Great place for food , beer and, entertainment. Amazing bartenders and servers. Highly recommend this place. Come here every time I’m in Branson. And gramma Pam was excellent!

As an out-of-towner it just was not clean I don't know about service because upon arrival and I guess it was timing because it was after hours like 10:30 p.m. maybe so things were just a little rough and unorthodox just wasn't used to this environment it may be good if you're young and ready to drink drink drink drink drink drink drink drink drink but I was sober and noticed a lot the customer service I would say was good the waiters and bartenders were great just didn't look clean and didn't want to eat the food looked kind of dirty but I do realize this was a bar and grill it just could have been a little more cleaner and sanitize but I would say if you're drunk and you just want a cool place to hang out and listen to music This Is The Place To Go

Food was great! Service was perfect. Fun is obviously the object. Local distilled vodka and very fun drinks.

We always have a great time when we're here ! They greet you at the door with a free shot ! Bottoms up ! 🤣 The food is delicious and the service is excellent ! The staff are all fantastic and helpful. I love everyone there. 💜 The best part is sitting outside on the porch, the smoker always smells SO AWESOME !!! The menu is full of delicious meaty options that are just so delicious ! The drinks are creative and yummy. It's just a great vibe here. We're a little sad the cheesecake flights are gone, but hopefully they'll be back. 👌 Meanwhile, we love stopping in for a visit when we're in Town. It's the Best place to go hang out. The Music is great, and you can also "hack" the digital jukebox to select your own songs ! 🤣 Thanks to Craig and Crew for such a cool place. We're looking forward to next time ! 🥳🎉

We were in Branson for a week. This was a place with a fun vibe great food and great service. It’s not often staff introduces themselves to customers then ask who you are as well. It’s quirky in the best sense of the word. The food was so good we made a return trip two days later. And I must say the cheesecakes were absolutely delicious. Our service staff on the first day were Matt Russ and Pam. Russ was with us on the second trip in along with Kim All were friendly and engaging and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. It’s always great when you can walk away from a place that you just ate at and say, man that was not only great food but fun as well!!

This place is the bomb!! We’ve been here at least twice each time we’ve weekended in Branson! The absolute BEST BBQ I’ve ever tasted in my life!! HIGHLY recommend the BBQ Pork Quesadilla!! Look for Russ, the “Russtache”, one of the best bartenders in the biz!! Some of the best drinks we’ve ever tasted!!

Wow. BBQ pulled pork and Brisket was soooooo good Some of the best BBQ I have had. Rus was our waiter and his mustache is epic! Highly recommend.

Cheeky Monkey is a great place for fun and food. The BBQ was awesome! Pam and Russ were exceptional - friendly, responsive, and fun to be around. Plus Cheeky Monkey just started selling its own distilled and bottled vodka which is as good as it gets! Def gonna come here next time we are in Branson!!! Service was really good, maybe overkill. We had about 8 different people waiting on us but no one was actually assigned to our table, so we had to repeat ourselves. It's cool, they were nice. The drinks were terrible to be honest. If you like sno cone syrup and rum, this bar is for you. However, the food was outstanding. Ribs, burgers, even the potato salad and pasta salad, everything we ordered was delicious. Amazing food, great people, but the tropical gimmick and sickly sweet drinks are a bit much. I'd go back for the food and have a beer.

Our group of 5 went in and got a table outside, waited 15 to 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Finally older waiter came, took our drink order which I asked for a water along with my drink. Had to ask another time as my water never was served. Then another waiter came by and I asked him for a water. He stated he was the only one out there which was not true as I asked our initial waiter twice before trying to get someone else. We finally ordered food and 4 of 5 of us received our food. The lady that brought the food out was the most friendly person we encountered there until a waitress by the name of Frosty came by to check on us. She nailed it! The two male waiters acted as if they had better things to do than wait on anyone and our initial waiter never came back to our table, he was dancing at the front entrance instead. Frosty grabbed the owner and we were comped the pizza we waited for and got complimentary shots (but most everyone else out on the patio area got those when they arrived-not us). Overall experience was food was good, service sucked until Frosty came out.

What a great little place...we sort of just happened by on way back to Branson. Saw the big smokers going..loved the name..so stopped in. Had lovely pulled pork and brisket sandwiches and sides..had a walnut ale crafted locally. Very positive experience. Russ and Grandma Yoyo and others are best servers! Want to come again.

Crazy Craig knows how to do it right! Great spot to hang out after a day on the lake, catch a game , or to just chill out on the porch for awhile. The new "Crazy 88" vodka is awesome too!

