Needed low carb, so went with wings. Spicy garlic were surprisingly crisp and tasty

Service was not great, not the staff themselves, but it seemed they were understaffed or what was going on. There were eight of us, we were the only ones when we went in. One guy made sure to get us our drinks, he was great but was shift shortly after that. When our food was brought, mine was the only thing missing another table that came after us got all of their appetizers and two large pizzas long before my small pizza was done. The floor under our table had not been swept for what seemed like a while by the amount of debris.

Food is good here, not hot when it comes but usually still good. Service is 50/50. Occasionally it's good but like the last time we went, there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant and it still took well over an hour to get our food. Then when it finally did come, they never gave us silverware and we had to ask for it multiple times before they gave it to us. My pasta came cold and watery. However, whoever the young man is who helps I'm the drive thru, is very nice and helpful.

My pizza was way better than I expected. I wish our local "Hut" was as good as this! Thanks

If you want to wait for one and half hour after ordering, I highly recommend this. Food is not worth to its price

It’s the worst place. If you can wait for an hr then you can go. It’s really worst place to eat. I didn’t like the service.

This Easter Sunday! The family decided to take a grub to Pizza Hut! We were disappointed, the guy working there whispered the whole time, he’s attitude made us not even want to sit down! My elder parents got asked for their id! Pathetic!

Well, if you at an adult with mouths to feed don’t count on this place to meet those needs for employment , the atmosphere is very cliche, I was rehired after quitting for a higher paying job and they fired me for that then rehired me and fired me out of retaliation because the G.M and his assistant are basically the two stooges. They went as far as to lie about me and openly slander my character , like the swindlers they are. Not to mention how bad the quality of food is and the store is filthy with cockroaches crawling in the food I would never be caught eating or working in that dump. News’s flash I just found out that they fired me based on a false sexual harassment claim!!!!! That’s defamation of character and that’s a lawsuit.

The pizza was good, but the waitress stopped to ask us how we were doing four times in the hour we were sitting in the dining room. 12/10/2023 update: Ordered the "Celebration Bundle" through the Pizza Hut app at 5:20 p.m. (Sunday night) with a scheduled pick-up at 6:00 p.m. When I arrived at the drive thru window, I was told it was going to be another 10 minutes. After waiting in the parking lot the requisite 10 minutes, I entered the dining room to find several other people also waiting for their orders. One guy in front of me said he was asking for his money back, but then received his food plus a card for some complimentary thing in the future. It was another 20 minutes before I was actually handed the ordered food. I understand the restaurant was busy, but having to wait an additional 30 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time was disappointing, especially after two employees had told me "10 more minutes". 2/28/2024 update: Stopped for lunch in a party of two. Enjoyed the 9" pizza lunch special. It was great! Waiter (Cameron) was friendly and helpful, but not annoying. He offered a box for the leftovers and to make our drinks to go, without asking. A positive experience overall!

Food was fresh and great quality!

Good food, decent service, wait time can be a bit long at times, but if you like to visit with your table friends/family then it's an enjoyable time, at a reasonable price.

Delivery was awful. I ordered from a hotel room. My food was not delivered to me. The delivery person left my food at the front desk and didn't bother to come to my door or call me to tell me they left my order sitting at the front desk. My phone number, name and room number were clearly typed on the ticket. And the tip I left was kept ! I won't allow a tip to be added to my card again. Also didn't get any utensils to eat my cold food with. Not good at all !! It was bad,bad,bad !!

Just ordered a pizza with olives, sausage, mushrooms. We ordered it for a delivery. It was hot and the delivery lady was nice. They even put two cups and plates in it for us. We are moving out to Georgia. Now that's the pizza hut service I remember as a kid. Definitely the go to place.

Pizza was not warm at all. It seemed like it was on a warmer for awhile. No receipt was given and almost too high. I ordered a medium hamburger and onion pizza. I used pizza hut for years. It didn't even taste good really chewy almost no onion. I sent an earlier text and no response. Will not be ordering any time soon.

Very good customer service and always friendly and willing to help. The only thing that was wrong was the sauce on one of my pizzas but other than that, everything was great!

Food and service were great. Nothing like a draft beer and great pizza after being on the road all day. Very friendly staff. I will definitely stop there again.

When my grandma suggested pulling into Pizza Hut, I was initially uninterested, but I shrugged & and figured, why not? I was expecting the everyday get it & go, mediocre cheap pizza experience I'm used to in lincoln. This is why I haven't been to a pizza hut in years. Well, this was not that at all. We were greeted by a friendly host, who showed us to a booth in the corner I wanted. It had the feel of a comfy diner. I still wasn't fully convinced this place wasn't just trying to be something it is not. A restaurant. He offered us drinks & some cheese bread as an appetizer. He was very accommodating. Had no problem baking my pizza a couple extra minutes. The presentation was great & thoughtful. The salad was crisp & delicious. Really changed my perspective on what pizza hut could be. Hope they implement these changes in lincoln soon!

Placed order online. Picked it up through the drive thru. The employee was very friendly. She gave us extra that we asked for. The pizza was delicious.

The big new Yorker is nothing special

They would have gotten five stars, but we ordered to pick up and got there to pick up our order, and we had to wait over 40 minutes because they were behind they offered us a drink for waiting.

Small Dining room call ahead friendly fast service.

I go here often, and it's normally very good, but tonight was exceptional. Fresh and hot. Soft and chewy and crispy in all the right places. Every flavor spot-on. All with fast and extraordinarily friendly service. Superb!

Great pizza and AWESOME customer service!! Fast and fresh pizza, wings and pasta - we will definitely be back! The wait staff was all attentive and refilled drinks and were so great. Highly recommend dining in and having a beer with your pizza.

What’s the point of selecting contactless delivery if they’re just gonna stand there and ring the door bell til we answer?! It was put in the order AND on the order instructions. Figure it out.

Ordered the new melts but was not impressed. Could have had more stuffing and cheese. Crust was good and the few onions I got were very tasty. Probably won't but again.

Loved it. Staying a hotel down the road, accidentally went to the express one on the other side of the freeway. They got my order more than correct and even though their short staffed they were very quick and friendly even at almost closing. Delivery driver noticed our confusion and helped point us to the window around the side too. Wish i lived closer so this could be my main pizza hut. Thanks everyone! Please tip them!
