First time here and it was excellent!!! Got a whole steak cheese steak and the bacon cheese fries🤩 delicious. And whatever that sauce is I got on the side phenomenal!

Steak sandwiches and shakes are incredible and everyone here is super friendly! We accidentally put in an order for some milkshakes after they were closing and the girl was more than happy to make them and didn't even mention the closing time. We noticed ourselves and apologized, and were met with nothing but friendliness. Love the free to play arcade cabinets and cartoons on the TV while you wait for your food. Definitely recommend this spot

The Cheesteak was decent for its cost, but I came here because they had a twist on pierogis! These Garlic Parms were very good. They offer a Buffalo version as well. Bonus points for the arcade games. Double Bonus for being part of the Eat Around Town program Mariott offers.

The wiz-steak sandwich was 10/10 and the fries need no dipping sauce it’s spot on! I was craving a Philly cheesesteak for months this satisfied my craving!! Highly recommend.

First time here, the cheeseteaks were delicious and garlic parm fries are a definite try. Workers are polite, clean restaurants. Will be back again

Wiz Kidz cheesesteaks are amazing! We like the 610 and Cali. Fries with dipping sauce and garlic parm pierogies complete the meal. Awesome!

They are always great! I am a regular and they know me lol. Always greet me when I walk in and say good bye and thank me for ordering!

Very good cheesesteaks, their signature cheese sauce is extremely tasty and compliments the sandwich very well! They're very reasonably priced also! Would definitely visit again.

We tried for the 1st time the other night. I immediately was turned off when I saw an employee at the grill eating fries, dipping them in cheese sauce. Ugh... Our sandwiches were ok. Really can't taste anything but the housemade wiz. The cheeseburger kids' meal was pitiful. Burnt, dried out. Kid couldn't eat it or the fries that were covered in black pepper. Bummer 😒

We usually go to Philadelphia to John's to get roast pork sandwiches but this place has it it doesn't offer spinach like John's but it does offer broccoli rabe and since I live in the Lehigh Valley it's closer to go here and the sandwiches are good

The wings were realllly good, drenched in sauce but still crunchy. My boyfriend said it’s the best eat out spot he’s had in a while, workers were really friendly also!

I first tried them out from a food truck and had to go back. The location had a fun retro design that was tasteful. Arcade cabinets were a nice touch too. The place was clean, the food was great. I tried a spicy sandwich and was very pleased. Good attention to detail on their food. Not too salty, great roll, plenty of options. This is my cheese steak spot.

Food was pretty good, they have a ton of coupons that you can only use while you order and unfortunately will not honor them if you notice the coupons after you order. Your best bet is to ask someone before you order. Kinda a bummer because the coupon i was trying to use wouldn't have affected the price of my order. A little bit more flexibility would have been nice especially because you guys use a self service ordering system.

We do takeout here a lot. The orders are always ready in a very timely manner and always accurate. Best yet is that they are delicious!!

Oh man, definitely in the top five of best cheesesteak sandwiches in Pennsylvania/ New Jersey. Great food (large portions), great customer service and a nostalgic vibe. Free retro video game arcade. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend. 👍🏻

The cheesesteak is worth the money. The cookies and cream milkshake is also good, I wish I got two for myself instead of one.

Cool place - love the decor. Tried the garlic parm pierogis and they were inedibly salty. Wish we knew there was only 3 per order, but nothing on the menu says that. Food was ready on time, cheese steaks were pretty good and loaded with toppings, cheese fries were even better.

We had the Wiz Kid & the California cheesesteaks with fries. Sandwiches were packed with meat, no hard grizzly pieces. Rolls were fresh and tasty. The fries were crispy. Staff were pleasant.

Fun atmosphere, good service, but the food missed the mark. I started with the garlic parm pierogies, and they were excellent. I went on the try the garlic parm wings, but couldn't finish one. They were heavily salted and too dry. Finally, I had to try the cheesesteak sandwich, since this was my first time eating in PA. I wasn't terribly impressed. The cheese sauce was too salty and the steak was a little too dry and lacking flavor. I tried adding some onions and peppers, but that didn't help much.

1st time at a Wiz Kidz. Food was great! Large portions. Had cheesesteak bowl with cheese fries! Definitely going back!!!

I arrived late to pick up my order, and unfortunately another customer had taken it. I consulted the worker, and he quickly checked to confirm I had ordered, and then promptly made me another cheesesteak with no hesitation. Great food, with great customer service!