We were visiting Branson with some friends and needed a place to go and found the Cheeky Monkey. We were not disappointed. As soon as we entered the place we were greeted by a cheery fellow named Russ (you can't miss him, he's the guy with the handlebar mustache) and given a sample shot of one of their signature drinks. As first time guests, he went over the run of the place, the menu and introduced us to their house distilled vodka, which we highly recommend. I also had the smoked sausage plate which was pretty good. All in all if you're in Branson and need a cool place to hang out away from all the touristy stuff and get a drink or three, this is most definitely the place! THANKS AGAIN RUSS AND GOOD LUCK ON YOUR CONTINUED SALES OF THE NEW VODKA.

OMG!!! We went to Branson with our friends and they took us here!! We absolutely loved it!! We went on a week night, can't wait to go back on a weekend night!! Everything was amazing, from the shot they give you when you walk in to the service and to the food that is served. No complaints, just ready to go back!!! It will not disappoint!!

We stopped in for a quick bite and sat at the bar. Everything started out great and we were planning on bringing our group back that evening to watch the game. The bartender and servers were very nice and attentive. We were required to give them our cc info even though we sat right at the bar. We told her we would pay cash though. When it came time to leave, she charged my card by mistake, honest enough mistake. We wanted to pay cash anyway. She assured us that it would come off my card. She then said our bill was $54. Seemed a bit high for a couple of sandwhiches and drinks each. When I asked for an itemized bill, the amount suddenly changed. Oops, she made a mistake. My bill went DOWN by almost $20. So, now I'm waiting to make sure the charged amount comes off of my card. I'm not saying everyone there is a scammer but it sure seems suspicious!

I came there like I always do me and my boyfriend and I didn’t get service due to that fact my boyfriend didn’t have his id on him and we are regulars the problem was the the lady behind the bar keep shouting at me and I had my id so I ask her if I was the one can’t get service due to the fact my boyfriend didn’t have his id we where ok with the fact he was not getting any service he was going to wait in the car for me but the lady was so rude that I left also. Should really think twice about the bar tenders that u hire it’s really messed up I drove from far dressed up and everything I’ve even tipped people there big so many times I won’t ever go back

This place freaking rules. Came here from St. Louis and met people from my town, this town, and all over. This is where you go if you wanna party w the real ones and not just tourists at bars that close at 11. Killer service. Killer food. Killer drinks. This place alone makes me want to come back more frequently. Also Sydney rocks and you should top her a ton 10/10

We had such a great time. The entire staff was amazing and accommodating when we had our entire baseball team and families (50) come in. They handled us all professionally and courteously!

This was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. We walked in as a huge group (our entire baseball family - probably 50+) and they immediately had us on hand, greeting us warmly with no fear (also important!), telling us about the menu and the best ways in which we could order and most importantly making us feel welcome and telling us they would take care of us. They became part of our crew, took care of us for the several hours we were there, and didn’t miss a beat on a thing. The food was amazing, the vibe was amazing…a great afternoon at an amazing place in Branson! If you find yourself in Branson, go to the cheeky monkey! THE TIME THE LIGHTS WENT OUT AT THE CHEEKY MONKEY: My wife and I were on vacation recently and were attracted to sight of "BBQ Cooking on Premises" and walked into the Cheeky Monkey. Just after we placed our order the whole place lost (no fault of theirs!) power in the middle of the day! We managed to survive the next 20 minutes in the semi-darkness on Monkey Fuel and free chips graciously provided to us by a very congenial wait staff. Since our BBQ sandwich orders could not be processed, they gave us what they had: 1 1/2 slabs of absolutely gorgeous BBQ Ribs! My wife and I did not come up for air for 15 minutes as we devoured these delicious ribs! I told them they needed to enter these ribs into a contest because they'd likely win. Finally, the power came back on, and they then told us that we didn't owe them anything because they were so sorry for the inconvenience of the power loss. We left enough to cover the meal as it would be a sin otherwise! You should go to the Cheeky Monkey! I can't guarantee the lights will go out or everything will be free, but you will have great service and absolutely stunning BBQ ribs! God bless the wonderful ladies at the Cheeky Monkey. Pam was an awesome waitress! Our nachos were not really warm though. I waited forever to do my Keno ticket. Then finally Mary Bell runs it and says it’s invalid and throws it back to me. When I redid my ticket and told her I was ready, she basically says (sort of rudely), I will get to you when I can. Drinks come first!

We had a great time and whenever we are in the area will continue to come. Still laugh about the hollering “Welcome to the Cheeky Monkey Bar!” Whenever we have ribs we still say, “it ain’t monkey material”. Already miss it.

We’re from Chicagoland and we must stop by cheeky every time we’re in town. Russ gave us a warm welcome and was an excellent server. We come here for the BBQ and unique cocktails and craft beer. Russ even introduced us to the one and only Keshia who is the smoke master. We will be back!

