Very attentive staff! Food was good! Highly recommend. I did buy t-shirts, and that was included on the ticket with tip amount reflecting the 3 t-shirts. I paid 20% tip on the food.

Buyer beware! they add extra little charges. Charged for to go packaging, charged for credit card usage, added 20% tip on top of all extra charges. There were 6 of us but the sixth "person" was a 1 year old baby that we didn't order food for.

The atmosphere is nice with the live music. The food was okay nothing really to rave about. Even if you join the waiting list online expect to be waiting for atleast an hour to be seated. This place is not big party friendly. I wouldn’t recommend if you have a party larger than 4. We had a party of 9 and stated it was okay if they sat us separately. We waited 2 hours and were still sat separately so I’m not sure what took so long to be seated.

Food was great but our service wasn’t that good. We had a group of 9 and we did wait 50 minutes for a table. The hosts had an attitude. I understand there’s heat outside and a lot of people were standing in the way but I wish the workers more friendly and respectful. Our server also felt like they wanted us in and out. I think for the location and the way of us to find a parking space…it’s been very shocking to see how bad the service was. However, the food was very delicious. The lobster gouda grits was delicious! 😊 Definitely a really tasty place

We love this place and visit at least twice each week we are in the area. Favorites are the blackberry mango mimosa (but love all flavor offerings), and both the snapper and lobster topped gouda grits. Kids love the mini doughnuts!

Karen was our server she was so sweet! Food was amazing especially the grits! Plus had live music outside! Will definitely come back here next time I’m in town!

Love the food and service here and I look forward to coming here each year when we visit the beach. Be sure to join the waitlist online-it can be lengthy during the summer season. Also-if you don’t tolerate heat well-plan to wait longer for an indoor seat. Maybe try calling ahead? There are fans outside but it was still too hot to be comfortable outside. The mimosas are wonderful! Served in a mason jar with lid-at least 2 servings.

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, especially when paying almost $30 for a breakfast meal. It’s honestly shocking how nasty they were on something so simple.

Of all the great places to dine along 30A, this is by far my favorite! The snapper and grits is unlike any dish I’ve ever had. Not only is it my favorite meal at Crackings, but it is easily in my top 3 meals/dishes of all time! They have a variety of options unique to Florida, but have traditional options as well. There aren’t any bad options on the menu. If you are a mimosa fan, they also have the best on 30A with a variety of unique flavors. The service is great and every time we have been everything has been top notch! Great food, great staff, and great business. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this breakfast place and go back every year for the delicious offerings. The menu has a wide variety of breakfast choices, a great kids menu, and some delicious appetizers. We always love the mini donuts and crosseignets! You might have to wait, but there is live music available to listen to!

I ordered off menu as what was on the menu did not appeal to me. I got a Belgian waffle with whipped cream and fresh fruit. It was fantastic and something I definitely would order again. They need to have more normal breakfast things on the menu like waffles, eggs and bacon as that was what my party wanted. I’m grateful they were able to accommodate us and make those items but it would be nice to have those items on the actual menu.

This is a little gem in the Grayton area is amazing. YOU GOTTA EAT HERE. Cracklngs is a delicious little restaurant that can rival any 5 stat restaurant. The lobster shrimp and grits is a must have. It reminds me of New Orleans creations.. Superb.. The amazing variety of omlets were delicious. Don't skip out on the specialty drinks. The band was great and the service was superb 5star. This is the most fun place for breakfast! Loved by locals and visitors alike. The food is good, come hungry! They have great live music in the parking lot that really makes it special that we enjoy so much. The owner is very often there greeting guests and working hard to make sure everyone is having a great experience. Hard to choose a favorite but the summertime French toast might be our winner. Pups are not only welcome in the outdoor seating area but served a treat of bacon and a dish of water! Pro tip: Join the waitlist on Yelp to reserve your spot in line and pop into the shops across the parking lot if your table is not quite ready when you get there.

Good breakfast and service. We had lobster and grits and French toast with bacon. The bacon did taste off like burnt plastic. Other than that overall good experience.

Fantastic neighbor vibe. The owners and staff are so friendly, feel like part of the fam. Lobster Gouda Grits, o my! Also today: Captain's Course, which is a lobster-topped omelet. I couldn't get over it 3 years later: it got even better! Live music, outdoor seating, food is fantastic, so much flavor in everything. The staff make you feel so special. 1 year later: be aware, the tip is included in the bill. We gave 2 tips by mistake.

