The Washington store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming but often they are out of certain cookies and they don't always look like what's advertised. That being said they've never tasted anything but amazing so looks aren't everything. Honestly it is.

Arrived in the am to get a strawberry cookie was told to comeback in a hour came back but was told to come back in another hour but the website said the cookie was available 4 hrs later it was ready

Absolutely love the store!! The weekly change of menu is so fun, the open floor plan they have so you can watch every process of the cookies being made! The staff is so friendly, welcoming, fast and helpful with any and all questions. The cookies themselves are served warm or chilled depending on the cookie. The cookies are very decently sized you can cut then into fours!! They also have three different drinks (water, white milk, & chocolate milk) cookie cutters, and a mini game you can also buy!!

This store is always fast a friendly. Only once did they not have the flavor I wanted, but they where so helpful and got me a different one at no cost for the trouble ( it was a online order)

I just wish the pink donut had more icing.. when I asked if they could put more on she said that’s how they come. However, the picture shows it going to the end!! With that being said, they are always delicious 😋

Not the same Crumbl as my first experience in Phoenix AZ. These cookies just tasted like normal. There was no richness, or soft chewy texture. Very disappointed. Has the recipe changed?

Never want to give a store a ONE star review, but now I had too. I ordered a single cookie from Washington store from the app. Somehow the app wants us to tips $2 on a $4 cookie. Can't reverse! Okay fine. I received a notification that my order is done and thank you for picking up, enjoy your cookie even though i'm not even there yet. I came into the store and saw our name was first in line, but the clerk decided to serve 2 big orders and let us wait! I am not happy at all

Amanda at your store is incredible! Door Dash screwed up my order and I was just going to cancel it but Amanda went above and beyond to fix it and get my order correct. She made my day!

I can't believe I waited this long to go to crumbl cookie! Their cookies are amazing. All four flavors were excellent. My husband and I cut them into quarters and ate them over the course of a few days. The pink icing was his favorite. I liked them all! The cookies are so rich, thick and chewy. You won't want to eat them every week, maybe as a special treat once a month. They are a perfect gift idea as a host/hostess gift - who wouldn't love someone who shows up at their house with a pink box of crumbl cookies?

I don't understand what the craze is with undercooked cookies. My wife has had me try multiple different cookies from this place and though the flavors are really good, the texture of the cookie itself is horrible. Near the edges and the outside of the cookies are always fine but inside is a undercooked gummy dense mess and it doesn't even taste cooked all the way. I don't know if they're just cranking up the oven temperature to try to meet demand or if whatever their oven says it's set to is not the correct temperature but I cannot recommend getting cookies from them unless you enjoy undercooked middles of cookies.

Just stopped by and purchased four cookies. They are a good size and sooooo good! Love the lemon! They are a bit pricey, but what isn’t these days. Definitely worth the splurge!!!

Are they decent, yes but honestly for the price it's not at all worth it. Macadamia nut was beyond dry and bland, lemon was dry, Oatmeal was decent and stores tasted stale. I really wouldn't recommend.
