Really delicious food, price and service top notch

Stopped by here during family vacation in Aug. service was exceptional and food was even better. Really enjoyed the poboys, the soft shell crab was delicious. Gumbo and boudin are must tries. Unfortunately it was past crawfish season, we will definitely be back to try it!

Came for the gumbo! A bowl full of deliciousness. And the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a great meal.

I came on July 13th for the first time and man man man the services and welcoming from Todd and Carmen and the cook. Was Phenomenal they definitely went over and beyond of what was needed and since this was our first time here from Houston so Todd had patience with us and explained everything for us. So that was the reason why we came back the next day but service was a little bit different it wasn't as welcoming and let alone the guy Corey that took my order read my order back too me but when I received it my order was wrong. At that moment I didn't want anything fix because I had already been waiting for a while and of course I wasn't offered to correct the mistake neither. Pictures are from the first satisfied visit

My God! The crawfish with garlic sauce is to die for, DELICIOUS!!! The budin is the best I've ever had. The service is exceptional, the place is super clean and a relaxing atmosphere. I recommended Crawlins to all my tenants and to my friends. It's fabulously delicious 😋.

They have great food and AWESOME pints of unique ice cream that I've never had before ... if you like ice cream filled with all kinds of goodies you'll love it !!! Try the blueberry shortcake !!!!!

Our hotel staff in the Garden District was eating boil bags for lunch and it smelled so heavenly we asked them where it was from. They said CRAWLINS is the best anywhere so we had to try it. It's ultra clean and indoors which is great in the June heat. The menu has a ton of options and when we said it was our first time they were super welcoming and helped us order. The young man working even came out to show us how to open them and gave us a sample of the gumbo. We tried their crawfish and crab. Both were excellent, not overly salty but well seasoned. I esp loved their Viet blend butter. The bathroom is sparkling clean too. Def worth a visit!

I hate to even have to make this unpleasant review. Cause I've been going to Crawlins A LOT since they opened and have never had a problem. So I don't know what happened today. I ordered a 15 piece of hot honey chicken, get home it's just fried chicken. When I return I was asked if I wanted them remade or just the sauce put on them. I opted for fresh wings. They brought the bag back out in 5 min which let me know the wings were definitely NOT remade. And on top of it all not one apology for messing up the order. And that's what prompted me to leave this review. ***Side note: I noticed on the receipt that you are charged an additional $1 for adding a flavor/sauce to your wings. The menu board has a step 1,2, and 3 of how to order the wings. And their menu in NO WAY indicates that there's an additional charge for this.

So happy to have such a good viet Cajun crawfish option in the westbank! The garlic noodles were great and even the smaller size was a nice portion. We tried the viet Cajun and the crawlins garlic flavors for crawfish - both were great. We liked the crawlins garlic more just because it was a little spicier. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Definitely coming back!

I always get the Bang bang shrimp 🍤 and garlic noodles 🍜 😋 check the prices of your drinks prior to paying some teas, which are 3.50 .....

First time visit. Early Tuesday evening. Not a huge place. Cool wall mural. Got busy after 5p. Wife got the fried oysters. I got the shrimp boil bag. Definitely a hands on experience that did not disappoint...delicious! $50 with drinks and tip. Friendly staff. Great customer service. Thank you, Crawlins!

I tried this place for the 1st time and had Crawfish,Dungeness crab bag and a shrimp bag. Good news is the Crawfish was decent. Not to spicy not to bland. Everything else,Dungeness crab,corn,potatoes,sausage and egg taste like it was boiled in straight water. Nearly flavorless. The garlic butter noodles was just as bad. If I where to rate the food the it would be Crawfish-7. Dungeness crab-2. Corn,Potatoes,Sausage and Egg-2 Garlic butter noodles-2 Just my opinion 🤷🏾‍♂️ but I encourage you to try it for yourself.

Their shrimp poboy is excellent. I've had it about 4 times. Lots of shrimp. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Crawlins Seafood.

I was visiting New Orleans from the UK for Mardi Gras. I was desperate for a proper Cajun crawfish boil and heard this place was good for it; I was very satisfied with what we got. The food was very nice and the two lads there, Cory and Ty (who were great), gave us some speciality sauces they do: a jalapeno tartar sauce and a spiced garlic butter. They were both excellent and went well with the meal. My Mum also got a Cajun-style fish and chips with Catfish and that was very nice as well. A great twist on the classic.

Hands down, Crawlins Seafood is a 10 out of 10!! I ordered a BBQ Shrimp Poboy and it was phenomenal… after I finished that, I absolutely had to order something else for later. I got the Loaded shrimp box and a king cake ooey gooey! After finishing both, I had to come & leave a review and give credit!! I will definitely be back.. Keep up the great work!!

Had the Chicken gumbo. It was really good. Not usually a fan of chicken gumbo.

