What a complete disaster this place is. Service is absolutely terrible. Don't go to this place unless you like to be disappointed.

Probably one of the sweetest order takers I've ever met at the front counter and the food was great

Specifically went here because calzones were mentioned on the menu. Get here and ask for a Calzone, they don't have them, end up getting a mini pizza, pretty disappointing 😕.

Was very good when we used to go there regularly a few years ago. Thought we would go again since it had been a long time. It was not good. Took tomato’s off the wrong sandwich. Fries that were barely cooked and bread on our sandwiches burnt to a crisp. Was basically inedible. Service was nice though!

The pizza was pretty good. It would get a 3-4 stars. But the Alfredo pasta was terrible. It had no flavor. It would get a 1 star.

I always order take out, so I don't really notice the atmosphere. That being said, the hot turkey hoagie from DaVinci's is DaBOMB! My most favorite sandwich.

Very disappointed- $28 pizza and had half the toppings you would expect, honestly was like a $10 dominoes pizza....won't be back

Pizza was good. WIngs are not. Service is good. Solid 4/5 for the price. Ordered from them ever since Rita's took a nose dive and they haven't let me down.

We were the only customers there at the time. Food took a really long time to come out. The food was good but all the tables were dirty. Trash everywhere. The trash bins were overflowing. The condiment bins were almost empty.

Great area of town. Easy parking. Close enough from downtown for walking. Bakery, treat shop and coffee shop are nearby. Excellent salad bar.

Ordered by phone before I got there, but they were SO busy with other pickup orders, the wait was a bit long. Excellent beef cheese steaks on white or wheat bread. Celebrating 46 years & Buy & get one at 46% discount. Yummy deal!

It's kinda disappointing to see divinchis suck now. I used to enjoy the food there but it's gotten pretty bad lately which is sad. The interior is extremely beautiful though so I'll give them that.

Service was terrible at S. 48th & Lowell. Got my order wrong, remade it wrongly again, then showed me my receipt in which the employee rang it in wrong. I wasn’t the one who rang it in, and they confused and combined elements of my order with my friend’s. I can tolerate a mistake, but not the sour attitude from the manager who sought to say I was wrong solely by the incorrectly input receipt.

The order was not ready until almost 13 minutes after promised time and this isn't the first time my order was that late or later in recent visits. Chicken Philly cheese had no cheese on it.

I ordered online and this is the worst sandwich I have every had. The meat is not seasoned and it is burnt. I will not order again. Order # 14 Date 2/11/24

I thought it was a Italian restaurant, it's not, it's a pizza parlor. Guess if I want Italian,, I have to go to Olive Garden.

Whoever made this sandwich is a goat 🐐 🙌 sadly I can't get it made like this everything, even when I pay for the extras. Hopefully, some day we will meat 🍖 again 😀

We tried davinci pizza on a monday night, great pizza! Our service was very fast and the interior of the building was a great atmosphere. Delicious pizza, great sauce!

Had lunch on Sunday with family around 12:30. Food was good, service okay. But after in ladies room found trash receptacle overflowing which meant restroom wasn't serviced night before or that morning. Not a good last impression.

Edited to add: when the tea was ready, the employees in the back were complaining about an online order and how the person was so mad. They dropped the F bomb at least 6 times i counted while filling my cup. We came in at 7:30pm on a Sunday - close at 9pm. Ordered a salad bar with a sandwich and pizza. Were told the salad bar was closed. When asked about closing the salad bar early she responded with we close it an hour before. OK well it's 90 mins...she said we close it early. For our drinks we wanted iced tea. After we paid, noticed there wasn't any and she said we could go to soda fountain and get rasberry tea. We wanted regular iced tea. Over all not the best in dining experience nor did any of them seem to care about the service they were providing.

Had the Philly cheese and the bread was good. Beef was good, I think they should have added a little more. Pizza was the family favorite.

Been eaten at this restaurant for 30 years and have never got the nasty service I got this morning. Terrible kids running this store and it shows.

Barely any meat on the cheesesteak, the soup was good. Waited forever for service, even though there were plenty of employees and no customers. The inside of the building was beautiful enough, to forget about that part! The outside was super rough, needs the sidewalk amongst other things, fixed.

