The kids 10 & 6 (girl and boy) had a blast! This was a holiday and a weekday. There's only one bouncy house but the jungle gym slides and more was very extensive! They did not run the ride and the rick climb at the same time but have specific times they run them it seems. I do like that. There are three different climbs for the rock climbing and they let the kids do each one of them. So three kids go in and they each climb up then they switch places until they climb all three climbs. Pretty cool! The food is not outrageously priced either. All in all a great experience.

Brought our 3 years old here for a break. The place is great with activities for toddlers vs. bigger kids. It was much brighter than the last time we came, which is a plus. The food is great! Especially the eggrolls. They were so crunchy and yummy. Strongly recommend trying them out.

Clean, fun, not too overwhelming for my kids, there is a great for the littles to play if they want, good food, my kids always leave so tired! Wish there was a closer one to us but worth the 30 minute drive.

I love this place it's a great place to keep cool with the kids. They have fun for hours. It's clean and I don't see no broken glass anywhere. The staff are really nice and helpful 👍🏻👍🏻

If I could leave no stars I would, straight up this is the MOST unprofessional place to have the kids at. There was broken glass everywhere by the food! And no one around to clean it! My son almost cut himself!! There's no rules except "wear socks" Thes girls on today's shift were rude! NO ONE looks like they want to be there. Spraying the tables cleaning as I'm EATING??? They don't understand half the stuff you say! You have to constantly repeat yourself in order for them to understand. They all look mad I have tried to come back to maybe give this place the benefit of the doubt, but it has failed every time! There's maybe one girl who is nice and doesn't seem upset! But she wasn't there today! Don't waste your money or energy here.

Vianca is one great person she helped us with everything the kids enjoyed we were very welcomed and had a blast really reasonable prices good food

We had our son’s 7th birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. From beginning to end, the staff was easy to work with and helpful. We chose the Mario theme and they had all the decor and favors ready when we showed up. We only had to bring the cake and candles. Bianca was a joy to work with. She was our party coordinator and kept track of the timeline during the party. I never had to go hunt her down and was able to enjoy talking to our guests. Bianca always had a smile on her face. Even our guests commented on how friendly and patient the staff was while they were all multitasking. The kids were allowed to play at Kanga’s the rest of the day so the party lasted after the cake cutting, much to the delight of all the kiddos. The kids had a blast running around and us parents were happy they weren’t asking for screen time. If you want a stress-free party experience, plan your birthday at Kanga’s with Bianca.

The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the playground had unique features, like air-powered ball guns that I haven't seen anywhere else. Definitely recommend! Hello! We used to come to Kangas weekly and even buy the yearly pass but due to new management they became very strict about coffee and as a sleep deprived parent caffeine is a must. Not to mention we also pay an entrance fee for adults to just sit there. Their coffee is not good at all even after the management change it falls very short. That is the main reason we now go elsewhere we pay enough of a fee to go in for them to also try to push their subpar coffee on the guests. Hopefully one day they will allow at least outside coffee and I think their business would improve a lot.

Love this place ! Reasonably priced, food is great and my daughter loves the play areas. Staff is also accommodating and friendly! I literally go to this place a few times a month and love it each time. I’m able to let my daughter play comfortably

I recently came to know about Kanga's and its a great place for kids, my two daughters (10 months and 3 years) love it, it has become my go to place for their enjoyment. Their staff is very helpful specially Alianna and Brian.

Everything is clean and safe environment for your kids to play. Moises and Aliana were helpful and customer focused.

A great indoor activity place for kids of all ages ! The rock wall is very fun and the jungle gym has lots of climbing areas with very fast slides. There is pneumatic gun shooting arena , but it's rather busted and needs to be repaired. Still worthy of 5 stars due to the cleanliness and affordable price. Food is yummy at concession stand and they have old vintage arcade games for the parents... with no silly card swipers. Quarters ONLY ! As intended

We absolutely love KANGAS. My daughter is 2 and my son is 6 and it is safe for my daughter. I struggle finding a place that I can take both children. Alex, Moises and Vianea always make my admission quick and easy. They are very friendly with my kids and they love coming here. Highly recommended on a super hot or rainy day.

