Best bagels in Saint Pete. Can’t understand why anyone would get bagels anywhere else.

The bagels were absolutely delicious. They were super friendly. They cut my bagels for me, but I ordered a iced coffee with oat milk and the oat milk was bad. There were curdles in my coffee and it was absolutely disgusting. Other than that they would’ve got five stars. Cronuts were on point!!

Love the bagels! Soft, chewy and not dense & has a real nice crunch when toasted! Love the service here, the ladies are all super nice and the price is great for such high quality bagels!

First off the overall experience with the food is above good. Everything is alway fresh and the donut and bagel selection perfect and cream cheese yummy. But one thing that is completely unsatisfying is everytime I've entered this establishment the older lady with the short dark hair behind the counter is always yelling at her employees treats them awful especially in front of guest ive witnessed it everytime.and the way she is sarcastic with customers very unprofessional. And the younger girl behind the counter ringing guest out is always so friendly and nice as well as the lady preparing food and sandwiches so nice and does an amazing job. I was there yesterday morning and a guest spilled his coffee and her response was " your gonna have to wait" very rude , loud and disrespectful " in my opinion. I've work in customer service over 15 years and the proper way to have handles that would be this response " I'm apologize sir I'll be happy to remake your beverages " but her response And energy was just very sarcastic. She definitely annoyed and turned my mood upside down. And like I said the way she talks to her coworkers so unprofessional especially in front of customers at that. not a great experience and certainly not a great presentation of professionalism or work ethics. She is always like this everything I've come in. The sad part is I really love you business and I live nearby with many similar options but I choose you guys because of how good and fresh your food is. But she just makes the overall experience bad . And that's why I rated you guys this. Food is above great. But the customer service of the one lady and her professionalism below satisfactory. I wish I had names But she's there everytime I've come in. With the same bad sarcastic unprofessional energy. I'll walk in happy in a great mood but because of her attitude she make the experience horrible when leaving.she definitely should be trained on customer service and how to interact with guest and people overall. Because she sets a bad example for the business.

I've been to this establishment many times. It seems the service and their ability to push out food has dropped tremendously. I've had a few experiences where I had to wait over 30 min to get a few sandwiches. Today, I waited over 40 min. When I expressed my frustration, the lady who made the sandwiches tried to make me feel as if I was in the wrong and replied " I heard you complain alot". Do people complain because food and service is good? No! This was my last time supporting this business. If you're on a time crunch, go somewhere else as I've heard many people complain about the same thing. If you have no time frame in mind, ebjoy!

Visited the 66th st location from first time today, bagels are good, and donuts were also yummy. Definitely plan to return

Cute little cafe, quick and friendly service, and delicious food with lots of options

Let me start off by saying that the donuts here are good and it's the reason I've returned a few times after finally trying it out. Service here is hit or miss. I've stood at the counter for an extended period of time before being acknowledged on more than one occasion. Today, at an hour and half after opening (7:30am), they're basically wiped out of donuts, they're not making more and it seems to be totally normal to the woman behind the counter (as she's fills a call ahead order for 3 dozen donuts). They have bagels for days, so clearly some adjustments need to be made to supply for their actual demand, despite their name.

The CRONUTS are fantastic, best I've had! Definitely get one while you're there! The donuts were pretty good, better than Dunkin at least. The iced coffee was not the best, but I can't speak on the fancy hot coffees they offer. Definitely would go again for CRONUTS and would loved to try a bagel next time too!

Patty & Sophia literally MADE my day and got rid of what I was struggling with personally as it's a hard date for me each year & St. Pete Bagel Company literally just always makes me smile & feel so welcome & the staff is so sweet every single time! They helped me find a way to celebrate today that I did not think was possible! THANK YOU!

What a great clean place to get a moring jump on life!

Being from NYC and having recently had bagels brought to me from Queens, these bagels are disappointing. They're ok but that's about it.

Bagels and sandwiches are usually very good but sometimes staff a little hurried.

I love the coffee here! Always tastes fresh! The bagels, of course, are amazing, and the Honey walnut & raisin cream cheese is delicious.