Fantastic breakfast spot. We had the Huevos Rancheros and French Toast. Both really delicious. Also had the mimosas and they were fantastic!

Food was good and good portion size. Only issue I had was the $2 take out fee (I know it's not much, but it's the principle of it). I spoke with the manager as this was not the first place we had been while on our trip to charge a to-go fee and she said that it was for compostable containers. That's great and all, I just wish it had been noted on the online menu or at the time of placing the order. I never like finding out about additional charges after I've placed an order.

First come first served means you may spend time dodging cars in the parking lot waiting for your table only to be disappointed by some of the food. While I enjoyed my breakfast my husband thought everything was either extremely salty (cheese grits) or extremely sweet. Hands down, the service was excellent and I would go back without my husband 🤣

My family and I had breakfast here. What a great choice. The French toasts were delicious. The waiter was excellent. I just did not give it five stars because I believe it is a little overpriced. But I recommend the place.

Call with reservations if you can’t get here early, it fills up fast! They have mimosas to go! Very cute. Vehicle, bike, and gulf cart parking. Outside and indoor seating.

Ordered the egg scramble and biscuits and gravy, both were excellent. We each also had a blood orange screwdriver and were not disappointed.

I sat outside on a Saturday. I loved the atmosphere. Live music great! I brought my dog who is behaved and she got some bacon from the waiter. The staff was nice and great service. Food was really great. Would recommend!! Sitting outside it pretty close to other tables so be aware if you bring a pet make sure they can tolerate. Typical breakfast brunch place and food pretty good.

I ordered a beverage and I didn’t drink it because I didn’t like the way it tasted and they (the manager) refused to take it off the bill. We waited 25 minutes longer than the anticipated wait time. The food order came out wrong. I finished my meal before my father even got his meal. I’m just appalled that they refused after all of that to take a $6.50 drink off my bill. Horrible customer service.

I’m a local. We asked for a table that was ideally not a tiny bistro table. The hostess completely ignored the request and sat us at a bistro in a cramped area. It took 10 min for anyone to even bring us drinks. It’s October and they were not that busy. The food was not wonderful. I ordered the traditional breakfast and the scrambled eggs were over cooked with skillet crust awful. Seating was too close. As you can see, I could not even eat the eggs.

Bloody Mary is a must! Slightly spicy with black pepper 🌶️ and pickled okras and NO ICE! This is good because you get way more chilled Bloody Mary in your glass. The biscuits and gravy are delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals at breakfast today!

Highly recommend. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment in the outside dining. I think his name was Tim and he had another band member. Made for a great ending to our beach trip.

I’m always up for seafood while vacationing at the beach, literally EVERY meal of the day is seafood! So we stopped at Cracklings, we had a group of 6 adults & everyone in our group said their meal was delicious. I had the fresh gulf snapper & Gouda grits. It was a mouthwatering flavor pack dish!! Service was slow due to Spring Break season but that is to be expected. #ShoppeShalanda

This is our go to breakfast spot & definitely the best breakfast in 30a. Super kid friendly, they make the chocolate milk fancy with whipped cream, sprinkles and chocolate drizzle in the cup. The Croisseignets are the best thing ever! All the food is just so good, we've never had a bad dish from here. Also, the mimosas are a nice size and you can take them to go!

Best breakfast on 30A. And it’s not even close. The chicken sandwich is worth coming from wherever y’all live to get it. Staff is extremely accommodating and generous in kindness. We had a bunch of kids and they made room for them and had great kids options. Live music going on makes for a great ambiance as well. Highly recommend to those who like waking up on the beach and needing good food.

This is proof of why small, family-run businesses can't be beat. My wife and I went yesterday morning for breakfast and were seated outside immediately. Service was quick, friendly and accurate. Food was wonderful. Next morning, we set out a little later (around 10 am), but it was a Sunday, so all the joints on 30A were pretty slammed. Ended up sitting at one place only to leave five minutes later due to a rude server and hostess. Tried another couple places that only had about 40% of the tables occupied but were told that we'd be waiting 1+ hours since all the spots were already reserved. Not sure how you run a business this way and expect to max out your revenue. We looked at each other and said, "Wanna try that place (Crackings) we went yesterday, and see if they can get us in?" Glad we did. It was packed, too, but we arrived at the hostess stand and got on the list. The owner walked up as we were finishing entering our names and reassured us that we would likely be able to sit more quickly than the time that was listed. Sure enough, we only waited about 5-10 minutes and were seated. Same, exceptional service and food ensued. This place is a well-oiled machine that treats you like family. Their entire family participates in running the place which, I'm convinced, is the reason for its success. No substitute for true ownership. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for great food and the best mimosas, look no further! The blueberry passionfruit and blood orange mimosas are my favorite. I highly recommend the bacon avocado omelette - it was filling and delicious! Morgan was our waitress and she rocks!!

closed! a lot of places seem to close randomly in this area in the winter. i wish they had the decency to update their google maps status to "temporarily closed". advice if you are in this area in the off season - call before you go anywhere!

