I love Dions, my family loves Dions. Be sure and look at the Gourmet Pizzas on the menu., delicious. Everyone there was so kind, polite and helpful. Thank you, Dions team.

Usually an ok place to eat. They are often late with your food. Frequently incorrect. Last night was a poor experience. I placed the order online and came to the drive-through half an hour later, they said they weren’t ready and asked me to park in the parking lot, after 20 minutes, I called the store and asked them what was taking so long. They inform me that they were getting the order ready and it would be soon. 10 10 minutes later, they came out and explained that they don’t know what happened, but they never made my order they would make it right away. The gentleman was very polite. However, however, it’s absurd that I have to ask for my food three times prior to them even starting to make it all in all took about an hour and 20 minutes to get a pizza and a salad. The pizza was very poorly made too much cheese too much sauce. It tasted like cheese, gum with barbecue sauce. I actually ended up going to McDonald’s instead of eating this trash pizza. I think I’ll just stick to the other locations as Dion’s usually consistent. I’m just getting fed up going to this location.

I guess this Dions has some quality control issues. Not sure how but I think I got the last of their tomatoes (they tried real hard to get the most out of the top of that mater...). At least I didn't have to chew on the stems. Sandwich barely had any meat, lots of lettuce to make it look full. Sorry guys...fail!

Sorry. The pizza here is greasy. The ingredients are not high quality. I am just not liking the pizza. The subs are amazing. The salads are amazing. Inside the really need some updating.

My companion and I shared a small veggie pizza and a full Greek Salad. I feel like it's been hit and miss with Dions since last year as far as the pizzas go, but today it was actually good. It had the right amount of sauce and the crust was not burned. Hope my next visit is just as good.

There should be at least one adult on staff......watching these poor kids attempt to deal with unreasonable customers is heartbreaking. Watching them attempt to provide good service is sad too..... How about some managers that hav3 been trained....and can be a beacon, a mentor and a good example......come on dions....these kids deserve better....

They sold me a old pizza, they just preheated it so I got a hard and bad pizza, never coming here again😤

I called in my order for a green chili pizza. The girl didn’t repeat it back to me, and I received a pepperoni pizza, which I dislike. I didn’t discover the error until I got home. Very disappointed!

Recommendation: Large Pepperoni Pizza with Green Chile, Cheesey Bread and a Ranch Salad with Bacon! 🤤😋 (This review is based upon Dion's as a Company and not geared towards any specific location! However, this location is probably my favorite!)

Definitely one of the worst experiences at a Dions food wise. The Duke City and salad were ok. The Kansas City had zero BBQ sauce on it. Just cheese, bread and unflavored frozen chicken cubes. This has been our order at Dions forever. First time at this location and it was thoroughly disappointing. Won't be back here.

Great pizza disgusting establishment I don’t know how they don’t get in trouble for unsanitary conditions and extremely rude and lazy staff at this location.

This seems to be kind of an ABQ staple so I wanted to try it. Ordered a simple cheese pizza and it was... OK. It felt like they used so little sauce that it was almost cheesy bread and not pizza. But it was just one experience at one location. I'll try again.

Absolutely love Dion’s. It literally trumps all other pizza places. Whenever we want pizza we just also go to Dion’s now.

had trouble with my order today, pizza was luk warm @ best & I could see confused employees trying to put out orders, I saw other customers come back to tell employees their order was wrong,🤔

Shrinkflation. Dion's shame on you. My slice today was 1/2 to 3/4 of what it was a month ago. Looks like the starting base is a size down now. Dion's is already at the top of pricing. $ 6.75 for a small salad. Tiny slices now. No more friends. Shrinkflation is real and even the locals are screwing us.

I placed order online to wrong store and montano location took care of my mistake by rushing new order.

It is very good pizza, expensive though.

Always great food. But what I love the most about Dions, is even if they do mess up. Which in life not everything is perfect. Is that they have amazing and I mean AMAZING customer service that if you are not happy, they will fix it and make it right. So in that I believe an amazing customer service Always wins in my boom.

