I never got the coffee I ordered. The cook didn’t clean the grill very well. My French toast had black pieces of onions or something on it which ruined the taste. The waitress seem put out because we were staying until after her shift change, causing her to print new bills with another waiters name on it. She told us that person would stop by to see if we needed anything. Guess what, we never saw that person.

The atmosphere here is always the best part and the store has so many fun items! There are lots of food options and it seems they have a good chef at this location. I have rather picky eaters in my family. Yet everyone loved their meals. My mom had the Salisbury steak, one kiddo had home made mac and cheese with broccoli and I enjoyed the fish with mashed potatoes and green beans.

The food was great but I wasn't fond of the waitress. This is the second time we had her and I thought she was new the first time but when I said something to my companion about her when we were leaving, they said she had four stars on her outfit and that meant they've worked there for four years. If she's been there for years than she should be better at her job IMHO. She had the personality of a doorknob and acted like we were inconveniencing her. If I get her again I'm not leaving a tip at all.

Worst visit to Cracker Barrel I have had. The service was terrible. It took too long to get acknowledged and to get a drink order. The food was also siow to come out and there was not a large crowd. The Catfish was good but the cornbread and biscuits were small and the biscuits were hard. Very disappointed!!! We will be very reluctant to return to this Cracker Barrel

Directly at the entrance you come to a small shop. The restaurant is divided and therefore the background noise is significantly lower. You can usually find space here. The food was excellent, hot and tasted very good. The waitress, whose mother was German, was simply charming and had a very nice chat with us. She was super friendly without it seeming fake!

Still the best place to store your trailer RV or hang out for the week when you have no land to live on

Quality of service from Kathy was great definitely deserves another star! CB appears to be cutting back on the quality and portions while raising prices. Table was cleaned off but wet when we were seated.

Called to ask about the wait for 6, they told us 10 mins, walked in within 5 mins of the call, and they said the wait is 30 mins.

HUGE let down. We are CB regulars, not this location but occasionally here, and just planned Saturday AM around breakfast here on 8/10 and it was not good at all. We really love their pancakes and made a trip there from North County to make another appointment close by and regretted the drive and waste of money. Our server was nice, but something was definitely wrong. It was not busy at all and we waited an eternity for our food. We watched a couple get sat after us, order, eat and leave about 15 minutes before our food arrived. When it did, it was barely warm and was obviously sitting under heat lamp or whatever warmer they use for a while. The plates were warm but the pancakes, the only thing we really wanted, weren’t warm enough to melt the butter on top. Even sandwiching it between two cakes, nothing. Just a big ball of butter that could not melt since they were not hot. They were hard and nowhere close to being as flavorful as they usually are at the Tampa Rd / Racetrack Rd location. The bacon and eggs were warm and I felt like I had to shovel them down, which I did after the long wait l, so I could get to my pancakes before they fell below room temp. We were there for about an hour which is crazy considering there were maybe three tables sat in our section, against the west wall. I also don’t understand why a server doesn’t recognize when a customer “pre busses” the table so the dirty plates and trash can be taken away to clear space before the entrees come out. After the biscuit service, which was delicious, we stacked the plates and trash to be collected but it sat there until we left. The dirty napkins and stack of plates placed on the edge of the table should be a clue that they need to be taken. I would love to provide details to a manager should you like to hear the specifics of this visit. I don’t think this CB will see us again for quite a while. Should have just drove through Chic Fil A.

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel. I bought the bedspread at 50% off at the flamingos on and some flamingo pillows. My room looks so amazing. My house looks like Cracker Barrel every time I go I buy something and the hand lotion, the caramel pumpkin spice. Oh my gosh, complement me all the time.

Always consistently delicious home cooked food. Generous portions. Fried apples are awaits a treat! Terrific service. A bit loud, overall but with so many enjoying their meal at CB , we expect happy chatter .

