Edit: I have raised my review it they have changed some staff and when I went in tonight to get the usual it was a delightful experience. Thanks Very disappointed. I walked in to pick up my order tonight and the manager of all people commented that it looked like somebody took a bite out of me. He was referring to the large strawberry birthmark on my neck. As in I was born with it and have no control. I always have my hair down but had it up. This made me so uncomfortable. To have a grown man in his manager uniform make comments about my body is unacceptable.

On the morning of 9/3/24 at 15 till 1am I put my order on line. I knew it was near they're closing time of 1am so I got the order through as quick as possible. The payment was accepted and the site said it would show up between ,0136 and 0146. Something like that. Then the manager calls me with plenty of attitude Saying did you just order. I said yes. Well I close at 0100am ! I look at clock and saw that it was 5 till. . I said I ordered a few minutes ago and besides it's still before 1! I mean if your going to stop taking orders at 12:45 shouldn't you close at 12:45?? You gotta draw the line somewhere. That's what the advertized clean sing time is supposed to be isn't it? Was I being rude by ordering to close to closing time? If so what time can I order without being rude?? What is the line drawn now? . Well he just told me he already turned his oven off and I would get my money back on my card in 3 to 10 days. So I get to loan them $50 for a week interest free for the privilege of trying and failing to get my order through!! Thank you Domino's!!

Domino's is very disappointing as well.Taveres Domino's is one of the rudest managers that i have experienced.I only had cash to.pay for.my pie and it was a 100 dollar bill.When I called to let them know this and to.have the driver bring change, The manager told me to go get change as their drivers do not carry change for anything over a 20 and that he wouldn't send the driver with said change.I let him know.i was disabled and don't driver he said we'll I'm sorry but you won't get a pjalzza tonight unless you get change.Very Rude

I have ordered from your store before and was totally satisfied with what we got. But last night, rubber Wings, burnt pepperoni chessy bread, the pizza was even was disapointing. Service was great, just don't know what happened! COME ON DOMINO'S!

Past 3 times ordering from here has been the worst. Bland bland bland. The sauce is just horrible. Like tomato sauce with salt n sprinkled garlic. Last 3 times no sauce for chicken. Instead of Brooklyn/NY pizza I get reg medium pizza. An attitude from drivers just because I check pizza on delivery. For the lack of flavor it's better of buying frozen pizza. What's the point of a 2 toping pizza when I get charged for cheddar w/Parmesan. Homemade quesadilla with simple cheese and spaghetti sauce has better flavor.

They should put more cheese and sauce Mine didn't have much would pay a little more thanks

Every time I order from here it's always good. I used to order from Hungry Howie but their prices are ridiculous & food is greasy. Domino's always has some kind of deal & their food isn't greasy. It don't feel sick after I eat Domino's & it's a good deal if you have a family. I know pizza isn't healthy but it's nice for special occasions & family events.

Great employees, work hard and very helpful. Came in very busy, told 20 minutes, took less than 15!!! Great pizza.

I went in to pick up a phone order. Pie was ready on time. The taste was not great and there was very little cheese on the pizza.

I loved Domino's when I lived in Memphis 2 years ago. I've tried this one twice now, both times the pizza was over cooked. I was really in the mood for pizza, I rarely eat out. Last time I'm ordering from here!!! So sad!!

Unlike the terrible Circle K next door, these magnificent Chads allowed me to sit inside their warm dining room while I awaited my Uber in peace, on private property and away from ignorant Circle K managers and Tavares police officers. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I really appreciate you guys, and you can bet I'll be getting my food here from now on, instead of next door at the cop caller store.

Do yourself a favor and check your pizza before leaving the building. Don’t just take there advice and walk out the building. Now I did this order online, I’m less then 3 minutes from this location total of 6min round trip. I arrived at my home, gave the kids the pizza and I hear “Hey Dad this pizza is horrible. I look at the pizza it has all kind of burnt makes with bubbles and the extra cheese looks like no cheese. I’m really upset because first “My Food Was Not Edible” Second this was a red flag “The Employees At The Register Had On A Hoodie Listening To Music That Cashed Me Out” Check your cameras. Now whoever was the shift leader really need to learn how to handle costumer services and complaints. Because I don’t want to hear about getting something for free when this should not have happened from the start. If your employees on your shift can get their act together send them home. We the consumers are paying their hourly wage. Without customers this place does not make money. Do sell a customer a pizza the you will not eat yourself. I’ve never had anything bad to say about this location. In business you gut one shoot at winning a customer over. Once you mess up the word free is a no no because you never will feel safe eating at a location. I can’t see you make my food and that’s a no no. As a small business owner myself “This Is Not Acceptable”

