I was the only person at the counter placed my order. Simple order. Classic ultimate sampler and spaghetti and a side salad. After waiting twenty minutes I asked how soon will my order will be. Oh we're working on a big order first. I looked in the dinning room and there's only four people in there. They were already eating. The order was for Uber. I then realized that customers standing at the counter aren't important. After waiting thirty-five minutes I finally got my order. Now I see why there are so many restaurants going out of business. They all use the pandemic as an excuse.

I go to Fazoli‘s quite often, this is the worst service i have ever had. They took my change which was a dollar and some cents, didn’t give me a receipt, and then she didn’t give me breadsticks so I had to go back and then I open the breadsticks and they're burnt as hell.

Instantly loses a star for having a drive thru that could hold you hostage. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru without the vehicle in front of me getting their order taken. Went inside because my lunch break was running out and didn’t have time to go elsewhere. Based on staff loudly talking to each other, it sounds like staffing is an issue, which reflects poorly on management. Food is normal microwaved Italian food. Without breadsticks, this place would be nothing.

We had a terrible experience with door dash sending our food. They sent us another persons food. Then she redelivered. The manager definitely helped resolve the issue and was very apologetic. Her crew that was on shift also was a huge help and extremely nice people. They deserve all the best. And are true customer service warriors. Again shoutout!

The food is decent, but expensive for fast food. There's also no 'fast' about it. It took over 30 minutes for my sister to get her food AFTER we had gotten ours. We ordered the same thing at the same time. I stood in line for 20 minutes to get more free bread sticks, because we didn't get enough for everyone to have one and nobody came around with more. It seemed like they were massively understaffed. While the cashier was very friendly, it was not a convenient place to eat with kids. We probably won't be back in.

EDIT TO ADD: while I was told to send an email, no one ever followed up with it. That's fine though. There are many other places to get take out. We drove across town to get fazolis at the end of March. When we got home we realized they had only added chicken to one "chicken alfredo" so I called them and they said they would send us out some coupons so we didn't have to drive all the way back that night. A couple weeks go by and I've not received anything so I call the store and the guy I talked to assured me he would get them in the mail that day. 2 weeks later (now a full month since promised compensation) still nothing so I stopped by the store and the manager gave me two free meal coupons. When I went to redeem them today, I was utterly DISGUSTED in the way this place is being ran. I walked in and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, watching as 6 employees walked by/saw me and no one ever said a word to me. Finally I asked a gentleman named Cory, who had just clocked out, if there was anyone that could help me. He said I am off the clock but let me see if anyone can come up. I waited even longer before what looked like a manager came up and got logged into the computer so the guy OFF THE CLOCK could ring me up. The manager, very annoyed said "I am in the middle of something." and had a sheet of paper that looked maybe an order form or inventory sheet. So again Cory, helps me. Rings up my order, takes my payment and we both stand in the lobby. He was nice enough to offer me water while I waited. More time goes by and I see my food in the window ready to go but the guy at the register is now helping another customer (this guy had just came in from outside and he didnt wash his hands. GROSS and is a health code violation - shame on you! Also, his fazolis shirt is WAY to small. It doesnt even go past his belly button so thankfully he was wearing a shirt underneath). The customer at the register then asks for breadsticks and short shirt guy asks them how many they want, guy says "a bunch". So the this employee takes ALL EIGHT BREADSTICKS and gives them to 2 people. Now i have to wait for them to make more. I was in this store almost THIRTY MINUTES. I am in disbelief at how this store is being ran (or lack there of) and that will be the LAST time we go there. Cory deserves a raise and compensation for WORKING FOR FREE. It's not that hard to be welcoming to customers and it can change the entire visit even if there are mistakes made. DO BETTER!

Restaurant was not clean, service was not very friendly except one woman running register! The wait was extremely long...and information given about food items was incorrect! So when I finally received my dish is was not what I was told it was going to be? When I asked if I could get the sauce I was originally told was going to be on my pasta. The manager basically told me they were going to charge me extra for correcting their mistake! We will not eat there again.

I ordered the chicken broccoli penne bake and asked for marinara sauce instead of Alfredo. I was charged for the marinara and it wasn’t even substituted onto the dish. The breadsticks that my friend and I received were old and dry and not fresh at all. They weren’t even warm. The broccoli tasted freezer burned. Overall experience was just not great!!

I'm not the type of guy that leaves bad reviews but this is one of the few times that I'll leave one. I went to order a lasagna, which was $11.99. I asked them if they can make one with marinara sauce, not meat sauce. The reason why is that the meat sauce has a mixture of beef and pork (I can't eat pork). They bring out the food, and when I went to cut into the lasagna, there was meat sauce which I specified no meat sauce, only marinara. I talked to the lady and explained. She said that the lasagna is pre-made and has meat sauce in it (I was never told that). I explained that I wanted something different instead and the guy asked if I wanted pizza, or marinara sauce. I told him that I'll take the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which was $10.49 but if I ordered that, then get the difference of $1.50 refunded to my card. He was trying to charge my $1.50 plus tax for the exchange. I explained 3 times to him that the difference of $1.50 plus tax should be refunded to my card since I'm trying to order the chicken fettuccine alfredo. He asked "do you want a veggie fettuccine alfredo." I told him chicken. He was confused. He still didn't understand my request. The issue was solved eventually. The food was luke warm! I swear these people can't comprehend English or everyone is high/drunk. Everyone needs to be drug tested. Either way, it's entirely frustrating! I probably won't be coming back.

