I used to run the eustis location. It's very sad that the donut quality has slid so badly. You created your legacy on good coffee and FRESH DONUTS. That formula will survive long term

I ordered a Chai tea and the person making my drink wasn't sure what syrup she put in the cup and put her nose inside the cup snd smelled inside of my cup... then when I Said NO that's nasty she put my cup down and walked away. Someone else made my drink but I no longer wanted it after. So I Disposed of it, waste of time and money.

Everyone helpful and awake at 5 am great to drive through on my way to work..nice way to start a 12 hour day.

I appreciate that I can get a yummy frozen coffee treat with sugar-free syrup and oat milk - a healthy treat!

Spent 30 minutes in drive thru waiting for an iced coffee. Got to the window and asked me what I ordered. No wonder I was waiting so long since they don't know anyone's order.

Coffee is good. Donuts are frozen pack then reheated at the store, uhg!! Staff was friendly. Breakfast sandwich are just tasteless even with salt and pepper added. Crescent rolls are wet and tuff liked they are microwaved.

Perfect coffee, just the way I like it. And a free donut with a drink purchase. Thank you, Dunkin.

The people who work here are AWESOME.. Second time I went here in last few days. Different employees both times .GREAT SERVICE ✨✨✨✨✨

OK spend all that money on renovation and then the place looks like a mess. Walk in and see if you disagree with me. New LED lights are wonderful if you want to permanently suffer retina damage. Can't believe someone actually claimed credit for this horrible renovation. It's god awful. Never going back there. Zero atmosphere, kindergarten furniture, long waits inside but probably outside too. Employees walking around like zombies at a funeral. Stay clear of this place.

We did a drive through today at 12:35pm May 11th. The lady/cashier at the drive through was absolutely amazing, friendly, smiling, helpful, professional, just such a good lady … wooooww how amazing was that .. She absolutely made our day ..

Just pulled up there. No cars in drive through, two cars in parking lot. Told us to look at board and they would be right with us. 10 min later we drove off with no one waiting on us. As we was pulling off, looked inside with employee standing against counter with his arms folded. No customers inside and no one in drive thru. Why the 10 min wait?? Oh I know… cuz they can and don’t care!!!

Came in around 3 pm on Sunday evening, sorry to say.. Poor customer service from girl at counter, asked her how she was going to get my muffins seeing her hands were filthy. She opted to pick up a liner instead of washing her hands. And oh it gets worse. After sitting inside for about 30 minutes, the manager was berating and yelling at the employees and demeaning them. All in ear shot of the customers. Some people really can't handle authority or pressure of management. So after her rant the third time I chose to say something and go to the counter asking her if she knew that we the customers could hear everything and these teenagers have rights, and they should have a safe and comfortable work environment without the fear of retaliation of unfair treatment if they needed to blow the whistle on her actions. Her response was she's tired of telling them the same things 😞 over and over, and that she's not going to argue with me, and proceeds to walk away from counter. Mind you I'm speaking up for unfair treatment of these young ladies, and not only can you not handle having authority, but also not being able to hear correction. # y'all check on your family that works at DD in Tavares.

Different workers every other day, Order simple drinks as they are all new all the time! Edit...They never have enough staff to open the dining area or inside ordering, and the drive-thru is always backed up, once you're in, you're in after 15 min. Of waiting I wanted to leave I couldn't I was trapped and had to wait another 15 min. To get out NOT ORDER! thankfully they are building a WaWa nearby, I'll go there!

It's really sad when donuts or cinnamon rolls are not available. Especially visit 4 times in 1 week.

No food choices all out of stock

Tried to order ahead so there wouldn't be a wait but kept getting a message that this option was not available. Tried numerous times during the ride to the location. Finally worked in the parking lot. Upon entering, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed with orders. In their defense, they were working hard to catch up. The young lady, who seemed to be the manager, kept praising and encouraging the staff, telling them to breathe and not get overwhelmed. She was great. This is the type of manager any business would want. Our order was finally ready and though it was not as hot as it could have been, I understood. Keep up the good work, I'll be back. I also thanked the young man for his hard work and politeness.

I myself have stopped by here several times and have had very good service and the donuts 🍩 are great this is the only Dunkin donuts that I can buy my coffee rolls from the staff is very polite and friendly and I highly recommend this restaurant ☺️

Just ordered through door dash. Sure, you could say oh the dasher threw the bag or whatever. But did he magically pull the creamer out of the coffee, too?! No hazelnut shot, no cream, no sugar, just black coffee with no lid on it. Honestly, looks like you placed the coffees in the carrier and then threw my bag to the dasher.. i usually order a large iced Machiato and spend anywhere from 7-10 dollars on a coffee, but hey, because it's a 3$ coffee this time, let's treat my order like it doesn't matter, right?

