I used to love ordering from this place and have been for years ever since I moved to Pensacola back in 2015. We just moved our law office to a new location downtown, and I ordered lunch to be delivered for my co-worker & I. We were outside when the delivery vehicle arrived. The delivery driver emerged in a goth outfit. This place won't take your card information over the phone "for security reasons," I was advised the driver will swipe it upon arrival. His card reader was not working. He swore trying to swipe it multiple times then demanded that I connect his phone to our law firm wifi. I refused. He goes, well what do we do now? I responded that it is not my problem that his card reader is nor working. He got angry. He demanded that I create "temporary wifi" for him. I refused. He said he will come back with a different card reader. I said ok. 2 different people returned and spoke to me in a hostile manner stating that I was confrontational with the driver. Then I was told they refuse to deliver to that address in the future, that is after I was sworn at and still tipped 20%. Again, this was delivered to a law firm, not to my residential address. Not very smart. Good luck!

I work close by and come here often. They put a lot of love into making their items from scratch, and the sweetest souls on the planet work here. Whether you get delivery or choose to dine in their cozy atmosphere, you won't regret it.

I had heard good things but honestly did not enjoy it. The water tastes like it wasn’t filtered, it was very noticeable. The vegan options are limited to salad and a wrap. The banana bread was four small slices. It seemed priced highly for what you got. The salad did not feel like it should have been $10.

Very cute small restaurant. We ate outdoors. Very lovely location.

I’ve only had delivery but it’s always a great experience. The delivery worker is always very friendly and makes sure your order is correct! Food is great 😊

I used to come here every once in a while when I worked downtown about a decade ago. This visit, a small slice of quiche (think deck of cards) accompanied by a ketchup cup full of fruit salad and three silver dollar sized pieces of banana bread was awfully disappointing for ten bucks. If I ever return, it’ll only be for a slice of gooey butter cake.

Such a great experience here! David was wonderful, offering delicious recommendations, friendly service, and a history lesson. We stayed for the entire time they were open, sitting outside, and were well taken care of. The food was so good! I got the lemon chicken soup to start, veggie wrap & side salad with house vinaigrette, and the pina colada bread pudding for dessert 🤤 everything was delicious and the prices were very reasonable, plus a great atmosphere to take it all in. If you haven’t visited this charming little cafe, add it to your lunchtime list! The inside is small, so arrive early, but there is outside seating on front patio, weather permitting. I’ve eaten here several times & had various sandwiches & wraps, but I always come back for their BBQ pork sandwich (smoked on premises). Yum! Make sure you try their blueberry bread pudding! It is the best & will make the angels sing!

You’re probably going to hear a bad review from a woman named Candy — but any time I have come here, I have never had an issue. Their food is amazing and drinks are superb. The servers are sweet and kind. Please make sure to tip your servers.

I have been here multiple times and I don't have a bad word to say. My serverette was delightful. She always has on colorful shoes and outfits. Her attitude and customer service is what keeps me coming back to here. Food is 100% made with love.

This is not my first dealing with the cottage Cafe. My first was a delivery order it took forever for my food to get here I ordered hot food a turkey sandwich and by the time it got there it was cold. The young man who delivered it talked more than needed to which only delayed my food longer. The second and third time that I came in I dined in. One of the young women that work there was in a corner table on her tablet in the same clothes that she was a week ago. Not for this to be sarcastic but her eyebrows and her customer service was both lacking. Not even a smile. The food tasted amazing David did an outstanding job . love him. The server I got ( I think her name was Nicki) was super sweet my order was on point quick to the table the food was perfect drinks was always filled. She had the best little mushroom shirt on with her overalls. You can tell that her and David take pride in their work they're always happy and always amazing to deal with. Top customer service from them.

Absolutely place to go. Dine in, carry out or local delivery. Great food and yummy deserts. Always treated like family.

Great lunch spot! I got the BLAST and my wife got the turkey BLT and both were great. The real star of the show, though, was the dessert. We tried the blueberry bread pudding and, as good as that was, the raspberry royals was even better. We will definitely be back!

A hidden gem in Pensacola. I was taken back with how delicious their quiche was. Their Gooey butter cake was heaven in a slice. Service was fantastic. We ate outside and we saw hummingbirds and lizards running around. Definitely a magical spot and will 100% be back.

This hidden gem serves fresh made food. The have salads and make their own dressings. They have chicken salads sandwiches and othe sandwiches vegetables. They have fresh vegan offerings. They also have quiche. Really good health food.

