Disappointed that we stopped here. Coffee machine and supplies were empty or in disarray. Pastries, breakfast sandwiches and roller grill items were not fresh. Fresh fruit was rotten. Garbage can was overflowing onto the floor. I wish we would have traveled to the Waco exit fuel was 50 cents cheaper.

Parking lot is a joke. Food is average. The best part of this is the exit.

This place is amazing!! Has EVERYTHING! Lots and lots of road snacks, Nik naks, showers, washer n dryer, and massage chairs! Pizza hut, Baskin Robbins and another sit down restaurant. Didn't get the name of it. ....

Been coming to this truck stop for 10 years here and there this used to be an awesome place now its terrible they should just close the doors parking lot giant craters restaurant has no buffet anymore and doesn't open until 6 am where most of your truckers are gone food available here no one wants coffee is terrible unless you get it from touch screen machine! Fuel and showers is all you have going for you not alot of incentives to park here I know I will drive on by in future if I have the hours!

They really need to work on their parking lot. No stripping so trucks park where ever they feel like. You can hardly drive through. If there is ever a truck fire, God help the fire department in getting to it. The surface of the parking lot bares a striking resemblance to the surface of the moon. The pot holes (craters), are so deep you could lose a truck in them. The photos are a small sample. There would be so much more parking and if they would fix this parking lot.

Coffee was vile. Like...gross sludge mixed with chemical. Bathrooms were a disaster. Kid behind the counter said absolutely nothing besides the total. Only good thing was lots of parking for expedite vans in the front.

This has to be one of the best repair shops. Had an issue with a warranty from another Petro shop Knoxville Tennessee location. Came here and this shop went above and beyond to help. After TA Petro corporate and David Shadler the general manager from the corporate office reached out. They were able to warranty the tires and alignment. Andy the alignment technician was absolutely awesome. He took his time to correct the problem caused by the Knoxville Tennessee location. Thank you Andy for the hard work in fixing the alignment. I definitely will return to this location for my future repairs.

For 20 years the place has terrible and keeps getting more run down all the time

Everything but the store closes at night. Iron skillet closes at 10pm. Not sure when pizza hut closes but it was closes too at 10. I guess they think truck drivers only need to eat during business hours. And the Bathrooms were not clean, This place is now on the avoid list.

Some of the truck parking lines are worn out so parking at night can be fun.

I agree with Ali, this IS the WORST Petro. The reason it is, because it's not a PETRO any longer, it's a TA. TAs standards have always been lower than what Petro had as Standards. The management of this facility need to be replaced. Food, TERRIBLE Restaurant Service, TERRIBLE Drivers lounge, DISCUSSING Showers, DISCUSSING Cleanliness overall, TERRIBLE CLEARLY Management does NOT care, Therfore the staff doesn't care either about this facility. It's ashame.

To small showers. Water was nice and hot. I do have an issue with supplies in front of a fire door.

How Petro stays in business is beyond me, parking lot, bathrooms, everything is always literally falling apart.

Parking lot is bad! Very bad! Lot of holes. Cracks. Restroom at fuel island is dirty. Out of paper towels. Do something about it.

Just another reason to avoid TA_Petro. I couldn't take a shower because the only person working couldn't leave the resistor to clean the showers. They offer beer sales but I couldn't buy a beer because the same person isn't old enough to sell beer.

The establishment during my visit was very well maintained with cleaning crew seen walking both inside and outside the building. The service provided was just as pleasant as the experience. The commitment that the mechanic team provided was far beyond anything I've ever experience. Thank you Andrew and Anthony for all that you've done to get me back on the road!! Resourcing solutions to get me fixed and back on the road while balancing the needs of other drivers speaks volume of your character and devotion to us drivers and your organization.

This is by far the worst Petro I’ve seen. Showers are gross and disgusting. My expensive shower came with disgusting sewer smell and gross everything like you see in the pictures. Parking lot is horrible and full of big potholes. Didn’t try the food because I’m pretty sure it’s also bad.