For a breakfast fast food place, there is nothing fast about the service. There seems to be only one person doing pretty much everything, so props to her, but because she has to rush and run around to pick up everyone else’s slack, the quality of the product you receive takes a massive hit. 10/10 attitude drive-thru lady for sure she’s sweet, but everything else sucks.

I've been going here for over a decade and I have never seen it this bad. After driving through all the potholes to get to the drive through, I ordered my coffee the way I like it only to get a plain black coffee. I figure it might have been me placing my order wrong. So, to check out my suspicions, I went through again (same order-same results) Someone there don't really care about their job.

My drive-thru experience was great! Best service in 3 years. I had stopped going there because of the poor service. I was happily surprised that this Dunkin Donuts establishment raised the bar in hiring more personable, friendly, and educated people. I will go back again in the near future.

This “manager” thinks they can make their own rules and tried to get me to walk inside for my mobile order. Even though I have the option to choose drive thru I should not be made to go inside. Pathetic excuse of a store and “manager”.

Excellent service. Great coffee

Go here several times a week using mobile order. Old-fashioned donuts are always "currently unavailable" yet I walk in for pickup and there's a tray of them! Manager said she could "release inventory" so they'd show up on app. Still not updated despite several reminders. She said I could order other donuts, come in, and swap them out if I didn't touch the donuts in the bag. Ok, I tried this once. Went in, picked up the bag, and went to the counter. Gal behind the counter looks at me and a bit sarcastically says "I can do it this one time". She was there when the manager told me to do this. I reminded her what the manager said, no response.

I usually get a extra large coffee with a sourdough breakfast sandwich (if they're serving breakfast) I prefer the new one a few miles south their food is excellent.

Bread was hard and uncooked both at the same time on my sandwich. I got a big 5 tots in my order of hash browns. Stick to the doughnuts.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a couple items, the sign in the drive thru has posted a certain price so I know what my total should have been. After pulling up to the window there was a guy that was not professional in appearance, I say that because that is the first thing that's noticed. So he tells me the total and it was about 5 dollars more than should have been. So I asked him why was the price so high that I only ordered two 3$ items and hash browns and he says that's the price just give me the damn money or go somewhere else. So I asked if I only ordered two 3$ items why is it so high the sign says 3$ each and he began to threaten me and cuss at me so I pulled off. I went inside to speak with the manager and the manager told me that the price was the price but if I had ordered a coffee I would get the sandwiches for 3$(which would have saved a lot of unnecessary drama if the cashier would have let me know that) to read the fine print. All good but keep in mind While we are having this conversation the wanna be thug behind the counter was yelling, cussing and threatening me. I am a disabled veteran AND AN WEAR AN EYE PATCH ON MY LEFT EYE so that read the fine print comment was definitely a jab at my handicap. I've called corporate to file a complaint 3 times and was assured that some one would reach out to me which never happened in a little over a month. Neither from corporate or the franchise owner. The manager and the thug wanna be be too both be fired. Avoid this Dunkin and go some where else.

Lady at the register told me to “take a bite” after I told her she gave me the wrong muffin. I asked for a blueberry muffin and she gave me a coffee cake muffin. My gf has a severe cinnamon allergy so for her to say “take a bite it’s a blueberry muffin” was hilarious. Never had great service at this location and don’t think anything will change. There’s a night and day difference between the two muffins and don’t get how you can’t do your job well.

Lame. Their breakfast sandwiches will never replace McDonald’s, or Burger King, or Wendy’s. The sourdough sandwich is supposed to be toasted. It was just dry bread, with 2 rubbery eggs, some bacon (not enough to give it much flavor) and a slice of cheese that was barely softened because the sandwich was barely warm. The main reason I stopped here was to get their frozen pumpkin drink as shown as available on DD’s web site. They didn’t have it here.

The best dunkin I have ever been to, part of the reason I come every single morning. Extremely friendly staff especially the manager who I adore, always so welcoming and loving. Overall an AMAZING dunkin im so thankful to have so close to my home :)

This location is lacking in providing customer service. From the greeting at the drive thru menu, to the pick up window. I stopped going to this location after the 5th visit of the same poor service. I used to go 5 days a week. Although my order comes quick, it makes no difference when you are rushed off, and not even given a thank you or have a nice day.. They run the drive thru like an assembly line and customer service is no where to be seen.

