Every time I come through this Starbucks I know I will experience a quick drive thru line and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick stop!

Tasty drinks with full of flavor. The customer service is spot on and if a mistake happens they will fix it.

We placed our order and had to wait less than 5 minutes for our order. Will definitely return to this location.

This particular location has horrible parking lot navigation. I almost get hit by outgoing cars every time I'm there. Plus the value at Starbucks is not worth the trouble now. Just don't bother.

Wow! I so much appreciate the person who was working the drive thru window. He was so upbeat and friendly. I love it when an interaction leaves me smiling. I have never been to this Starbucks before, so I do not know if the workers are always this positive, but this visit made me want to go back to this location again. Thank you!

This location is hands down the most consistent in service and accuracy. Also appreciate the staff! I accidentally ordered ahead to the wrong location... and they made it for me for free despite it being my mistake. I MAY have done this once before at a different local Starbucks, and they did not make the order for me for free...

This is by far the best Starbucks location in the area easily. I always do mobile order because my drink can be complicated and it has NEVER been wrong. Fast service, drink is always ready on time!!! They started calling me by name when they see me. Highly recommend 1000%

Starbucks in new development off of 84th in lavista, i think its called city center? Food is good, service is usually lovely, but the last 3 months their coffee has been extreamly burnt. Going through a >drive through< Starbucks I already anticipate it to have a slightly burnt taste, it's inevitable. I have stopped going to this location specifically the last 2 months because all I order is a iced vanilla latte and it has been border line un-drinkable because of how burnt it tastes. Multiple times, at least 7. A while back I brought it up to one of the gals and they said "it might be dead shots, they may have let the expresso sit to long". I told her it happened 3 times in a row (I go every 2-3 days) she was kindand she didn't have me pay for the drink, even though I didn't ask to be compensated. The drink was good that time. Couple days later it was back to being disgusting. I since then i have been going the starbucks in the family fare down the street from this location and they do amazing. It's a lot less wait too. Down side is that it's not a drive through.with it getting colder I thought I would give it another go at the drive through location. I haven't been to this location in about 2mo. I go today and when ordering I asked for no dead shots. This gal seemed confused so I explained that I didn't want it to taste burnt (thinking i said it wrong or different). This gal seemed very confused and irritated I was asking this, I haven't seen her before either. I get my iced vanilla latte and it's still the same level of burnt it was 2mo ago. I don't know what they do differently but IT SHOWS! Irritated, disappointed, and over all unimpressed. On the flip side, I would love to give kudos to the young lady that wears the crochet headbands with dark, kind of shoulder length hair, and glasses. She is always a joy to talk with, always curious and positive, keep it up. Sorry, I don't remember her name.

Staff is efficient and friendly. Store is clean and well organized.

This location has the kindest evening shift employees! They always put me in a good mood before I head into work!

Love this Starbucks but the past few times I have came in,in the evening my drink has been made incorrectly. I will ask for it to be remade but somehow it still comes out wrong. The morning staff if great though and never disappoint!

Ordered in person. No wait no line. Friendly cashiers. Made order quick. Clean bathrooms but had trouble with the lock. Clean inside. Easy parking. Had line for drive through.

I know this is a new location, but the shift leader this morning was awful. The young ladies making drinks and heating food were working their tails off, but the supervisors were not directing or engaging their associates. My drink was ready when I got there but had to wait 20 min for my food that was sitting on the back counter getting cold. None of them looked up from their work or greeted the throng of customers packed in the area waiting to order or pick up. I’m used to a cheerful greeting and smiles. There were none. To be honest, I would have given one star, but the young ladies making drinks and food were not the problem. They were trying their best.

No greeting, no smile, rushed us, had attitude, instead of saying the total just said pull forward, didn't give us time to set down my card, never have an issue it's just this one girl

I door dash and this Starbucks is one of the best! I rarely have to wait and they are always cranking out drinks. Keep up the good work!

My family and I have been to this location several times. It's nice to have a Starbucks close to our house to use a special treat before school on some days. We can't go here too often though because the prices are just through the roof. After getting a drink (even a small one) and a bite to eat you've easily spent between ten and and twenty dollars per person.

