I actually really like this location. Never had an issue with customizing my blizzards or order. My only issue is with the beef quality. In my opinion, it has a soy taste/texture to it. It doesn't taste bad, but you can tell.

I’ve been going to this same DQ for 3 years. I have also gone to many DQ’s all over Florida. Ordering this same exact Blizzard, never had an issue. Today I pull up and order my ice cream and the lady on the speaker told me, “This is not build your own blizzard. You have to pick something from the menu. I’ll do it for you this time.” Never in my life have I been told I couldn’t build my own Blizzard..? Never had a problem at this location in the past.

I’ve I’ve been going here for years. The owner is great. Unfortunately, every time I come here, the ice cream machine is down or the lobby is not open. Went there tonight. Lobby was not open and nobody would answer me in the drive-through even though other people were being served. Bad service!

Speaker is broken, had to call to place order from the speaker box. Asked if I could just pull up and give my order to which the rude and unfriendly employee said "no order on the phone" ridiculous, get it together and hire nicer employees.

So good!!! If they would open one in middleburg we would be there everyday.

Food comes out as good as you would expect for fast food but the hours might be wrong. I come here 11pm sometimes for a midnight snack it seems sometimes they close early. Short staff maybe? Just a little frustrating driving all the way up here and it being closed but online says otherwise.

Got my meals to go, the lady who took my order was nice and has a good attitude. The management needs to know that employees such as her are rare.

Got here 10:30 am and waited at the speaker for 10 minutes. Nobody came to the speaker. Drove around and seen a co-worker smoking a cigarette outback. Then at the first window I waited a few minutes and seen co-workers peeking around the corner… if you all opened at 10am, why were employees dodging taking orders? DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I frequent the Dairy Queen at *(610 Kingsley Ave, Orange Park) very often for many years. I love the food and icecream. But today July 4th I went with my grand daughter. She was excited to pay for her own small shake with gift money. We just went outside to watch the fireworks and a Bug/Moth went into her shake. She had barely drank any. I got it out best I could but she was afraid to drink any more. I went in and explained to the cashier who was very sweet & understanding. She was about to give her another. Another woman, I'm guessing her supervisor said "NO" and put her hand up. I tried to explain, but she said rudely "that's not our fault!" She embarrassed my granddaughter and the cashier. I noticed the other workers, including the kitchen area looking out. I paid for another..What a sad experience for my granddaughter as she was so excited. I was not going to write a review but I feel that it was unnecessary to be that rude to a customer. And her granddaughter. As I said I frequent very often and it's quite sad that one supervisor on a holiday night could cause a customer and child to be that embarrassed over a small shake. **This happened at the DG at 610 Kingsley Ave in Orange Park**

This is by far one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They make the best blizzards, best hotdogs, best everything, never been disappointed with their food. Their prices are super affordable, now a days even fast food is overpriced. Customer service is always great.

Walked in tonight at 9:45-9:50, overheard staff in the back saying no more ice cream orders, we need to close by 10. Then when someone came to the counter, they tried saying they were out of ice cream, which may or may not have been true but I doubt it based on what I overheard. Also, you are listed as closing at 11, which is why I made the 15 mile each way trip from home so my grandson could have his ice cream. I did at least get an apology for having drove so far, but maybe fix your listed hours?

Best quality burger and fries plus you get a sundae and a soft drink for about 8 bucks. Can't beat it!

I just had one of the most wonderful experiences ever to be had with a fast food establishment I ordered a blizzard it was informed that they had just changed the machine and the ice cream was coming out soupy I was asked to wait after a few minutes I went inside to change the order but Mary Ellen the manager remade the blizzard and told me about all the reduced fat and fresh made cakes and ice creams that they do on premise and she was just so great at her job and explaining everything that I put an order in for 20 cupcakes. And this is what happens when you were treated with excellent and professional experience great job to the whole staff you guys are awesome

All DQ'S aren't as nice as this one! It's A+

Soft serve was soft serve, drive through so not much else to say

Drive thru. Whoever the young girl is with the really long brown hair and bangs needs a RAISE or something. This just happened. She was delightful and really funny despite the horrendous situation with the car in front of me who was speaking to her for 10 minutes before even giving her payment. Food gets a 2 because i asked for no ketchup and extra EXTRA mustard and the kitchen put ketchup and a dab of mustard. I know she put in the system only extra mustard. Cashier understood and took it back and even put in extra mustard packets in the bag for me. She gets five stars.