Just had a bad experience with a location down frm here. Was very impressed by the BIG difference in service. Greeted within a min of walking in, they were pleasant and professional. Our drinks were made with the thought, customer are number one!!! Thank you!! This was on 7/3/23 approx 230pm please find out who these employees were and thanked them again for me.......

They refused to take my US Currency, $50 bill. I asked them why and manager said too much counterfeit. I expressed my displeasure with a large US Corp not taking US currency and she said stop getting angry and upset at me and slammed the door in my face. I found some smaller currency and had to wave at the other girl to open it back up so I could pay for my order. They got my order wrong. I ordered a triple espresso, a cup of ice, a wrap and a sandwich. They put the espresso in the ice cup. I told them thats not what I ordered. Manager came back over - told me, "Thats not what we heard"...I said no problem, just fix it. She said "I can fix it sir, but I'm going to have to charge you for the cup of ice"...I said then forget the cup of ice - just give me my espresso, she said, "SIR! Stop getting upset with me I am just trying to get your order right"- I said I am not getting upset she said, "yes you are sir"....slammed the window on me again and started talking about me to the staff, at one point she was laughing like she was making jokes about me.....they finally brought me my triple espresso and I was finally able to leave. I felt completely disrespected - she was rude, over-bearing, obnoxious, unhelpful, annoying and unprofessional. She has a very think northern accent like New York. I literally don't want to go back to this location for fear of having to see, or deal with her. She is setting a completely horrible example for the younger workers working under her at this location.....And to top it off, the Turkey Sausage McMuffin was completely uncooked like it just came out of the bag and the sausage was cold to the touch. I took pictures in case you didn't believe me. Disgusting.

Always a pleasure coming through here whether it’s drive through or inside. Never had any issues with my order. Crew is always lively and cheerful. The jersey girl and the kangaroo woman are a perfect combo. Keep it up ladies!

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and I’ve gone back a couple of times hoping it will get better…. It doesn’t. From getting burnt to a crisp wake up wraps to ordering an iced coffee and tasting it to realize they put iced tea with cream and sugar in it instead. Do better Dunkin’.

Even though they are short staffed and it must be challenging at times the people who have waited on me smile and kid around. Very nice!

The donuts and coffee were good however the selection is extremely limited. They no longer sell donuts that have coconut or nuts. Unfortunately, those were my personal favorites

It was a good stop during a bike ride in Lake County. Got a green tea mango drink and it was very refreshing. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return and recommend.

Heather, who hops around from store to store, is a blessing. That woman’s energy and speed and perfectionism is stellar. Love seeing her in the drive through because I know not only am I going to get my order but I’m going to get a ten second exchange with a baddie. The crew you guys had there five months ago that used to pocket all the cash? Maybe you got new owners but this crew is ten times better. The puertorican girl with the red curly hair, the red head who went blonde, All great. Put those three on management and give ‘em raises

These shortages of employees and reliable people. Along with food chain shortages, doesn't help their customers. But the majority of the staff are really good at their job!!

Very nice, had to get a dozen donuts for the grand kids. I asked fir a dozen. My 4 yr old granddaughter yelled out a thousand lol! The young man at the drive up window was very nice.b

I ordered coffee from here and they don’t have any coffee or donuts, so I’m leaving here after sitting here for 35 minutes trying to get a refund and I got nothing, no products and no money back. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. And also will be filing a police report if they don’t give me my money. Melissa, the manager, has horrible management skills.

this location, and excuse my language, sucks. there is always something wrong with my orders. once they had no food at all. it’s not the workers fault and i feel sorry for them but this location has disappointed me on several occasions

After ordering a breakfast delivery, we did not get our food. Called the store acting very democrat and she tells me it’s the drivers fault. So I then tell her the coffee that we received was missing some ingredients and she tells me “I’ll have to talk to my staff to pay more attention. Never even apologized or offered for myself to come back to replace the order. Poor handling in this location!! I give no stars on this! Will never ever order from them again!

Slower than McDonald's I don't recommend this store at all and go to another one

They are rather slow at this location. The employees seemed l I ke they didn't want to be there and kept having to ask us what we ordered and still didn't get it completely correct...

I would like to make a complaint about this store first of all people in the kitchen and playing with their hair all over the food it took me like a half hour to get two sandwiches of bacon egg and cheese croissants I asked the manager for her name or her badge number she refused she was real rude the main thing that she was playing with hair every time she was grabbing her hair where the food was and I did get hair in my food this is unacceptable I will never eat there again and I will pass this on

This Dunkin has a good staff, the food was exceptionally good, but the location has some driving issues. It is awkward trying to maneuver the turns to get into this location. It needs a better entrance. That being said, exiting is probably the easiest I've ever experienced.