Albuquerque turkey was excellent

We ordered a Hawaiian pizza on superbowl sunday. When we got home and opened the box the cheese was slid over to one side. Very sloppy and if there were maybe 10 pieces of pineapple on the pizza. Very very disappointing we have never had a terrible pizza like this from this location.

I got ranch with my sandwich even though the order said specifically said greek, I'm trying to watch my calories so I didn't even eat the sandwich that I paid for and ordered because you gave me the wrong dressing. I double checked my order and it specified Greek. so irritating. This is the second bad experience I have had at this specific Dion's in a very short period, my advice would be that if you are going to order take out pick up, go with a different location. I'm sure I in house when you can complain and get a correction in house might be different. but if you expect to order online and get what you wanted when you get home lower your expectations

I got the wrong food through the drive thru pickup.

Dions never disappoints. The green chile on my Duke City was a little too spicy. But I trenched it in Dions Ranch, and all was well in the long run.

Love the pizza, subs and salads

Half the time I order out from here I get diarrhea (pizza). So I usually just get a dough ball and make my own at home. The kids love it. They get to help. But last night…. We found extra stuff we did not want in our dough balls. I’m sure some cute young girl behind the counter is trying to impress some boy she works with. So she puts on cute eye makeup and glitter or what have you. Weeeellllll when that glitter makes it into your dough ball it really puts a damper on dinner. I was able to cut it out of both balls and make pizza. But come on!

Everytime I eat from this restaurant I get sick. Doesn’t matter what it is last night I had a salad and threw up lettuce at 1 am. I’ve had pizza same thing happens, toast, subs. I get sick an end up vomiting. I am now convinced they don’t properly sanitize or clean their areas correctly. I shouldn’t be throwing up everytime I eat from there. Thinking it’s the cheese or the sauce when really it’s their careless with cross contamination because that’s the only thing that makes sense. Don’t eat here is disgusting af

Food is usually good but lately they're undercooking their pies. Ask for your pizza well done or it'll be a bit doughy. You guys should check your oven or timing

Went on Sat nite and , though they were busy, told us it would be only 20 minutes for a dine-in pizza. Like clock work, we were paged that it was ready at 20 minutes. Pizza was excellent!

I love their pizza. Best in ABQ. We easily have Dion's at least 4 times a month. However, lately we've been receiving our pizza cut unevenly. It's starting to be a regular thing and I know Dion's is usually better at quality control.

Can never go wrong with Dions. It's the closest to NYC style pizza I have found in Albuquerque. Steer away from their sandwiches 🥪, bread always seems to be hard. It's probably the way they keep it out and uncovered.

Love their salads! I get a tossed made with spinach and romaine, add egg and provolone. The pizza pictured is their special. Kids couldn't wait to eat lol. Their ranch dressing is the best! My fav is the green chile ranch.

This location is usually always busy. But the food never disappoints. Good job staff.

Fresh ingredients, pizza always hot, salads always crisp. Best green chile ranch too. Family favorite since we moved here in the 80's.

Got sandwiches today and unfortunately we were given ranch dressing instead of greek. Not good!!!! The best part of a Dions sandwich is the greek!

The flies in the restaurant are very bad. The ladies restroom needs serious attention. It is dirty, trash has not been emptied and paper dispenser are broken

Waited a while for our food but the store was slow. There were a lot of Flys too.

Pizza from Dions has gone down hill. This has not only been my opinion but from many around me . I picked up my pizza and it was all bad . It was so soggy it soaked through the box quickly. Actually it was seeping through the moment they handed it to me . Taste was really off. Thought it was just me , so I tried a piece of it the next day and I almost puked . It had a gross fishy taste to it . The brownies are not the same either . Move on everybody. Dions might be trying to cut corners or hiring some terrible managers

I go to Albuquerque almost every year, and i always make it my business to go to Dion's for the pizza, i just love the salads, and i always bring back 4 bottles of Ranch Dressing

Very good pizza, had the 505 and duke city pizzas. Both pizzas had green chilies and were very good! The pizza dough is hand tossed in front of ya. Service was good and took about 20 mins for the pizzas but worth it!!!

Kind of slow to get our pizza and not a lot of clean tables.

