Great food and service. Nice family spot!

Everybody is friendly and the food is good, but they charge more than the menu prices when you go to cash out. After I made the review, they accuse me of being a different person. I never actually complained at the store. I only left the Bad Review. I have over 100 reviews. Very few of them are negative but because they think I’m another person that they clearly argued with I can tell that they’re having regular problems with customers, I did not expect it to be five dollars per item type situation. I have cash and credit they didn’t even mention a difference. The only reason I even checked the bill was because the tip thing said 75% 50% and 100% and it didn’t have the 20% so I had to hit custom tip to leave her a 20% tip that made me look at the pricing . I didn’t even complain because I Getting embarrassed and confrontation restaurant I won’t ever go back. Additionally, I was with my girlfriend and had took him out another couple as well after I made the complaint they called me a liar and stuff and I just don’t think that that’s reasonable and that as business owners should be reasonable the way they communicate. The date is on the top of the receipt . We were there about an hour . I played three games of pool . We tried to follow up and reply with the Owner, but she’s being nonresponsive. This was the message that we sent her. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to follow up on my recent review and clarify a few points, as there seems to have been some misunderstanding. Firstly, I’d like to express that my intention in leaving the review was to provide honest feedback based on my experience. The discrepancy between the menu prices and the final bill, coupled with the modified tipping options, was unexpected and concerning. I genuinely hope you take this feedback as constructive rather than adversarial. My suggestion would be to review your pricing and tipping system to ensure transparency and accuracy for all customers. It might also be helpful to look into any staff-related issues if they exist. So the owner ghosted because she was wrong so just watch your bill it’s a good place …

They offer affordable food specials. The food is solid pub fare. They also have good drink specials and don’t skimp on their pours. I appreciate that they keep it dimly lit so it’s a more chill atmosphere as opposed to bars that have bright abrasive lighting. Last time we were here there was a DJ that was pretty engaging. We don’t live very close but it is worth putting in the drive occasionally for the fair prices and atmosphere.

Cool Vibes has been my local watering hole for after-work therapy sessions and day-off revelries for 4 years now. My wife and I initially wandered in looking for a good hotdog. We did find that good hotdog attached to a larger equally excellent menu. We also wandered into our favorite family owned and operated gem with a mellow inclusive atmosphere and a more than fair list of daily food and drinks specials. 4 years running and our regular bartender, Jen always has our usual drinks half poured by the time we are half way in the door. Great food, great people and the best vibes.

I've been to this place several times over the last calendar year and unfortunately I feel my experience has declined. As a bar and restaurant it's got a decent enough vibe but the food and service quality has regressed significantly enough that I do not expect to return here as my regular spot this upcoming football season. The big problem is with the food. No matter what you order or what time of day you order it, the service is *slow.* Expect to wait 40 minutes or more most of the time for your dish to arrive. Service used to be faster than this. I don't know why it slowed down, but it has. A basic hamburger and fries should never take this long to prepare in a properly staffed kitchen. I am also a wings guy, and the quality of said wings at this place has slid. When I first ate here, the wings were double-fried to be extra crispy but also retained all the flavor you'd expect from single-fried wings but as time has progressed they've made some adjustment that results in them just cooking too long to they come out dry and chewy instead of crispy and moist. Also there used to be several attractive female bartenders who worked here, and they've for some reason been largely replaced by black dudes. To be fair: these gentlemen are perfectly competent at their jobs and have friendly attitudes, but that's not my idea of a cool vibe, that's a downgrade against my personal tastes. They do nightly special things like local bands, karaoke, trivia, etc, and there's a couple of small pool tables and dart boards in good upkeep; typical neighborhood bar stuff but nothing special. I used to like this place and I can see myself doing so again if they can fix the food service in particular to get food out faster and to prepare it better but until they do I'll be looking for a new place for me and my friends to watch football on Sundays coming up this year.

This is the third time we have ordered using their online ordering option to pick up food and after waiting for a while the order is not only canceled but then we are told we have to wait days for the 60+$ to be refunded to our account . We have ordered both and dinner time months ago , and lunch time twice recently . Rate is for this only as sadly I’ve never got to experience their food despite trying multiple times .

