I just had for lunch two of the worst slices of pizza. It was awful. It tasted like stale cardboard. Ugh! They should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely tasteless and bland. I’m never going back. You shouldn’t either. I can’t believe they’d serve pizza like this.

The owners made our dining experience feel like so comfortable! We had a pizza with pepperoni sausage and mushrooms. Also had hot wings that were amazing! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! They also deliver!

Just came down to visit from PA and found this local pizzeria. The food was great tasted like authentic NY pizza and the owners all made us feel welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

I am so dissatisfied and unpleased with this place, I use to go here for lunch everyday and loved the old owners and his Daughter was great but I don’t know if they sold the place because the food is horrible! I ordered a regular cheese pizza not thin crust normal with extra cheese I will post a photo of what I got it’s cold thin and taste like card board, the pizza from high school back in the day. I also ordered an antipasto salad and never received it after calling 6 times and going to voicemail. This is the kind of place this is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR APPETITE LIKE I DID! I will be disputing this with my bank as I never got the food I ordered. This is a disgrace to what they used to be. Ordering something from DoorDash would be better than this because at least you get your money back for the things that you don’t receive. These are thieves.

One of my absolute favorite “hidden gems”. Within walking distance and my number one go to for lunch. The food is great , the people are friendly and the service is efficient whether you sit in and eat or take out! Lunchtime special 2 slices and a soda for under $7 after tax & it’s fantastic pizza ! This place is disgusting..everytime i come its an issue. Today at 6:17pm march 16. Came to get 2 slices of pizza. Cashier named NINA touched my pizza with her fingers NO GLOVES & put it in the oven..thats unsanitary..especially after touching MONEY.. pizza was not hot.. place is a 00000

McKenzie was phenomenal. Uber Eats failed to deliver an order and she really went out of her way to get exact directions so their driver could get to my home. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and helping me out!

I used to go here all the time with prior owners and the sandwiches were outstanding. Went there today and got home and sandwich no longer has anything close to the same amount of toppings they used to do. There was practically no meat or lettuce and all bread. Very disappointed. Nothing like it used to be

Cute and quaint with authentic Italian food! I had the chicken piccata and my friend had the chicken Marsala and they were both soooo delicious! This is a ‘fly under the radar’ place not to be missed! Oh…and the owner is so personable! Great people and great food!!

The pizza was decent I’m pretty sure it would’ve been much better than decent if It wasn’t cold when I got it. They told me 25 to 30 minutes, I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half for cold pizza 😒

I’ve ordered from here many times and the food is always amazing! Tonight we ordered something new, the chicken parm sandwich and we all loved it! We highly recommend for everyone to try it! Also the staff is super nice and friendly!

Ordered cesar salad, which did not have cheese. The lettuce was not cut up properly. No prevention. Pizza was delicious. Lasagna was cold. Had to ask them to warm it up.

I like to support small businesses and this place is family owned. I always order the Garlic white spinach pizza and they have messed up once before. Now here's why I gave them 5 starts. They delivered my pizza tonight,but the presentation was messy like something heavy was on top, so some of my pizza was stuck to the cardboard. I called them and within minutes the mgr verified what I said, called me back! She said I'm getting $7 off my order and they're giving me a new pizza. When I got it, there was a bonus slice of cake which I totally was not expecting. Now this is service! And this is why no matter how many times they mess up. I'm confident they will make it right!!! Btw the Garlic White spinach Pizza is the BEST!!!!

Small but Delicious! We picked this on the fly from driving in town. Everyone was super friendly and it was nice and quiet inside. We got the Chicken Parm. and Alfredo, both were delicious. Get the cheesey bread too.

The owner Chris is such an amazing guy! They goes above and beyond to see everyone’s needs are met, orders are correct, and leave you with a smile! I had a mistake on my order a few days back and not only did they offer to fix it as well as the refund but gave us a complimentary pizza for our next visit!! it’s not uncommon for mistakes to happen, but I highly respect the effort and energy here! Called ahead to place a order and cashier did not ask any further detail in what topping I would like or what soda offered. She could have said there was no order ahead option. Cashier had poor communication skills. The cashier greeted me when she walked up to her register.

1st time eating here and the service was amazing very friendly people.. we had a half cheese half Hawaiian pizza and it was delicious.. will definitely come again and recommend…

I got two meatball palm heroes with fresh mozzarella. I bought them a week apart and they were exactly the same, and it was excellent. Consistency is important!! Like Arnold says.. I'll be back!!

pizza is some of the best I have had here in Florida. Pasta is excellent, my favorite is the pene a la vodka. Always enough for a meal later on too!

