This guy Will is crazy, he remembers everything you already asked him for in the previous days lol 10/10… made us laugh. The ice cream is delicious like in every coldstones

Cold Stone Creamery is a ice cream store with some amazing delicious hand rolled ice cream. They offer array of flavors from the basic vanilla and chocolate other delicious and unique flavors. You can enjoy your ice cream in a choice of a fresh waffle cones or a cup with many choices of toppings. The toppings choices range from nuts, fruit or all types of candies. This is a great place to go for refreshing treat. Bring the kids they will love it. They staff is very nice and helpful. It can be busy so parking is hard, you can try the Valet.

I love this place with all my heart. But the last time I went, one of the girls who worked there was rude, and she even gave me the wrong order. You shouldn't work if you're going to have such an attitude. Still, it's a good spot to visit if you want ice cream. It happened on March 5th night.

Came down on vacation at Marco island and wanted some ice cream, low and behold the place is supposed to open at noon and nobody around Ridiculous!!!

Our kids love cold stone, we eat it at home all the time, but in this location, one of the young ladies is extremely rude. She needs a crash course on basic customer service. We literally walked out and drove to a different ice cream place rather than to put up with her. Won’t be coming back here the rest of our vacation nor next time we are in Marco.

The ice cream was good but the girl working there was so rude to our family because it was loud and we misheard her.

NO STARS! --- but i couldn't post without 1 star. I am a new diabetic....We went in and asked if they had any sugar free ice cream. They said no but that the sorbet was sugar free. It tasted too sweet for me, but i had an orange sorbet. I got home and looked it up and on their site it said 53.8 g of sugared 54.4g of carbs. 0g protein. So i just had more carbs and sugar than i have had in the last two days in one SMALL sorbet. EDUCATE YOUR HELP!!!!!

Just let you know. They sell bad quality products like ice cream. My daughter tried one flavor it was too sweat and melted. We ask to exchange it. They said NO. Not friendly person at all. No more business with them!!! 02/04/2023 12:00pm Steve.

Got my daughter here to try their ice creams and we tried the chocolate, pecan & coconut flavours and loved it. The facility was well maintained and the customer service was good. Would definitely recommend and will surely want to try their other flavors too. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Recommendation order a signature creation, is cheaper and they have a lot of toppings compare to the one create your own. My mom order create your own and she didn't know that a topping was included (they also didn't told us) . The cookie Dough ice cream taste a little of peanut butter and the chocolate is not so strong

First time at Marco island and was hesitant to visit this place after all the bad reviews, but went anyways cause I love ice cream. And our experience was great with the staff. Maria was awesome and made the best signature cones. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. The young girl taking our order rolled her eyes at us multiple times because we asked questions about what time they closed. They started closing at 9 when the store should actually close at 10. Multiple people came after us and were disappointed to see it was already closed. Ice cream was still amazing delicious, we just enjoyed it outside without the employees’ rudeness!

We stopped in last night and ordered a chocolate devotion and a golden Oreo cookie special. Yummy!! The 2 young guys working there were great.

Love their icecream but it is on the expensive side. $26 for four people. All smalls and three with waffle cones.

For a chain this has some creamy delicious ice cream. Ranging from common flavors like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. To unique flavors like chocolate cupcake and pistachio. Giving you a diverse range of combinations to create a magnificent dessert. The ice cream is soft and seemingly fresh. But what really gives this ice cream shop the upper hand is the combination you can create with the toppings. Ranging from fresh fruit to a variety of nuts to even gummy worms. It's almost an endless amount of options for anyone to create. You have choices for waffle cones to a variety of cup sizes or even premade pints in the refrigerator. This is perfect for a little dessert after dinner or whenever. It's my go to for a quick dessert that won't disappoint and that's why I have it four stars.

Walking into the creamery I was a bit nervous. The reviews were not the best on this place. Nevertheless, I persisted. I walked in and was hit with the wonderful smell of fresh waffle cones being made. I was greeted by staff with smiles I could only describe as god-like. They took our orders and served our ice cream up so fast that if I blinked, I might have missed it. The particles of ice cream covered my tastebuds like a blanket. My mouth exploded with flavor in the first bite. AMAZING! I highly recommend Cold Stone Creamery for any ice cream loving freak like me! I will hopefully be making it back here soon. Again I HIGHLY reccomend this creamery.