Fun hang out place. The dirty bingo was a hoot, lots of laughs. Loved the Long Drink free samples & Tuesday night specials. Peanut butter cake to go was yummy 😋

This is my favorite place to eat, drink, relax, and chill. They are super accommodating for bigger parties, the servers are some of my favorites, and they do a lot for the community. They don't even complain about my bad karaoke. 😁

It has a Little bit of hole in the wall vibes. But our server was the sweetest person and was so nice to my wife and I after she heard that we were dealing with some family issues with my wife's dad. Food was very good and we scarfed it down as we hadn't eaten all day. I would definitely go back (even after the bartender skipped my touchtunes purchase) just on the strength of the kitchen and our adorable waitress.

Stopped in on for the first time today on a Sunday afternoon. Great atmosphere, the bar tender Jennifer is hilarious. Al in the kitchen made the best wings I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely be back for karaoke night!

Everyone was awesome and the drinks were good. Beer buckets!! It's non smoking ( which I like). Don't think about it and just go there. The food does not come out fast, so if you're in a hurry, don't order

I had lunch here & left hungry. Friday fish & chips $7. The server warned me the fish could be small, but I took my chances. Look at the picture. It was 3 bites of fish. I was disappointed & hungry. I'll never be back.

Went on a Friday evening for the fish and chips with a normal price of $15. And on special on Fridays for $7.. the taste of the food was very good but what I received was extremely disappointing. I was expecting a decent sized portion of fish, and what I received was 5 tater total sized pieces of fried fish nuggets, and a decent size order of crinkle cut fries for the price of $7 . I suppose it was a fair price for today's market but this is supposed to be a $15 meal.for that price iwould expect at least a 12oz portion of cod after eating this very non filling meal I stopped at the dreaded clown house and had a double filet of fish sandwich for an additional $7. Not as tasty but more filling.

The prices and specials are amazing

Lives up to it's name, just a cool place to be and a fave local watering holes. I hate to say this, because I'd like to keep this place to myself and the other locals that chill here, but it really is a hidden gem in Kenneth City. The shrimp basket with those flavorful jumbo shrimp was crazy! The staff is friendly but service may take a minute so have patience. Pool tables for those players out there, karaoke and other cool things to do. Enjoy!

The food was really good! And the customer service from Amber was superb! She was so awesome that my wife and I want to come back and see her again.

So tonight we decided to go here and eat after reading very good reviews. We walked in and no one even acknowledged us, so we sat down at a high top next to the bar and after waiting 15 minutes and I mean 15 long minutes, we decided to leave. We were really looking forward to trying the food! Oh well

Family owned bar beware!!! Rude service alone with racist ways!!! Can cost them money by placing order not picking up....lol see how they like rude behavior.... Got to love America!!! Stop by and see for yourself if you like... It will be a waste of money... Better off going to Pasadena bar a grill awesome burgers, great drink prices....

Always a good time at Cool Vibes. The food is so much better than your typical “bar food”, Jennifer is an amazing bartender, and you can’t beat the daily specials! Love coming here

Been here before, Fried green tomatoes were good and I believe there was 6 to an order. Sitting here, full order, got 3 cut in half, soggy, drenched in balsamic dressing, $10, extremely disappointed especially when they were once good, crispy and there was more, for $2 less to boot. That's what happens when bars/restaurants get comfortable, they lose quality, then customers after that. In response to the owner, I get the higher cost, people really don't mind paying more as long as the quality is there. Those were the worst FGTs I've ever had and I've had a few. And they were once good there, I told others to try them there, they wouldn't be disappointed. Quality is everything. Thank you for your response however.

Asked if they had just plain hot sauce for wings. Came back with sauce saturated with garlic. Too much garlic ruined the wings. Why don't you have just hot sauce? Aka "Buffalo" Way too much garlic in the blue cheese. Why so much garlic in the blue cheese? Second surprise of the experience was the bill. Ask what the extra charges were for, the server could not explain them. Menu price and price listed on bill were two different totals, but only one sales tax amount. Must be "new math" as indicated by a previous post.