We have been dining with De Pietro's for many years under the previous ownership, however this will be our last time after 3 consecutive disgusting meals with the new owners over a two month span. The new bread they use is disgusting, the calzones, strombolis, and Bucky Dent Hero were inedible and thrown in the trash, and that was just the most recent visit. The meat lovers pizza we ordered a few weeks ago made us sick, as did the Phil Rizzuto Hero two weeks prior. Sad to see this place fall off in food quality the way it has.

Have been here now 2 times. Food was excellent. Pizza was good, but the shrimp francese was right on, fantastic. The garlic knots were great. I only wish that they were in the Harrisburg PA area. Have already told several people in the area that they had to go for great Italian food.

I’m not one to take the time to review restaurants or businesses, but felt compelled to let peps know. I can’t say enough of just how good their pizza is here.. We’ve lived in the area for more than 40 yrs and found this little gem a few years back and continue to return. The new owners are kind and personable and haven’t skipped a beat in providing the same delicious food. These boys know their way around in the kitchen and look forward to any new creations they come up with in the future. We gladly refer and bring friends there who have come to make this their new favorite go to for good food and great service. Highly recommend 😁

I'm very conflicted writing this review. Let me break it down like this: Pizza 9/10 Service 2/10 I order at 6:51pm according to the app on a Friday, expected arrival? 7:36-7:51pm. Alright, I have people over, a little bit of a wait but it's Friday so oh well. Got an update at 7pm on the dot that now the pizza wont arrive until 8:05-8:20pm. Okay, what? So I call at 7:21pm, first woman that answers says can you hold? Sure, I'm patient. Then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me! I call back and finally get someone. I asked what's going on, should I just pick up my pizza? "Oh no, your pizza is going in now, it should be there in less than 30 mins". At 7:55pm I called the place back but as it was ringing I got a call, it's the delivery guy and he says he's out front, hang up and go to the door, needless to say he's no there. Finally he turns the corner backwards, I thought he was going to turn the car around but he DRIVES DOWN THE STREET IN REVERSE! So reckless. Furious at this point but bring the pizza inside... My goodness, the best NY style pizza! Not too greasy, not too hard or soft, the garlic rolls looked under seasoned but they weren't and were perfect without being greasy. Absolutely amazing. If you are going to order from here I would advise two things: 1) Pickup, don't order delivery 2) If you are going to order delivery, expect 1 hour wait at least on a Friday night like me. Advice to the owner, train the staff to be better with customers but don't change the food.

This place was really good and as it turns out and easy place to stop at on my travels. I had a great pizza. I can see myself going back for more.

Ordered a complete dinner (pasta, salad, garlic knots). Did not receive salad. When I called the restaurant the woman who answered the phone told me my salad was free; I live far away and what do I want from her. I said my salad was not free, it was part of the dinner which is why I ordered it. End result was I paid $20 for 3 items and I only received 2. The attitude is why I will never order from them again. Mistakes happen. How you make them right is what matters. Food is so-so. Def not worth the attitude or risking paying full price for an incomplete order again.

Called for delivery the woman on the phone told me gonna be well over an hour. I asked my woman you wanna wait. Woman hung up on me. I called back for pick up woman told me 20 minutes. I was in pizza business for 8 yrs of my life it takes 6-10 minutes to make a pizza. I arrived before the 20 min pizza on top of oven and was almost cold. I made a comment to the woman about the pizza was halfway cold she alarmed yelling at me and asked someone else to check me out I asked why.... woman had very bad attitude. Was extremely soggy. Top was not cooked. Worst pizza from them yet. Gets worse every time.

Since my favorite Italian deli closed awhile back, I have been searching for the perfect sandwich. When I walked in to De Pietros for the first time today, I had a feeling this might be the place - and it is! Excellent food and people - I will definitely be checking out the rest of their menu!

I recently moved from New York (Catskills) to West Palm Beach and my amazing next door neighbor insisted that we come here! Such a charming, NY style ambience when you come in! I am PROUD to say that De Pietro’s Pizzeria delivered beyond my expectations with that homelike hospitality! I hate to admit, but I am not huge on eating crust HOWEVER, there was not an ounce of crust left on my delicious white pizza when I was through with it! Lori was such a darling, she made sure we were well taken care of and WELL fed! Everything served was just mouth watering and beyond fresh!! MUST TRY their home style meatballs! This girl will be back for sure! A FLORIDA MUST for pizza lovers !!!

You really feel like your in NY from the food to the decor to the owner. All NY. They sell slices! And have a nice lunch special. I call this Italian American NY Pizza. It may not be coal or wood fired but I asked for a crispy crust and got a perfect one. Simple but amazing here in WPB. It had a great chat, not burned, at my request. While I usually start with a cheese pie to see what the pizza is about we went for a Supreme ($21.95) with ricotta ($2.75). Ceasar salad was good too. We'll be back...