This place is useless, they should close it down. The parking lot is full of holes, dirty garbage everywhere, it definitely does not serve any purpose. The only thing that was good was the employees, but the rest is disgusting.

With all the money this place makes, they could fix the truck parking lot

This dude claiming in the reviews saying that he was hurt and “the pizza worker didn’t make his pizza” , verbally assaulted the Pizza Hut worker with rude comments. He also wouldn’t leave the store when asked by multiple members of staff. The ”gentleman” tried to film the reaction, but ran away and screamed that he better not be filmed. Guy was very immature and police were called promptly.

Nastiest bathrooms ever !! Blood and feces everywhere..mold in toilet, long term cleaning issue!!! Won't even try to shower here , paid $20 to park to be close ,ask the lady at desk who is responsible for bathroom , me she said,and said oh im sorry I'll get someone in there,this is just disgusting ,and at this point the rest rooms should be closed ...just cleaning won't fix the long term problem

I was shook about the worker of Pizza Hut and cashier That’s terrible I don’t have any words for that the worst place I've been to The pizzeria worker didn't cook my pizza. I agreed and left, and after that two guys came up to me and said that they worked there, but they didn’t have any special uniforms. they started telling me to leave we approached the cashier and she also started telling me to leave I was hurt will someone do something?! I used to work here corporate to cheap to fix anything management a bunch of tools and they pay less than McDonald's so their chronically short staffed it has potential but they will never reach it too cheap

For the East and West Interstate 80 truck stop, this location has the worst parking lot on the planet!!! The fuel islands are not attended to, fuel, oil, and other contaminates make for slip hazards and trash on the ground!! Please tell me corporate management has visited this location because it is LACKING TOP TO BOTTOM!!! IF THIS IS APPRECIATION FOR HARD WORKING TRUCK DRIVERS, CUSTOMERS, AND FAMILIES??? THIS IS A DISGRACE!!! THE PRODUCTS ARE OVER PRICED, CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND HAS DEFINITELY BEEN NEGLECTED HERE!!!

This is a strategic truck stop right in the middle of Nebraska. This is important. Finding truck stops that easily accommodate for a 20' U-haul towing a vehicle in either Lincoln or Omaha is an absolute headache! This one is quiet and clean with a very roomy entrance in and out and emergency overnight parking. It's tough to find that further east in Nebraska. This truck stop is located just far enough to avoid the major traffic that you'll no doubt have to endure in Omaha.

The whole truck and car parking lot areas are nothing but ICE....I know they have access to a plow of some kind along with sand bags and salt bags but, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to clear the ice and if any customer slipped (truck driver or car driver) that place could be in court for someone's derelict of duty. CLEAN THE WHOLE PARKING AREAS FOR ONCE!!!! Other than that the food service was good and the food was pretty gòod.

Mostly nice people that work here. They need to put more salt on the ground during winter and clear off the sidewalks. I almost killed myself slipping!!!!!

First time in 20 years I didn't leave a tip. 1. Pot roast dinner was gross. Super salty and just terrible. The waitress argued with and was rude as hell. Told the manager Deanee or something like that and she didn't give a dang.

the shower room is very small, I don’t know, it’s like it was made for midgets This is not for normal people, the sink is impossible to wash your face

Stopped for the night and hubby and I had T-Bone dinner from Iron Skillet. It was awesome! For a restaurant/truck stop we were impressed. Meat was pretty good but more importantly it was cooked perfectly. Good job restaurant!

worst service in america. instead of changing one tire they made me buy two tires from them because otherwise they wouldn't let me out of their shop and kept my truck locked up. avoid this place because there are scammers

For a truckstop whoever the manager is they have let this petro go to garbage.....employees seem like they don't care.....food on the fuel island is the same bland garbage and most the time it is empty.....nothing worth eating at either Bldg unless you have time to sit in the restaurant.....the parking lot is a complete disaster and they never seem to care to fix it......I used like stopping here but not anymore

Use to be great place now it's one of the worst places. Rude slow and horrible communication skills. 9 hours for alignment then couldn't do then 4 after having parts replaced.

