Good variety on menu for fast food resturant. I had their double deluxe cheeseburger meal and it was great.. Love the ice cream too.

The fish gave me food posioning. incredibly Bland, lacking flavor, DROWNED IN OIL. I dont know if businesses know the difference. Fish HASSSS a taste and its not oil, breading, malt vinger, or "FISHY"(as in spoiled) ADD SALT AND PEPPER for the love of the gods. even Their broccoli was bland. SALT. AND. PEPPER.

I will never understand the need to turn one's back to the customer in the drive thru.. I can not communicate my needs through a closed window and someone's back..

Every table is dirty but 6 people are just literally standing around. Everyone in the kitchen is busting their butt but the children working in the front aren't keeping up the tables or the soda fountain or the condiments counter. Why are they always just standing around while the entire inside is a mess? The kitchen deserves praise but the rest do not.

We had a large online order for my daughter and family. They got it right and the food was good.

The conversation that I walked into last night was not appropriate. I would like to speak with the GM

I go to Culver's all the time but sometimes they skimp out on how much they give you. I pay $6+ on. Pot roast sandwich and they want to give you a little as possible. If I can't tell there's anything between the buns do you really think that's acceptable?

Food was good. The curds were better than expected. I went in to order. The floor in this place was super slick. Felt like it was covered in oil. Lots of elderly folks in there also. Need to address this right away. Other than that I will be back to try some more things.

Order accuracy and customer experience is an issue here. Received the wrong order in the drive-thru and immediately went back inside to get it corrected. They made a big deal out of it. The manager in particular spent more time arguing with me about it than trying to correct it.

[July 2024 Updated] Visited today, and service was much better in terms of speed. Granted, we dined in vs. going through the drive up, so it isn'tquite apples to apples. Updated from 4 to 5 stars. [Original April 2024] We always come to this Culver's to get concrete mixers for an afternoon snack on warm days. The drive-through is usually fluid, and there is little to no wait. The last visit we made, we had to wait about 10 minutes for two concrete mixers to be brought out to our car. In fact cars behind us got their food and custard before us! One star off for the slow service. We'll still come back, and I will update the review after the next visit.

Last night would have been my 3rd visit to the La Vista restaurant. We were in line to order. The young boy working behind the cashier who serves the food from the kitchen was eating from customers orders. We both saw it. I called him on it and he just laughed it off. We left without ordering and to never return. Culver's, hire mature young people and not punks.

We appreciate the Culver policy of making fresh food on ordering. It may take a few minutes more to get your food but it is always fresh and hot. When there is a large crowd to place an order sometimes people tend to jump the line. We have tried most items and they all have been good in our opinion.

Mainly young kids that don’t know what they are doing. A week or so ago they had to remake our food. When we ordered today. They gave our food to the car in front of us. We both had clear numbers on our car mirrors. When they remade the food that they gave away the first time. I realized we were missing a burger when I got home. Check your food before you drive away.

My family and I come once in awhile. Honestly, it's a hit or a miss with customer service. Depends on if the cashier knows what they're doing. I know it's a place for kids to get work experience but definitely need to see management in the front teaching new employees. The food is always good. Tables are usually clean, but not always. Maybe it depends on the day/night. Weekends are usually busy.

Food came out hot, smelled delicious and the staff was outstanding.

Nice place, very clean. Even the bathrooms were clean. Very bright from natural sunlight. Tables were clean and floors were the same. Staff was professional and smiling.

Even though there is not a Culver’s in our town we often frequent at one when we visit the larger city. Particularly like their root beer.

The manager Drew was being very rude and yelling at his workers in front of customers. We were sitting in the back of the store and could hear him loud and clear.

40 minute wait for only 2 burgers, many young people don't know what they are doing

Maybe not so quick but still good. Had to wait OVER 30 mins from the moment I ordered to when I got my food.

Hadn’t been to this location in 6 mo because of getting 2 previous orders wrong. Hoped it had changed but not the case. After watching the kid deliver treats to another car, take them back after they were handled and then bring to us…only to be both be the wrong things…never returning. I don’t know how this location always has so many cars. It’s not that hard to get the right things to the right car. You put a number on the car for Pete sake! Get employees that care.