We've been going to the Seagrove area for years but just discovered this little gem in Grayton! We had breakfast there the last 2 days of our stay and it was wonderful! Super friendly staff. We sat outside both mornings since the November weather was so nice. The lobster gouda grits are out of this world and the french toast is the best I've ever eaten. This will be one of hubby & my new favorites.

Very nice spot. Live music during a patio brunch is always a plus (and they were excellent as well!). Be prepared for a slower pace, however...sit back and relax.

The Gulf Eggs Benedict with red snapper were on point!...something you'd want to try on a beach vacation. The country fried potatoes great! Both my wife and I ate every bite, not a crumb left. The amaretto coffee my wife ordered was excellent and was served in a Mason jar with aluminum straw which you could keep...their hot coffee was very good as well. Local recommendations to dine here were spot on! Waitress and hostesses were all very nice. Highly recommended! P.S. We went back 'again' with the entire family, that's three visits in three days, across the board everyone loved the food! The Huevos Rancheros & Sriracha Breakfast sandwich received outstanding reviews! I did the Gulf Eggs Benedict again...no judging...couldn't help myself.

Overall good! Slow service and the eggs Benedict seemed like it had been sitting out for a while. Not bad maybe just got there on a bad day!

If you want to be told a lie about the time you get in , then this would be your place. Went in and put in our name like the front lady said and she said it would be 50 minutes to an hour wait. Went back up in 45 minutes to see where I was at in line and the lady at the front said we put our name in wrong. I asked what are you talking about, I did what you told me to do. She said I’m sorry but it’s going to be another hour.

Came here for Sunday brunch with the family. We enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere and live music by youcancallmelex while we waited for our table! We got the seafood benefit, snapper and grits, huevos rancheros and chicken and waffles. The chicken was tough but waffle was pretty good. The huevos rancheros left a lot to be desired so I would recommend passing on that. The snapper and grits and seafood Benedict were phenomenal though and I would highly recommend getting those two dishes! Our service was great! Our waitress Morgan was very kind and attentive!

Wonderful breakfast spot! Make sure you get there early because this place fills up quick. My family and I stopped in for breakfast before heading back home to NC and it was the perfect way to end our trip. We got there right at 8am and were seated immediately (outside - inside had already filled up!) Wait staff were very friendly and service was fast. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. This was my first time having chicken & waffle (pictured) and it didn't disappoint. The waffle was so fluffy and the chicken was crispy, but moist. And the sauce drizzled over the top was so good. Cant wait to eat here on our next trip!

This is a must stop if you're in the area. We had a big group(19), and Dwight was VERY accommodating getting us a table together. And then Jenna, our server? She seriously was such an asset to the meal...I'm serious, probably the best service we've ever received at a restaurant. On top of all that, the food and mimosas were immaculate. The Summertime French Toast & Chicken and Waffle are a MUST to try from the menu!

One egg turned to the other and said, "Wow, you really crack me up!" - Crackings is no doubt an allusion (an expression designed to call something to mind without mentioning it explicitly; an indirect or passing reference) to cracking eggs, since Crackings is mostly known as a breakfast place - even though the do more. The last time I went, I took my sister and cousin since I don’t eat out alone, and it was good. These days they have live music outside most of the time, even for breakfast, which is beach cool. And while the food is good, it seems that it’s more about food as art than food for flavor. It’s very visually appealing, but just okay from a taste perspective. But my thinking egg might be cracked or scrambled too. Don’t get me wrong, it’s good, and quite popular, but I have Grade A standards for these things, which may be unrealistic. - Q. What did the egg do when it saw the frying pan? A. It scrambled!

We are visiting from San Antonio,TX and wanted to have breakfast some where nice. This is the place to go to! Waited for a table which took about 15 minutes. Our waiter Natalie was attentive,courteous and fast through out the whole time we were here. The food was AMAZING. I rate this place a 10 out of 10. You won’t regret it!

The food is good but I’m bumping them down a star because it cost $0.75 for a dang straw. Which is so stupid so why bother. I suggest you bring your own straws. The food is really good though.