This a counter service pizza place. We ordered their special pulled pork pizza and cheesy garlic bread. We found it hard to find a clean table and there were only about 3 customers in the restaurant. We ended up cleaning one ourselves and sat to wait. The bread came out with the pizza. It was average. The pizza was ok. It's not the best we have had, but it's definitely not the worst. The service was great and the restaurant is a very cool design, like an old Italian sidewalk cafe.

The workers were very polite. Salad bar looked fresh. The place was clean. I got my takeout order fairly quickly. The food was awesome! I will return for sure!

Food was delicious and nutritious The restaurant was very clean and excellent service.

In town for the next couple of weeks. Stopped in for lunch. The food was decent. The garlic cheese bread was amazing. The pizza was ok. Service was basic. Guy took our order and brought us our food. Nothing extra. Didnt get plates when he brought our pizza so i took some of the lids for the to go boxes to use. Not a terrible experience but probably wont return while we are here, if we do I will probably get just garlic cheese bread. Its pretty standard (hoagie roll toasted with garlic and cheese on it, cut into squares)

The food was okay but not outstanding. The service was very strange and seem like the staff were not really taking what they were doing seriously. They were friendly enough but it just was kind of a strange experience. The interior is very gaudy. I kind of an amazing like you're supposed to be in Italy. Feel but not more like you were in a movie set.

Philly Pizza is my favorite in town!

To access the restaurant you must be driving west on Superior and you have to exit west- not the most convenient. We ordered a pizza and salad bar- ordered a medium pizza and took half home. When ordering the salad bar was asked if we wanted one or two trips- we chose one but I think this is the first restaurant that asked that question. Pizza sat in the window for over 5 minutes as understaffed personnel served take out customers.

Fries were still hard cos they weren't cooked. Food tasted not so good. Didn't eat what we ordered.

Good food pretty pricey for a self service place order at a counter and sit yourself and clean your table type place

Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes to pay $33 for a weak ass cheesesteak and the worst wings you’ve ever had. I’ll probably just steer clear from now on.

1. Not enough sauce on the pizza; without it, pizza "blah." 2. Chicken Alfredo had pasta, chicken, and cheese....but the Alfredo sauce must have been omitted; very dry.

Rude staff. Me and my husband ordered our food. Waited 25 minutes for our food. Then we noticed 4 to 5 people ordered after us and they got their food before us. How unprofessional. Then to top it off the staff had an attitude with me. No, need to be rude to your customers when you screw up their orders. Customer service was trash. Will never return there.

Heard good things about cheesesteak here. I’m in their VIP rewards, too. Unfortunately, it was the worst Cheesesteak I have ever eaten. The worst ever. The order experience is BS, too. Not 1 single establishment in my 52 year life asks you to pay extra to add peppers and mushrooms. All prior establishments provide a cheesesteak with these ingredients without asking you to add them. Easily the worst cheesesteak experience in our lives. Lost our future business for cheesesteak. Pizza is ok. Pasta is ok. Nothing is special. Nothing to alter your daily plans for.

Every time I decide to give them another chance, they disappoint again. I ask for extra sauce and get almost literally no sauce. Every time. It's not hard..

We tried this restaurant (Superior Street location) for takeout last year on a driving trip through Lincoln and it was good so we gave it another try. da Vinci's did not disappoint!!! The crust was fresh and just the right thickness and not greasy. Loaded with toppings and very tasty! The delivery guy was on time, professional and friendly. Will definitely order again when in Lincoln. Highly recommend!!!

This is my first time coming inside this restaurant then she's polite greetings but I was asking her a simple question what's in the hoggie club she proceed till I asked her Italian sauce she didn't know? The reason is I ask cuz it might have something in that sauce I'm allergic to it. Just in the future to be aware of this? Thank you.

We had lunch at DaVinci's on N 27th today. There were 3 in our group and we all ordered chicken alfredo. After 2 groups that came in after us finished up and were leaving, I went up to the counter to ask about our order and was told she was just bringing it out. She did. One of them had no cheese on top. They were all very, very dry and barely warm. Yuck. Very disappointing! We were in a hurry so we just ate what we could and left. It was a terrible meal.