I loved the La Vista location until recently. My drinks have been 3/4 full at best lately. If I’m paying $6 for a latte (which I don’t do often), it should at least be full!

Service was perfect and food was delicious. Did not realize it was a hang out for bunch of school kids which made it very loud. It also did not help the fact some of the staff were carrying on conversation very loud which everyone in the store can hear. It was beautiful, clean setting but it was disappointing that it was not relaxing nor calming. It was a shame.

Baristas were next level rude to customers and other baristas alike. They definitely need more customer service training.

Review star levels at various Starbucks locations rise & fall with barista turnover. This location has been on a run at #1 for past 18+ months (they might hold the record), hope they keep it up!

Other than ordering a drink and picking it up from the counter, there is no customer service in the dining area. Ice water? Order it with your drink order, do not interrupt the baristas after your order. Need a knife for your banana bread? good luck. Do everything at the beginning, or else. This is a drive thru Starbuck with a self-service dining area. Ask who is in charge and a collegial group looks around, "oh yeah, I think she is..." Could be a lot better in the leadership, initiative, and customer service.

This location renewed my opinion of Starbucks. I only came because I had a gift card, after receiving terrible service at the last few locations I’ve been to, I’ve started to avoid Sturbucks. But the staff here was delightful even though they were busy. They welcomed me the moment I walked in. Served me quickly and used my name often after asking. The even remembered to give me my drink (yes that was how low the bar had been set by other locations).

Blue hair and a wrist tattoo aren't the only requirements for a barista. You need to be able to serve more than one car every 10 minutes.

Pulled up at 5.59. when the car in front of me finished ordering I pulled up and got an automated message they were closed, but I still had to wait for the car in front of me to get served to leave the drive through. Very disappointed. If you're going to stop serving people stop letting them get in line

I'm not a huge Starbucks fan TBH. However, I was waiting on an appointment and decided to stop for a bite to burn some time. I got a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The staff was welcoming and the sandwich was fresh and hot. Pleasant experience.

This is my absolute FAVORITE location! The staff is super friendly, they are quick and efficient and very knowledgeable! By far the best customer service in the area! Great addition to our area for sure! Try the Dragon drink! Sooo good!

They gave me dairy milk instead of soy. I’m lactose intolerant and found out the hard way. I’ve spent the last 24 hrs in bed. I’m no longer a fan.

The staff are super sweet and it's refreshing (personally) first thing in the morning, being greeted by such sweet people and albeit they see many faces each day, I'm grateful for their swiftness and care when I'm rushing to get to work with my customized strawberry açai refresher!

I was torn over how many stars to give, you see I think they've got good coffee and good service, however, how do you genuinely justify $5 and up for a cup? Small buildings, small in store rental space, limited staff, everyday ingredients and mass produced products, so that's why it's only 3☆ from me, they're just emptying the pockets of the public, but, the public (and I) keep giving the coin.......

Would leave zero stars if possible. Showed up around 6pm when they state they close at 7 and the two girls inside just watched me and ignored me. After sitting there for almost 10 minutes with no one telling what was going on they came up and told me they had closed. Horrible service. If you're closed just say that.

The drinks and food are always awesome and the staff is always awesome and friendly! They always strike up conversation and are just so nice!!!

Friendly and very welcoming people work here. I really appreciate the fact that everyone wears a mask. That and the cleanliness of this cafe is outstanding. Definitely a go to Starbucks for me when I'm in town. Food and drinks are made excellently and taste great. Looking forward to seeing you guys again.

I had the best service tonight. I have ordered the same drink 5 times at different Starbucks over the past few weeks and it's simple pink drink no strawberries and light ice. I get extra ice every time and it states light . Lavista starbucks made so perfect . Light ice was light ice and they were so sweet and nice. Thank you lavista starbucks.

was super excited about this location because it’s right by me but it seems like they’re NEVER open. They’re either shut down or close at noon. Service isn’t the best either. Disappointing.
