it again. My only complaint is that they ask for a tip at checkout and that’s not appropriate, so I deducted a star for that.

I tried this place the other day for lunch. There were about 3 people in front of me. I ordered a wrap and a bowl to go. I had to ask for my drink cup because it wasnt given to me. (No big deal but for the overall experience it should be mentioned) I sat there and waited for 40 minutes. I know for a fact because I had a phone call after I ordered and I checked the time after waiting for so long. People who were dining in and ordered after me were getting their food and I was still waiting for my to go order. I asked after 30 minutes if it was almost ready. I was told they were still working on it. 10 minutes later, I finally got my order of 1 wrap and 1 bowl. The wrap was actually pretty good but the bowl was missing the extra ingredient I paid for and it was dry and flavorless even with the sauce. I am willing to order another wrap one day but I dont want to wait 40 minutes for it. I hope it was just an off day but the situation could have been handled better when I was sitting right in front of them waiting for so long. The two people at the counter were just standing there looking at me. I feel like they could have checked on my food without me having to ask. Hopefully will have a better experience in the future.

I have been coming in the shop on Sundays over the last month for breakfast meal prep and have had a great experience each time. This past Sunday in particular , a young woman , with purple hair .. I think her name was Amy , treated me extremely well. She was very attentive to my questions and took time to make sure that I was aware of the instructions, cook time, and ingredients to maximize my experience. I really appreciated her kindness as she made sure I was satisfied with my purchases and answered my questions as a fairly new customer. I will definitely be coming back on the regular to help maintain my healthy lifestyle . Thanks Clean Eatz!

Recently found this Cafe and started coming in. Food is GREAT and no complaints on service until now. The male with the black hat typically helps me and is wonderful with food pairing and flavors. He even remembered what sauces I have already tried and asked my taste interest. I just started a diet plan and wanted to give the meal plan a go. I was helped by the woman with the purple hair and kind of felt like I was wasting her time. I asked her about it because I am new to the Cafe and didn't know how it really works. I was quickly told it was all done online and select to pay in store for my 1st time order discount...and that was about the extent of it. I was kinda looking for a little more info on how it works before ordering. Are the meals different each week? How many options per week are there? Can I make a large order and span it out over 2 weeks to not have so much of the same? Really felt nervous to ask since I felt brushed off to go online and do it myself so fast. And the Cafe was not busy. It was only myself and one other person in there eating. Needless to say I found it online and did my order and didn't put in for the larger meal plan I originally was interested in doing. Food is wonderful every time and I have shared my love for the meals with a lot of my coworkers and family. The man with the black hat that works register and the woman with dirty blonde hair that works register also are always so friendly and helpful. Really wish one of them was there when I placed my meal plan.

Ummm yum! Went to check on meal plans and omg SOOOO affordable! If you don't want to do the meal plans they have a whole wall of freezers filled with pre-made frozen ones. They even have pizza! All the macros are there for protein, carbs, fats etc. There are low carb options, keto, extra protein you name it. I am SO excited to order my first week tomorrow. PLUS, the first time you order online and pay IN store you get half off 10 meals! I got one of their bowls and it was delicious!

When you come to Clean Eatz, you become family. The food is delicious, it’s clean, they are welcoming. They take time to explain everything! Love it! I come four times a week and get a to go for supper. Amy and Barbie are especially kind and welcoming.

Love this place!! We wandered in a few weeks ago and tried the cafe. Recently decided to try the meal plans offered online. Barbie helped us with our purchase and food options. We tried most of the recommendations she made, and they were sensational!! She also let us try some of the berry protein shake; again, outstanding!! If you compare what you spend on groceries and eating out each month, this place is a no-brainer. Great food, great staff and great prices! Thanks Barbie!!

Convenient and cost efficient meal plans when traveling!

Eating at Clean Eatz has really helped me keep track on my weight for boxing. It is also very fast and convenient! Fantastic service!

Food was low calorie which was the main reason for coming so my hopes weren't very high but i was surprisingly shocked when the food was DELICOUS as well as the protein smoothies. 10/10 will be coming here again soon.

Food was good for being healthy. Wish it was seasoned a little more. Worth the price. It does take awhile to get your food, so if you are in a rush don't eat in, but grab a pre-made meal from the fridge. Customer service was superb. When I was in a customer received the incorrect order, so they redid it and gave the customer a discount the next time they came in. Overall a much better choice compared to other "fast" food restaurants in the area.

Sat was my first time visiting and I have to say it was amazing. I got a buffalo chicken wrap with mozzarella and it was amazing. Amy was so helpful and knew a lot about the meal plans and grab n goes. I also got a pizza and I have to say it was delicious. Will definitely be back.