I received a pizza this evening that was over or regular spice and when I Called I spoke with ruby 1st which then transferred me to the manager which is Lily Lily was a little hesitant at 1st but when I explained cause I got a little p**** too what was going on she informed me that she would go ahead and remake the pizza with lighter spice and she would refund me the money That just shows a manager that goes above and beyond to stand behind the company she works for she was awesome and she was one heck of a manager and for that I will go to her store every time when I order from dions Thank you Lily for such great service you're a rock star. I don't care for their pizza much but I loved the big spinach salad. It had a large variety of ingredients in it, much to my surprise. Most salads at pizza joints are minimal at best. Their salads are big enough and good enough to make a meal of one, which I did.

We eat at Dions at least 2-3 times a month, spend an average of $25-40 each time. Not too happy with the increased prices especially for the salads that seem to be smaller portioned; however food is still tasty, freshly prepared. and service is always good. We still enjoy eating at Dion's and will continue to go, maybe not as often as would like, but we will continue to visit.

I think every dions has the best pizza never different

Please train your managers to come out from behind the counter. Late Sunday afternoon stop in for sandwiches 7 booths that needed to be wiped down and still had napkins and plates on them. Large party had small children literally screaming and climbing over the booths like it was a McDonald's play room. Parents had no control and had to go and drag them back to their table from the viewing stand screaming (still) no less than 7 times in the 30 minutes we were there. Mentioned it to young lady at the counter as we were leaving. I use to like that location but if it has degraded that much I would doubt I could enjoy my meal in the future

Foods always good. Restaurants have always been clean. That day we each had a salad and split a sub, nice lunch.

Great pizza and salad !! I had a big order for a party and they had everything right the first time. Even helped me carry everything to my vehicle. Amazing food and service !!

We were headed back from Mexico and seriously missing fresh vegetables. A family size Greek salad resolved that problem quite nicely and tastily.

Right down street from our house so we've had Dion's regularly for years. Now paying almost $10 for a 6 inch sub and an extra small helping a small broken chip pieces. Bummer...quality is inconsistent with salads and pizza as well. I stopped going as often and as much as I used to love Dion's, will go even less often now.

I think 10 years ago it was 5 stars. Then 5 years ago it was 4, now its just 3. You want to like it. You want to think it's still a go to in ABQ. But it's simply not.

This’s the place of pizza shop in westside and all their employees are doing the best service and also their employees are making pizza are really clean neat and they are really really great guys and girls I truly appreciate it so so much and I recommend everyone come and see them this’s my favorite place pizza place and I love Dions pizza 🍕

It was almost closing time and they were very nice and my food was great as always!

No sauce, no consistency, no care…we tried pizza 3 times and salad 2 times, both dine in and take out. I’m a positive person and do not like leaving negative reviews but they should know why we won’t be back. New to the area we saw Deons seemed busy and well-liked so we tried it. Pizza number 1 had great ingredients but no sauce- basically flavorless meat and cheese on dry bread. Also, I had to pick random green peppers out of the salad. 2nd pizza we ordered with extra sauce and it was delicious. It came out perfect. It didn’t have extra sauce but at least there was normal amount of sauce. Again, had to pick random green peppers out of a Greek salad. We were pleased this went well and we were willing to try them again. We ordered pizza with extra sauce for take out but alas they couldn’t find their way to putting any detectable level of sauce on the pizza. Dry, dry, dry and flavorless without the sauce. They did however bake into the pizza 6-8 random green peppers to which I am allergic. Thus the title NO SAUCE, NO CONSISTENCY, NO CARE.

Pretty good pizza if you get cheat meals ;) I called another store on Montano and I said I want to order a pizza and 1st thing she said was we do do delivery! then I was like I need to order half cheese and half green chili like 4 times she didn't underwear that. guy bought the pizza was nice! and thanks us and stated we appreciated it yall waiting etc..

Dions is always good! Very nice staff here, came around twice to see if we needed anything.

Took to long to get food. Ordered at 6:10 and waited for 1/2 HR in line to pick it up. I think they misplaced my order. Pizza and bread sticks were cold when I got home at 7:15.
