Almost everytime I order on the app the toppings are wrong and pizza smashed. I finally called the store and the lady that answered the phone said next time they should get it right. Pizza is good when its right but once i dissect the pizza to get unwanted toppings off theres barely any cheese left. Do better dominos

I just had the worst customer service at this location tonight. I sat waiting on carside delivery for almost 15mins. An employee who could see me as I was parked next to the doors just stood there trying to ignore me, then another employee existed the store saw my hazards and still no service. I had to get my baby out the car to get a refund. I am reminded why I am going to stop ordering from this location. Hire new people!

Always quick & friendly. Food is always hot & correct. Definitely recommend.

Driver Jonathan just delivered my order wherever he wanted, at the other side of my complex, and marked it as delivered and left. Called the store and no one did anything to solve it. I had to go to the store personally for a refund. Awful service. Ohhhh they did not refund the tip I paid in advance.

Oh my goodness! That was the best pizza I have ever had! Order was 100%! Great crew over there!! The habanero mango wings were the bomb!

I have received 3 Pies from the Lockhart Dominoes on Orange Blossom Trail that were Horrible. 2 we're undercooked to the Point the Dough was raw.Last night it gets delivered COLD,and 40 Minutes Late. The Management is NFs given, not even an Apology. My Advice is order from a more reputable Pizza Company.

They stole my food!!! I ordered for delivery and it never showed up!!! Calling the store was pointless…. Unbelievable

Judith my delivery driver arrives with my food balled up when I open the box. I call the store immediately and they disrespectfully dismissed our complaint. Called back from another number they rushed me off the phone with terrible customer service saying someone was coming to get the pizza.

If I could give zero star I would, the pizzas got here cold, even though we ordered contactless the driver never rang the doorbell or knocked to let us know the pizza was here. Called Dominos and the girl was unprofessional, hung up and when I called back she kept answering the phone and hanging it up. Pizza was disgusting, tasted soapy.

I order online from this dominoes and I told them I wish not to leave a tip I be damn the driver knew and even told me that I didn’t have to sign because I didn’t give tip on the order online he gave me my food which was the wrong order smh and then he took it upon himself and gave himself a tip and my card was charge I never sign for it for him to do that and I didn’t give him consent

This is my favorite Domino's. For me, the food has always been perfect and always on time. Just a suggestion order a handmade pan pizza with barbecue sauce instead of the tomato sauce. Add chicken or bacon, and I like pineapples on mine. Just give it a try.

I ordered since 5 some and I called at 6 and they told me that they were on the way I literally have 2 kids to feed and I called again at 7 they said that they knocked and kept contacting me after I order the pizza I was on my phone the whole time I heard no knocks at the door this is ridiculous and also they said after the delivery man knocked he left the pizza on the floor

I’ve been ordering from this dominos for the last 7 years, and while there have been some (minor) issues over the years, which honestly I don’t expect anyone to be 100% perfect all of the time, the issues were taken care of immediately and rectified. Every delivery driver I get is absolutely wonderful (shout out David, Jessica, Rashim).

The apocalypse basically happened out here on the road outside the store with flooding, fires, explosions, and downed power lines. Did that stop my man Steven? Not a chance. This dude braved all that, opened the store with the parking lot still on fire, and made me a pizza. Thank you sir! My grandchildren will tell the stories of your bravery and service!

If I don't go in the location for my order..delivery orders are wrong and you don't get all that you order and they don't come back to bring what's missing..spoke to mgr and he says I'll refund money but now you have food that order is wrong and missing items so you still don't have to enjoy...also it's cold! Poor customer service, poor orders and poor delivery..don't do business with this domino's. Not worth it!

Against OSHA standards they don't use gloves when preparing and making food,also wrongfully terminated me after 4 days worse place to work or eat at

My experience was perfectly fine until one of the employees making a pizza tells me. ” aye sir I can’t have you eating in here” while I’m eating a slice of pizza I just purchased waiting in more food. I respond with a ok no problem. Do you want me to leave? He them completely ignores my question. So I kindly continue to finish my slice of pizza. The. Another employee comes from the back and says” sir I can’t have you eating in here” I replied I know the other guy just told me. I’m just waiting on the rest of my food and then I’m leaving. I ask him his name he kindly ignores me, walks to the back to the other disgruntled employee and says, he’s still freaking eating in here man. I understand rules I was a head chef at Cheesecake Factory for 6 years. I know more about health code the. Then probably may think. Customer service is always a top priority. This will be my last time here. I hope the franchise owner sees this review and implement better training on dealing with paying customers.

What a JOKE! I thought My previous two orders (an 8-piece boneless wings that basically had bbq sauce poured over it last minute and a cardboard tasting cinnamon twists with barely any icing) were busy mistakes but now with this third and final order of a burnt barely existing cheese pizza I now know it was deliberate sabotage. I have no idea what I did to deserve such horrendous service but trust and believe I will never be ordering from this location AGAIN! Such a disheartening experience because I love Domino’s it has good pizzas for decent prices. Still, I DO NOT suggest going to this location again. It’s horrible. Thank you for your time.

I just got raw wings soggy I had to cook them never again.

My order was delivered to the wrong address. Domino’s insisted I entered the wrong address on the app. Not so, my address auto-fills because I order once or twice a month. Staff was rude insisting they can’t “continue to refill my orders and they have spoken to me before about entering the correct address “ WHAT!?! I have never spoken to them before yesterday. I have never had an issue with a delivery before yesterday. Plus the person just hung up on me as I was speaking. I will never order from this store again. I don’t trust them.