Ordered at 6:45 with an hour delivery expected time. Called in at 8 asking when we could expect delivery, was told they are on their way....8:30 hits still no food. Called again and asked when we could expect our food, was told that they had 6 deliveries ahead of us on the way and was told don't worry you food will still be hot when it arrives....got the food and...... ice cold. If they would have told me right away or sometime in between it would be a longer arrival, it would have been fine. But nothing...and if the food would have been hot/warm fine.. . But to order food and have it be double the time for estimated delivery and cold, unacceptable. No apologies from anyone at the 27th and Superior location. Won't waste my time or money on this location again. Gave it another shot after 5 years and they fail again

Excellent, freshly prepared Italian food. Clean and fun atmosphere with friendly staff.

Ordered a beef cheese steak with only meat and cheese. Came with onions. When my gf went to the counter to speak to Hailey, she was brushed off, and no resolution was offered. Even if they had the cooks just take out the onions without making a new one, I would have been happy. This was abominable customer service all around, and not what I've come to expect from DaVinci's.

Just meh. Ordered a Club sandwich thinking, "how can you screw up a Club sandwich?" All I can say it was edible. I was expecting a hot sandwich and it was barely lukewarm and the bread wasn't toasted at all. The sauce was bland for being a "special" sauce. Nothing really spectacular about it. Honestly have had better sandwiches at bigger chains like Subway or JJs. Would not order again.

Pizza is overpriced and expensive for what you are getting. However their sandwiches and cheesesteaks are amazing. Definitely recommend those. Their delivery drivers go through my neighborhood like a menace. Don't get in their way!

Salad bar to small for price, over 5 bucks for 1 visit and it's a very small plate they give you, restaurant was clean , friendly staff and the pizza was good, First time to visit so I may try again.

No salad bar because of COVID-19 staffing levels. However my Hot Pastrami Hoagie was amazing, the onions and other veggies were added prior to the Lettuce, preventing it from wilting and being horrible tasting. Well Made Da Vinci's!!!!

Main reason I give 1 star is because they forgot my cheesecake( which I did pay for the cherries on top). The only thing I really wanted was the cheesecake. the chicken Alfredo was very very seasoned. Personally not a fan but I tend to like bland foods.

Had a cheesesteak sandwich. So sad how bad of a sandwich this was. Ordered a 12 inch and the first sandwich was cold. Not even luke warm. The 2nd sandwich had enough meat for a 6 inch sandwich when I ordered a 12 inch. There was so much grease on the sandwich it tasted old. Daughter in law had soup and it was greasy also. So sad to see such a fantastic restaurant go so down hill.

Super tasty and very friendly people. They are understaffed like everywhere else, so keep that in mind. The Philly pizza and meatball sub was honestly really good.

Ok obviously Davincis is good, I think everyone in town knows that. The problem is they're constantly skimping the orders! I get the same thing every time I come, cheese steak; extra meat extra cheese, both of those extra cost a significant amount and they never actually give me extra I took a picture of my "extra" vs my gfs non extra and they look exactly the same. And they literally give like 16 fries, fries are extra btw. I'm a long time fan of Davincis but their pricing/portion size ratio is getting absolutely ridiculous.

The food was very good but the young man that helped us could have been more professional. We had to ask for plates and it felt like he just dumped the food on the tables when ut came from the kitchen.

I came in town for a funeral, stop by DaVinci to get a pizza and garlic bread sticks. The food was horrible!! The pizza sauce had no taste, the garlic bread was hoagie buns cut in half with melted cheese on the top. Will not be back EVER!!!

We just left the North 27th location and am so disappointed in the food quality, I had to write this ASAP. I ordered chicken alfredo; the chicken tasted bad, the sauce was more of a pesto, & the grease plenty. My son's "philly" had burnt meat, but was served cold. We also noticed tables, counters, & floor not clean. I do NOT recommend at all.

The food was really good. The employee who helped us was friendly and attentive. The dining area was nice and clean. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Hot Ranch and it was delicious. My wife got the club and had no complaints. The store has a sign on the front door stating that they’re short staffed but we did not notice in delays. I would definitely recommend.