Seems like they have updated all the toilets for kids! They are a foot off the ground. I won't be stopping here anymore and it used to be one of my regular stops.

Es un buen lugar para comer o comprar cosas básicas para el camino. Pero lamentablemente lo están dejando caer demasiado. Los sanitarios muy sucios y con mal olor cómo si no los asearan seguido. El restaurant le falta mucha limpieza y su personal al menos el señor mayor que nos atendió a nosotros más parecía que odia su trabajo o estaba de muy mal humor (los menús primero los aventó a la mesa, pidió la orden y muy molesto por las preguntas que se hicieron y al terminar nos arrebato los menús de las manos. Honestamente con un servicio así ni de broma regresamos.

Petro always is good truck stop

The worst service in the so-called restaurant. The waiter with white hair about threw our menu's at us we ordered and sat there for over an hour while people came in after us received their order, and we still had nothing. Maybe the cook had to go kill the cow and the chicken. Never again

I went in for parking for the night. Then got fuel in the morning. Didn't really go inside until I got fuel.

Most over priced food poisoning I’ve ever had. There are safer options with better prices right up the street.

For repairs if is not necessary do not stop !!! I spend 7 hours for 1 tire repair!! 1 star never stop here.

This may be the worst petro in the country!!!! Hateful shower attendant got mad and abusive when the door wouldn't open!!! Didn't open for him either until several tries!!!!! I probably won't spend any more money at this place!!!!!! The only other petro as bad as this place might be Bordentown New Jersey, it's a pretty close race, they are pretty hateful there too!!!!!

Truck side has 0 food. Dirty restrooms. Ridiculous.

This place is an absolute dump. Very little in stock, water leaking through the roof, flies everywhere. The parking lot is full of ruts and their "solution" is just to fill them with loose gravel. At least the fuel pump worked? I'm struggling to find any redeeming qualities

I had to wait for 30 minutes to have someone come outside and get my cc out of the gas pump machine ~ and when the manager finally came out he joked about cutting my card out ~ not funny at all after the WAIT

Memorial day weekend. No flag on the flagpole. One cashier working the c store and a line out the door.

Paid .75 cents for a coffee refill a few miles down the road. Then I stopped here and got another one, $2.14. Very glad that I'll never have to stop here again.

7 hours to get a oil change. Restaurant meal was inedible. Surprisingly blue beacon truck wash did a great job.

Over priced food! Several people couldn’t figure out which bathroom was the men’s vs women’s restrooms. Signage was not placed In a reasonable area. $21 for a burger fri and tea plus a tip.

I swear every time I come to this York Petero the cooked food trays are empty or meat and wings looks under cooked, (pale white!!!) It's a shame i have to resort to getting Doritos chips, because food looks bad and trays are empty. I actually programed my gps to remind me not to stop here anymore!!! Get a new cook and keep food available for truckers!

Although we did not go inside the actual store. We did go to the repair shop. And they are absolutely the nicest people very helpful. John was amazing helping us fix our 🚚 🛻 truck. GOD BLESS HIM and his family.

Restaurant- food partially cold Laundry- dryers are garbage. $3 garbage. High heat must be there as a joke.

I haven't ever been in a Petro I didn't like!! The one at York is top notch.

It's Christmas Eve and they are short staffed, so asking people to wait to be seated. Once we were seated, they were friendly and attentive, manager was helping bus tables and deliver food, also. Staff were dressed in festive Christmas garb, adding to the festive atmosphere. We were local, but I'm sure the truckers appreciated having a pleasant place to eat on such a cold Christmas eve!

