Somewhat slow service and some of our group has watery icecream! It could have been better. My Peanut buster parfait was good but some of the cones were poor!

Watery ice cream and poor service; otherwise, the establishment does seem clean and well kept.

Yesterday was a horrible day to get DQ If it wasnt for the woman working up front, Addison I believe, it would be a one star Took a long time before I got my food So so disappointed

3rd time in a row I’ve had issues here in the last couple months. Ketchup packets are covered in something sticky, missing part of the order for the third time in a row and everytime I call and leave a message I never get a call back, soda machines seem to always be out of certain flavors, and the cups of ranch never have above 1/3 filled. Very displeasing.

This is usually a great location but today it was understaffed for the lunch hour and no management present. To start with it took about 5 minutes to order. I had to wait 15 minutes for my food and the food sat for another 5 minutes or so in the window getting cold before it was served. Also had ice cream that was half melted when served and it was not served upside down or it would have ran all over. Very disappointing visit for a usually great place. I also scanned the app for a $2 discount I had. The register never revised my total and the cashier seemed confused why it didn't work but didn't have a solution to resolve it after it scanned.

I got a chili dog and it was fantastic!

Recently had an ice cream cake made and it turned out INCREDIBLE! I ended up having the pickup day wrong and they were able to get it made for me sooner; they saved the party! I recommend them for your ice cream cake needs.

Drive through is painfully slow 20-30 minute wait. To make matters worse we didn't get the blizzard that we ordered. I was supposed to get peanut butter blizzard with cookie dough. I was informed there was no cookie dough so I ordered a different blizzard. We leave the drive through and it's the peanut butter blizzard with no cookie dough and not the substitute we were supposed to get. I used my rewards for this blizzard and I got scammed. Very disappointed and would like a refund of my points.

The last couple times I've eaten here, the Blizzards have only been stirred together or had the mix-in ingredients in the top half. Regardless, the service has been polite and we received our food within a reasonable timeframe. 5/17/2024 update: Starting at 12:20 p.m., we waited 40 minutes in line to get up to the counter to order, then waited another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. There were only four employees working, and they were trying, somewhat unsuccessfully to fill orders. A drive thru customer jumped in front of us to ask where the rest of her large order was, since they had received the ice cream part of their order but had been waiting a long while for their hot food. The woman I assumed to be the manager from the front counter bounced back and forth between the front and the kitchen to help with food prep, and I just hoped she was washing her hands between tasks. One reason for the place to be so busy around 12:30/2:00 was possibly that today was the last day of school for the local public school, so many of the people waiting in line with us were families of 4+ people. The food was hot and otherwise as expected, but it was a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

Sundae was melted when it came out. CheeseBurger was amazingly cold since they completely forgot about giving it to me. Chicken strips looked like the came from a chick being so small not a chicken. Bacon ranch burger's bacon was all fat and room temperature. Onion rings on the burger was soggy. Fries tasted stale, and enough salt to salt my driveway. Employees arguing and complaining. Dallas on the other hand was helpful and even called his Mom the GM with a question I had. He had great customer service.

The chicken was fresh and good, but the burger could have been a lot fresher, and hot would have been nice. Despite ordering desert for after the meal, it came out first, my shake was barely thicker than the milk they used to make it. In summary, next time will be McDonald's.

Dairy Queen in Elkhorn is great. Love the service and the ice cream. Dairy Queen at York,NE had poor service. Noone wanted to wait on the front counter. It took forever for them to wait on their customers. When we finally got our ice cream, it was melting. Very veery poor service.

If you need to be someplace in the next hour, skip this place. The menu only has fried options. Only positive would be a clean restroom.

Waited THIRTY minutes on the drive through. With a weak "sorry about the wait" from the gal who brought out the food. When my husband tried to voice his frustration, she literally turned and walked away...... We only ordered 3 burgers and a chicken strip basket....