We wanted a good and wholesome meal since it was kind of late for dinner, so the family went with Cracker Barrel. Without a doubt, the best choice! When I say every single item, from the biscuits to my BIG New York strip to the French toast was perfectly cooked, I do not exaggerate. And price versus portions beats most fast food and bowl restaurants! Admittedly we grew up in Tennessee and I've stood in Cracker Barrels HQ in Lebanon Tennessee, so we have a long history. So glad we have a taste of home in our current and future home! Thank you to the chef and crew!

When you run out of your daily special (chicken on Sunday) it is hard to get a good rating

We had a group of 9 and we had excellent service! Wait staff was very attentive and no drinks were ever empty! Food was really great! This was a fun evening with friends!

Today 7-29-2024 stopped in Cracker Barrel. As soon as we were seated we were greeted by a waitress who was very polite and friendly and brought us 2 waters right away and then got us rolls. We ordered our dinners, and l ordered a salad. While I was patiently waiting for my salad, the waitress came out and said our food was almost ready! I said what happened to my salad? The waitress apologized right away and explained they were short handed in the kitchen. She apologized again and went right into the kitchen and came back out with my salad. I feel without her explanation, I would have gave a 1 star review, but because of this waitress whose name was Brandi and her great personality, I am giving a 5 star review. I hope the manager of this establishment realizes they have a great waitress working for them and because of her personality and genuine apology she made a pissed off customer leaving happy. I am also very happy with my meal that I had. Definitely will come back !! And next time hopefully will get Brandi again for our waitress!! She is Great and thank you for making my dining experience great !!!

So disappointed. My fiance and I were craving Cracker Barrel so we ordered it off uber eats this morning to stay in and have a good breakfast. My blueberry pancakes came with no syrup and I had none at my house so couldn’t even eat them. An extra ranch they charged me for didn’t come with the order and to top it off I ordered biscuits with gravy and no biscuits came. Do better!

Ok, my husband wanted the famous fried chicken and they didn't have any. So he ordered something else. We always like to go here but its kind of noisy. Like to shop

My dinner was excellent, I am 82 yrs and cannot eat large portions so I ordered grilled Chicken Tenders off the Children's menu and they were perfect., also ordered 3 take-out dinners. Much better than frozen meals from the store, My waitress was a rising star! and she was great. She will be a 4 Star before you know it !!!

Great old breakfast style and unlimited coffe.

Don't try calling with any questions. Food or job related. There's a "Joe Biden" person too old for her job named Mary that hung up on me multiple times when calling today. She kept say she was trying to get back to me. If you aren't capable of answering the phone, stay home.

Dined with large party. Several of us ordered off the menu and our server didn't miss a beat. Food was delivered to our group much quicker than expected. Coffee mugs and water glasses were kept full. All of the staff had great attitudes. A great dining experience!

Chicken in pot pie tasted unnatural otherwise yummy

You need to change that coffee! Worst I ever had. We bring our own when we go for breakfast. Absolutely no taste and very weak. Been complaining for years, get rid of it.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner! The fried chicken was delicious and not overcooked. The bee sting chicken was more sweet than hot, and my son was a little disappointed by that. That being said, the sides left a little to be desired. The mashed potatoes and whole kernel corn were both very bland. Our server was very nice and the atmosphere is typical Cracker Barrel.

I frequent this place, and I have never had a poor experience. Last night, a friend of mine and I came in after work (8pm) and Ava was our server. Ava is a Rock Star, very attentive, kind and just a sweet young lady. I say give that girl a raise.

This was a welcome place to go at the end of a wonderful trip to the beach. It wasn't very far from the airport. My husband always loves the meatloaf for lunch or dinner. I prefer the grilled chicken tenders or the trout.