Avoid from service, they work like scammers!came to replace quick air release valve on the trailer, quoted 547$, BUT THEN the mechanic deliberately played for time and walked back and forth in the shop took 6hrs and 902$$$

Outstanding truck stop and Petro! The morning staff were over kill on service! Very kind and helpful! Very clean both showers restroom store and fully stocked. Did I mention very friendly as well? Parking room was plenty and last night the staff in the iron skillet did not rush us while eating or ordering during the last tound before closing. Iron skillet was clean and our waitress and cashier were very kind as well. Would stay and buy here anytime Im back in this area.

Came in today November 2nd 2022 to take a shower and they tell me that the showers are out of service 2 after I spend almost $200 in stuff in store they tell me that they don't take the rewards card so I can get no point

Parked at 10 pm. Can't get a hot meal because both the fuel island and the main store have no hot food, not even any hotdogs. The fountain machine is out it order so no fountain drinks, and only one person working the register and cleaning the showers.

Truck pump #4 buttons are broken, can't choose options when prompted with on the screen

Very dirty and smelly bathrooms, out of order sinks for hand washing. The gas pumps were out of order, had to pay inside.

Horrible signal to video chat the wife and kids. Also the good looking food in the kitchen located in the building with the diesel pumps. Yeah the wings or that hamburger helper(Mac and beef) gave me really bad food poisoning. Please check the exp date. I haven’t at a full meal in 5 days don’t wish this on no one.

Usually stop in and eat at the deli in fuel building won't be spending anymore money on the food since u get a meal and they charge u for each item and spent almost 20 dollars for a meal when it's was 12 will go elsewhere

This place is a dump you want to use the restroom you need to purchase a hazmat suit .you want to get a decent cup of coffee. go somewhere else. no cream for your coffee actually nothing for your coffee, well I take that back there's an abundance of flies and trash. I had to look twice wasn't sure if I was at the city dump or if I was at a travel center.

Tire and oil change service area .Stupid employees I have ever seen , they just walk inside of garage for no reason and smoking cigarettes everyminute, I waited 6 hours inside shop for 1 tire change . Never ever back

I drove 22 miles (one way) in the opposite direction just so I wouldn't give TA another dime of my money... just like I pledged. It's not the staff... it's the business model and the staff training. What a joke.

DISGUSTING restrooms. Their restrooms are so utterly filthy you cannot touch anything or you'll catch a disease. Petro in general has the worst toilets where everyone can see you from the outside but this location is particularly nasty. If you need restrooms Sapp Bros across the street has the squeaky clean ones.

Andrew is one of the best diesel mechanics I've had the fortunate opportunity to repair Mr Truck. A really nice Man.

Store side, guy was very pleasant and nice. Asked what time restaurant was open until was told 9pm. Got over to restaurant at 13 min to 9 wanting to place a to go order. Was told twice, sorry we are closed. This is one place I have never stopped and not sure I plan to come back. I only gave 2 stars because of the store side of the petro. Restaurant doesn't deserve a star in my opinion.

I stopped in TA in York Nebraska with a DOT violation, Heather got me written up andnin the shop real quick. The mechanic Craig inspected my vehicle and found the problem then fixed it. I'm kind of at a loss for words for the excellent customer service I received. Thank you Heather, Craig and a shout out to my guy Jason the manager. Everything went great.

Iron skillet was excellent! Food was great and people were very nice.

Decent amount of parking, plenty of room to make a spot if need be also without getting harassed by security to buy a reserved spot. The iron skillet inside isn’t the best but the waitresses are nice. The showers are clean and have great water pressure.

This place has really gone downhill. This place is the exact definition of “really hard to find good help”. The iron skillet staff are just terrible. Supposedly these places care about truck driver blah blah but wow it just sucks plain and simple.

Went in for coffee and drinks. Has a very large selection of coffee. Employees were nice and were busy cleaning when there wasn't a customer to be waited on. Parking lot needs a deep cleaning. Lots of dirt an oil spots right where you park.
