Always so good and friendly!! Love this place!!

Great People Behind the counter who know what they are doing!!!

I always have fun and enjoy ice cream with my kids here. The ice cream is always tasty and such a wonderful treat.

Here's what I don't understand. If you don't like interacting with people, why do you have a job that is based upon making your customer feel glad they chose your business instead of so many others that are out there? The last two times I have brought my family in here, the person behind the counter has acted like we are inconveniencing her. There is no smile or show of being happy in any way. For goodness sake. You are serving ice cream on Amelia Island! What are you so pissed about? Come on, get a grip, and make a decision to be happy with your choices or move on!!

Brayden is super sweet and conversational! He makes great ice cream, but I was kinda disappointed to see that he was the only one working when the store was very packed with families! He definitely deserves a raise.

Owen is amazing!! Great customer service and served me the best ice cream I’ve ever had in a while! We’ll be coming back every week for this awesomeness!

Cold Stone Creamery Amelia Island is amazing! The servers are friendly. There are small tables for dining inside. Everything was so clean. They offer a huge variety of flavors and combinations of toppings. Our waffle bowls were hand dipped in chocolate. Everything was delicious! Our ice cream stayed cold for a long time. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience dining here for desserts in Fernandina Beach in Amelia Island. We will definitely be back again soon!

Oh my icecream!! This is the place to stop in when you come to the Island. Bella was the one who greeted us when the doors opened. ( I forgot to check the hours,so if your traveling that might be something to do before hand😉) This location is clean, smelled AMAZING LY , Yummy ,is well stocked & Bella was super helpful ,friendly & patient lol there were so many yummy flavors to choose from! They also have icecream cake and Pie?!😛

The trainees are so nice and well trained! Especially Bella and Kaden! And Eille does an amazing job at training and leading others to the right path!The ice cream here is superb 👍!

We brought a few friends here after dinner. When we walked in, all three staff members were busy helping a large family get all their orders done- a huge challenge as there were probably about twelve of them. The staff did not mozy around, but worked hard and quickly. When the family was done, I wouldn't have minded or been surprised if they had asked us to give them a moment to clean up, but they immediately turned and asked what they could help us with. The gentleman who helped me made sure he understood what I wanted, which I appreciate. As always, the icecream was great and I was just really wowed by the perseverance of the staff and the professionalism I saw. We stayed and ate in the restaurant and I noted that the staff worked together to get chores done in downtime. This is a great place to go and my only regret is that I don't live close enough to visit during the week.

Great service and great ice cream!

Disappointing. Portion sizes are smaller than advertised. Every picture shows a heaping scoop of ice cream popping out of the cup. Our 4 were well under the edge of the cup. The milkshake required us to ask for additional ice cream when it only filled half of the cup. Additional mix-ins used to be free, they were out of whip cream for milk shakes, and they no longer offer a military discount. I spent $30 for less than a pint of ice cream. Not what I grew to love about this location.

Did not move the needle past mediocre for me. Cookie dough was more like cake batter. Nit expected and not particularly appetizing. Fudge sauce on the sundae was fair, at best

I went for ice cream yesterday and a young gentleman named Cameron helped me with my order and did an awesome job. I will definitely be back to this store for more ice cream. It's nice to see a young man with a great work ethic.

My family and I arrived at 8:59pm on 2/10/2023 to get ice cream. We checked Google prior to going and their hours say 10pm. We arrived the Open sign was still on. The hours on their window say 10pm in two locations. We walk in and the kid tells us "oh we closed early tonight sorry." The ice cream was still out, but they had already turned the stone off. This extemely disappointing as my family and I frequently shop at this location. I guess the local shoppers visit is not that important.

Not a lot of people in town this season, which makes this premium ice cream destination a must-do! They take your selection and mix it (or not) as you choose. Pictured is a "strawberry blonde" waffle cone.

Disappointed. I asked for coffee ice cream, almonds and fudge--not HOT fudge. Turned out like melted ice cream, couldn't taste the coffee.

