The lunch time lady's are great, very clean and great service

Wanted to order some cookies and I always prefer for them to be fresh. Before I paid, I asked the young lady if they were baked this morning and she said yes. Cool, I paid for them. Before I left the store I tasted them and they were far from fresh. I told the lady that they didn’t taste fresh and all of sudden it’s “that’s all we have honey”. I just feel like she lied just to not deal with me. Apparently, Subway bakes cookies in 4 hour increments and they said they baked those cookies today. A gentlemen said they don’t carry over any cookies from the previous day, but I came around 10AM. How could a fresh cookie baked 2 hours ago not have a fresh taste?? I just feel lied to. 0 star.

Amanda and Ginger are amazing people i was having such a bad day and they lifted me Up, this IS my go to Subway now!!

I was trying to use code from survey filling up but staff was not able to understand what I was explaining them..later they said, this outlet is not part of subway chain to honor that code

Change your manager (the lady that speaks English and Spanish) refused service because I apparently took a little to long to pick which kind of cheese to get. Lol ridiculous. She was either having a horrible day or is a piece of human being. I feel bad for the other American white hair lady, she is a sweetheart. She doesn't deserve to be around a manager like that, the manager puts her persona over her and intimidate her fellow employee. Manager is Ridiculous lady, wish her the best in life and God bless her. Must be rough being her

Really bad costumer service, the lady working there is very racist, rude and doesn't know how to do her job, she did everything reluctantly and I couldn't see her name but she has pink hair, I won't buy more if she is attending

The man working was extremely rude, he placed money on the prep counter and didn’t bother to clean off the counter. After seeing him try to handle my sandwich without gloves I left. Never again.

Mercedes was the best sandwich artist I've ever had. She always gets my order right, and makes my sandwich perfect everytime. Highly reccomend.

This is my favorite Subway shop to go to in Palm Bch County. I actually pass at least 3 others on my way to this one. I have never had a bad experience, the food is always fresh and to me, its made better by the staff, (bread is always soft and portions are just right and tuna never looks watery unlike the one on Westgate and Military, which is no more than 5 mins from my home). Staff is always pleasant and its centrally located.

Today I came here to the subway located inside Walmart on belvedere. I was serviced by King who was a complete darling and held it together under pressure. However, the person working with her, didn't catch her name, was not too happy to be here. She was very unpleasant and came off as rude at times. I don't ever mind coming here but today this person overshadowed poor king's amazing job!

The 2 girls that were serving myself and my friend were very fast and friendly. It was also clean in the restaurant.

I love this subway. Customer service was amazing. I had a girl fix my sub name Tia even though she is fairly new she did a great job positive attitude , friendly and great personality.

I love that you can load up a sub with all the unlimited toppings. I love the Tuna sub and if I don't get that I usually get the Italian. I love all the bread and cheese choices.

I am the new owner and hope you will visit us. We have a great bunch of kids working here and they will treat you right. Its a great place to eat after you shop at Walmart. There are student deals for South University. We have free WIFI and its a great study location Yo soy el nuevo dueno y espero que nos visites.
