Some of the best pizza in the area. The staff are always so sweet, personable, and Denny is a king. Every time I order here, I look forward to stopping in and saying hi to everyone.

This little hole in the wall sub shop is on my must hit list every time I return to town. I love love love their pizza subs! I've been going here for many many years and now live in AZ, but each time I return to visit family, they know I will be heading here. The owner, Denny, is the nicest guy you will ever meet! I'm sorry to hear he's been dealing with some health issues lately, but glad to see the place is still chugging along!! My go to, and the only thing I've ever had here, is the pizza sub!! Yum!!!

I have been going to Denny’s for 36 years. It is one of favorite places to eat. If you have never been you are missing an experience and great food.

The owner takes the time to remember faces and always greets u with a smile and a hello when he can, the staff are quick, nice and the food is amazing. I always get the super roast beef and a hot ham and cheese. Those are my goto subs. The sub roll is what makes the subs so good. They must be handmade. Highly recommend..O and I like the milkshakes too

I never drive past this stop! I think they have the best sub roll around. You can't get a better sub for any amount of money, and they ask for little of it to boot. Just go/ stop here. No disappointments from this little building!!! The Tuna was as good as always, and the tea they make is delicious. $10.75 to split a Sub, Chips, and an Iced Tea. You can't miss with Denny's

We ordered our food at the window, two meatball subs with giant home made meatballs, and an expertly made turkey sub, sadly we got there too late for the homemade ice cream sandwiches, but Dennys is well worth the stop. Great food, friendly staff aweso.e prices, nothing else to say but do yourself a favor and stop in.

Honestly? Best pizza since I moved to this area!!! Better than any pizza place on Market St. Reasonably priced as well.

We just moved to west Elmira from Southport and this was our very first order from Denny’s…We were very - VERY impressed with the pizza and the meatball sub - delicious! All these years and we finally learned… This will be a new regular spot for us 😉

We have been ordering lunch on a regular basis for our employees for years. Denny's homemade rolls are incredible! Everything is fresh and delicious. We wouldn't go anywhere else for subs!

Great little sub shop offering hot and cold subs, pizza, and shakes (the malt was great too) Great value, great service and so tasty! Denny never forgets your name and will great you in person. Love going here for lunch and never have had a bad sandwich! Oh and you can even buy fresh eggs here. Wonderful!

We bought 6 sandwiches for our crew here yesterday. Excellent quality and it was under 60 bucks including drinks! We'll definitely be stopping there again. It feels like the kind of place that's been around for a long time and they know what they're doing. No glitz and glam. Just great subs. Oh- and they don't accept credit cards so bring cash!

46 years Denny's has a treasure of Big Flats! Stop in and grab a sandwich or one of the areas best hot fudge sundaes! You won't be sorry!

Hidden gem that my family and I have frequented since childhood. When I come home this is a must stop for me. The bbq Ham and Cheese is life changing.

It's been a few years since I've been there but Denny's never disappoints. Got my usual roast beef sub and it was just as I remembered. Glad to see some things never change....my chocolate shake was a cool treat to wash it down.

I love this place. My mom has been going since it opened and we grew up eating it as well. Denny is one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet, and he knows all of his customers names and orders by heart!! My favorite is the pepperoni sub.

We had a bad experience 6 months ago with the cleanliness of the place and spoke with the manager who sent us free breakfasts but it was so bad my husband and I had a very difficult time deciding to go back. So we did today and well the exact same thing happened. We were seated at a table that our arms stuck to and there was crumbs on it from the last customers. So we moved ourselves and told the waitress who by the way was very sweet. And took our order then brought another set of customers and sat them at the dirty table! Yes without cleaning it. The food well let's just say it's Denny's. But I was so disappointed because once could have been a fluck but twice umm how often does that happen
