I am a huge dions lover and go to different locations time to time. Today I came to this one and it was great! I’ve been a GM of restaurants for 20 years and everything just hit today. The pizza and cheese bread was made to perfection. The lobby was clean. The music was appropriate. Typically with experience when you have all guys working they talk about some crazy things and these guys were talking professional the whole time and stayed on task. The temp of restaurant was perfect. I know the security isn’t a reflection of dions but he was also on point. He saw a young lady crying/having an argument with boyfriend and made sure she was okay. The restroom could be hit a little better but everything else was on point today! Great job

Food is always good here and the staff are always on point even when there busy

Been coming to Dions for well over 20 years never been dissatisfied at a Dion restaurant. This is a first for me and my family. We got to our destination and pulled out our sandwich and was very disappointed with the presentation. There was hardly any meat. There was more lettuce than anything, and the sandwich was dry. Service was outstanding, but the food was mediocre. Too bags of chips not not too bags of meat :(

Good drive thru service. The pizza were good. Disappointed that they no longer give Ranch dressing with orders.

I waited at the counter and another guy walked up behind me she took him in front of me all I needed was a to-go box and I ordered five medium drinks and they gave me five small drinks

Quickly going from my favorite dions to least favorite dions. Lines are outrageous which is expected for a lunch rush. But u literally have filthy tables filthy floors filthy trash cans and it's not ok to eat here. Manager was dominic, we agreed it was busy butbifnyour lines are that lomg you should anticipate them using tables. Simple observation. 5.20.2024 last time it was a guy named chance not using gloves properly, as in dropping things onto the floor and picking them up with gloves on. And another instant an off the clock employee took a photo of me and my daughter and ex eating there and sent it to my exs new man. Like I'm not allowed to take my daughter to lunch. You guys should be shut down.

This was a credit pizza from the last time I went to Dion's and this time ordered Sam pizza same toppings and it came out way better then the last one everything on pizza evenly and super satisfied.. the pizza tool a little longer then expected but it was a lil busy other then that staff and service was great !!

One of the first Dion's in Albuquerque and it's always my favorite. Maybe because it's my favorite the sandwiches always taste better the pizza always tastes better I don't know it's just really in my opinion the best pizza from Dion's and in all of Albuquerque. It's like comfort food and Grandma's and that happy place that you know about all rolled into one.

Always love the pizza, salad, and sun sandwiches. If you’re an out-of-towner, this is a must!

Pizza was burnt and not cut. There was a piece of plastic like from a lid to something on my pizza.

This may very well be the best pizza I have ever had. Family ages ranged from 10 to 67 and everyone loved it.

I usually order food online from here and the last time I went... Went to drive thru to pick up. They told me to go park behind the building and someone will bring out my food (4 slices of pizza). There was already a guy that parked there when we were waiting in line 2 cars ahead of us. We park next to the guy and we sit there about a whole hour! The guy gets out of his car and goes inside to get his order which looked like was 2 sandwiches and probably gave him a free drink because of the long wait. 5 minutes later our 4 slices of pizza come out cold, not hot, not warm... Cold. Then she apologized and said they just came out of the oven 😒 and offered us a cookie or a brownie for the long hour wait. I get it fast food places could be under staffed, busy whatever. Just sharing my experience.

This local Dion's pizza has a great employee, the pizza is well baked. High recommended.

This location manages to mess up 60% of food orders, I have placed. Although I've spoken to managers the mistakes are still happening. Very disappointing! Customers are charged higher prices only to result in mistakes on orders.

We get take out salads from Dion's several times per month. For a while, every time we went, they got our order wrong. It got so annoying that we had to go inside twice and speak with the manager. And then we just stopped going for a while. We recently started going again, and it's much better now. We usually get chef's salads, but it's mostly hunks of deli ham and lettuce... one or two cherry tomatoes. I think once I saw a tiny cube of green pepper... I usually alter my salad to get more greens and swap the ham for chicken, but then at home, I add more tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and kalamata olives. So, they are very basic salads. Sometimes, we get a slice. Their pizza is incredibly average, with rubbery cheese. But it's still pizza. And that is never a bad thing. Mostly, we eat here because it's easy and close by and keeps us from eating too much fast food.

Phenomenal pizza at a great price. Visited Albuquerque from out of town and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The crust is wonderful and the house Caesar and ranch dressings were excellent. Would highly recommend !

Never knew this place existed until I got to this city, and I was definitely missing out. Sandwiches are just as delicious as the pizza, not terribly expensive, and the atmosphere is always cozy

They just talk to each other, they don't ask if I can help you or if you're ready to order, I'm standing there like an idiot. If you're kind enough to ask, if I were the owner, I would have fired them all. I'll never come back. The cashier's name is Andy, if you don't like the job, you better leave.