I DO NOT RECOMMEMD THIS STORE IN TAVARES, FL I want to start with dominos having the best white pizza I've loved for years - years delivering to the same address, from the same store... when things are amazing all the way around, I've called to give props to them bc they hit the spot and got it done right. Tonight I called to let them know the chicken I just tried for the first time was superb, thanked them for including all the sauce cups, and just to let them know the pizza was as cold as the chips they were currently eating with My chicken Lol I didn't even ask for a credit - the lady instantly offered that, and I was good with just letting her know what I told her about the chicken being superb and all the sauce cups were in there, so I'm super grateful and I just wanted to let them know about the pizza so they could check on the warming carry bag or whatever quality check they have in place for it. She was like, we're short on drivers, and as I was in the middle of letting her know the chicken was hot, Ethan, the store manager, took the phone from this sweet lady the and was completely rude to me, telling me there's a note not to deliver to my address for having called to get free food, and honestly the only time I recall this happening is the one time I took pictures of the pizza toppings being on the box where the pizza was all squished up on it, and I'm not sure if I ever called about the time all the toppings were completely messed up on the wrong pizzas or the chicken that was half cooked, but if that's all I've called to complain about (besides the time they took double the time to get here or took the food back bc they somehow couldn't find the house with a GPS address that takes u straight to my driveway like clock work) in about in 6 years, I'd say that they were doing pretty good. So when I interrupted the disdainful yelling and scolding like I was a child in order to ask him how many times I've requested a credit (which I didn't even request tonight), he refused to check that, saying that he isn't going to look at it, he's just not going to deliver to me anymore, and as he's increasingly getting louder and uglier with me while I'm simply trying to understand what is going on over there to have caused this much of an uproar from a business, acting this way towards me for absolutely no reason, I'm... honestly just blown away at the lack of professionalism. It's the holidays, Ethan, and I get that we all experience a bad day sometimes and things may not always go as planned, but to take whatever you are going through out on me is not the way to handle whatever is eating you up inside. I will keep you in my thoughts n words to the most high because it truly feels heavy, Sir. I've always done my best to be a good kind person in this world, and what you did tonight was not only uncalled for, it hurt my feelings. (I just got a text saying my order was canceled - not sure what that meant, but if that's a refund, that's not at all what I wanted. Now I feel like I need to throw the food away bc it doesn't feel honest to even eat it. So what the pizza was cold - whoever baked it, did an excellent job w the toppings spread and its golden tone - it was just cold this time. I simply wanted u to check the carrying thing to be sure it was good, or perhaps a coaching opportunity if the pizza sat out while the chicken finished getting ready - only u and ur team know the process that took place - I just wanted u to know the result of it, sir. Please take good care. I hope u get the quality help u need in there.) Please know it was never and has never been about the money.. (hence why I usually tip pretty decently) It was always about the quality, and it's a real shame you didn't seem to feel the same, sir

I've ordered ALOT FROM this Store q 100 of time , at 3 Different address over the years. . They always been hot fresh a DELISH. . BUT 2 TIMES! THEN FAST SPOILED ALL THE one comp. I Got. . Didn't know 35.00 $ worth of food I lost bc I didn't order in 7 days? I've got the email. Didn't know cash expired. Truly bummed. Was looking forward to pizza tonight.

Took them a half hour to get my order delivered. I figured since they had my money and tip that delivery wasn't a priority. Driver posted that he delivered my order a good 4 minutes before he pulled up in front of my house... obviously cheating the system for whatever reason.

Pizza is fine, it's really annoying that they always forget sauces that they make you order separately. Even in default stuff like cheese bread and wings, where's the marinara and ranch?

I have tried this place about 3 times and I think it just keeps going more downhill when it wasn’t that good from the start. They don’t make the pizza to dominos standards and definitely put way less sauce and toppings than required resulting in a sub par pizza experience even for the lower tier. I want a topping not an afterthought. If you have a 1 topping it should cover the pizza not be sporadic. You couldn’t even taste the sauce. They make any pizza like they are making a thin crust and are very very light on all ingredients. You’re better off spending the money at a place that’s will follow throw with a solid pizza even if it costs more.

Whoever has been in the kitchen lately… needs to stay! Seasoned soooo good and fresh. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from this location because of the quality that I was receiving but things definitely seemed to have peeled up. Ordered twice this week because it was so good and tasty.

Someone decided to play prank calls with domino's delivering me pizza and I decided to To order a pizza cause I was hungry. And they denied to deliver to me. Like that's my fault

Yea. No. If you want dominos, go to the one off 441 in Eustis / mt Dora. I tried this one several times now and it’s just not worth it. Over done and dry seems to be the motto. Maybe the greatest people in the world, but if the food isn’t good, it’s not worth it. Tonight was the 100% last time we eat here. Sorry guys. Good luck

Worst Domino's I've ever ordered . We ordered Philly cheesteaks and received this junk. Mind this was 3 subs all the same way. I had to go in to the store , and management stated I dont see anything wrong with them. When clearly they don't have enough toppings

Very expensive and stingy on toppings

We've been ordering from this location for years. The staff here has always been friendly with fast service, but THIS PARTICUAR LOCATION makes ERRORS on the TOPPINGS of our pizza orders about 30-40% of the time. When the order is only slightly off we just deal with it, but on two occasions I called them. The first time, they delivered a replacement pizza, which was also incorrect and undercooked. The second time I took the credit they offered to me. I think it's good customer service to offer these options, but I just feel bad calling frequently, so most of the time we just eat the pizza with incorrect toppings. Also, when we order thin crust pizza with bacon as a topping, about 1/3 of the pieces don't have ANY bacon on them. It's actually become a running joke at our house (who gets the blank pieces this time?), but I really hope they can correct this.