Beautiful place to stay and to enjoy the surrounding areas. Sweet fresh baked goods right when walked in the door, light music to dance to and a bit of history right when you walk in.

The food was good but the service was terrible. The wrong wrap came out and then the wrong bread pudding came out. Only one person taking care of 6 tables, but everything was super slow! Waited to give our order, waited for food, waited for check. Don't think I'll be back. Super slow service!!!

Sweet spot downtown next door to Pensacola Victorian B&B. Delicious chicken frazer sandwich, only downside was it was advertised served on a baguette which turned out to be a soft roll.

Went here for first time today- SO good!💓 They just started their soup and chili season and me and my friend had a bowl of chili for her and I had the creamy lemon chicken soup. It was velvety and delicious! & Served with cornbread! Also their strawberry lemonade was huge and delicious!. We each got a different bread pudding for dessert and I for sure wouldn't miss that! I had the peach melba bread pudding! Perfect 💓 will be back! Very cozy and adorable inside and lots of outdoor seating too! Our service was quick and attentive

Tiny place ( maybe less than 20 seats) with a remarkably large number of salad, sandwich and wrap choices. There were 6 of us and everyone said their food was very good. Super good dessert choices also- fantastic blueberry bread pudding. We’ll be back.

Amazing food very cozy atmosphere

Sweet little cafe across from the Public Library on Gregory. I had the Curry Chicken Salad on a croissant. Very good! The curry flavor was subtle. Finished with the Gooey Butter Cake for dessert. Just a nice little place to enjoy a simple lunch. If the weather wasn't sweltering, there is seating outside under the trees. A nice place to read a book.

Everyone is friendly and as I said before, the food is crazy good. Save room for their Bread Puddings. They also deliver if you live in Pensacola. How cool is that?

I frequently order lunch from here as they deliver to downtown area, and it is always amazing. The peanut dressing is addictive. Try the veggie Blast or the California Wrap.

Went here for lunch today and really enjoyed a fabulous salad, some delicious quiche and excellent friendly service. The only negative thing I can report is that the chairs were very uncomfortable. An upgrade in there seating would be very appreciated

Cute little cafe, with wonderful food! I especially love the creamy lemon chicken soup! Their salads are fresh and delicious -- try the creamy cucumber dressing. One of my favorite downtown spots!

Charming little place near the thick of things downtown. They deliver, but I like leaving the office for lunch so I like going in. Some standard and some creative sandwiches and wraps, and quiche, and soups, but the thing that is best is the bread pudding. I could eat the bread pudding every day. For breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is great and last time I was there a man with a dog gave his leash to the server - I thought "wow, how nice they have leases for people who forget," but turns out, he'd asked for a leash and she'd grabbed the strap off her purse to help him out. That's thinking on your feet!

Very cute, very welcoming, and fast!! I strongly recommend this location. Raspberry lemonade is perfect for a hot day. A blast from the past. A perfect place to visit.

We ate here every day we were in Pensacola. Everything was fresh, generous, and delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating allowed us to enjoy the mild weather and escape the heat when needed. Pleasant staff and a talented kitchen made every meal a treat. Save room for dessert!

Yesterday, a friend took me to this hidden little gem located in downtown Pensacola on the grounds of the Pensacola Victorian Bed and Breakfast. I've driven by the B&B and for some reason, never saw the restaurant next door. WoW. My mistake! We arrived @ 11:00, walked down the drive and entered the small building. Fortunately, we were the first to arrive and had our choice of tables - not many inside (@ 7-8) with outside seating another option. Our waitress was very welcoming and offered her advice regarding some of the selections. And...there are some very good selections on their regular menu plus an additional daily specials choice. My friend ordered the Spinach and Feta Quiche which came with a fruit cup and banana bread. I ordered the chicken curry salad - a center scoop of chicken curry surrounded on each side by lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber slices, and black olives. It was very tasty. The ultimate was their bread pudding. Quite honestly, I've NEVER had Better. My friend ordered the chocolate bread pudding and I got the last Peach Bread Pudding. I'd have no trouble skipping the main course, making their Bread Pudding my main meal. It was truly THAT GOOD! I look forward to making this a frequent stop when in Pensacola. It reminds me so much of what I remember in my younger days as a Tea Room. The Cottage Cafe is a Must when visiting Pensacola.

Great food. Cold sandwiches, wraps, warm BBQ or chicken. Salads and the best bread pudding dessert. Great place to order and pick up or eat in. Ordering out comes just as good. Dont eat in very often, but Im sure service is always good.
