The Circle K location is a disaster, in Taveres. The girl at the counter was overwhelmed with customers and trying to work on her own. She did it with a smile though to her credit. Shame on whoever owns this location, don't expect one person to deal with numerous orders. I won't go back.

This subway does not have enough help to run it in a timely manner having to wait for over an hour because you have one damn person trying to do all the work of two or three people is totally ridiculous trying to keep up with online orders and Uber eats and your regular customers is insane

I frequent this Subway and they always are friendly and fast.

The sandwich artist seems to have a bad attitude. She talks on the phone while making your sandwich. No customer service at all. Sandwich taste ok

We loved Darla so much, however, she desperately needed someone to help her. She gave us exceptional service despite the lack of help she had. She went out of her way to help us & was so friendly.

This was my best experience at this Subway.. maybe any!! (And I'm a tough critic as I used to work for Subway years ago.) A few months back we decided we wouldn't be visiting this Subway anymore, however when we walked into the Circle K everything smelled so fresh and the Sandwich maker "artist" as Subway calls them.. was so friendly with everyone that we decided to give them another try. Were we ever pleasantly surprised!! The bread was super fresh and not over cooked, our teriyaki chicken was nice and hot and Jessie took great care in building our subs. To me it matters what my food looks like. Everything was fresh and placed on the bread perfectly. That's rare! I give you a 10 out of 5 stars Jessie!! (I was complimenting her and she gave credit to Gloria, I think her name is, for making the beautiful bread.) We will be back!! If you haven't been to this Subway in a while, give them another try! The atmosphere is changing! Great job girls!

Definitely not what it used to be haven't had Subway in such a long time and now I remember why🤮 and the employee was so rude .

I ordered drive thru. I believe there was only one person working but it took 20 minutes to get my food but she was super kind

Geez..pay your employees more..someone who will at least acknowledge you after 3 mins seeing you standing there. She was apparently trying to figure out someone's order. I asked are you the only one here..her reply "yes"..not asking if I wanted to order or stating it'll be awhile. Pathetic. There are plenty of other places to eat I turned and walked away.

The store is clean food is great and employees very nice.

We ordered two monster steak subs with double meat and extra mayo. Our subs were child sized and not toasted at all. I knew when I walked in they would be terrible. She didn't look like she wanted to be there. Horrible customer service. Never going here again I want my money back now

I don't know why the subway workers seem to be incompetent when it comes to making sandwiches. it says "more" on the receipt & on the order screen; it's not hard to read and simply put more sauce on the sandwich I'm paying for.

This Subway store has poor service and uninterested workers. I went in there tonight and rang the bell twice since I didn’t see anyone behind the counter (or in the kitchen on either side). After waiting 4-5 min, I went to the attendant at the Circle K (where this subway is located) and asked if the subway was open. He said “Yes” and punted to a lady who was sweeping the floor nearby. I asked this lady if she worked at the subway and if I could order a sandwich. She gave a snarky look at me and said “Yeah! Wait til I finish sweeping!” She continued to sweep, so I left and went across the street to buy a delicious Taco Bell dinner! The personnel at Taco Bell were so friendly and nice! They were respectful too. The food was delicious too! I’ll never go back to this Circle K Subway—the workers are rude, unkind, & NOT interested in serving their customers!

I DO NOT recommend if you are in a time restraint. I ordered a group order in early am(6:30am) for pick up at 5:30p. Showed up at 5:30 and order wasn't even started. Took 20 minutes to prepare order and caused me to run late. I tipped with online order a nice tip and that's why I don't like pre-tipping.

My wife and I ended up getting food poisoning from this gas station restaurant. The workers were great, but the food needs some serious attention so others don't get sick

I normally love subways BUT I ordered a 12” but from this location and it was terrible,, the two girls was very disorganized one was telling the other one what to do,, the bread was nowhere close to being fresh like subways normally is,, the girls there was rude to me and another customer in front of me,, my sandwich did not have all its ingredients,, it was very disappointing

Received the wrong order delivered from this location, and they said they didn't make it. No help in fixing it after 2 phone calls.

The manager, Terry, made my sandwich exactly like I wanted it. I asked for alot of some of the ingredients and she provided that. A few weeks ago I went to another Subway in Lake Harris Square and the service was terrible there and they will not make your sandwich the way you want it. I will go to the Tavares Subway in the Circle K from now on.

Do not place an order online or through the app!!!! Google and their website says they close at 10pm but apparently a sign in the store says they close at 6pm. I placed an order last night through the app and it went through and charged my card. I show up and the gas station clerk says they left hours ago and she could hear their system going off. Corporate can’t get me a refund and I called this morning. The employee who picked up the phone said she can’t give me a refund either. Says I need to come in today to pick them up because they closed their systems last night and can’t access those orders. The woman who answered the phone this morning said that they’re understaffed which is completely understandable and I’m not mad at that, I just wish they had closed their systems so orders wouldn’t go through while they’re closed. Apparently their hours are always inconsistent so I would just go in instead of placing online. They will not give refunds!!

Awful customer service....2 Employees openly and loudly used profanity as the disagreed about a work concern that should have never come to the public's ears. Management could not take control of the situation and could offer a meek apology.

No way was my sub double protein like I paid for. They also didn't have the bread I selected online so my door dash driver had to contact me. I'm not sure why the shop didn't contact Me directly like the other places I order from do when they're out of something I'm just ordering from a different store next time I'm completely dissatisfied.

They were very attentive our needs, gave us everything we wanted on our subs and service was quick

En el horario dice que cierra a las 10 de la noche,fui a las 7:40 de la tarde y la señora que trabaja ahí me dijo que me vendía el pan pero sin calentar porque ya apagó todos los electrodomésticos,llevo 3 años consumiendo en este local,y otras veces más tarde eh ido y me han vendido caliente el pan,hoy había una nueva trabajadora,parece que no tenía ganas de trabajar porque además con la mala cara que me atendió a mi esposo y a mi,no dan ganas de volver al lugar

We have tried to call this place and they never answer their phone. We did a online order for delivery for $36.25 at 12:06 pm they took the money and we didn't get nothing!!!! Here its 2:26pm a phone call to us would have been nice now we just want other people to know about this... This is jacquie smith

Everytime I go here the girls always have an attitude seems like she have problem. Management definitely need to get new employees worst customer service like they don't want to make your order stay away from here

It's good for a quick bite. Ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Restaurant was clean and stocked.