Pizza was nothing to brag about. Not much flavor. Ordered with onion, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Had to look for the three add-one. It’s like bait and switch. Low $13 initial price with 3 items, but $5.00 delivery fee.

This is my go-to pizza place. The staff although young are always polite, professional, and efficient. I've never had a wrong order here, and never had more than a 20 minute wait, no matter.hpw busy they are. Very rarely do you ever see a corporate run place of any type run as efficiently and effectively as this Domino's.

Never had problems with them. Been ordering for 10 plus years. Had one small issues years ago and handled immediately

Pizza was delivered on time by "Z". He was professional and polite. The pizza was piping hot and absolutely delicious. This Dominos location never disappoints in product or service. ; :)

Last night 11/5/22 I order three pizzas. The delivery took over 20mins after the website said it was out for delivery. My pizzas where Luke warm at best. One or my pizzas was suppose to be extra cheese and sausage (see picture). There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. I call the store and was informed I would get a replacement in a hour and a half. The replacement never came. I'm so disappointed in this store.

Very disappointed today with delivery and also the way the female manager on duty handled the call … my food was cold and was “on its way” more than 35 minutes plus missing sauce. No apology just a excuse. No refund for undelivered food or burnt crust raw chicken wings pink and blood inside. CALL PIZZA HUT or somewhere else. Poor food and service

Pushed the app forward to say order was ready. Went to store for them to tell me not to listen to the app. Why have the freaking app if your not going to use it? Why have costumers driving to pick up food because you lied to the customer and dominos Managment to keep you numbers low? Totally disappointed

Ordered online would not take my payment kept telling me to call the store after arriving because I was told it was complete I came in and was told it was going to be another 10 minutes and then I asked why on the board it says complete on their board and why on my phone it says complete but no one would address me they just were all looking at each other and opening pizza boxes because they couldn’t find one of my pizzas. It was in with the wrong order: the whole time no one apologized they just kind of ignored me standing there for 12 minutes they could’ve actually had make another pizza but they finally found my pizza, delivery driver walked it out to.me the woman who appeared to be in charge said nothing and when I asked if they had ice she said No! rude service nobody would Communicate or apologize for the the additional wait 15 mins (cold pizza) lack of service. I don’t know whatever happened to their two minute promise but that was a joke. I gave three stars because the pizza looked accurate. They could’ve done a much better job at explaining to us they weren’t able to locate the pizza, it would be just a few more minutes or at least offer to put another one in but they just said nope . when I asked how long cashier said I don’t know 10 minute or 10 to 5 minutes. At the very least they could’ve apologized and went along with their two minute promise.

They didn't really good when it comes to customer service, few times I ordered and let know that I was outside waiting and put the pizza on the counter at least 20 mnt. By the time I went inside the store to get the pizza 🍕, it was already cold 🥶.

Very rude older lady delivered my order and never got all of my order she would not deliver to The room also called the store and the lady was very rude and I will never order at Dominos again

I was Treated rudely. One star review. The manager answered the phone and hung up on me because she didn’t have time for any kind of joking around. The world needs to wake up and have a little fun. I couldn’t imagine what the poor children are experiencing below this manager. I feel sorry for them

This is the best Domino's. Get the specialty pizzas, they are comparable to Mellow Mushroom. NO JOKE. I wasnt expecting it but they cook up some gormet pizza. You can tell the staff cares. We usually get the hawaii and the buffalo chx. The philly is awesome too.

Ordered for delivery, gave my address and number. Driver named Dylan didn’t call until he left my neighborhood and ended up calling from another business across the street. When we finally got our order it looked as if it had just beef dropped on the ground and our back in the box. Before he could leave I gave it right back and got my money back. Make sure your drivers understand to call before driving off even after someone else gave them directions. Off to Denny’s for dinner now

No one answered so I decided to not worry about the additional item. But Ethan noticed my number was related to the online order and returned my call! He was occupied when I called and added my item to the order. Food was hot and ready when we got there! Thanks Ethan.

Our food came quickly and was perfectly made! They did a great job with our order. Everything looked and tasted great! Our driver was friendly and punctual. He even noticed that I left my van lights on, and let me know so I could turn them off. I can easily recommend this location and plan on using them anytime I’m in the area and want some delicious food!
