Can't speak to the quality of the food, we never got it. Waited for over an hour, getting intermittent excuses about things they were out of, or that the schedule was done badly, or anything else. Most people in the dining room were waiting more than an hour by the time we walked out. Only a few, seemingly random customers seemed to get their food in a timely manner. On retrospective thought, most or all seemed to have familiar, friendly conversation with the woman in charge. As we left we warned a group of people coming in because it didn't seem like they'd get the courtesy otherwise. When they asked if their wait would be as long, the waitress told them she didn't know but they could "put in the order and see"

It was quiet, the burgers were over done, the buns were dry and falling apart and the lettuce was a bit odd...but the appetizer was good, a little too much personal life talking between employees but otherwise, we went for food, and that's what we got. Also, we did not get our bill on a timely manner because the person who appeared to be the manager on duty and our server were too busy talking about their personal lives in a corner booth. Was frustrating.

The location is a bit hidden but not impossible to find. The staff is very friendly and quick. The food was good. The restaurant is very cold though. Overall good experience

It twas gross as all gross Ness everything was super greasy service was horrible except one lady she had a nose piercing she actually gave a care about us they sat us in kid zone an forgot about us .I will never eat there again an as for recommending anybody only if they ask for the worst place in gi to eat will I send them there

Terrible service after midnight. My friends and I went there (4 total) to eat for a different experience than the perkins in Kearney. We were seated quickly ordered in 20 mins but didnt get our food for 30 minutes after that. Not to mention the waitress had 3 of our 4 meals and the fourth meal took another 10 minutes. Needless to say 3 of us were almost done eating by the time the 4th meal got to our table. Also no refills on drinks the entire time we were there and when we got done eating we waited for another 20 mins to get our food paid for. So.... if youve got a couple hours for a midnight meal well... i guess this is the place for you and not for us.

the server knew nothing about gluten or dairy in the food. and she was reluctant to ask anyone. her answers were I don't think so, and maybe. service was fast and the food was great. we heard the staff and a customer talking about this location is closing. beside this conversation being unprofessional, I think it will be better for everyone when they close.

It is the 25th of may a Thursday and it is Freezing in the restaurant. It's literally a beautiful sunny day of around 70 degrees outside and we are wearing jackets inside. When I brought it to the servers attention she replied saying the AC unit will not turn off, the manager is out of town and she's the "only one who can call" a technician. Furthermore we come here for the kids play area and this will be the 3rd or 4th time to find it either closed or "Reserved" for a private party of adults. It's more so irritating due to it being the last day of school and you would've thought they'd plan on having kids here(which there is). Thoroughly disappointed although Our server Inna was very pleasant.

Ordered nachos that were listed as Gluten Free. I made sure that the waitress told the kitchen it was for Celiac/severe gluten allergy. I ended up not being able tk eat nuch before I started to get sick. On top of only ordering drinks and sharing this with my daughter..it took 30min to get it!

I've been here 3 times with my family. The food is sub-par. The price you pay does not equal the kind of food you get. My wife's breakfast skillet she got was 90% grease, and the chorizo in it was hard. You can hear staff arguing and yelling at each other.

Food was fair. Service was poor. My server was training a new waitress, which is ironic since she seemed like age was lost too. The entire staff spends most of their time hanging out in the back instead of out front paying attention to their customers. My waitress combo did manage to come by the table after 20 minutes and check on things. She did ask if I wanted more coffee, but then walked out the front door with trainee to smoke... coffee never arrived.

I understand when things are behind and we have to wait. But what I DO NOT understand is how your sever can not come to your table, apologize and explain the situation, offer something to tie little kids over, offer refills on drinks almost gone. .etc. We waited almost 10 mins for drinks (all but one was water) which came to the table under the wrong order and out of the hr and a half spent there we only spent 20 mins eating food that had clearly been under a heat lamp too long!

Sat there for a very long time before the waitress even acknowledged us. Had coupons for 2 entrees up to $10.00. Our bill came to $28.90. They rang it up and said I owed $13.24. I argued and it got me nowhere. I paid the $13.24, and stated I would NEVER eat there again. I have tried this place a couple of times before, and always had bad service and experiences. That was the very last chance.

It was obviously very busy for the servers. It took a long time to get anyone to come by and when the manager did, she immediately apologized and took our order. The food was very slow as well. She felt terrible about it and paid for our whole meal. It was extremely nice. We never saw our server come up but the manager was super great about everything!

Horrible service! We ordered our beverages and my boyfriend ordered coffee and never got to him. Then we ordered a nacho appetizer, the appetizer had lots of nachos and about a tablespoon of meat. Once we ordered our food it took for ever and when we got it my boyfriend's steak was raw! To top it off they forgot to take the nacho order off our reciept.

awful. service was slow (1 1/2 hr wait- another hour to get our food) my coffee cup had lipstick on it. when we finally got our food half of it was inedible. manager (jesse sayer) acted as tho it was our fault, banning us from the restaurant, and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave the premises immediately (we had stopped outside long enough to light a smoke and figure out our next stop) I used to work at the hotel connected to Denny's and have heard the same complaints for years from guests. nothing has changed and it doesn't seem it will change anytime soon...at least not as long as jesse is manager

Horrible service, manager was too busy on cell phone to even greet us, let alone make any employees seat us 10 minutes later. Then waited 30 minutes before I had to walk to kitchen just to ask for a server. Mind you this being @ 2:00 and restaurant only had 3 tables. Our server did save the day afterwards and was tipped appropriately but shows that the establishment's downfall is its management. The manager Andy- who I assume is either the owner or regional manager- Did a good job trying to make it right. I firmly believe he is simply unable to find decent managers.

Well where to begin. The service was really slow due to only one person working. Coffee was $2.09, crazy. Food was cold and rubbery. Waffle was hard as a rock you couldnt eat it. The only thing that was good was the bacon. The toast had so much butter on it you can pick it up and butter will run off like a river. Don't recommend going again!!

Denny is in Howard Johnsons here I have been here for the last 4 days. Your Staff has been wonderful. One watress stands out above all to me. Mitsy has been execelant. Food was a little slow one morning. She let us know it was not forgot and we truley. Mattered.we travel for a living. She is by far one of the best and truley decated Watress I have ever had.
