Conner and his Friday night staff are very kind and work hard to get your food out in a timely manner!

What can you say, Dion's is quintessential ABQ. The larger locations like the one on Academy are good for larger parties and even whole teams after the game. Popular place for H.S. kids after the game.

We ate a veggie pizza in restaurant which turned out to be soggy, chewy n disgusting. It’s loaded with tomatoes which made the crust extremely soggy n we decided to throw half of that pizza. They could have used sun dried tomatoes instead!! I guess the chef who curated this tomato pizza never tasted it. Very slow service. It costed us $28 for one pizza, the prices are outrageous for the quality. Will never visit again

No matter the location, Dion's always is a win! The food is so good and fresh, the staff is always nice, maybe sometimes quiet so it's hard to hear them when it's busy but I mean that's kinda how it is sometimes lol.

I love Dion's. I literally come 1300 miles to get a slice and bottles of ranch to take home! I have ate here for as long as I can remember now that I moved away it is always a must when I'm in town.

Loved the pizza and service! Though I shouldn’t have to throw away half of my salad because the leaves are going bad and are all slimy (picture below). Please do better Dion’s, I’d love to give you a 5-Star review.

Pizzas looked delicious. The group enjoyed them. I had a yummy crunchy spinach salad. It was packed with a delicious variety of veggies.

Went through drive through. Pleasant cashier and great fresh and hot cheese pizza.

I went through the drive thru pickup line. It was busy as usual. The staff is generally quick to move the line. The pick up line is lengthy from the customers changes/early arrival and not so much the staff. The food is good, not super cheap but not expensive. The portions are hearty and serve for a good hot lunch or dinner.

My family came in for dinner tonight!! Sweetest little girl helped us her name was Lexi!! She was patient, helpful, and friendly! Our pizza was amazing!! when my son accidentally spilled his drink, another sweet little girl her name is Monica came over and helped us clean it and even gave us a new drink! I Apologized for the mess but she said don’t worry about it. It’s OK. I have to say It’s always such a great experience at Dions. This is our go to place for a family dinner night. It’s just so nice. We always see someone in our community environment is just family friendly!! Five Stars ⭐️

This is a great location. I ordered via the app and picked up via drive thru. I've also eaten inside with family and field trips.

Dions will always be our taste of home. Nothing compares to it. From the salads to the sandwiches to the pizza, everything is prepared fresh. From the time we exit our car in the parking lot, we can smell that wonderful aroma. There's nothing like it. Thank you for being our mainstay pizza restaurant for 40+ years!

The manager Kiki is very helpful and professional. She took care of our problem and made it right. I loved how all the young employees their were all busy and at work. They all were very nice and customer service was great!

I called in an order for a slice of pizza at 510.pm sausage and bell pepper when I picked it up. The slice is small! ? so I don't know if it's because they were in a rush or what? But this is not the first time it's happened at this one at Morris. I will not be returning there. Considering the price...

My husband and I went to pick up our order we placed online and when we got there to pick up the order they acted like we were trying to steal the food it was weird. Just to get home and for our sandwiches to be rubbery and falling apart amd for my husbandto even get what he asked for. I'm actually bugged because I've gone here since I was a kid and have never experienced this before at all

Food was delicious. The parking lot is horrible. People waiting in line are rude don't let people trying to leave their parking space out. Took me about 10 minutes to leave before someone would let me out of my parking space. That even with me hanging halfway out of my parking spot.

As of this message I’ve currently worked at Dion’s for a year and half and it’s one of the best experience in my life. Not only do we get free food after the shift, but everyone is super nice at this location.

Dion's has always been an Albuquerque standard. Good good, good service, clean restaurant.

Dion's never lets us down. It's usually clean enough and the food is always delicious. They are usually well staffed too

They forgot about my order and made me wait 40 minutes for my food and I was not here during a busy hour. I had to go up to the counter twice to get it fixed.

I had a bad experience here. They forgot about my order and after waiting 30 minutes I went up to check on it. The boy at the reg didn't try to fix my order he kind of shrugged it off. After waiting longer and seeing people who ordered way after me get their food I went back up and this girl actually fixed the problem and got my order to me. The sandwich I ordered was cold and seemed like it had been sitting around for a while.

My salad was great and tea my pizza they cooked to long it was almost burnt.

I love Dions! The food is great, it's a non-New Mexican food New Mexico staple. Probably 20% of the time the wait time on pick up food is longer than they say. The last time I visited it was because our pizza was dropped and they had to remake it.

Ordered my pizza online, came at the time on my receipt. Pulled in to pick up they said they never seen my order I had to go wait in the parking lot for 25 minutes for a new one. Guess their online ordering system sucks

I love Dion so much for the last two and a half years I've been living gluten-free. Once that was lifted my first trip was to Dion's for some delicious gluten packed pizza!

The lobby was a little dirty. But the food was great.

I love Dion's but this location is testing my patience. This is the third time they have messed up my order. Ordered a small pizza and a full salad. Went through the drive through and they only gave me my salad, I had to ask for my pizza, which they then had to make. And when I got back to work I find out they didn't give me any dressing for my full salad. It is quite unfortunate that this has happened more than once.