So, They messed up my order. I asked for a half bacon cheese and greenpepper and cheese pizza. It wasn’t till I got home then I realized it; well my cousin. So he called and they want me to pay for whole Nother pizza… My cousin ask you to the manager and they gave us such a hard time and finally they gave in after they were wrong for messing up the order… So we go pick up the pizza which was for my eight year old son and they must do something to the Peter because he’s sick as a dog today! that’s fine before he ate that pizza. I don’t trust them or hygiene… Never again!

I always order through the Domino's App and let me tell you, I'm never disappointed. Always fast and fresh pizza, delivered without any issues. Keep up the good work Domino's!

This is the worst Domino's Pizza you could ever eat from. I don't know if it's all Domino's Pizza the same way or if it's just this one but every time I have ordered pizza here or anything here is been cooked wrong and it seems like they give you less and less and charge you more and more. Customer service is bad and this place is so expensive it's not worth it.

Need to return to normal business hours in been week after the storm

Was great but they started doing this thing where if you select carside delivery, they will automatically mark the order as delivered/completed before you get to the store. This makes it impossible to say “I’m here.” This is to avoid having to bring it outside so that the customer is forced to walk inside. It’s mildly annoying they’re avoiding this bc it was a great gesture/service and encouraged me to prepay

This is the best Domino's in my opinion. The manager and his wife are awesome the drivers are always on time and the pizza is right 9 out of 10 times, and when it's not they are always quick to make it right, so to them I give a full 5 star rating and a hearty thanks!!

Not a big fan of Dominos pizza but this seemed a professional outfit!

I recently moved to the area and ordered food from this location for convenience. My order was delivered incorrectly and I was promised a credit, which I appreciated. I returned from vacation today and remembered I had a credit, but when I called and spoke to the Manager, Tiffany, was told she could not fulfill my request since she was not personally there that day. She was very rude and spoke unprofessional the entire conversation. She should receive more customer service training. I will not be ordering from this location again for the inconvenience.

Worst possible dominos you could order from. Everytime I order delivery they forget something. I never receive my item nor do I get refunded. The food is always cold . Don’t waste your money here. It is a literal waste !!!! My kids love pizza. But hate this locations. The only good reviews they have is from former employees. Pretty sure they pay them for the false advertising. Go the extra mile and go somewhere where they don’t have roaches and value their customers.

Rude and very unwelcoming staff. The pizza was hot but it looked like it was made by a 5 year old. My cheesy bread had no cheese in the middle and only had bacon and jalapeno on 2 slices. This is not what I expect from dominos.

I so wanted to give them 5 starts but I ordered the plain breaded wings and they were horrible. Not only were they barely cooked but they were also miniature. The pizza I got on the other hand was delicious! I placed my order online and got it within minutes hot and fresh.

This Domino's always takes such good care if us. Whether it is carside delivery or in store pick up they are always courteous and enthusiastic when I visit. My son has a particular order that is bland. Once or twice they've missed the no garlic seasoning on the crust special request but our other orders are always so hot and tasty. It's very unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review because I really do enjoy Dominoes Pizza, however, this email is long overdue. I have ordered from 6750 N Orange Blossom Trail Ste B6, Orlando, FL 32810 for years now and 9 out of 10 times my order is made incorrectly. I have experienced everything from disrespectful managers to my delivery driver going to jail. Yesterday I ordered a Supreme Pizza, add spinach, no mushrooms or olives and once again my pizza arrived made incorrectly and undercooked. At this point, we will be ordering from another pizza company.

Very great crispy pizza then going to this place 25 years and just last month September 26th 2021 I picked up a supreme pizza it was even crispy on the bottom plenty of garlic I ate that whole pie by myself and I'm not supposed to eat that much pizza LOL definitely the manager there is on his game

Most of the time the pizza is good. However the last few times it has been undercooked and to the point where it was hard to eat because it tasted so Doughy. Do better!!

They’ve come a long way from just hand tossed fresh pizza 20 years ago when I worked there. Now I go there 6-7 times a month because they have more than just pizza. And more than red sauce but they could give a little more chicken. 10 * all the way.

I had the pleasure of meeting team member Hunter, very cool individual their was an error with my order and I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution . Give that guy a raise lol Update I went back two days later because I was in the mood for some pasta, and being the great service I got last time it was a no brainer. Unfortunately on aug 6th 2020, 7:20pm I waited in the RAIN for 5 minutes with a mask on waiting for someone to assist me. The female with brunette hair working their noticed me several times at the cashier we even made eye contact, and still she was not the one to open the door . Also why was the door locked ? Update 08/08/2020 why did I go back ? Because I am a hopeless romantic for bread pasta bowls...that being said the Lockhart location is nearest to my address and I’m glad I was able to be assisted by a lovely young lady who saw me standing outside.... and no just don’t like to stand outside . There was sign that advised two people in the waiting room only. So when I arrived she opened the door welcomed me and let me pick up my order quick and safe with a pleasant experience. No one’s probably reading this but is you do leave a Like and yes if you haven’t guessed it was the girl from my last update

Gr8 Cheesy bread, pizza with sausage, black olives & xtra cheese, another with spinach, feta & pineapple (that so wasn’t for me!! lol) & by far the BEST BBQ wings I ordered ever!! Bravo to all hard working staff in Lockhart/Rosemont.