The hoagies are no joke. The garlic parm fries are probably the best fries I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely mighty delicious!

Well, let me start by saying I am an s.q.f practitioner. (Safe quality foods) I silently audit restaurants during my visits. I will be contacting the fda to file a complaint after eating here. These were my findings. Visit was Saturday, March 23rd, at 14:50. NO HAIR NETS. I also saw employees with personal beverages being consumed directly above food prep/food contact surfaces. I witnessed 2 employees not performing proper glove changes promoting cross contamination. The grill worker was wearing air pods/ ear buds while preparing food, promoting foreign material hazards. The trash can was overflowing onto the counter top promoting the spread of bacteria. After giving then a friendly notice about the trash can, all 4 employees shrugged their shoulders and didn't empty it still. Finally to top it all off when we entered the facility, it was empty. The employee that greeted me told me he would not take my order and that I needed to place it myself while 4 employees stood there and watched me struggle to use their iPad device. There was not a supervisor or manager present within the restaurant. I recommend for your own health and safety not to eat here. It really is ashame because it has the potential to be a cool little family spot, but the enforcement of food prep codes was non existent. Ownership really deserves a fine for being this negligent. Everybody wants to run their own business but doesn't truly want to put the effort in and it shows.

Upon arriving, this location was empty with 4 employees working and we were told to enter our order ourselves on the self serve screen (ok?) rather than one person assist us.... The following was also observed during our time here! The chicken tenders were dry, staff all had air pods in while preparing food, staff drinking/eating personal food/drinks and without washing hands or changing the gloves STILL ON their hands continued preparing food for customers, staff had personal drinks stored on or above food contact/prep surfaces, staff eating food out of the containers used to service customers while standing over prep surfaces(gross....?), staff not changing gloves between cross contamination tasks, staff handling food without gloves, and the trash used by customers was overflowing onto the surrounding counter. We've been to this location, as well as a couple others and this is the first time this kind of service was received/observed. Kind of disappointing as a repeat customer.

Sianni and Selena are awesome!! The best girls in the restaurant!!! They treat me & mom the best every time we come into the restaurant!! Always so friendly!!! The food is always so fresh !!!

Pork sandwich is absolutely amazing.

The food is NOT necessarily made fresh but in bulk. This means they either give you cold food or they have to heat the already cooked meat back up, in my case they gave it to me cold. Then it was defended by one of the owners that it’s my opinion they should be made fresh. Also the staff pretty much stands around until the boss is around.

2nd time we tried this place and both times our order was totally messed up. We ordered 2 chicken cheesesteaks with onion and mushrooms. We got 1 chicken with bacon and parm cheese and 1 regular cheesesteak. So salty and gross! Dietary restrictions stopped us from eating more than a bite so besides paying for more than we got, we had to dump them and had no dinner! Never go back there again!

This place is definitely giving nostalgic vibes! The food was definitely on point. I had a bacon chicken ranch cheesesteak in a fry bowl. All the flavors were there and did not miss a beat! I also had hot honey wings which were not battered but tossed in the sauce. I hateee wings that are not battered but hell, these wings were crispy and still juicy at the same time! They were delicious! My only downfall with the food which isn’t even so bad is that there wasn’t enough fries in the bowl. I did have to order more fries for the remaining of my chicken cheesesteak but then I had almost another meal after I had enough fries lol. Still a win win situation but it is definitely delicious!

Sandwiches are big portions. Items are made fresh upon ordering. The service is always cordial. The atmosphere is family oriented. Great place to try out. Garlic fries are amazing!

This place is awesome. Best value for lunch around. Super cool 90's arcade theme dining area fully equipped with vintage video arcade games, a TV usually playing cartoons, and a psychedelic projector casting neat patterns on the back wall.

We used to eat here very frequently but it’s not the same. Cheesesteaks are always cold and garlic parm pierogies are nothing like they used to be. Bring back the ACTUAL chunks of garlic on the pierogies!

Ok very much cafe 80s back to the future part II style. Food was good. You can't go wrong with cheese steaks, honestly. Good place to take the kids. I miss my boy. I hope he's gold as gold. Anyway, fries were also good. I'm pretty sure I got the garlic parmesan fries. And they were good, but your breath will be RANK. SO BE CAREFUL!!!! Food is salty BUT it's in a good way. Salty food is delicious. But yeah if you have heart problems you probably wanna skip this one. They use a digital kiosk, so cash won't work. Debit or credit.