I used to not like Dion’s until I ran into a wonderful lady and gentlemen gabby and Erik they changed my whole perspective on Dion’s made me like Dion’s again definitely will be coming to this location a lot more often

I have one word. AMAZING! I have been here multiple times and they are always good. However tonight was a treat! Erik was taking our order and he was super professional and kind and informative. And if that wasn't enough then I got the opportunity to speak to the manager Gabby! This young person was an absolutely wonderful human being! I came into the store just looking to get some pizza and what I got instead was the best experience I've ever had at any pizza place. Gabby truly brightened up my entire day and made the whole experience a delight. Thanks to her I now have a new favorite place to eat!

Dixons is absolutely amazing. Super delicious pizza and sandwiches, including salads. Top shelf food ,for sure.

The second time in a row there were no fruit cups available, sum what disappointed seems to be standard these days.

I ordered on Superbowl Sunday, I know they were busy but they told me 1hr 30mins, but when I went to pick up my pizza it seemed like it sat there for awhile. The crust was crunchy, it was barely warm and for the price $22 for a medium I could've gone to the other place and bought 2 pizzas,,

In the 90s and beginning of 2000s, Dion’s was always about the experience. Now it’s a bunch of half rear kids trying to make a buck and get the job done. It’s Dion’s…….great food, but what about the experience. Charisma, bring it back. Take Pride and Love the Food you Create!!

Update:My sister and I travel from the far WS and far ES to eat here when we have bad days. Our experience was not good all around. Kaylee was being extremely rude to us. Our salad was not correct. When we told them, they argued w/ my sister. We have ordered the same salad for years. They charged $7.80 for 6 small Cucumber mix sides. We never have been charged at any dions, but maybe it's new. When Kaylee brought out the salad, I thanked her & she puts the salad down & walks away w/o a word That is when I asked for her name & my sis than tells me she's mean. The family 2 seats down commented that they are rude. Our pizza was wrong but we just ate it b/c we didn't want to engage anymore. I was highly disappointed b/c this is the best dions. I worked customer service for over 20 yrs. I get that days are bad and people are mean, but we were not trying to be rude. We just like what we like & nobody else has said anything rude to us for it. This is our favorite location to eat! We will drive out of out way to eat here

Great pizza! So good, fresh, great pizza dough show, spinning & twirling. The pizza large was LARGE!!! Full of flavor. The toasted sub sandwiches are amazing 👏 cost is reasonable and worth the value for 🍕 we're coming back!

I did take out. The pizzas were great but a bit pricey.

Their pizza is still my #1 favorite. This location is always good! I've heard it's not so good at other locations. Well go to this one! You won't be disappointed!

I always enjoy the taste of this very tasty and outstanding food. It's always been a fave of mine. It was good like always then we were asked to wait behind the restaurant for a 5-10 min wait. If you plan on making customers wait in their car for that long. You might want to make the wait area pleasant to look at. I hope this is fixed by next time I eat here. I always give everyone a chance to redeem themselves like I know you can Dions staff and Management. "Word to the Wise!"

Typically pizza place. No table service- but staff is great. The Gr Chile and Chipotle Ranch salad dressing is tha BOMB 💣 ! Pizza is very good. We'll drive from Grants to Albuquerque for a great "pie". Hey management--Dions is my favorite pizza. How about some coupons to help pay for my gas?

The lettuce for the salad was so finely chopped it was hard to eat. It's a Greek salad not a chop salad. And super watery I used a spoon to eat salad since the pieces were so small not joking. It was a sad day to eat at Dion's. Won't be coming back for awhile.

This place use to be good. Now they have staff that cannot get any order right, and are completely rude to customers.

My wife has an allergy to chile and related spices. We asked one of the associates there if they could verify these are not added to the sauce. Gabby at the Monroe location went the extra mile to get us answers. We can both enjoy pizza at Dions now. We are very grateful and would rank Dion’s with six stars for customer service if we could. Great job, Gabby! Great job Dion’s! Also: The dining room has great ambiance and the salads are exquisitely made.

The ratings act like these workers are evil yet they are adorable and sweet. My subs where ready before i was. The drive through were ready and accurate. It's a fast food pizza place where high-schoolers work but they are polite and working. Be nice to food service workers

40 minutes waiting for my order and when i asked for it they dont even started yet i had to cancel and took another 5 minutes to have my money back....