Keisha and The RUSSTACHE were absolutely amazing. We bought a bottle of their homebrewed vodka, ate an incredible smoked bbq plate with sausage, ribs, brisket and pork—Keisha was the pittmaster and I tell ya—authentic Missouri smoked bbq—was fantastic. We make this stop every year for a reason and it’s not only the food that brings us back—it’s the people, the Russ, the cheeky monkey hospitality that makes this place so special for us ❤️. A fantastic and fun place to stop after a day on the lake or in Branson. A cheery welcome and shot of the day on the house when you arrive. The brisket nachos were fantastic and the kids had a great time too. It’s great to find a local place that isn’t a tourist trap like most of Branson. Will be back next time we are in town!

Cheeky Monkey is incredibly welcoming to veterans. After serving 22 years and completing 6 combat tours, I was honored to be invited to write on their Wall of Honor. Our server, Russtache, was exceptionally observant, noticing my memorial band and making our dining experience delightful. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. The BBQ at Cheeky Monkey is top-tier. We enjoyed the half ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage with four sides—perfect for four people after a day at Silver Dollar City. The portions were generous, and the flavors were outstanding. We will definitely be back before our vacation ends.

We had a great time at Crazy Craig's! The service is wonderful... those people seemed like they didn't hate their jobs! The food was great, we had a platter of nachos that was huge and tasty. One thing, we came in and the only seat said "Reserved for Crazy Craig. The waitress said we could sit there. About 2 hours, a large, elderly guy came in, it was Crazy Craig. He basically grunted at the waiter to get my husband out of his seat! We ended up sitting at the end of the same table so it was no big deal. He was creepy though! He sat and glared the whole night. I thought it was creepy to see him perk up and hug the young waitresses! I was thinking maybe rename it Creepy Craig's?

Rib tips were diced like little peices of ham for a salad, not worth the money, and the pizza was cheaply made. I asked for 1 drink, and I received a whole different one

The Cheeky Monkey Bar in Branson made our quick trip truly unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms by both the staff and patrons. We were greeted with a shot of their signature drink, which set the tone for a fun evening. "RusStache" immediately recognized we were newlyweds and treated us like royalty, even giving us another free (HUGE!!) drink and announcing our honeymoon to the entire restaurant. The warm applause and cheers from everyone made us feel incredibly special. To top it off, another generous customer paid for our dinner, which left us speechless. My husband, had the honor of signing the veterans wall, adding a personal touch to our visit. The staff and other guests constantly stopped by to congratulate us and chat, making us feel like part of a big, happy family. When they found out we're from Nebraska, they placed a Cornhusker statue on our table, adding a delightful personal touch to our experience. We also enjoyed learning about the owners history and wow, what a story!! We were sure to get some merch so we can continue to share the place and experience with others. If you're looking for a place with amazing hospitality and a fun, welcoming atmosphere, the Cheeky Monkey Bar is the place to be. We will cherish these memories forever and can't wait to return and bring friends and family!

Absolutely amazing as always! We discovered this place a few years back, and always recommend it. The workers and owners are the best people. And the food is FANTASTIC! The brisket quesadilla is my favorite. I also have a little one with severe food allergies. And they were so good about it. Never felt so safe down here with her at a restaurant. It’s also a super fun atmosphere!! 10/10 recommend!!

The MOST fun I have had at a bar in a LONG time! Traveled down to Branson for family vacation when we found this bar. We visited this bar almost twice a day for four days! Russ was an absolute BLAST, Kesha in the kitchen? Incredible. Food was 👌🏼👌🏼 visit this incredible bar — once, twice, every day you won’t regret it!!!

We stopped in for a light lunch and ended up splitting the brisket nachos. They were good and perfect for two people. We asked about draft beer, and they only had bottled beer, so we had water instead. The servers were very nice.

Very fun atmosphere. Kids welcome until 10 pm (according to the sign). Free sample of a cocktail for adults as you walk in, ours was Monkey Fuel. The cocktail list was a lot of fun. The ribs were some of the best I’ve ever had. The cheese steak sub and brisket/pulled pork nachos were also a hit. I wish I was a local so I could come back.

This is one of the best BBQs I've ever had. Ribs are amazing, service is impeccable! The mustache guy and Cindy are amazing servers! The atmosphere is great, the burgers are delicious, and the bathrooms are clean. No complaints. Hands down one of the best places I've been to.

The team cares to get to know you by name, and the drink and food menus are totally fire! The hot fall off the bone ribs alone are worth the stop! There is awesome entertainment, pool tables, an incredibly friendly team, and what is likely the best ribs in Branson. Do yourself a favor, and visit this place!