Worst Dions Location. Slow service, poor restaurant layout, too many inexperienced staff, dirty tables everywhere, and poor quality control. Dions, as a whole, is a pretty good place. THE place for some decently okay pizza to use as a vessel for their best in class ranch dressing. The prices have gotten a bit outrageous for the food quality, but I still frequent it for a good meatball sub. However this location on Montgomery is just awful. Consistently. Usually I know what I’m walking into with service but this time was especially problematic. Waited 5 min in line behind one other person, ordered a 10in sub, received a 6 inch, waited 5 min at the front counter for someone to notice me, made eye contact with at least a dozen employees, finally called a lost looking kid behind the counter over and kindly asked if he could get some help over to me to fix my order. No biggie. Again, I know I’m getting teenagers working their first job when I walk in the doors. Well, I don’t know who he asked, but he brought back an abysmal looking sandwich. Figured it was just bad looking, but it was luke warm at best and noticeably soggy on the bottom and sides. Perhaps they pulled it out of a reject bucket next to the dishwashing area for emergencies like mine. I’d have gone back up and complained but by the time I waited 5 more minutes in line, another 5 to make contact with someone capable, and another 10 for the sandwich to be made properly, my actual good half would have been cold itself. One extra star for bringing half my order out in a good looking and tasting state. 2 stars

Very consistent with good service.

This location increasingly disappoints. I've ordered 10" roast beef sandwiches for at least 10 years only to see the contents shrink and quality diminish sandwich after sandwich. Last night it pushed me over the edge. One tomato and lettuce thrown in the box but not on the sandwich, with only a small amount of beef. Weak and disappointing. Especially when you consider the price is now almost $12 with tax. I don't get it. On a Wednesday night they have 20-25 employees behind the counter, some of which appear to be doing nothing or very little. Cut back on your staff and make the portions decent. Dion's isn't the same.

Oscar was working so hard working laps around everyone else was standing around you need to give this man a raise and praise before you lose him he’s gave me an outstanding performance while I was picking up food

I love the crispy spinach salad. I usually go to Central and Elizabeth. I have never had a bad experience there. I was coming up Montgomery, and I decided to stop here. I ordered over the phone and took it home. I was so disappointed there was nothing in it but spinach and romaine. The cheese and wanton chrisps I ordered separately and got maybe a tea spoon of both for a full salad. I took a picture of the mushrooms, I think I got about 11 or 12. I was going to count the Cranberries and edamame there were so few it wasn't worth it. The service was awful. It was like they just put a bunch of people in there who had no idea what they were doing. It will be hard to go to this location again with so many others in the area. Elizabeth and Central is the best. Quality control and consistency of that location is great.

Most of the time the service pipl and food r gr8! I think sometimes the person speaking thru the speaker to confirm our order talks to loud or the volume is too loud- unnecessarily very loud. I have to plug my ears. Please tone down thx!

Placed a mobile order at 1pm for a 5:30 pick up. Was told at 5:45 my pizza was not ready and they are running behind. They hadn’t even started on them.

Absolutely disappointed in the service that was received today. We put an online order during lunch time today. Went in to pick it up and food was not ready not only that the lady at the register said they were running late and it was in the oven. 30 minutes later, come to find out the order was never even made. Manager comes out and the only explanation is my money will be refunded in 3 day. So here we are with hungry kids, an hour later and looking for last minute food at 630pm on a Friday night, thanks

Great salads, great subs and pizza! But I'll come here and usually get a big salad , fresh and delicious. This is my go-to lunch place.

Most Dion's are wonderful & this location is no exception. My order is always correct & the staff is always pleasant.

Just one of the "must" haves when back in the ABQ.

I grew up at this Dion's. I think I'm the only kid that never worked there, but I may as well have because all of my friends worked there at some point or another. The place hasn't changed. I'm certain they haven't remodeled in like 30 years, but the place is still clean. It's like walking into my youth whenever I step foot in the building. Staff is always courteous and food is always good.

Never have I had a problem, also the chef Salad is amazing, along with the pizza and subs. The green chili ranch is to die for!

Dions is consistently good. Great customer service. I ordered 3 large pizzas and 2 family size salads.... they gave me 4 plates and 4 forks.... but, it was good!

This has been our go-to Dions for a few months now. The staff is always kind and quick, pizzas and salad on par like always.

On 11/18/23, we did place our order# 143038 TICKET # 8 (1811011002) , as usual online and went drive through. Once we got home, it wasn't our 14 " GORMET SANTORINI pizza we order!!!! The pizza we got was burnt on the bottom and had ONLY ARCHOKES on it and nothing else!!!!! How was it possible mess up our first order of the day??? The CHIF SALAD was also OLD - WE THROW IT ALL ON TRASH and $36.22 WITH IT! I did call RIGHT A WAY and told the manager about the problem with our order, and she DID NOT show any consideration or CARE at all!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We've been regular customers for so many years and we let go number of mistakes with our orders, but this one is unacceptable, because of ZERO CARE!

First time visiting any Dion’s location. My pastrami sub was on point! I’m not normally a big mustard guy but DANG- it was delicious. 10/10 will go back for that pastrami sub!
