Soooo good. I ordered an item with a warm brownie, hot fudge, a scoop of ice cream of choice, whipped cream, sprinkles, and cherry on top. So yummy. I would recommend and will be a repeat customer. It is a little confusing to get inside of the business. You have to enter in a main entrance of a building that looks like a real estate office and then walk left to enter the creamery. Clean place. Restrooms are available at the end of the hall of the main building. Handicapped parking and ramp. I didn't see a button for wheelchair door.

The ice cream here is top of the line and I always enjoy coming here. The nice young man with the locs was so kind and warmly greeted me my mom and sister when we came in. Mean while his female co worker was not welcoming and made us feel rushed and in the way it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and i’m not sure if i will be returning to this location. I didn’t get her name but the date is 9/12/2024 at 6:35.

Very bad experience. Walked in with my family and a 3lb shih Tsu puppy. As soon as walking in thru door the girl working there asked if puppy was a service dog. I answered no but just getting ice cream and I'm carrying him. She just said sorry but dogs are not allowed. Didn't even bother to ask if we were dining in or not and just repeated rudly. "I'm sorry but dogs are not allowed ". So did not even get to order ice cream.

The ice cream is amazing always love going there, until the girl on the cashier made a very stupid and disrespectful comment about my brother paying.

My brow lady’s suite is located next door and every time I have an appointment with her, I smell the goodness of Creole Creamery. I usually am able to walk right past, but I decided to treat myself today. I was the only customer there at the time. The employees "spoke" when I entered and let me try samples of different flavors. I am usually a vanilla or strawberry kinda woman, but today I decided to try a Lavender honey milkshake. The milkshake did not even make it to my destination!

Delightful fun place to try, different than your typical ice cream spot. Large portions is the name of the game. You can get a half size milkshake but it only saves you a dollar since the milkshake is all about presentation regardless of size. Bananas foster was fire.

I wanted a banana split for well over a year. One that would take me back to Woolworths, where as a child, I experienced my first one. This was as close to that memory as I believe possible. I asked for no sprinkles, no waffle bits. I wanted only the classic version. It was superb. An experience that hit all the notes. Happy employees, quality ingredients, correct dishes, and presentation, with a cherry on top. Fantastic!

I went for the vegan options the mango was just ok. The Lavender was a little better I was disappointed then only had two options for vegans.

This store features delicious ice cream served by generous scoops in too many to name flavors. Which flavor should we go for today? The suspense! All kidding aside though, every flavor is just as fresh and tasty as the next one

Came here for a late night snack and I loved it. The prices were good and lots to choose from. They even had a flavor called ‘pasta water’ it was only $5.50 for a BIG waffle cone and one scoop. I recommend coming to check out their seasonal flavors and trying them. I would recommend this place

Ran out of waffle cones very disappointing, but the ice cream in the cup. was good.

Toilet paper in shared bathroom is a 10/10 TP is silky yet firm. Totally helped me out in my time of GI maximum overdrive.

Best flavor combo is Peanut Butter fudge and Chocolat Armaretto... OMG so rich and creamy and delicious!!!! Would make an amazingly delicious malt and/or shake!!

Had the whole family in for ice cream on a hot day. Front door was a little hidden but we found it. Great atmosphere and flavors. Our favorite was the red velvet but all the flavors we tried were very good. Would definitely recommend.

This ice cream is worth every calorie! The cream cheese flavor was by far my favorite—fresh and not too sweet. Try the sampler and get several flavors; you’ll thank me later!

Cute little spot ! Fast and efficient. The cookies and cream doesn’t really have much big cookie chunks. I wish they did but they do give u the option to get some on top.

An ice cream flavor that i purchased today contained alcohol and i was unaware. I called, and the cashier stated that it was cooked out, but yea, it contained some. The fact that the cashier had zero remorse while knowingly selling it to me was ridiculous. We were frequent visitors, but that stops today. This exchange made me feel like l can't call and ask a question about a flavor of ice cream because I will be answered nonchalantly and without remorse.

Lavender honey & glazed donut shake with graham cracker. The mill used came through super strong. Stronger than the flavors of the ice cream. I could taste the glazed donut flavor post shake, more of an after taste like “Ah, there it is!” Paid about $9. Nice place, variety of flavors.

Creole cream cheese had grit throughout the ice cream. I was very disappointed. They need to throw that batch away and start over. Seriously

Fast & friendly service. They have standard flavors, as well as some unique ones such as chocolate amaretto cheesecake. There are a few dairy free options as well. There are various toppings, sundaes, coffee (including specialty drinks like latte and cappuccino), and affogato. Between my family, we got an ice cream cone, brownie a la mode, and milkshake. All were pleased!

My favorite icecream, period. A must try.

Love this place! Awesome place to on a Sunday afternoon for a snack! The young lady (sorry I don’t remember her name) was awesome and patient. Took her time with us since we had a pretty big order and allowed us to figure out exactly what we wanted! And of course the ice cream was amazing!!!! Would have given more than five stars if I could!

Authentic New Orleans kind of place. Ice cream is exceptional. There are other ice cream places to go that will make you happy. There is nothing like Creole Creamery.

There's no reason to risk the health of all of the patrons, including children, even if a customer acts disrespectfully. We appreciate you keeping us safe.

We have always enjoyed our time at your establishment, often bringing along our dog, who was warmly welcomed, even with a water bowl for our dog. This consistent positive experience made your place a favorite spot for our family and friends. However, during our recent visit, we were informed that our dog was no longer allowed. While we understand that policies may change, the manner in which this information was conveyed was extremely unprofessional and rude. The staff member's tone was indifferent and embarrassing, which is not the level of customer service we have come to expect from your establishment. We are not unreasonable people and we respect the rules and guidelines set by businesses. However, we believe that there is a respectful and courteous way to communicate these changes to loyal customers. Due to this unfortunate incident, we have decided to no longer patronize your establishment. We feel it is important to spend our hard-earned money at places where we are treated with respect and kindness. We hope that you will take our feedback into consideration and ensure that all your staff members are trained to communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.

The service was kind and patient. A vast cornucopia of choices to choose from. Parking, however, is not plentiful. The ice cream was exactly what I wanted. Delicious!

Great! Found "Creole Creamcheese" Ice Cream, which is always hard to find. They make certain to give you a packed full scoop. Not cheap but is delicious.

Our group of 4 visited on a business trip here. EXCEPTIONAL choices and very clean. I HIGHLY recommend the Nectar Sherbert and be sure to ask for samples to try them all.

Came here by happenstance while on vacation from Georgia. If I had to summate my experience it would be this; excellent ice cream(I had the banana split), excellent customer service, and exquisitely pleasant atmosphere. Definitely would return if I make it to New Orleans again.

I give it 5 stars because they truly have the best ice cream in town. I wish they’d remodel the place because it’s dated but the ice cream is amazing.

This place was clean and welcoming. The ice cream selections and combinations many. We got served very nicely in glass dishes, to eat there. Four stars was because the overall taste was not exceptional just alright. However the staff did give great customer service. We probably wouldn’t comeback.

Place was awesome. I've been trying to find eggnog in a store somewhere for a few days now and lucky me, this place just happened to have some eggnog flavored ice cream. And it was DELICIOUS. They need some bathrooms though and that's all