Bagels were decent for Florida. Sandwiches didn’t have a ton of flavor though and the skinny blonde woman was quite rude. Asked her a simple question and she scoffed and responded in an uncomfortable manner. Would go back but wouldn’t want to be served by her again.

Everything about this place is great, food is amazing, prices are phenomenal. But I will say one thing I can recommend is a better rewards system. 1 point per visit is kinda insane when you need at least 100 to get any type of reward/discount. And for only $5 off you purchase, we shouldn’t have to come here 100 times just to receive that.

The older woman with the short hair behind the counter is the rudest person ive ever met. Yelling at her co workers and customers when they have a large order. Saying out loud that “technology is retarded” because she can’t seem to work a tablet. Foods not good enough to deal with that service. Insane

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! Don’t bother ordering online for pick up they just FORGET your order. Manager was rude, waiting over an hour for one bagel!!!!

Thoroughly disappointing bagel. The bagel was barely toasted even though I ordered it toasted, there was no crunch at all. The bagel was dry and crumbly inside, no chewiness. The everything seasoning had no flavor. The scallion cream cheese also was pretty flavorless. I don’t know if it’s a location by location thing, and other St. Pete bagels are better, but I wouldn’t go here again.

Found this place today. GREAT bagels with multiple tasty cream cheese options. Young lady behind the counter was very friendly & great service. Definitely will be back.

Nice staff but such disappointing bagels not even one bit better than the mass-produced store bought... Wasn't expecting NYC quality but I thought from a shop literally called "bagel co." something flavorful and satisfyingly textured.

Have been here for the past 5 yrs, and only for the bagels. I usually dont have any issues here, being a New Yorker, These are 'ok' bagels. I did have a couple of times issues with the quality, but most of the time, they are fine! Open in the morning, and good to pick up a few for the office, always satisfies the crew....

Best donuts and bagels! Their veggie cream cheese is full of real veggies! The coffee bar is also top notch!

Ordered a Ham egg and cheese on a bagel. Not impressed …. One piece of ham does not cut it. Donuts are always awesome

The bagel was amazing don't get me wrong. It was super crowded in here. We stood behind five people in a line practically out of the door. The one woman was snappy and later spilled other customers drinks all on the countertop and floor,she was very loud about her mistakes..it was annoying. There needs to be a better stream for this shop or a bigger location. I enjoyed every bite of my bagel and so did my friends.thank you.

We are from Orlando, however our very good friend lives in St. Pete so he recommended this place. 100 % better than Einstein Bagels or Publix. I am going to go out on a limb here saying these bagels are as good as NYC bagels. Plus homemade donuts, red velvet with cream cheese, ect. We also enjoyed their chive and garlic cream cheese.

This location seems like the forgotten. It's dingy, and the selection is not as broad as the other locations.

Great bagels, coffee, and donuts! Everyone working is super nice. Laundry mat next door actively tows cars parked in their spots. Do NOT park in the spots in front of the laundromat, including the ones closest to the road. The laundromat owner was going into St Pete Bagel Co yelling that he's towing their cars. If you get there before the tow truck driver leaves its about $75 to get your car unhooked.

Great food. I got an Everything bagley with Lox, Creame cheese, onions, sprouts and Capers. Fantastic! They don't skimp on anything at all. $8.60 +tax. You just can't beat that. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bacon and Egg were clearly microwaved. It takes seconds to fry an egg. Pure laziness. It tastes like I got the bagel from a run down gas station on southbound route 95.

A local bagel shops with 2 stores. The bagels and donuts are bigger and better quality than the chain. They even serves gourmet coffee and even have matcha latte. I was so hungry and bagel coffee were so good, forgot to take pic. Not sure the reason, I got a free donut when purchased two coffee and a bagel..Good deal. Update: Opened for take out only. It allowed about 2 groups in the store, then others will have to wait outside. Other than that, nothing change as the bagels and donuts are good, and coffee is decent. This place still the best to me in st pete, better than the chain, also the better than another popular family owned nearby. Update: it is fully opened. Indoor & outdoor seating are available. Update: 11/16/23 Always want to try the sandwich and it is actually very good. Price is also good too.