I went here often mostly threw the drive threw I when inside to have lunch with my husband and I noticed THEY DON'T WEAR GLOVES 🤢🤮😵‍💫 the lady had her bear hands in the bag of fries and the other lady my bun in her bear hand this is a health code violation you've been warned

Very strange. I walked in at 11am when they opened. No one was inside. Looked like they were closed.. then someone comes out and takes my order… then someone comes from around the corner and says.. “DID YOU TAKE ORDERS?? DID THEY PAY? WERE CLOSED… LOCK THE DOORS”. I guess they weren’t open despite being open at 11am because they don’t have a manager present?? and then left a door unlocked. Idk what is going on with this store… VERY WEIRD..

This location is conveniently located along an area of steep competition for patrons looking for fast food. The stop is quick and easy to navigate from SR21 (Blanding Boulevard), and is about 3 miles south of I-295. There are plenty of parking spaces and several to accommodate handicap folks too. This location does have a drive through, and a nice indoor dining room. This location features a large outdoor patio area with tables if you choose to stay and enjoy. The area around the store was clean, well kept, and was showing nothing in disrepair. This location has restrooms that were clean and well stocked. Service at this location is great. I have visited this location several times in the past, and it's always the same experience. It is because of this I continue to return to this location...thank you!!! My order was completed quickly and accurately. On my visit I had dessert - a medium chocolate dipped strawberry Blizzard with an extra whole peanuts added. My ice cream had that always great tasting vanilla, and the toppings were mixed in great and a gracious amount. The ice cream was served as always upside down and with a smile. Overall I grade this location a A+ and based on my experience I will continue to return. A great product in a convenient location thank you.

Really great visit! Staff was very friendly and food came out super fast. Actually felt like a fast food restaurant experience, and not what we come accustomed to these past 3 years!

Loved the break. My wife and I were out geocaching and decided to have an ice cream break! Staff and atmosphere was awesome. Food was hot and ice cream was cold. Stop on it and take a break from the heat.

I received an email about a blizzard discount in the app. I drove out of my way to redeem the reward and the app was not working correctly. The person at the window let me know they do not do the scan at the window or online orders at their location and showed me how to get the code for in store redemption. My wife's app worked and mine did not. They let us purchase both at the discounted price but also made sure they would only do it this time. Ok... it was the DQ app that was acting up but accusing the customer of having already redeemed the offer is really poor taste.

We go here weekly. The last couple of visits, looks like they are using raspberries instead of strawberries on their banana splits! AND....a BUNCH of fruit juice! WON'T be returning!

Went to get a ice cream cake for my dad's birthday. Plus was there so had to get a blizzard as well.

Consistently out of chocolate ice cream and unable to make blizzards correctly. This location continues to go downhill! Do yourself a favor and drive to the Kingsley location instead!

place is covered in german roaches not palmetto bugs. ordered at the drive thru and at least 10-20 crawled out of the restaurant when they opened the window.

For the second time in the last couple weeks, went through the drive through for 3 blizzards. Waited forever, then got home and again had 3 cups of vanilla ice cream with hardly anything in them! Night and day compared to other locations!

The ladies that are working at that store are excellent. We went on memorial Day about 9 p.m.. They made our blizzards perfectly! They are very personable.

After standing and waiting for a mobile order. They check my I.D for the order pick up. Then give me a bag with 2 waters and a milk. 3 dilly bars and clear out my order and dismissed me. So I stand and wait even longer meanwhile the girl who gave me a bag of water just looked at me. They had no idea what my order was and had to start it then. I asked for a refund and I pray to God they at least did that correctly. So now I'm home tryin to figure out what to last minute cook after a long day at the emergency room with sick kids🤦🏻‍♀️

Always great food. It’s a staple in the community, I’ve been coming here since I was just a kid. I don’t mind the occasional drive thru wait because the food and ice cream are always worth it!