Me and my family waited 30+ minutes for our food. Me and my dad heard an employee in the back say “I don’t care how long this takes” in front of 2 other customers. He was going slow and took his sweet time. Food was amazing but customer service was horrible. Gal with pink hair was running her butt off getting orders out between Ice cream and food she was amazing

After reading other reviews I'm sure I'll get the canned response, however I'm going to share my experience anyway to help guide others. I stopped for lunch here while commuting for work, the food was average at best, but the manager and district manager deserve mention as they were having conversation behind the counter about bonus structure, and other bosses that will drop in from Columbus to surprise them and how the Kearney store gets better equipment, and Lexington got in trouble for blah blah.. the point is it was not only inappropriate, but uncomfortable for everyone with in the restaurant. This occurred over the noon hour. Also when getting to exit the parking lot a vendor had blocked the drive and I had to wait over 20 minutes to exit the parking lot. Multiple calls to Jeri the manager went unanswered (likely too busy gossiping to answer) so the 8 or 10 of us were stuck in our cars in the lot until the yellow truck exchanging large bags through the back door finished his task. Multiple voice mails were also left for Jeri that were not returned. One final call to the managers extension was answered and the phone placed next to a blender for over 7 minutes while Jeri's name was repeatedly yelled to get the phone. I gave up and decided to vent here. The unprofessional actions of the managers today was astounding. I wonder how the owners of the Kearney and Lexington franchises feel about being slandered?

I've ordered a mocha moolatte twice now and gotten a caramel shake instead both times.

Cashier was handling money and also doing kitchen and said person didn't wash their hands after handling the money my food was cold by the time I got my drink which was a shake my entire group of people were waiting for ice scream

Staff is hit or miss, sometimes they are great and helpful, sometimes they practically throw your food out the window at you and wave you through.

Food was made fresh and served hot. Service was friendly, however the dining room needed some cleaning.

The food was fresh and hot. The burger actually tasted flame grilled. Fries were crispy and had plenty of salt. And best of all they had my favorite blizzard!!

My husband and I went thru the drive thru on Saturday night. I ordered a Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie blizzard. In the photo it shows that the ice cream itself is chocolate. I ordered and assumed the ice cream would be chocolate, then when I got to the window I asked and the girl at the window said no it’s vanilla ice cream. I asked if they could change it to chocolate ice cream. She got mad and said that they already had it made. Keep in mind this is a matter of a few seconds by the time we got to the window. Then she proceeded to tell me next time to ask when I order so they don’t have to remake it! I’m sorry, isn’t the customer always right? She was very rude! I tried to call and talk to a manager when I got home but they don’t answer the phone! Very disappointed!

We always stop there when driving through. Place had been packed before we got there & staff had not time to wipe the tables off. The tables generally cleaned off well.Their milk shakes/malts are thinner than they used to be.

The chocolate malt my wife ordered was the worst malt she has ever had. Runny and so much chocolate she couldn't drink it. Hamburger and fries were pretty good

Try the BBQ bacon ranch burger. It was very good. My only complaint would be that they were out of tea.

No medium drinks no large drinks no French fries.

Saturday afternoon 4P Drive-Thur has very long backup 🤨 ...maybe 12+ vehicles We enter the lobby and no line of customers looks like this should be a quick in & out transaction 😊. Ordered 2 malts & fountain beverage paid and we prepared our self service drink and proceeded to wait 16 minutes and no malt's prepared asked for MOD and Eric / Erik came to counter said I'm busy you'll have to wait until I get a minute.⚠️ Requested a refund for unprepared malts and Ol'Eric was still too busy for our request for Customer Service 🤬 / refund. Very convenient location, very clean.... absolutely poor management / Customer Service. Appears they had plenty of staff 7+ stumbling around in the prep area and a cashier standing idle at the register. Left with our partial order, No Refund as Eric / Erik didn't come back and speak with us. We hope management uses our $ 11 towards proper Customer Service training of their staff. Thank goodness there's plenty of alternative within a block .... McDonald's / Wendy's, etc....

Ice cream was fantastic - the burger and fries not so much.

Each time one of the grandkids has a birthday we always take them to Dairy queen. Can't go wrong. Ice cream and hamburgers and it makes the kids Happy

Best DQ I have eaten. The workers were younger kids, kind of loud but having fun, and out trying to earn a buck. Listening to then reminded me of my own kids. Food was fresh and fast.

I use to love the cheeseburgers here. Top quality hamburgers.. now they are saturated with grease.when we told the employee about it. We were told they set them in a pan of grease for seasoning. Your are making your customers sick. Plus the quality of the meat is disgusting. Go back to what you use to do dairy queen. Omg do better!!!!

DQ has the best Chocolate Malts in America. They actually put malt in their malt. All other drove thru chains just hand you a cup full of cold goo. DQ actually makes shakes. They have amazing fries. I highly recommend as drive thru snack, large malt, large fries. They also have very good fried cheese!!! Who doesn't like fried cheese. Then be ready to work out the next day because you just consumed 4000 calories of delicious! Lol

Happy birthday cake for dessert and a little bit of it for when you get home...lol