I've been coming here for years and it's sad to see it declining. Slides need to be cleaned, they were sticky and my kids had to scoot themselves down the blue slide whereas in the past they flew down it. area with blue foam balls had 1 broken and 1 clogged tube, so no kids were playing in there. also very few foam balls. I really hope there are plans to repair because there are usually a ton of kids playing here and today, hardly any. the big kids ball pit was also completely empty. basketball game had no balls. props to the only employee there working front desk, food and rides for 2 hours Saturday morning. no one should have to juggle like that. my kids want to add: bring back the lollipops!

Me and my family visited for the first time today just for play and had an amazing time Alexa Binca were helpful! The place is clean and stays open till 6 on Sundays! We will definitely be back!

Kangas - Cypress location has GREAT customer service from the moment I walked in with the kids. Alexa at the front counter was very helpful, Moises and Vianca also greeted the kids and were very helpful with helping us find a table and giving us a small introduction of Kangas. I will not hesitate on bringing my kids back to the Cypress location!

Moises and Alexa were great and allowed my children to enjoy their time playing. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time celebrating a birthday there I was impressed with everything especially with my host Bianca she was extremely helpful and ran everything super smoothly and I can’t not be more happy, my son and his friends had a blast.. I will definitely come back to this place. Thank you Bianca.

Great indoor playground for kids of most ages. The toddler area (left) is for kids 0-2 (staff doesn't watch, we saw 10 yr olds in there), the main gym is for everyone older (we think 4-6 yr old is the target age). There is an inflatable bounce house (target 3-4, it's a smaller one). Something unique about this playplace is they have a pirate ship carnival ride (36"+) and a climbing wall (5+ yr old) that are free, but have only certain entry times as a staff member has to be there to run them. There are 4 birthday rooms for renting, but when we went there were upwards of 8 additional parties that simply took up a row of tables each. And lastly there is a mini cafe (pizza, candy, coffee) and some arcade games along the wall. Overall it is a great indoor playground and we look forward to returning.

I wanted to share my observations from this Sunday's experience. Unfortunately, none of the staff members appeared very friendly, maybe they are low on staff. There was a girl who seemed upset, she never smiled. While I understand that everyone has challenging days, maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere, especially when working with kids and parents, is crucial for good customer service. I believe that a friendly demeanor can enhance the overall experience for visitors.

Our first experience at Kangas playcenter was very pleasant. The place was clean and enjoyable for the kids. The seating are were maintained cleaned. And the kids had a great time overall. Moises at the front was very polite and informative.

We always enjoy coming to Kangas! While visiting today, it was understaffed but Moises did an awesome job at keeping everyone happy and taken care of! Highly recommend for a fun place to take your kids!

My kids love coming to Kangas, and always have a great time. There are lots of food options, games, and attractions for all to have fun. We were there today and while they were understaffed, Moises did an amazing job running the entire place. He managed the checking in process, checkout process, cleaning, concessions, etc. He did a great job and did it all with a great attitude. Keep up the good job.

Kanga's indoor play place is definitely the place to play! The environment is great for allowing any child to be a social butterfly while being completely independent in a secure area. The staff is amazing, and Moises is more than helpful when it comes to checking in and making sure that we are satisfied with our experiences here at Kanga’s.

Had a really great time at Kanga’s Vianca offered the best service and they have very safe environment for the kids and very good food options for the kids

This place was great but is starting to decline. Food and drink trash were all over the sky tubes this morning as if they weren't cleaned from the weekend. Nuts are missing from bolts that hold things together, and more are coming loose. Protective plastic caps are missing, which is exposing bolts as well. Safety and cleanliness should be top priorities in a place like this for small kids. The tubes that run air for balls to be transported were completely clogged and unusable. If they just keep up with some basic maintenance, I'd love to change my rating to 5-stars. Until then...

I brought my 1 year old here to play around noon on a Monday. It was pretty empty, yet the toys in the toddler area were filthy and look as if they hadn’t been sanitized or wiped down in a long time. The ball pit was absolutely disgusting. When is the last time these balls have been cleaned? Some of them were crushed and some of the blue foam balls were bitten out of. Even the fan in the toddler area was full of dust, yet it was blowing downward onto an area for babies. If this were a free play area I’d have no complaints, but to pay nearly $20 for my 1 year old to play in a very limited dirty space is absurd ($13 for the toddler & 5 for the adult). Also, more could be done to update the toddler play space. My final thought is that adults should not even have to pay admission. There’s nothing in there for adults to enjoy besides a seat.