The service here late night sucks. Went last night with my boyfriend before going home. First we get up to the speaker and theres only a few cars ahead of me. Someone says i can order when ready I say give me a minute for us to decide. After a minute we figure it out and right when im about to start ordering they say agin but with attidue and this time it was a different voice then before. Like before it was male this one was female. I immediately start placing my order assuming their waiting for me. The male voice comes back, interupting me confused as to what im saying mutliple times for both combos. The female not sure who it was but they cant interuppting on their own headset because she was too impatient to wait for me to place my order. By the end of it my boyfriend never got his chili cheese fries all while our burgers werent even hot, only the fries were. Only good thing that came out was the ice cream. Go figure.

The best part about it is the people . Fast food is fast food but the service makes the difference.

The cherry chip made my Blizzard a bit too runny. Other than that, I'm usual very happy with their Ice-creams. I'm not a fan of the burgers.

False advertisement! The hours posted said they were opened until 11:00pm for the dining area. We came there at 9:30pm and the doors were locked. We saw several employees inside and a mop bucket. I'm assuming they locked the doors because they didn't want customers inside because they would need to clean. We even knocked on the window and no one answered. There was us a group of 4 and also another big group and yet, they didn't serve us. Do better Dairy Queen and hire employees that actually want to work.

Five stars not because the service was great, but because the employees were all so blasted and high on marijuana that it was the most entertaining fast food experience of my life! Yes the service was slow, order was wrong, and the incense was strong, but I'm not mad. It was hysterical and I have stories to tell now. Thank you DQ stoner crew! Oh and I should mention even though it was slow and one item was wrong, they did correct it and they were very pleasant and nice.

It's super difficult to screw up ice cream.

The restaurant is pretty clean but the service I received was normal for the area. I feel like with so many options today people need to make sure they are attentive they smile and make the customers feel like they're welcome and glad that they're there spending money. There are a lot of food options. The food that I received was good but it was kind of sloppy as far as presentation. Had way too much condiments made for a messy sandwich.

I only use drive though and they are always cheerful at the menu boarded for ordering. Not long ago they made a mistake a didn't know until getting home. So I called them and had no problem with being added to a customer sheet. Week later and as usual I go through drive though and explain there was a mistake and gave my name and like that no problem Mr. Chas and I really appreciate the no hassle policy. It's just good business and apparently the owner agrees! One of my favorite convince fast food Restaurant...

Dining room closed at 10:20pm on Saturday evening, but sign says Dining Room open until 11pm. Extremely disappointed. Impossible to get ice cream on a motorcycle in the drive-thru.

Ordered the new Pumpkin blizzard for my daughter. She didn’t like it so I called to see if they could replace it. Manager was so disgustingly rude! She wouldn’t even come to the phone to talk to me personally, opting instead to have an employee relay everything. She refused to give me a refund or replace it. If it’s nasty, I’m just to pay for it even if I don’t like it? What ever happened to customer service. Apparently it’s nonexistent to this Dairy Queen, ridiculous, so I asked if I could speak with corporate to which management yells out, “It’s on the website.”I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen for probably around 20 years. I remember the owner of this as a teenager. I can’t believe he would employ such garbage for management. Seriously disappointed! Will make a point not to visit this one anymore.

After I had waited and finally received my food, I was told that it would cost me extra if I wanted dipping sauce for my fries. I won’t be back

this Dairy Queen has some nice staff that will fix your order sometimes without complaint. Every time you go here CHECK YOUR BAG!!! not one order we have gotten from here has ever came with all the goods. We literally order the same thing everytime and have had multiple variations of mishaps. Usually one order is missing fries or the size of the cheese curds bucket is wrong. Asking for extra gravy is like speaking to a child watching Spongebob. Still though, food is good especially when its all included. Staff is pretty calm, considering how many people probably yell at them daily.

Several visits to this location and each time I intend to leave a review and am finally getting around to it. Bravo DQ! This location never fails to provide: Friendly drive thru staff Accuracy on every order Hot and fresh with minimal wait They are organized and professional and always polite. Thank you!

Had a rotisserie chicken bites lg basket, made hot at times you order. Delish and the woman who is at window helpful and nice! The Oreo coca blizzard is to die for! I finished it to the last drop. Even gave a doggie cup and I didn't know that they had such a treat. A tiny cup w vanilla dog friendly cold treat! Made a bad day a little bit better!