This review is based on the Kenneth City location. First off, I have visited this location approximately 6 times. When we have friends visiting from out of town it's a nice place to relax in their outdoor seating area with bagels and coffee. The bagels and various cream cheeses are delicious and my husband enjoys the breakfast sandwiches. The PROBLEM is the guy behind the counter. He is not welcoming, and is ALWAYS EXTREMELY rude. Yesterday my sister and I popped in for a coffee at 12:20 (they close at 1). They were out of creamer at the counter. He was put off when we asked for creamer and so he poured some for us into our cup and poured far too much. Didn't care, although we reacted to the over pour. At 12:50 he told us he needed to break down the patio so more or less told us to leave. There are better places to spend my money and I will no longer take visitors to this location. I do want to say that there are 2 guys that work at this location. One of the 2 is very nice and friendly. I am referring to the guy that's smaller in stature. Dude, get over your arrogance. You're hurting a good business with that nasty attitude. A previous loyal customer!

The bagels are great but I’ve come here a lot and a CREEP cop named andy has repeatedly talked to me and my underaged friends and been way too eager to wave and hover around us. This has happened three times. It is not the stores fault but I really do think everyone should be aware and mindful of this cop.

Not good. I got the lox on an everything bagel, toasted. It was cold and no crunch when I got it and lox and onions lacked flavor. Good amount of cream cheese though.

Try the cronut. It's amazing. Service was a bit off the morning I went. The counter clerk was all over the place. Taking care of the deliveries while customers were waiting in line. She was very vocal about her stress. Very nice just having one heck of a morning 😂

Wow, what a cute and wonderful place! The donuts are great so many choices! I didn’t try a bagel yet but I look forward to it. They have so many flavors of bagels and cream cheese. The prices are very good, and the coffee was surprisingly delicious. Fast and friendly service, clean building. Has an old school donut shop vibe! I will be back!

I would give it five stars because typically there is great food and service, especially Alex and the lady from NY. Unfortunately this morning I was told by one of the kids “they aren’t supposed to make Reubens on panini bread” something I do literally every weekend. Expected better customer service. Guess I’ll be finding a new Reuben place, or at least when the panini police is working here.

The food is great. But not so much customer service. And if your looking to just eat and relax think again. There’s a lady there. Didn’t get her name. But you really can’t miss her while your there. Sounds like she’s from New York or something. Anyhow. Omg. Is all I have to say to that. I had a splitting migraine by the time I left there. Never again

Excellent New York style bagels with generous portions of cream cheese or whatever you choose to put on your bagel. I prefer plain cream cheese on most bagels so that I can enjoy the flavor of the bagel itself, and flavored cream cheese, eggs, or lox on a good plain bagel. For me, the hardest part of visiting this bagel shop is choosing which way to go on any particular day!

The cream cheese is not refrigerated between orders. I always get a toasted with jalapeno cream cheese. The cream cheese is not cold/solid instead it is room temperature and very soft. This makes it almost ripe for poisoning.

The bagels are great; the coffee is terrible. They need to clean out their coffee machines.

Fresh bagels and generous amounts of cream cheese at very reasonable prices. The donuts looked amazing too but haven’t tried them yet. Staff was friendly.

Great place for breakfast and the best bagels this side of St Pete. The cream cheese flavors are wonderful too. I normally head up there on the golf cart and get donuts for the kiddos, breakfast bagel sandwiches for the wife and I and a coffee for me. I've never tried their specialty coffee but their regular brew works. I guess the owner is the lady with the NY/NJ accent but I'm not sure, either way she's funny as heck and always smiling. some of their donuts and bagels do sell out on the weekends so for best selection get there before 9 or 10.

This place used to be really good. Today the bagels were stale and every aspect of my order was wrong. Young man taking order looked bored and annoyed to have to wait on me.

When I arrived at 10AM they were out of bagels except for about 6 left. They said they weren't making more. My question is that how are you open until 1 and run out of bagels by 10 and make no more? Ridiculous. The bagels I did have was decent.