Shouldn't take 20+ minutes for a cup of coffee. Then they get it wrong lol seems like they can only handle one order at a time.

Dunking is my favorite coffee shop. The service is always friendly and I really appreciate the Veterans discount they offer.

This location would not make an oatmilk latte - said they can't steam oatmilk??? All other Dunkin's can steam oatmilk. Every other coffee shop in the world can make an oatmilk latte - except this one. Skip this location.

Only two employees working during morning rush. Long line inside all the way to door and packed drive threw. More employees needed to keep up with rush. Both the employees working were working as fast as possible but need help. Do us all a favor and hire them some help.

Worst traffic flow ever. Parking lot is full of holes. People waiting in the Drive-Thru line blocked the exit.

Messes up orders often, but usually fixes it no issue.

On our way back home we stopped in for a nice hot coffee and a couple of donuts. It wasn't busy so parking was not a problem there's plenty of parking here they have wheelchair parking as well as wheelchair accessible entrance. The employees were friendly. The coffee was extremely scalding! The donuts were very tasty so it took an extra minute to be able to have our first sip of coffee due to the fact that it was so hot, that being said the coffee did not disappoint it is still to me much much much better than any coffee you can buy at starbucks!! Beans down!!!...

This one of my worse experience in dunkin donut because we going to this dunkin donut to order 4 caramel mocha frozen coffee it's was 20 dollars worth coffee but they don't have a change of $50 bill So I am feeling bad of their service

I came to get some coffee and some breakfast went inside because the drive-through was all the way backed up to the road there was only two people in front of me I sat in line for 15 minutes and then I ended up having to leave because I would’ve been late for work they only had three people inside the store and it was just a disaster

Worst dunkin I've ever been to. Advertised medium brown sugar cold brew as 3 dollars on menu sign. The cashier tells me it's almost 5 dollars at the window! I ask about it and and she says she doesn't know and she's new, asks her I assume to be manager and she tells me "we don't do that anymore HONEY" she takes a dollar off... still paid over 3 bucks for the coffee and will never return. Rude and ignorant 😒

Every time I go (which is a lot) it is worse than the last time! They have the worst customer service! I don’t know why it shocks me every time. The way they talk to me like I am annoying for being there…. and then the food is aways wrong. Never going again! When I say rude people I mean RUDE! I work in the service industry and could never imagine talking to customers the way they do!!! Try to go to any other Dunkin besides this one!

I used the drive-thru a lot of people were in line and seemed to be inside as well. Cashier was kinda rude (might have been having a bad morning idk) but otherwise my order was correct and I didn't wait forever in line

If I could give 0 stars I'd go with that. I used to live around here and because of the horrible service, worse food and over charging, I started going to startbucks. Best decision I ever made. I just went back to give them another try and it was worse. Horrible horrible service!!!

I was not impressed. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't as clean as it could be. The sandwiches were below average and there was some sketchy stuff going on in the parking lot.

Ordered black coffee. Asked how many ounces in a small, med and large cup. Cashier said I don't know and didn't do customer service to find the answer. Poor product knowledge. Wouldn't give a receipt and charge tax as eating in. I took the coffee to go. Terrible employee. At least I got coffee.

Much smaller than most, only 2 employees working both window and counter, limited menu. I had the raisin bagel with cream cheese and a medium ice tea.

Stay FARRRR away from this Dunkin’. There was a roach in the coffee I was given.

Very busy, still awesome doughnuts.

It’s a hit or a miss at this location. Recently they are always short staffed. I have learned to place my mobile order about 10 minutes before I get there and even then it’s not always ready.

Quick service when I placed a walkin donut and coffee order for a surprise thank you breakfast for the whole staff at the Mount Dora, T-Mobile store. I wanted to thank the T-Mobile staff for all the handholding they provided me in setting up all my equipment and service for same (5 hours) The Dunkin Donut employees knew just what I needed in order to pull off this unexpected treat. The T-Mobile staff was so surprised and appreciative. Thanks Dunkin Donuts!!👍😁.

Sesame seed bagel was better than I thought

Today is national coffee day and I have my app to get a free medium coffee they said there scanner was down so I refused the coffee. Lady got mad and snatched my money followed my giving me the coffee in a rude manner making nasty gestures. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location and I'm very polite. I don't ask for much but what is owed.
