Decent location with some tough competition with Andy's custard right next door. I just picked up a chocolate malt from this location yesterday and really enjoyed it.

Went golfing at the Country Club of Winter Haven, and of course, I had to stop by a dairy queen on the way home. This is not your traditional dairy queen and is in more of a strip mall. I got myself the og reces peanut butter cup blzzard!!

Went to Dairy Queen late at night and ordered my ice cream and waited 15 min for it and the shift lead Gavin told me it was removed from the system for some reason but helped me out made it quick and refunded the item back to me for the wait! Great Worker and work ethic definitely deserves a raise!

I always get a large strawberry/hot fudge sundae with whipped cream no Peanuts and I usually eat it within two days it's big enough

Ice cream that reminds me of being up north.

There was a hair in my ice cream. Right after she handed it to me I went to pick up my spoon and saw this.

I went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken salad and when I got home it was a grilled chicken sandwich with onion rings I love there salad and was disappointed with what I received

Ordered 2 items, definitely took longer than it should have. At least the quality was good.

It was a bad experience, I orderd an ice cream then I asked cashier how much time it will take she replied I don’t know Then I waited for 20 mins then I got know they forgot about my ice cream 🤷‍♀️

Please fix the Drive thru speaker…. Trying to get my order across should not cause so much confusion or mix ups in my order.

I waited for almost 30 minutes for a chocolate dipped cone and a caramel shake. I am not sure what they were doing behind the counter but I sat there waiting after I ordered and sat down patiently waiting. The shop was not crowded! I had a couple in front of us and they received their order in good timing. One of the workers walked past us sitting there with no ice cream or anything and did not acknowledge it until we went up to the counter and asked about our order. One has to wonder why are we sitting there at a clean table with no ice cream or anything. We also watched while the drive thru was moving. These are things that make you sit there and say "Hmmm"

Ordered ice cream cupcakes for Granddaughter's birthday on 5/17. They were delicious & staff was great. So ordered 8 cupcakes for 5/21 for our Grandson. He wanted the ice cream cupcakes in green frosting. Donna and Kerry were terrific. They even put little dinosaurs on his cupcakes, which he really enjoyed. Their professionalism, help, friendliness and courteousness was fantastic. They went above and beyond.

Not a fan of soft serve ice cream but my kids love it. Ordering was easy and prepared quickly.

Have not visited this place for a long time. Still a favorite but not for diabetics.

Overall, this DQ is good. The drive thru can run a bit slow during rush/busy times. There is a good amount of parking just in front of this shopping plaza. The only real issue is leaving the parking lot, especially if you want to turn left onto Florida Ave since there is not a traffic light.

This location made my gender reveal cake and they did an absolutely amazing job. It was everything I hoped and dreamed for. Thank you so much!

You guys really need to fix the speaker on the drive thru its so hard to hear you and again you guys were out of chocolate sprinkles seems like you guys are always out of chocolate sprinkles. If they sell that much maybe you should order more.

Our food and moolate were perfect! The 3 women that we saw working were so polite and nice. We had a bad experience at a different location so we tried this one. We won't go to another while in the area, only this one! Thank you!

Did you know DQ is relatively low fat? It's not even considered ice cream as it's low in butter fat. As much air as mass. I come here regularly and all the staff is terrific!

Employees have always been very friendly and patient when I come here with my kids. Food is always fresh and comes in generous portions.

The asst manager was busy talking about a girl but other staff were friendly and fast.

Love this place. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Chicken tenders were fresh and delicious. Fries were hot and crispy. My bf got corn dog and chili fries. His was great too. They hooked my son up with his icecream. He loved it. Definitely coming back here again.

I'am a dairy Queen kinda girl and I absolutely love their banana split blizzard! No matter what location I go to the wait time is always short even when busy. I like the fact that they hire teens and young adults. Whatever DQ is teaching their employees regarding running a smooth, clean business with a laid back atmosphere... It works!

I have never had the experience there that I had this time all the other times I asked for a banana split the bananas was put on and then the ice cream this time I got the ice cream and the banana put on the top my wife ordered William blizzard and there was hardly anything in it and I mean anything debating whether I'm going back anymore or not and we used to go quite a bit
