Everything was great per usual! Just wish the staff here were more engaging and friendly. Didn’t have a word spoken to me by a single employee there, and stood at the register waiting for over 5 minutes before i realized the employees weren’t interested in taking my order when the order yourself booths are there. Sad that service is such a dud everywhere these days but glad the cookie cookie made me feel better!

This location never disappoints. I am always greeted with a smile and hot cookies

Store staff unhelpful and not personable. Girl didn't do the happy birthday wrap. I had to send it back twice and got attitude about it which just made me mad. Had few flavors and their banana pudding looked like yellow flem, I threw it out. Why would you put banana pudding down as a cookie flavor within the 4 cookie gift box option, if its not a cookie. Never going back.

On 8/17/24 at 9pm I was waiting for my pickup order and one of the employees took one of his friends for a tour & his friend was touching tables and bowls. He also bragged about stealing people’s Crumbl points 😩

Heard a lot of hype around Crumbl cookies so we decided to try one for the first time today. What a disappointment. The cookie was still raw in the middle and the flavor was basic, honestly not worth the hype it's been getting.

Went here today and spent 40 bucks on two orders. The self help computer didn’t add the points to my loyalty account. Employees were so rude, didn’t help me and didn’t care one bit. Horrible customer service for an expensive dessert

I went in to place a pick up order for father day and found out they don't do it in person?? I had to download the app and place the order that way. Very confused on why it's not set up in the store? But the person behind the counter was very helpful otherwise.

I just bought the french toast cookie there an hour ago. The two workers were very nice and it was pretty quiet for the most part, the workers were in the middle of baking more cookies. There was SEA SALT on my french toast cookie. i would understand if it was a speak here and there due to it bumping into another cookie or something but it was literally COVERED in sea salt. A dangerous amount of seasalt. The workers definitely need to be more careful before they got the wrong person and nearly kill them.

Picked up an order Saturday night and one of the maple cookies we received was raw. There was a HUGE diffence between the others that were cooked. Tried to address this nicely by bringing the cooking in to the location and they were clearly having a bad day. We patiently waited for almost 5 minutes behind a group of ladies that were in the store before us still waiting for service. Very disappointing considering we order from there weekly for our office staff. We will not be ordering from this location again. We left them the raw cookie! I hope they enjoyed it!

Haven’t had the cookies yet but super annoyed that when I said I was paying cash the young man serving me rolled his eyes and was clearly annoyed. I will not return to a business that discourages customers from using cash.

The worst crumbl cookies I've been to... Wow... System was down so had to quickly download the app... Then they admitted they didn't have rasp cookies wich is what we went in there for so we jus filled in with choc chip... They never even told us they didn't have any they jus put other random cookies in the box n closed it up without even showing us... Like what the world... N since wen does crumbl cookies run outta choc chip cookies... N they never apologized for one thing... Jus looked at us condescendingly...

not only are the cookies fresh, delicious and made with care, the workers are so kind and helpful every time I go. one worker in particular, Joey, always goes above and beyond and is always a smiling face. You can tell he really cares about the store and wants to see it thrive. Love this place.

Joey Lurie is a true asset to Crumbl Cookies! His unbelievable cheery personality and attention to detail makes him a model employee. If not a raise at least employee of the year! When I’m back in Florida I hope he is still there!!