It's a fun atmosphere and so many good things they do for the community from their bingo Sundays to collecting toys for the kids for Christmas.

This restaurant/ bar is a good meeting place. A good mix of people who are all friendly. Not sure how the bar itself is, because I don’t drink but I was comfortable in the environment, nonetheless. The peanut butter pie, grouper bites and friendly staff are top notch! Nothing better than the friendly, slightly intoxicated chit chat among women in the bar. (Or the bar bathroom)

Food was decent but once we received the bill I was a bit shocked as the prices don't seem to match the menu.Everything was a little bit more than advertised. And to top it off they charged for the carryout box for the leftovers! Better food for less around town without all the added extra costs. Shame as it seems like a nice neighborhood place. One example of pricing is the earlybird hamburger that was $6 on the menu but two were $12.54 . Is that new math?

The band was great. Ty e service is awesome. I did my Photo Booth there and the other patrons not in the party were so fun and kind too. They were playing pool next to the area of the Photo Booth. The bar tenders and owner are so accommodating for letting us move tables for dancing and let us put the huge backdrop up. It was the perfect location!!! I’m not sure of the food was catered or if they provided it catering style, but they for sure set it up and kept it hot and were the best. I went before for a networking happy hour and their food was good then too.

I came in tonight on Christmas Eve for a drink. The bartender was awesome. A patron fell. And the bartender made sure she was taken care of. I don't know her name tonight. But she was really good. Definitely coming back goodbyes, reasonable prices drinks

This is a great watering hole to get your game on. Katlynn was phenomenal. Nice fair pours... The food was decent, and the locals were amiable. This is an excellent local bar; .tv's a little undersized for a sports bar..but they are not a sports bar..see pictures of their food deals throughout week. Great place overall!!

The Friday daily special of Fish and Chips is fantastic. The bartender Casey was quick, funny, and friendly.

10 dollar wing night on Wednesdays is awesome.

Recently had them cater a Celebration of Life. They went above and beyond to exceed expectations! The commitment and communication was tops! With several moving parts and being right after Thanksgiving, they worked hard to ensure every ask was accommodated! Highly Recommended!!!!

Cool vibes hosted my husband’s 40th bday party and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! The food was amazing, the bar tenders were super attentive & had great personalities & both of the owners accommodated all of my requests. Great spot to hang out and grab a bite to eat on any day of the week.

I stopped by this spot for the first time on Thursday! I've been meaning to go for months and finally made it. Cool locals spot, they had a live band, great food and the bartender Jennifer was awesome! You could tell everyone loved her and she was friendly and quick! I'll definitely go back!

I rolled in here in my comfy clothes (after my go-to bar was closed) for a quick drink and was immediately greeted kindly by Jae. I’ve been looking for a chill bar with good vibes for a while for those nights when I don’t want to get all fancy and go downtown. This place is perfect for a chill night or something more upbeat. Will definitely be back for the awesome deals too

Great food and a nice atmosphere, all kinds of stuff to do Trivia games. You name it, they keep you entertained.

Great place to hang out and cool off during the day for lunch, and in the evening for entertainment as well. Check out their open mic comedy night, bingo, and other events during the week. The daily food specials are great prices for delicious food. Nice little local hangout bar. Lots of TVs for football and sports fans, pool tables, and a jukebox to play some music on. Have visited a few times now and really like the atmosphere! Comedy was actually real funny too!

Cool Vibes has become my favorite place to chill. Jenn and Quan are an amazing team who take great care of a busy crowd. And the food rocks. The menu gets better and better because mgmt listens to the customer feedback.

Chad is an absolute beast in the back slaying anything you can order. Casey pours the drinks like an angel sent from heaven to make all of your worries just melt away with each mouth watering sip. I swear I’m drinking pure ambrosia. Amazing atmosphere and great music. Great place anyone should check off their list of places to visit while in St. Pete.

When you walk through the front door and see Casey waiting with your favorite beverage you know everything is gonna be okay!