Went to this location with my husband 7/8/24. We’re from North Alabama on work travel, and I’m pregnant and craving some pot pie. As I placed my order around 7:40 pm, my server immediately was hesitant and said she “has to go check” and went back to the kitchen. I assumed it was a supply issue, maybe they were out of whatever it takes to make pot pie? When she came back, we were told they couldn’t make it because it was too close to closing time and it wouldn’t be done. I was actually baffled. I said “It’s not even 8:00??” She kinda shrugged and said “that’s what they said” as in the kitchen/cooks. I mentioned I came here specifically for the pot pie so I would need another minute to look over the menu. As I looked, I thought, well what CAN we order that the cooks would not be too lazy to cook/lie and say it’s too close to closing? It was 7:40 and they close at 9:00pm. Does it take an hour and 15 minutes to serve an $11 pot pie?! We got up and took our business elsewhere. The Korean place down the street was excellent, happy to serve us and had fantastic bulgogi. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism as this Cracker Barrel. Pure laziness. I hope someone higher up sees this and makes some changes because they lost our business, and I’m going to scream our experience from the heavens. The next time a pregnant lady (or anyone) visits a Cracker Barrel more than an hour before closing wanting a pot pie, they should be served.

Usually the Cracker Barrel has been pretty good. There were 4 in my party. Since there were only two the Cracker Barrel did not allow us to be seated. It is not that it was very busy, there were plenty of tables available, I thought I would have a water and coffee since the other half was a few minutes behind us. So we waited. I had the grandma platter. It was good. The service was not bad, actually fairly decent. It just seemed that the Cracker Barrell has changed with the choice of menu items. I would go back. I have always liked the Cracker Barrel.

We had fried chicken. The chicken was over done. So it was crispier than it should have been and very dry. Disappointed in the chicken. Sides were very good and those cornbread muffins get better everytime we eat there, LOL!

We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast two days in a role. The first day we went, food and service was amazing. The second day food was cold but service was good. I'm not sure what happened that day. I guess the cook was having a bad day.

Hash brown casserole was horrible! I Sent mine back and at least 2 other tables left there's on the plate. I talked to two people about this, one being the store manager. They said they would check it out but obviously continued to serve it

Sometimes your asked to do something and you do it reluctantly. Cracker Barrel wanted me to make my opinion down, so I am. I’m going to be as brief as possible. Cracker Barrel has always been a place for myself and my family to stop. I don’t know about this anymore. Last couple of times I’ve been to a Cracker Barrel has been underwhelming. The menu offerings are a lot smaller than what they used to be. I ordered one of my favorites and was not happy with it. Our server was very attentive. Very nice. But the food itself was not what we are used to from Cracker Barrel. They need to step it up, or they’re going to lose a lot of customers if they have an already. And that’s a shame. This was the location next to the Clearwater Saint Pete airport.

Waitress was excellent. Restaurant was nice and cool but not freezing!! Most places we have been has been warmer than usual because it is so hot and humid in Florida right now!! Food was beyond delicious!!!

Drove 9 miles to get the turkey dinner. Arrived 15 min. early only to find dinner sitting on a shelf. Cold, dried up turkey, barely any gravy and missing one of the sides. Wasn't driving another 9 miles to get it. Not the restaurant it used to be. Higher prices for less quality. I will not be returning.

Food took forever and server kept forgetting to refill our ice tea. Had to ask 4 times. Grandson said pancakes were alot smaller than first watch restaurant.

Portions seem to have gotten smaller these days. Good food even if the portions and gotten smaller. The 6 dollar takeaways were just awful. Wanted to like them but they weren't worth the 6 bucks.

Ordered delivery for 2 meals chicken tenders. They combined the order with chicken potatoes and Mac and cheese. Chicken was grouped together and cold then I had mashed potatoes delivered in 2 separate servings small containers that were dry and more like baked potatoes to mash up cold. Gravy separate container cold and missing one order of Mac and cheese also cold. The issue was with the restaurant . I spent 30 dollars for hot food with the Postmates discount and the food was cold and horrible and missing part of my order after the driver got lost and my son had to try and find him. Still order was wrong and cold and missing.

