Oh what can I say this place is fire the beignets were so good damn and the the bayou blend kolahettes fack the best can wait to go back great service nice people.

This was the best donut experience I've ever had. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. I got a kolache (kalatchie)--I can't remember the type, but it was the best kolache I've eaten (he said he eats one everyday). I also had a cake donut, Frootie Pebbles donut, and 2 more donuts. All of this was only $10. If I'm ever back in Lake Charles, I will definitely come back to Delicious Donuts!

Delicious Donuts is a South Lake Charles institution: A family-owned, community-serving business that has been serving great donuts and other breakfast favorites for decades now. I no longer live in Lake Charles, but when I do, Delicious Donuts is on the "must-visit" list, up there with some of the most revered eaters in the city. A bag of donut holes and a couple kolatchies recharge the soul.

This place is so cute, the service was excellent and the donuts and kolaches even better. Will return for a king cake very soon.

Tastiest kolaches, great King Cake...

Probably the best king cake in south Louisiana. Right up there with Randazzos & Dong Phuong in NOLA. Kolaches are bonkers. Absolutely recommend.

This place is one of a kind. The various types of kolaches, donuts, cookies, and king cakes are the best 👌. My Autistic daughter is a very picky eater, and she loves the donuts holes! If you need donuts for church, work, or home, I highly recommend this place.

I went to delicious donuts at 6 am on 9/25/23 and had a terrible experience. I ordered 2 packs dozen donut holes and a dozen 1/2 and 1/2 glazed and chocolate. Not a single donut was even warm. When i asked why the donut holes were cold she said she didnt know. I asked for fresh donut holes and she said no. The only reason i went to get donuts was for fresh donuts and delicious donuts failed tremendously. Seriously dont go

The whimsical donut toppings are adorable and unique I mean who would've just thought of putting cereal as a donut topping. It's colorful, gives texture change, and combines two well admired breakfast choices into one. Definitely has kid approved eye appeal

This place is amazing! Best glazed donuts I have ever had fresh and still warm. Bacon egg and cheese kolache was so satisfying, there is magic in the bread they use. Locally owned hidden gem! Will definitely be back!

Lovely Bakery with a small-town homey feeling. Large selection with many options for your sweet tooth and boudin Kalotchies like no other! Customer Service is always quick and friendly. They remember my name every time I walk through the door and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and Delicious Donuts!

Stopped on our way home to Texas to get a king cake, everyone was so sweet and friendly. It's a small shop but you can tell everything is made with love and care. Definitely coming back again!

Had an amazing experience at Delicious Donuts and Bakery. We came from Texas on vacation and all we wanted was a King cake to take home and this place delivered in all aspects. Customer service was AH-MAZING and they came in clutch with their delicious options. They have so many flavors to choose from and Paula even offered to give us a naked king cake to take home and freeze to save for Fat Tuesday. 10/10 definitely recommend!

was handed a bag of frozen donut holes and told they couldn’t heat them up, how do you sell doughnuts but not have a microwave.. i am now crunching on my ice cubes of donut holes

Great donuts and kolaches. Strangely, you can get peppers in all kolache varieties except sausage. Finally open again for inside shopping!

The donuts were okay, i have a feeling they would have been even better had we went when they first opened instead of after lunch.

We stopped here on the way home from Key West. We needed to take some beignets home for our grandchildren. Not many are open on a Sunday. We went here it was a small shop, drive thru only, the girl was so sweet we stopped by and picked up a dozen, the best beignet’s I’ve had! Stop by and support this quaint lil shop you will not be disappointed.

Great donuts a little high for me compared to other donut shops that are just as good but overall I get this place a 7 out of 10

Really good but they are more of a pistolette than a kolache, when we ordered. There were egg bacon and cheese pistolettes, boudin, sausage and seafood. Different, delicious.

We get donuts here every time we are in town. So delicious, especially when warm. Only sad that they aren't open every day.

They used to have a large variety of specialty donuts like chocolate icing filled eclairs and white icing filled donuts that set them apart. But now you can’t go inside and pick what you want. It’s drive through only and without the variety they are not as good as the other shops around. Disappointing!!!
