It's good very hyped but lives up to it it's fun trying new types of cookies every week.

So glad to have Crumbl in Redlands! Right next to my favorite coffee spot! Everyone was super welcoming and the cookies are amazing! Guess I found my new favorite spot

Sometimes they can be very slow and not realize you’ve been standing there waiting for your mobile order but the cookies are amazing

We like this place but it's awkward when you're waiting at the counter not knowing that you can only order on a tablet at the back of the room and the employees stare at you 10 times without helping or letting you know. Common sense...

I ordered on the app and came in. I had to wait a quick minute, however, they were overwhelmingly busy and very apologetic about the wait. My cookie was delicious as always! And will be returning!!

First time buyer . I wanted to see what all the hype was about. When I first entered the store I was not impressed at all. No wall decor or seating just looked like a bunch of people waiting. No one from the store greeted or acknowledged us. I had to ask a bunch of people if they had been helped. Finally walked to the front and there was a kiosk but also people behind the counter looking at us. I explained this was our first time , do we use the kiosk or do you take the order. We were told use the kiosk and that was it. When I asked if they had a smaller version of a particular cookie, the girl said we only have whats on the screen. This was a terrible experience. The store is ran by teenagers that have tons of makeup on and no professional or communication skills. There was only one girl that was making orders and calling the names out that was truly working. Then one lazy girl making boxes wasting time. Who ever is in charge needs to have boxes made before the store opens, that way the employees are free to actually help people.

Girl decorating the cookies with the berries was making a mess and dripping the juice everywhere. Presentation is a huge part of these cookies and she made a mess with the patriotic cookies. They all looked very sloppily made. Her work station was dirty. I get working sloppily at home but this is a place where customers can see you work as well as your work station...

Met the owners of Crumbl Cookies at the LA Fair in 2023. These awesome ladies really strive for perfection in all aspects of customer service! For them Crumbl Cookies isn’t just a job, it’s their life’s work and their way of giving back to their community. I had the opportunity to try the S’mores, Peanut Butter Cream ft. Nutter Butter, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk, and Cookies & Cream Milkshake ft. Mini Oreo and out of those 4 the Peanut Butter was my favorite - EXACTLY the was it was, no alterations to the recipe needed in my opinion! I was a little disappointed with the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk as it tasted like any regular chocolate chip cookie. Now if you have a sweet tooth and really need something to pack a punch you can’t go wrong with the S’mores or the Cookies & Cream, word to the wise though, you might experience a food coma afterwards. It was great working alongside you ladies at the fair and “Thank You!” for your service to our country.

I love crumbl some weeks. There is always at least 1-2 cookies that are amazing. The minis are a great edition and even good for kids. Overall crumbl is good to have as sweets treats every now and again.

I love these cookies. the semi sweet chocolate chip is my favorite and it’s always there. i try not to get too attached to different flavors, but i really want to try the tres leches cake soon.

It’s good I wanted to get three dozen

When it comes to service, it’s hit and miss. Sometimes I get people who will fulfill my request of leaving the frosting off, and sometimes I won’t. Then sometimes when my order is wrong, I get people who are apologetic and will try their best to make it up, and sometimes I don’t and get jerks who roll their eyes and complain, even though they are the ones who got the order wrong. Also, this location (Redlands, CA) always sells out of any cookie that’s not routine. So basically anything other than chocolate chip.

First time going to a Cookie crumbl store, their cookies definitely what people describe them to be. At first I was hesitant to think I wouldn’t be able to try some of the flavors I see on TikTok because they change their menu weekly, so from what they had this week I was nervous about how I’d like the cookie choices and especially the cornbread cookie they had, but my jaw absolutely dropped from how delicious they turned out and I’ll definitely be coming back!!! PS: cashier lady was also sweet and didn’t rush or make me feel dumb on how to order! 🎉😊

Crumbl cookie is truly one of the most joyful and delicious place ever! As someone who has a huge sweet tooth these cookies reach my heart of sweets ! One of my many favorites are lemon cupcake ! I would recommend those who live in the IE to check out the crumbl in Fontana !

This was the worst experience that I ever had. The manager was so rude in the beginning when I start going to the place it was nice recently. It was horrible. You had people standing for two hours for their cookies and the manager hung up on customers faces because they asked for, her name it was so bad and then she was throwing cookies at the people. The line was so long. We were talking to people that been there three hours. I ordered my cookies and I ordered my cookies at 4:50. They said someone picked up my cookies I wasn’t even there . She was so rude And had the audacity to roll her eyes when I was trying to ask questions I’m an older woman and I walk with a cane …. I was trying to give them a second chance because they messed up on my cookies prior and now this was unacceptable. People were upset. People were angry. She was so rude and she wouldn’t give us her name. And all she was saying was I wanna cry I’m overwhelmed. I wanna cry snapping it everybody this is not professional. I would not recommend that location. You have all these young people working there and they don’t know the value and integrity working for a corporation or company…. She knows she was wrong that’s why she wouldn’t give none of us her name. I was not the only one that was asking her name. They had DoorDash people waiting 45 minutes for order and still didn’t get The customer order I see people sitting outside saying oh we’re waiting for our cookies. It took so long that all the places that I wanted to go get food from because I didn’t feel like cooking had closed because I was up there waiting for my cookies. I received my cookies. at 9:20 PM, this is sad! It’ll be a long time in hell before I go to that place again and I would not recommend to no one maybe it’s a better Crumbl place somewhere else But I won’t go there no more and I was going there once a week buying a bunch of cookies I won’t do that no more!!!!!