John was freaking amazing. There were some servers that were slammed so the wait was longer than usual but he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best it could be despite it taking longer than usual. I only gave 4 stores because I hope management can get more servers to help out the others like John. He did not need to be covering as many tables as he did but stepped up to do the best he could. If you give bonuses give one to John.

Cozy restaurant. Food tasted good. However, the portions were not very large.

We came at 3:00 pm WTH very little activity in restaurant. Nobody at Hostess stand. After waiting awhile, I walked to kitchen door where Manager was talking with a couple employees, one of which could see me. I stood watching them hoping she would tell the manager I was there. Eventually she said, “she’ll be with you shortly. We waited a bit longer till eventually someone came and sat us. After we were sat, all went well , but We surely didn’t feel welcomed. Felt like we were in the way. Also with a dead dining room, I would think the Manager could possibly have stopped by the table. Also, please change your cocktail sauce recipe to the Classic, Deep South, ketchup, horseradish, lemon and Worcestershire. Most All of your food is Classic Deep South. Your cocktail sauce is “Not”.

The Wait was very long to be seated restaurant not busy at all. The service was slow. Food was Great I waited a long time for a second glass of water when it came no ice in the picture. I can honestly say I go to that restaurant often and the service has never been this slow, which is why I did not want to talk to a manager I just figured it was a bad day But at 3 o’clock in the afternoon with very few people in the restaurant didn’t expect service to be that slow

Me and my fiancée had an excellent waitress, but my meatloaf wasn’t all the way done, the drinks wasn’t made right and awful.The cornbread muffins was burnt. I was telling my fiancée that they served us half done food because of our skin color but she didn’t want to believe me until it happened today with me. And I’m a food critic that isn’t even from Florida. But thanks to the management of not charging me.

I would rate this Location at a 1 ⭐️ based on service. This is the second visit to this location. In which always seems to be very short staffed because you will literally sit at the table for 15 minutes or more before a server comes to greet you and take your drink order. These visits have been on really non busy days so I’m really not understanding why it takes so long for a server to acknowledge you’re seated in their section. I have no complaints on the food or overall atmosphere. I can say that the one thing that I got quickly was the CHECK……

The Corn bread is really small now, and service on some days are non existent. Walked out for the first time last week because I waited 10 minutes after I sat down.

I would give 10 if I could!! Delicious doesn't even Begin to describe the food. Generous portions! Amazing flavor! The cherry lemonade is amazing!

Great meal service was quick only problem the cashier charged us for 4 large pecan logs we got 3 and one small. Didnt realize the error until we got home too far to go back. Lesson learned

I especially like the Ulmerton location over some of the others because its much quieter and less frenetic. We like the two person booths. All locations have a fireplace and kerosene lamps at the tables, as well as old-timey pictures on the walls. Our server Vanna was especially lovely. Also server Donna from the Tampa Road location (which I'm not as fond of) is always wonderful too.

I love cracker barrel. Service was great and the food was fantastic. My hair clip broke on the way to the restaurant.Luckily they sell an abundance of hair ties and clips in the shop .

Was sitting for 4 minutes before I was greeted. Placed my order, never seen the server again. Finally 35 minutes later I stopping the host to help me cause I had no good no drink and no help! I just paid for my drink and left still no food after 45 minutes

Busy. Noise level was like a bar - we found ourselves shouting across the table just to be heard. Our server was nice, but food took way too long - all four were just basic breakfasts. First server to the table had as much personality as a mayonnaise sandwich. Everyone at the table was over 60, but she carded us for a fake Bloody Mary...and was snippy about it. We know there are rules , and are happy to comply, but her attitude was off-putting. Overall experience pretty dismal. Not the usual comfortable and positive experience we have with this chain.

This is the 4th time we have ordered a Heat and Serve for a holiday meal. For Easter, we had the prime rib. Everything was so delicious. Just don't let the name confuse you, you must finish cooking your meal choices..so allow time for that!