Excellent food, smiling faces, and I will be coming back for more. If only my stomach were bigger, I'd bring a tent and a larger budget so I check off the menu as I ate my way through it item by item.

1/29/2023 Had the chicken noodle soup tonight. 9/24/2022 Tonight was the chopped steak dinner. This is one of my favorites. 7/20/2022 I had the Stawberry Fields salad 🥗 tonight. This is one of the better salads around. Still love coming to this store. The Blue Crew is good to us. 5/18/2022 Stopped by for dinner tonight, and they were slammed. It sucks not being able to get enough help, but the Blue Crew was hustling and did a decent job of keeping up with the orders. We had to wait a few minutes longer than usual, but now a days that seems normal. April 2018 My wife and I eat here about 3 or 4 days a week. Love the food, the facility, and the staff rocks. They always are good to us. Yea, Culver's. Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Waited for 24 minutes in drive through. I had to leave as line was not progressing. Love their food and can only assume there was a staffing issue

Grandkids had the cheeseburgers with fries and my wife and I had the fish sandwiches. Food was hot and tasted good. Quick, efficient service, nice clean space, and reasonable pricing ($34 was total tab with a 10% tip). Will be back soon.

We had an amazing person wait on us today at the LaVista location. I wish I could remember her name as Culver’s needs to give her the BEST Customer Service Award! She greeted us so friendly and gave above and beyond excellent service! Nice to see someone enjoying their job! It was our granddaughter’s first time there and she said I really like that lady . Can we come back and have her wait on us? Food was good too! We will be back and will write her name down so be sure to get her some recognition!

2 fish meals without our coleslaw. 6 piece shrimp meal was only 5 shrimp. Breading on the fish was way too thick and greasy.

I hate calling any company to complain about and issue and definitely never want anything free. But when I bit into my burger it was so raw I thought it was going to moo at me. I think it was the manager I spoke to was super nice and understanding and redid my burger and corrected another very small issue with our order. Definitely love Culver's and this just solidified that.

The burger never disappoints. The fish and chips is great also.

Everything was very tasty and promptly delivered to my truck . However, there were no ketchup packets included for the large fries I ordered . That was the only issue. .

Once again....Hot and Deliciousness!! I love nothing more than when my food is served Hot and freshly made. That's what you get at Culver's and that's why I keep going back with the family. Staff is always polite and professional and the atmosphere is nice and quiet to enjoy your lunch or dinner. GO GET YOU SOME!!

The staff at this location is awesome! You can tell they're working hard while trying to be friendly to everyone. The cheese curds are some of the best anywhere... outside of Wisconsin! Try the cod sandwich! It will impress you. You'll forget eating fast food! Always save room for frozen custard! It's SO smooth & yummy! If you like to top yours with fruit, they have REAL fruit, not just artificial syrups! My 2 favorite sundaes both start with vanilla custard. I top it with either peaches & (salted or hot) caramel OR raspberries & peaches! 🤩 If you want to be adventurous, try the flavor of the day. We like to go online & check what it is at all 3 locations closest to us. The LaVista location tends to have some kind of chocolate flavor more days than not. And you can get pints from previous days & get a nice discount if you buy 4. With our kids, we regularly take a 4 pack home so they can try multiple flavors.

They have awesome salads comma which I got one because I try and stick to keto, But it had been a long, long time since I had been to covers. So I broke down and had a bag of cheese curds🫣😑🙄😁😉 I was eating out with my boss, and he got a huge platter of shrimp his favorite

This is our favorite Culver’s location! You cannot go wrong with anything there. The building is clean and the staff always has a smile. And, of course, you have to get the cheese curds!

This is my favorite burger place!!(almost ties with Broncos for me) it was always such a treat when my parents would take us here as I was a kid, and now I take my whole family! Food is absolutely fantastic!! But you have to get some of their ranch to dip your fries.... or this new "signature sauce" is damn good as well the lady behind the counter was great! She greeted us as we walked in and had a great big smile the whole time. Very pleasant visit as usual!