Wife and I ate at the lincoln location march 1st. I had the 6.99 special and it was hot and delicious. Wife had the stuffed shell special and it was GREAT. Best of all was the fresh bread Stix. Now that would be a 10 star. The waiter walked around handing out more if you would like to have more. Very friendly employees. My hat is off to the management and the employees. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Thank you.

Usually not a bad experience over the years but over the last few months place has turned into a dump dinner management sux every time we go in a guy with long black hair comes out from the back and tells whoever comes in that its going to be at Least 45 min or longer to even be waited on and there wont even be any one dinning at the time and there is constantly people standing around that have ordered food mad for the same thing and they dont care at all.. i dont recomend for anyone to go there worst place in town now and thats a shame

I have a family of six, so dinner can be a challenge at times. Fazolis is great, we can always agree on menu and the amount of food for what you pay is the best part. I spend $40 we all eat and take about 3-4 meals home we always dine in for the breadsticks and drink refills. Jon P and crew always treat us good makes our dinner out enjoyable

I'm giving 2 stars for the nice guy who took my order. This is the second consecutive visit where there has either been an altercation in the kitchen or the lady working the drive thru is yelling cusswords loud enough to echo thru the dining room for my kids to hear. Also, dining room is NEVER clean. Never, not once. My kids like the food or I'd quit coming all together. Again, stars are for the nice man who took my order. That's it.

Food was very good. Atmosphere - awful. New Year’s Eve. Take out and drive thru busy. I dined in. Took 10 min to order and another 15 to get food. Trash was overflowing. No Parmesan cheese. No clean utensils. Most of the tables had dirty dishes on them. One employee went to the bathroom 3 times while I was waiting. Wondering what he was doing.

Stood at the counter for a long while the girl in front ignored three people waiting to order while she chatted with the girl back. After we finally ordered and got our cups discovered the drink machine was out of ice, lemonade, and lemon lime soda. The dining room was full of dirty dishes and filthy tables. When the food arrived it was warm at best and the bread sticks were soggy. My mother couldn't even eat her food it was cold and tasted funny. The sauce was so watery you could tell they added water to stretch. Really sad I used to love Fazoli's.

We told the employee that we came from Grand Island since we no longer have one and he said that maybe we should have spent more money there and it wouldn’t have closed down. He said he tells everyone from Grand Island that. Then when we ordered our sub sandwiches, the woman in the back said in a VERY loud voice “I’m so sick of these subs. If they want subs they should go to Subway!” She said this twice while we were paying. It was rude and disrespectful when we are spending our money. We will never come here again! Do better Fazolis.

Sadly, I think this place has gone downhill. The food just tastes terrible. I had the Alfredo and cheese ravioli 6.99 lunch, and it was actually inedible. The breadsticks were totally saturated with oil/butter but that is the only thing I was able to eat. The pasta was barely warm and left a really bad after taste. The dishes were stacked high on the trash cans even though it wasn’t busy at all. My friend ordered a meal that was supposed to cost $8 and was charged $13. I don’t really like to leave bad reviews, but I suggest people go elsewhere and save yourself the stomach ache. 12/17/23

Everyone understands inflation, customers understand that prices will rise. What we don't understand is when companies raise the price and give you less. Three tablespoons of pasta sauce in a family container of spaghetti, just enough sauce on the pizza to make the bread red. I will not be getting any more food from you for this reason. You are not supposed to be hungry after you eat. I used to be a regular customer, but you had to go cheap.

Received the wrong food at first, but they corrected it so that was fine. Food was ok, not great. When we were finishing up my husband went up and ordered something for our son who was finishing up practice. They told him they weren't taking anymore orders at that time, it was 7pm. I went and asked another employee why this was and he responded it was because the kitchen was so busy and they needed to catch up? But that he could go tell them it was for my son who was at practice and they could make it? I have never encountered that before at any restaurant or place of business. And did it make a difference that it was for my son? It shouldn't matter who it's for, you are a restaurant and it's dinner time - you will be busy! Very disappointed.

Ordered to dine in and Stephanie the cashier was rude. Bread sticks were nasty . A family came in while we were eating and the cashier was taking an order from another customer while the cook came from the back and gave the family a free meal. Wanted a togo box stood there waiting to be waited on 5 different employees looked at me the cashier asked the customer behind me what they wanted to order. While food needed to go out an employee was cleaning the already clean tables. And why does the cashier need a tip? I gave them zero. She acted like we wanted her to cook from home. The cooks had long hair with no hair net. Wonder if inspectors ever do a surprise inspection?? Never again.

Delivery orders ... Put the straws in bag! Obviously, your manager hasn't delivered food/drinks before because if they have, they wouldn't want the straws taped to the top of the cup lids. Makes transporting the customers' large, obnoxious drinks even more annoying. Maybe the store manager finds this amusing, idk. I took my family of 5 there, and the time it took to get our food was 35 minutes. Normally that's not a huge issue, but for a fast food type restaurant it was really excessive. The restaurant wasn't clean, the wait staff was not at tentative or seem like they cared. You have to ask for breadsticks now which annoys the staff further. By the time we got the food it was luke warm and wasnt cooked thoroughly. We used to always go here and its sad to see it go down hill. We wont be going back unfrotunatly.
