Arrived home to see a bite shape missing. Your first guess if I or someone with me ate it? No, was alone when I picked it up and can see that the bite was taken before it was iced. They normally open the boxes similar to DQ to quality control before you leave, but they just called my name and handed it to me. I will be tossing this cookie in the trash and not returning.

i remember trying crumbl when they first opened near me and compared to now it is so much better. the flavor diversity is good and it’s like the perfect texture

Had a really great experience at this location. Blonde woman at the front was very nice and greeted us with a smile when me and my 4 year old came in. He chose the confetti cookie. It was a delicious butter cookie, not too sweet. Perfectly crisp edges and gooey inside. He really wanted the shark cookie but does not like frosting so the woman was kind enough to give him a few shark gummies on our way out. Definitely would reccomend.

I went there at 3:55pm on a Tuesday May 28th, every time I walk In there and get my order never greeted always attitude. I order the Oreo milkshake cookie didn’t like it, they gave me attitude about that as well I normally don’t do reviews enough is enough I also tip every single time I come because I work in the atmosphere & know the feeling. I called the store to get her name was “ Ariana “ and whoever the young lady worker that is with her it’s both of them give attitude. If they don’t want to work get somebody else with a positive attitude. It’s those same girls every-time.

Honestly, SO worth the hype. This was our first time trying Crumbl Cookies and we weren't disappointed. They were SO soft and delicious. It was so fun trying the different flavours, and the staff were very willing to answer our questions.

Went last night and bought two cookies and small vanilla ice cream. I asked for a spoon, and the employee responded: “ we don’t offer spoons here, but you can go to chipotle next door and grab a spoon from there”. This is just wrong. If you really want to cut costs by not offering spoons with your ice cream, just don’t sell ice cream then. Also it is not right/ ethical to instruct your employee to tell your customers to go to another establishment to get a spoon and use it to eat your product. Why should chipotle supply your spoons for free? Do better and don’t be cheap!!!

i never take the time to do reviews of places, but i have to today. my mom and my sister got crumble cookies last night( 5/12) and brought them home for everyone, and the cookies tasted great, until a couple hours later and we all started throwing up throughout the night. every person who ate a cookie threw up multiple times all the way until the next day which is today. and no one finished their cookie, we all ate a half of a cookie. and this is not the first time we have gotten crumble either. any other time it’s been great but i’m literally never eating crumble again.

Always super clean. Friendly staff. And the cookies are always spot on. The Oreo cookie is by far my favorite of all time. My husband always gets the chocolate chip and you can never go wrong with a classic cookie.

Are they the best cookies in the world? Probably yes. Service is good and the selection keeps changing. What most people may not know is that one cookie is supposed to equal 4 servings! What? I can gobble a whole one down in 30 seconds! So, only 4 stars because because I can't go here too often...I'll spend a lot of money and gain a lot of weight!

Don't know what the hype is. Freaking salt on the chocolate chip cookies, on the hazelnut cookies on the lemon blackberry cookies! Needed a gallon of water to slam these cookies down. What's wrong with people. Keep salt away from sweets !