Our normal routine does it usually take us to this Culvers. Our visit today was great. The food was delicious and the service was good. It was super clean and this always makes the atmospher better. That makes this a place to bring families. We will continue to visit this location.

The last 2 times I have been there, the drive through young ladies have been outstanding

Good food, service left a little to be desired. They forgot my onion rings, not a huge deal because I could just run in and grab them real fast. The problem was that it wasn't "real fast". Took over 5 minutes for them to bag up a medium onion ring and hand it to me. I overheard them arguing about who's fault it was. I wasn't mad or anything, just wanted my onion rings before my other food got cold.

It's irritating to order a single scoop, be handed a number, then watching others with higher numbers receiving their orders. This is the 2nd time it's happened. If it happens again, I'll ask to speak to the manager, as I should've this last time. That is if we do go back.

Best Culver's we have been to so far. I wish I could single out a staff member, but everyone we encountered were helpful and courteous. The only real complaint is it's crowded and that's a good thing!

We went in shortly before closing and the food was made fresh. Fries could have been a little more crispy but this isn't the only fast food that has had that problem.

What's NOT good about Culver's.? Not much. This was strictly an ice cream visit, but they have tons of options for you whether its lunch, dinner, or dessert.

I love this Culver's. The staff is very professional and friendly which is something you don't find very often at fast food anymore, and it's so appreciated. The food is always served hot and fresh. The fish is the best I've had in Omaha, tastes like a professional restaurant. You can really taste the quality in this food, it's almost too good to be considered fast food. Love everything about it.

I love to come here with my family. On the kids meals they allow my kids to choose their custard topping and not just simple ones. If they want the special that day they allow them to get it! Most Culver's don't so it is always so nice to come to this one! The staff are always very friendly as well!

I eat here quite often and I would say most of the time I am satisfied or even happy with the food and the service. If you're ever served by Eugenia, then I'm sure she brought a little joy to your day. Most of the time the food is good and they don't often mess up your order or forget things you asked for. I like the pot-roast sandwich and the patty melt on sourdough. I do wish they would cook the fries a bit longer as they are not crispy.

Go here at least once every other week. Phenomenal staff and food as always.

I brought my niece in as a treat. We placed our order and they made an error. It wasn't a big deal so I didn't say anything. After receiving our meal the cashier came over because the mistake was noticed. I really respect that they cared enough to notice and attempt to correct it. My main complaint was the tables were in desperate need of cleaning.

Went for lunch with a friend. Food is good as usual. Everything was hot and fresh and brought to our table. The burger was good. I feel as if they aren't as thick as they used to be but it may just be me. Cheese curds are a must! We went up for ice cream to go and the staff member helping us was beyond friendly, she seemed extraordinarily happy that we were eating there, it made us feel good.

The LaVista Culver's is my favorite for both food and service..

I Waited in line in the drivel through for 15min & there were only four cars ahead of me in line. I ordered a pork tenderloin basket with fries, diet coke & a strawberry malt. It took 8min to get to the window where I paid and got an order number & no drinks. So I pulled a head, waited 10min. Other cars got there orders & left even though I was first I line. I Waited & finally received my order but no diet coke or strawberry malt, I told the kid I didn't receive the diet peps or strawberry malt. He said that he would get my drink, &be right out I was still in line. I Waited another 10min, then called the store. They said they would be right outI watid 6min, they came out with my drink & malt. I told the manager that this was the poorest service that I have ever had, she said that the first kid that gave me the food had just punched out with out telling any person that I never received my drink & malt. She said that they were sorry & gave me a coupon for a free basket & ice cream. When I got home, I

Part of my order was over looked. Had to go back. However they handled it well. Food was good and good quality. I had fish combo. Cole slaw was not to sweet, and good to my tastes.

The food is always fresh when we go, and the custard is usually the reason for us being there in the first place. I will say that the tables aren't clean, we would have to look around for a clean table. But that does not stop us from going! Love the wide assortment of add ins for the concrete mixers and the flavor of the day is great. I just wish it were available more than one day. Sometimes I want yesterday's flavor but, nope sorry, can't get it.