Disappointing. Boring flavors and anything in the ice cream was extra. I got peanut butter cookie dough and it was extra for the peanut butter and/or cookie dough... also small portions. Bummer.

The young lady Amaya was working by herself and had me and my friend out within 15 minutes I truly appreciate her service.

You can always get your icecream fix here. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean.

Just left the Coldstone on Sadler in Fernandina Beach.  Had to write a review about the service.   From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with the most welcoming voices eyes that smiled so bright you could tell she had an overwhelming smile underneath that mask.  Her name tag said Kate.  She was such a warm, inviting,  courteous person who displayed IMPECCABLE customer service.   So much so after I left I doubled back to get her full name (Kate Kinsey) immediately went to the company website and sent a positive customer service response. In a world full of uncertainty we all should be a Kate Kinsey.   I wish her all the best in her future endeavors.   I suspect anything she does she will shine bright doing so.  Well done, Kate!😊

I was there for the car show had a great time did not eat anything or drink anything.

I had a very long day from college and my job. I haven’t been to cold stone in quite some time. A forgotten memory from my childhood until I happened to pass by this location. I was having a tough time deciding what I would like to order, and this young lady with pink hair was accommodating, patient, and sweet. She made my day by flipping my frown upside down. If I’m not mistaken, her name was Maggie. It’s like you won the lottery by meeting such a kind soul. Don’t sleep on Butter Pecan!

Outstanding service from the Cold Stone team tonight. We went in within 35 mins of closing time and the staff provided cheerful friendly service quickly making our order as if they just opened. Really appreciate their effort in serving us!

They have an assortment of homemade ice cream flavors, from Sweet Cream to Cake Batter. There are many signatures to choose from, as well as if you want to create your own. There is also an option to make any of the ice creams into a shake. There are 3 tables inside for you and your loved ones to enjoy your freshly made ice cream. The cones are homemade as well, and made often, and kept fresh inside a heated area. A very good place to end the day, the week, or to enjoy family weekend time.

Flavors everyone in my group tried were too thick and sweet for most of us. We underestimated the amount and sweetness of our orders and couldn't finish them. A little goes a long way. It's good, just think simple is better when you place your order.

Hannah and Sydney were so helpful because my son asked for a flavor of ice cream he usually likes in a cone but said it wasn’t good so we asked for a bowl because we thought he just didn’t like the cone. He still didn’t like it so we asked if they could switch it to a different one and they let us without being charged. Also my other son had eyes bigger than his stomach and needed a to go lid and bowl. Both ladies were very accommodating and friendly.

This is hands down one of my absolute favorite places to get ice cream! There’s different flavors to choose from & many different toppings. The customer service here is fantastic & the store front is always clean! I always love trying the new flavors but am a creature of habit & get the same thing every time.... chocolate ice cream with yellow cake, give it a try it won’t disappoint!!

Went on 06/09 around 8:00 PM, and it was absolutely packed. My girlfriend and I felt so bad, having worked in food service, but the girls on staff worked wonderfully. Very friendly, all smiles, apologetic about the wait (which wasn't their fault at all) and they didn't let the rush and demanding customers get to them. Couldn't get their names but they all deserve praise. Amazing business, good people!

OMGS, We drive 35 minutes everytime we want Ice Cream. This is the best Ice Cream ever. I use to love Butter Pecan, but ever since I've tried Strawberry with Walnuts life haven't been the same. I'm addicted to Strawberry Ice Cream with Walnuts from Coldstone. A must taste you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful experience at this Coldstone location. I ordered the cheesecake fantasy (cheesecake ice cream with bits of graham cracker crust, blueberries, and strawberries) in a waffle bowl. It was made quickly and the girl working here was very pleasant. The location was very clean and only a few minutes from the beach.

That was my 1st time there and I will definitely be there again. It was cool to watch them make it on the super cold stone.

Very pricey and the selection for sugar free is limited to one flavor.
