Ice cream was SO delicious & I love their late hours! The only issue was the sales girl. She had no personality & literally wouldn't speak. We just had to start stating our order, because she never asked. I found that very odd for an ice cream shop server who in my mind should be bubbly & full of personality.

We've been going here for years and our list visit we experienced our first problem. However Izzy was extremely professional and did everything correctly to willingly resolve the matter. Hats off to such a wonderful young lady showcasing off exceptional customer service.

Decided to try this Coldstone today with my kid today and the employee Brielle was very attentive and extremely nice. The Ice cream was very good and the store was pretty clean compared to other Coldstones I have been to. Definitely recommend.

I get when you’re busy and don’t have many people on hand, the pace might be slower. But I felt that the employees could have been friendlier and I felt I didn’t get my money’s worth when I ordered their large Apple Pie a la Cold Stone cup and noticed the ingredients they added were small portions, not proportionate to what I ordered.

Lady closing 3/11/24 with black hair was rude. Waiting 15 mins to serve us then told us it's too late for anything. Horrible service.

This Cold Stone Creamery location is wonderful. I've bought a few photo ice cream cakes in the past, and the images always come out clear. They have top tier customer service--shoutout to Kelli Cook for her above and beyond customer service! I am extremely happy with my experiences here and the quality of their ice cream cakes. They are my go-to place for ordering speciality ice cream cakes!

We love this place! Great Ice cream and it’s super clean.

We are regulars and the inconsistency is getting bad. Order was missing topping, lacked topping, and didn’t fill the cups. We feel robbed. Gotta get it fixed or we are done. We normally enjoy it but it’s not worth the headache and I don’t mean brain freeze.

Just placed an order for pick up and instead of chopping up the items inside they decided to place chocolate ice cream and 2 Reese’s cups whole in there and left as is. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I felt pretty short changed by the amount of ice cream i was given, and the heaping bowls advertised. That is why they use raised kids, not flat ones, right? It was missing half of the almost $10 portion. It's good Ice cream, but sorta highway robbery. And what happened to, welcome to cold stone! With all of the jingles? Kids working didn't seem so excited to have jobs.

6 people in line at 8:30pm, took 35 minutes be asked for my order. Only 2 employees in the store and also taking delivery orders at the same time. It would help tremendously if there was atleast a 3rd person

Awesome ice cream and smoothie's

This is the worst cold stone. Every time I come here I wait 30min+ because they’re doing mobile orders first. So today I placed a mobile order and came 20 minutes later to pick it up. When I came in I was the only one there. They said they were working on it. Then 10 other customers came in and they helped them before making my order when I had been standing there as the only customer for 10 minutes. You just can’t win. Do not come here unless you have an hour to wait for ice cream.
