Full bar, pool tables, darts and good service. I really appreciate the diamond pool table

My Rum Runner was nothing but banana liqueur and pineapple juice for a $10 drink I would not suggest if you go to Coleman's stick with beer

Great place for a cheap beer. Open late, never too busy that you’ll have to wait long for a drink. Pool tables, electronic dart boards. If you don’t like second hand smoke, you may not like this place. We had a blast there.

Friendly bar. Diamond pool table is a huge plus

Gotten better since the last time we were here. Good for watching football and unlimited popcorn. Smoking allowed inside is a problem though.

Was visiting from out of town when we stumbled into this establishment. The bartenders and patrons were very friendly. I had inquired about a specialty drink (Surfer on Acid) and instead of brushing me off, they took the time to look up the recipe and delivered on my request. Thanks for the hospitality!

I go to this bar, regularly, for three reasons: 1) the bartenders are phenomenal - I walk in the door and am greeted by name, as they set a beer on the bar for me. 2) I never have to worry about some sort of drama or conflict. Any sort of disagreement is handled quickly, and for the most part, discreetly. 3) As a regular, I have come to be friends with quite a few other patrons. The people are friendly, and welcoming. 10/10, I recommend spending your evening watching sports here, with cheap beer, good people, great pool tables, golden tee, and dart boards.

This is the best dive in town. All of the bartenders are amazing and hospitable. Mike, Liz, Veronica, Brad, and the whole crew treat you like you've been coming there for years. Saturdays for college football are definitely a good time. Come on through when you can.

I tell everyone I meet that Coleman's Tarvern is the best bar in Sarasota. The regulars treat you like family and are always welcoming to strangers. The drinks are strong and cheap. The staff is absolutely outstanding. Veronica, Zak, Cole, Amanda, Liz, and Big Mike are all uniquely different but great bartenders. I'd rate the bar 10 stars if that was an option.

I’ve been to Colemans many times throughout the years. They have the best staff. I’ve been lucky to make a lot of great friends by going to this bar. It’s a must stop by.

A friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful bartender, Veronica, will serve up your drinks just the way you like them. Would recommend this establishment.

Get your moneys worth. Mike and Veronica are fantastic bartenders. Went to the chili cook off last year and it was awesome!! So many donations for needy families!!

This bar is great generally. The pool tables are very nice as are the pool sticks. I've been here several times and it's been a wonderful experience. Smoking is allowed which is horrible.

Great local spot w/ awesome regulars. I definitely recommend going to see Amanda on Tuesday or Wednesday nights. She is one of the best female bartenders in the area!

It’s my home away from home bar! One of the best bars in the world! When I’m in Sarasota this is one of my first stops! Great place to bring a pizza and watch the game! The drinks are strong! The crowd is great! Love the darts! Bartenders are the best!