TL;DR I ate there twice prior to MLK Day '24 while visiting NOLA. The first time, I ordered the Shrimp Po'boy, fully dressed and a small fry. It was great. Fries were very generously served. A small could serve 2 people. The shrimp were perfectly battered and well cooked on a toasty, crunchy chewy Leidenheimer style French bread. My only complaint about the sandwich that day was that the tomatoes were very thin and were the bottom of the tomato and a carefully manicured top of the stem end all half slices. Not the core of the tomato, btw. But, I'd give that visit a 4.6. The second visit, I brought the rest of my contingent of 5 people. They ordered the 70$ boiled feast, crawfish, shrimp, and crabs, as well as another, lbs of shrimp, meat pie, garlic noodles, a chicken pasta and a special request for bread slices. We never got the bread. we had to ask for the additional lbs of shrimp. However, the consensus was that they enjoyed the spread. I sampled the boil, but I had my own order to eat, criticism to follow the rest of this one. The boiled crawfish were very good. I didn't try the crab, but folks liked them. Why I would the boiled shrimp 1 star?they were mushy, hard to peel without ripping the meat apart still attached to the shell, and also the eyes of the shrimp were oblong not spherical, and heads were soft. The second lbs was slightly firmer. But again, we had to remind them what we ordered. So, my meal. Yup, a Po'boy. I asked for a fried oyster Po'boy. They were out at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I love skrimps, another shrimp Po'boy. This time, I'm not sure what was up with the bread. The sandwich disintegrated as ate it, same half manicured tops and bottoms of the tomatoes. My hands covered in limp soggy bread, and mayo commented that fried was better than boiled. 2 star sammy. I'd give the restaurant a 4 star. Atmosphere isn't bad, but the music played is modern (t)rap music. So it all sounds the same. No Jazz, no Zydeco, no Blues and no character.

Yesterday I waited 35-40 minutes for two gumbos which the rice was hard as hell , the pasta was just butter & noodles w/ 4 shrimps . The grilled cheese was ok . I’m never going back . I recommend nobody goes . This was around 5:15 at night

I wouldn't have thought the food was so good an authentic hadn't it been recommended by the captain of a bayou tour. I mean a local thought it was very good and it didn't disappoint. We had the gumbo and the loaded shrimp. Both were great! Awesome service by Thai. Super friendly and nice.

This was a recommendation. What a wonderful place! From the service to the suggestions to the dishes! Absolutely AMAAAZING. And great prices. We were served by Thai - big smiles with everyone. I had the loaded shrimp boil bag. It comes with corn, sausage, potatoes, and PLENTY of shrimps!!! We came all the way from Montreal and found this place. Don't miss it!!!

Tuan’s restaurant is the bomb. The tasty, wholesome, full of flava and large portions. We came all the way from Australia to try Cajun and it was worth it. Would def come back!

Beautiful presentation but gumbo was just salty green/gray colored water. Shrimp boil plate was okay but butter looking sauce had no flavor

Food is really good! Portion sizes were larger than expected - we had enough to take home for later. Staff is very warm and welcoming!

Stumbled on this spot passing through. Friendly staff recommended the shrimp po boy and cup of gumbo lunch special. The gumbo was a rich broth stuffed with meat. The po boy was legit and well cooked and dressed on great bread. None of us were complaining when we left except that it was more than we could finish.

If you want food that taste good seasoned good this is that place.

The experience begins with great customer service over the phone when placing an order. Upon arrival, you are met with a warm greeting and a clean dining room. To top it off, the food is delicious!

Not much to look at and service is a tidge slow, but the food comes out hot, fresh, and delicious! This was a first stop for a bite after a 15 hour road trip. It was so good we went back again on day 2!

Ordered pound of shrimp in the bag!! It came in this container which really defeats the purpose. I was very dissatisfied that that everything wasn’t in one bag with the sauce. After I peel the shrimp I had no sauce to dip my shrimp in and was flavorless😫😫😫😫

The service was Amazing from the moment we walked in the door, until we left. The food was Delicious and very filling. We got the Gumbo, Meat Pie, Egg Rolls and Fried Shrimp Platter. We will Definitely be back......

We had a great time eating at Crawlins Seafood. The food tasted good, and the fries were some of the best. Though we wished there were crawfish and lobsters at the time, the boiled platter and the other items we had were succulent. We also had the pleasure of meeting Corey, our server, who was hospitable and kind. Crawlins is definitely a place to visit.

Luv this place, everytime we drive thru, it's a must to stop in and get my fix of crawfish. They're a nice size, clean & not to spicy. The customer service is always on point. The last day for crawfish was Friday 6/30, however, their fried chicken wangs are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them, also the boiled crabs & shrimp po boys.

I had the shrimp Po-boy and it was one of the best I had during my visit. The shrimp was soo good and cooked to perfection. The aroma hits you as soon as you open the door. I recommend visiting.

I had the regular Cajun crawfish twice and it was even better the second time. I want to try the fried shrimp platter next!!

Amazing! I should have written this earlier. However, due to filling up on delicious food, I took a group nap with my husband. It was our first time visiting and the staff was ready to help us with suggestions. The premises is clean, with a lovely atmosphere and the food preparation was great! Five Stars 🌟

The best crabs and crawfish around not to mention the service. Do yourself a favor and try them, you'll be hooked.

Had a shrimp sandwich on a bun and it was excellent. My only regret is that there isn't a place like this near me.

The food here is just ok. I ordered a shrimp platter with double rice. Shrimp Fried Rice was horrible. Tasted old. The 6 shrimp they give you -will do. The facility is clean and nicely set-up.
