These guys are getting worse and worse everytime I go there I'm thinking cause of new management and careless employees. I never had to ask for extra peanut butter on my shakes and now even when I ask for extra peanut butter they don't put it in there next time if there is a next time I'm going inside and making a scene and their gonna have to make me another shake!!! What's next do I have to ask for triple peanut butter come on guys stay consistent I've been going there since it opened and you guys suck now!!! 😡😡😡

This place never disappoints. My son loves the chicken tenders and u always get the butter burger 🍔 and we like to add the cheese sauce to dip the fries.

Sent my daughter for combo meals and we ordered shakes. Food was good shakes were like water. They had me waiting in my car for 43 minutes before one worker came and said they couldn't get it made because of the custard and offered me a coupon for 2 , I told her I would just get my money back. She said they were closed and the draws had already been counted. I was in their parking lot until 1030 when a manager came and apologized and said I could come back for the shakes because she didn't know I was out here this long. I got my receipt but agreed to return today. Called them to say it will be tomorrow. Her name was Humina, she was nice but she said it is only one day she could offer but would make an exception this time....at this point I only want my money and never again will I come back. I frequent the one in Plant City.

The website states open until 11pm on Saturday night. This is only true if you have a car and can go through the drive through. The door was open, I walked in, they could not serve me, told me to go through the drive through, I told them I didn't drive, they shrugged their shoulders.

Came through last night 20 min before they closed. (June 10th 940 pm) They said if I buy ice cream it was going to be runny because they are closing and have it sitting out ? I passed and ordered two meals. They brought us soda that had no ice and was hot like hot water . Nasty . The food was so sloppy and thrown together as well. I have been going to Culver’s forever . Not going back . If you’re going to charge high prices your food should be on point and I should have ice at the least. If you close at 10 maybe not put ice cream out until close . Super disappointed as I had a beach day with my family and wanted to get them a great meal after. Really didn’t have the extra money to spend since this place is so expensive and then they gave me slop . DISGUSTING

We've been to a few locations now. The service is very good, the place is as clean as our home, and the food is Outstanding, regardless of what we get. I we aren't from the Midwest but if thier food is this good ,I want to go there.

Do NOT waste your time here. Even burger king gives you triple the portion size for $13.47. The tiny bag of fries were eaten in less than a minute, and the burger was gone in under 3 minutes - both were not hot and lackluster in taste. I don't know how these chains get away with this scam artistry. Typical Lakeland restaurant experience.

We try to stop at culver's often either for lunch or the concrete mixer.

Literally myself and the car in front of us waited 25 minutes for a cup of custard. Went in to complain and they said oh we didn't have anyone to bring it out to you. Ha ha ha. You brought 10 other people's orders put that ordered after us. What in the actual hell. So ridiculous. Very unexceptable!

We went through the drive through, staff was super friendly even though the place was packed everywhere you looked. They were still quick to have our food ready and everything was amazing and done correctly! I would suggest they put a sign before the street you have to take to pull in, it’s misleading at night and you can easily pass it. So turn on the road before it is the trick.

Best fast food burger and fish sandwich meals in North Lakeland in my opinion and the staff is always very friendly add spot on with order accuracy. Thank you.

I visited Culver's Location 851 in Lakeland, FL, on April 16th, 2024, between 6:53pm and 7:30pm ET, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff seemed confused about the menu, repeatedly getting my order wrong despite clear instructions. Even simple requests like a plain burger without pickles and onions were overlooked. The custard I ordered was only half-filled, melting, and leaking all over. To make matters worse, I was charged for whipped cream that I never received. When I tried to address these issues with the manager, who did not wear a hairnet over his long beard, he displayed a lack of communication skills and empathy. It was frustrating to deal with someone who seemed uninterested and dismissive. However, I must commend the manager with the pink hat (young lady) for her exceptional service. She was understanding, helpful, and the most professional person I encountered during my visit. Despite the challenges, she handled the situation with grace and professionalism. While the food at Culver's is usually good, the service and managerial issues at this location need to be addressed. If this level of service continues, it's unfortunate that I may have to reconsider dining at Culver's, as my body no longer handles outside food very well and Culver's has been my only option that does not cause me as much harm as other restaurants.

Used to be great, very tasty food and ate here all the time. But recently, their burgers have been coming out nearly raw most of the time, don't taste as good, and are put together sloppy. Their ice-cream is another problem: they have a tube that flows the ice-cream in a tub which they scoop it in, other Culver locations close the bin but this one leaves it open for dust and who knows what germs to get in it. Disgusting never eating here again.

Food was excellent as usual, however I was highly disappointed in the potato soup. It was bland,potatoes were cooked done.

They didn’t put any cheese on my burger after I ordered it. I asked for sauce in a bag and they didn’t do that either. This is the third time they’ve done this.

On the higher range of fast food, but it is a great burger. The concrete mixer is a diabetic coma in a cup!

The Wisconsin Swiss melt was like a diner style patty melt. Really good. I also had the 6 piece fried shrimp basket which was also very tasty. Will definitely return.

Today my order was incorrect. I got home and noticed that it was the wrong item I purchased. I drove back to the location. The customer service rep prepared me a new meal and provided some incentives. And for this reason I will return after they made it right

I guess it depends the time of the day that you go. Sometimes good customer service other times it's like they see customers and they look upset. I like Culver's and their food, the burgers are juicy and tasty. The custard is super delicious and frozen, specially the oreo concrete mixer and their vanilla with dove chocolate are my favorite.

Had a great experience here with the staff. I had to ask them a bunch of questions about the custard ice cream. They were very helpful and my wife and I were able to get a very tasty custard with Snickers in it. The place was absolutely clean and service was super fast.

I had never been to a Culver’s before. I was impressed with their food, service, and restaurant neatness. I first tried a mushroom swiss burger and fries from the drive thru. It was very good. I liked it some much I went back a second day for a bowl of chili. Everything was very good. Now I'll be visiting the location closet to me in Alabama.

My shrimp meal was delicious. My husband's hamburger was okay.

Culver's is best known for their custard. I grew up in Wisconsin delighting in the Carmel cashew custard cheese curds & butter burgers. We tried the Cod Fish sandwich and it was NOT good! Though it was real cod fish filet, it was tasteless. No season and over cooked. The sandwich was sloppy/messy. Cheese curds were soso. Staff was standing around when I returned my sandwich because it was missing pickles that I requested. Family friendly place, clean but bring your condiments for taste 🤮

Do not order curbside. This is our third time trying and our order has been wrong every time after waiting forever.

Ordered a fish sandwich was hot felt freshly made but the only thing that was wrong about the meal is it had no flavor no type of taste was very disappointed the McDonald’s fish sandwich tasted better in my opinion just wish I had a better first time with the food experience

We like the food, good quality for fast food. I had Chicken strips, hubby had chicken sandwich. We had the basket meals which included fries and a soft drink. No complaints here.

Clean and professional employees

This review is for Culver's in general. It's overpriced and I don't think it's stands up to the authenticity of Wisconsin cheese. The custards are just ice cream and not custard. Im not a big fan of this place at all.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Just wish they were more observant and take up the number card after they bring your meal.