Wasnt sure what to expect since this Dions is on SE Central. But the patrons were mostly older people, business groups, family's etc. There was a security guard outside making sure peoples vehicles were safe. Pizza & sandwiches were great!

I ordered a pizza and I waited 45 minutes for it when I got it it was cold and they did not do anything about it I talked to the manager and he said that I needed to say something about it next time be careful if you go here to eat make sure you stay on top of your order

They always do a good job. The pizza is so yummy! They have creative, crunchy salads too. You could try the Dion's Special or make your own. Here's a tip: If ordering online, it is a good idea to also pay online. Then all you need to do at the drive up is to pick up your hot and ready pizza, and you are on your way!

7 pieces of hair one tightly wrapped around my pickle the other 6 between the meat in my sub. Husbands salad and my husband is in the hospital 17 pieces of 8 inch black hair. WE’LL NEVER EAT ANY FOOD FROM ANY DIONS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sadly some tables duty and not cleaned, which brings down the atmosphere. When given my cup it fell on the counter, instead of giving a new cup the one that fell on the counter with the mouth of the cup touching the dirty counter was used for my drink. On the plus side the food was good and people were nice… just need better cleaning and more thoughtful of what is given to customers after the mouth of anything touching a dirty counters

I frequent this Dion’s location as it is closest to my job and each time the service is horrible. The manager is rude and not polite at all. The food however, was alright. The Dion’s on Coors and Central does far better than this location regarding customer service and food quality.

We called in an order and picked it up. You can either pick up your order at the drive through, but it usually has a long line or go inside and pick it up at the counter. The pizza is good; however, I prefer a thin crust. They also make a very good salad. The green chili dressing is great.

Subs were made wrong. We waited 30 minutes to get it replaced!! Then the subs came out freaking cold! I don't understand how this happens so much, especially when the order is ready back correctly. It's crazy how rude they can be here when they are the ones getting it wrong. If I'm paying I expect my food to be done right and not be cold.

The food is always quality at Dions. The customer service experience this go round was not that stellar. Initially took more than 10 minute for anyone to even greet me or take my order at the counter. I get that it was busy in the pickup window drive through but literally no one including what appeared to be a manager on duty so much as made eye contact with me. Overall a very mediocre customer service experience.

I was the contact for a school group of about 60. The manager, Desiree, was patient on the phone and knew her stuff. Whenever called, they picked up promptly and knew what they were doing. They had our order ready to go and were helpful and ready for anything -- kids bought out every dessert they had? No problem, they're checking the back. Bathrooms super busy with us, and we need more hand soap? They're right on it. Things went smoothly, every employee was great, there was plenty of parking, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Worked out good. Thank you.

Dions has been a favourite restaurant for pizza for myself and family members for many years. I was disappointed with staff, the food and cleanliness of this location..it was a sad first in the many years we have been customers 😢. Management, needs must, have a look.

I came from out of town and ordered a pizza and salad through the drive thru on Tuesday evening. The young lady at the drive thru, Lily, was so helpful on explaining the menu and choosing the best options for my family. She was so sweet and gave amazing customer service. The pizza was also hot and fresh and the salad delicious. Highly recommend this location.

One of the better locations! Very friendly staff, good food, hard working. Come here if you're craving Dion's Stay away from the one up the street on central past Eubank AND the Montgomery/Morris locations. Super rude! 🫶🏽

We ordered two large pizzas and were told they would be ready in 20 minutes. This was on a Friday night and we knew that it would really busy but it was worse. We went through the pick up line and sat there for 20 minutes before they started coming out and telling customers to pull around to the front to wait for their pizza. We waited for another 15 to 20 minutes and I had to find out what was going on with our order. When I went inside I saw about 12 employees who were standing around talking rather than taking care of business. When I got the manager to complain about the service and the lack of it, she told me that our pizzas were accidentally given to someone else and she tried to get them made but it would be another 20 minutes for them. That’s when I left. Probably won’t be going back for true.

It takes too much time to get your order, employees take their time, some of them work really hard and others take their time meaning work slowly.

Lily needs to be retrained in the menu and needs training on customer service we asked about some ingredients and didn't know what kind of ingredients the pizza has and has a horrible attitude towards the customers rolled her eyes when I asked for recipet kept telling me hold on and kept talking to her coworker Mayra about her personal life instead taking care of the customers in front tryin to place a order we are from out of town and got highly recommended about this place we will not be coming back !!

Dion's has the only ranch dressing ever. Normally I dislike ranch, but the green chile takes it up a notch. (Yes, I ordered pizza too. The only topping I had was green chile.)