Too much salt,ruined the taste...cheese steaks & fries. Cool it with the salt... Everything else was fine...

I've tried other other locations and hands down my absolute favorite so far. The cheese (my goodness). The cheese I don't know what seasoning they use but the flavor in the cheese is amazing has a kick to it which makes it even better. I got a classic with cheese, peppers and onions & cheese fries. (They also have chicken tenders for the kids if you have a picky eater)

One of the best cheesesteaks I have ever had! Not only that, but they have the white sauce you usually get at hibachi restaurants. The fries were amazing as well, just what you need to pair with the cheesesteak. The vibe in he restaurant is super cool and retro, I loved every bit of it. They had classic Dragonball z playing on the TV in the background. I will 100% be returning and bringing my wife.

Gee-Whiz Kidz. I love the fries but the original Whiz steak sandwich I requested triple cheese and this sandwich was a juicy grand slam home run. Kudos to the guy who cooks. He is a pro cook.

Food was good! The service was definitely far from good. Did not answer the question out the choice adequately. Ended up with something that was not right. Questioned what was actually on the sandwich and was told (ooh its right!!) But was not what was expected even after questioning before ordering!

I ordered a cheese steak and it 10/10!! 🔥🔥 My only critic is that there were about 5 staff and no one greeted me or helped me order.. I had to ask for someone to come over & help me figure out how to pay. Food is AWESOME... Customer service 5/10.

Curbside service is a joke. Ordered online, specified curbside pickup, entered ALL vehicle info as requested. Went to pickup and had to wait outside of the given time while restraunt and parking lot were completely empty. I went in after 10 minutes of being there to be sure they had my order and to let them know I was waiting in my car. I was told after another 10 minutes that, "I needed to to come in and tell them i was there and what car I was in". Informed employee that I ordered online and that's how they received my order, along with curbside instructions/ car info. Improve your service.

Cheesesteaks were incredible! I got mine with onions, sauce, and hot peppers besides their blended cheese sauce and it reminded me of Toby's in Phillipsburg.

My favorite place for cheesesteaks. They have every topping imaginable but glad they have hot peppers. The garlic parm fries are the best ever. Very garlicky and seasoned well done. Doesn't get any better. Large clean dining room and they've have drive up window. Employees very friendly and helpful. I prefer this location to the one in Bethlehem. I will be coming back again and again.

Top notch spot for quality food, and fun dine-in experience. Staff calls you by name, they bring the food to you, the kids love playing the free arcade games while they wait on their milkshakes!

Great food, great vibe, and great staff! The Soprano and Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious. We shared an order of garlic parm rogies which were also delicious. Thank you all for the delicious food!

Delicous cheesesteaks and fries!!! I have visited here several times afterwork. It is more of a kid oriented place but the steak Is of decent quality and the toppings I've treid are always good aswell. Perogies and fries also a home-run. They did forget toppings one time, and service could be faster sometimes but nothing out of ordinary!

Very friendly staff, very good food

We really enjoyed our first visit to Wiz Kidz. I had the 6" The Wiz Kid with grilled onions, mushrooms and red and green bell peppers 🫑. It was the best cheese steak in the area since the Newburg Deli closed. The fries were also delish, if you like 5 Guys fries you will like these. They come with special sauce that was a bit too sweet for me, but others liked it. Overall top notch. I will definitely go again. 2022: This site was closed for several months, but is now back open for business. Still a great place for a cheesesteak. I do not like Wiz in general but love them with Provolone. 2023: Still very good cheese steak. Now they have added a row of free video games! Nice!

I like to visit a place several times before i review just so i get a good feel for the place. I come here at least once a week. The food is great and anyways consistent but what stands out the most is their customer service which is phenomenal. I've always had excellent customer service experience with several different employees and I've always seen excellent customer service towards other customers as well. This location is amazing

I went here for the first time and could not be happier. I placed a takeout order for a large steak with onions and wiz with large cheese fries. They made the food to order. Fast, friendly service and the taste was Philly authentic. The inside of the store was large, airy, and clean. Highly recommended.

I was given the wrong sandwich in my order. When I called to ask about the mistake no one answered the phone. After several attempts to call with no answer I had to run back to exchange the sandwich. They did exchange the sandwich, but by the time I returned home my fries were now ice cold. Why have a phone if no one will answer it?

Employees are very friendly and clean space, our cheesesteaks were slightly cold which was odd as we ordered and ate at the location. Our fries were hotter than the cheesesteaks. Overall very delish!
